Ive been getting my hair cut here for more than 5 years. The whole team are lovely but Ive been one of Jessicas regular customers for most of that time. She is quick, remembers the details (like where I set my sideburns), and cares about her customers. I look forward to telling her its a great haircut (it always is), hearing thanks... Ive been practicing, and knowing that she takes pride in taking care of me.Alex and the whole team know their regulars and treat us well. Id also give a shout out to the speakeasy which is a quintessentially Cleveland upgrade to the whole operation - who doesnt want a barber with a loft bar serving excellent cocktails (and alcohol free options). Bonus points for great small-scale musical performances and classes at regular intervals.

I’ve been a client of Quintana’s for over 15 years. It is one of the most customer focused organizations I’ve ever experienced. The owners walk the talk of continuous improvement. They are exceptional at recruiting and keeping exceptional people. I always look forward to my visits and always feel grateful when I leave. I can and do highly recommend Quintana’s to my friends. It is a special place.

Best place to get my boys haircut! Ian does an amazing job with both a kids haircut and a stylized barber cut too. Longest weve ever stayed with the same barbers. Owners are the nicest and always stop for a chat. Online appointments are easy to schedule. Love coming here.

Awesome place to get a haircut and a drink. Everyone is super friendly. Alex created a gem on the east side.But dont go to Jessica. Shes awesome. Even voted the best barber in Cleveland and with good reason. Great haircut every time. I just dont want to make scheduling my appointments with her even harder than it is now.

My 6-year-old son and I both get our haircuts from Julia. 10/10 would recommend Julia and Quintanas for adults or children. My son is perfectly comfortable with her and really always has been since his first haircut 4-5 years ago, and I attribute that to Julias calm and friendly nature. My haircuts are consistently good, and I can relax as she remembers what we did the previous time. Oh, and dont forget to check out the speakeasy upstairs - great vibe and tasty cocktails!

This place is really the best. Alex has forgotten more about cutting hair than most barbers will ever know. Ive been going there for ten years and gotten a great cut every single time. They do a very good job of customer care. They pay close attention to what youve had before and what might want in the future. The times that Ive wanted something different than my norm theyve executed it flawlessly.

This was my first time at Quintanas, and so very happy with the experience. Even though I did not have an appointment and just came in, Alex was so accommodating that stayed late to take me in after a short wait. Got exactly the haircut and beard trim as wanted, and a pleasant conversation along the way. Happy I found this place, this is a love from the first sight, Quintanas got another loyal lifetime customer. Thank you guys!

I have been coming to this little gem since 2010 and I have been with Jessica for 5 years after my original barber left. My two boys have been regulars since 2020 with Jessica and Julia. This place is amazing. Not only a great barbershop but also a great local place where everyone knows everyone and you always feel welcomed. I only hope I still have some hair left so I can keep coming back.

Jerome deep tissue massage. This was amazing. I have been having tightness and discomfort in my lower back, hip, and SI regions. I walked out a new person. Jerome was professional, knew exactly where my pain was coming from after a few minutes of consultation, and afterward explained stretches I could do to eliminate future issues. I haven’t felt this good in years. Highly recommend. I’ve had many professional massages, before; at least, I thought I had. None even close to this.

Amazing barber shop and spa, a speakeasy too!! This the best shop I’ve found in the CLE area! Alex and Co.’ cuts are flawless but it’s the personal touches that take the experience to the next level! Quintana’s is the best barbershop in Cleveland, bar none. It is not only the hairstyling, but the friendliness and service as well. Alex is the best barber in town, though it is not easy to “get in his chair” due to the demand for him personally. I started at Quintana’s 8-10 years ago, and often see friends during visits. It is a very enjoyable experience, not just a haircut.

First time visit to Quintana’s Barber shop. I was very pleased with the haircut by James. The barber shop is located in building next to Spa for other services. Checked that out for future needs. Very relaxing environment and superb friendly staff. I highly recommend this business.

What a wonderful spot. Newer to the Cleveland area and have finally found my go-to hair cut. People are super nice, do a killer job, and conveniently have a Speakeasy hidden away up top. Its Dope. Alex does a great job with hair.

Never had a bad experience or haircut here, which cannot be said of anywhere else I’ve been. Jessica will always remember you, and deliver the best haircut you’ve ever had consistently. My fiancé (and me!) have never liked the way I look better. Would recommend this place and Jessica 12/10 times. They also have a speakeasy upstairs. Came from La for a visit and was referred here. I got a haircut from Alex who is the owner and it was a perfect haircut. They are very intuitive and are experts. Great vibes from everyone in there, love this place!

Great barbershop. I love the $20 buzz cut. Haven’t seen this offered anywhere else and it’s perfect. Walk in, sit in the chair, pleasant 10 minute chat while the barber does his/her work with the clippers. Quick touch up with the razor, bit of waxing for the lugholes and I’m out of there. This Dream Spa is amazing! Carey, AKA “The Doctor” did her magic on my neglected toenails and feet! I feel like I’m walking on a cloud now. Quintanas is one of my happy places. It is always a treat to come in for a pedi with Chariah. All of the nail gals and other staff are so friendly, kind, and welcoming, making it such a local gem. Ive never had a less than wonderful experience!

Special cocktails made well! Not your run of the mill drink menu! Sadly the seating is a bit tired and not super comfortable. Otherwise ambiance is great and service is very attentive.

Quintana’s is an inclusive barber and spa that offers the highest quality in services and products. Their customer service and attention to the client from entering the facility to exiting is exceptional! I received a chakra balancing massage with Jafar. Jafar’s understanding of the chakra energy system and his intuitive approach made for an incredible massage! I left feeling light and balanced. I highly recommend!

When I moved here 13 years ago, I obviously had to find a new barber. I crossed James mullins path about 10 years ago down the street from my house. Ever since, I have followed him around northeastern ohio wherever he goes. I found he had moved shop over to quintanas and I absolutely love the new place. The owner is funny, the people are all amazing, the atmosphere is great, and most importantly, I keep getting the freshest fades from my guy Jay. Quintanas is a Cleveland Heights neighborhood gem and Jessica is a fabulous master barber. Walk ins are welcome but it is also super easy to make an appointment online or via phone too.

I have been going to Quintana’s religiously to see Chariah to have my nails done. She has helped me to see the benefit of allowing them to grow, is always on point with whatever shape I ask her for (no one can perfectly shape almond nails like she can) and can patch any nail that I chip/break regardless of how bad I think it is. She is always able to quickly get my service done, even if I add something on, and makes beautiful nail art (i.e., ombré and Disney designs). Whenever there is a new collection, she lets me know even before they come in, so I’m prepared to know what color I want to do next. Seeing Chariah is not only a part of my self-care routine, but a joy because she is just such a wonderful person inside and out.

Jerome!!!! You are amazing. Made appt on Sat then HAD to see him again on Mon (my day off). As a beginner in weight training, my body has been going through soreness not felt in a while. I asked for deep massage and received. Jerome has so much knowledge and understands what the body needs. HIGH RECOMMENDATION. I will be a repeat customer for sure as I go through this journey.

I have long hair, got an undercut with a beard trim and straight shave. This was hands down one of the best cuts i have ever gotten, let alone how kind and caring every employee was during my visit. I’ll be back, and you should make an appointment soon.

Really loved my experience there! The building is clean and well decorated. The people are very, very friendly! I got my nails done by Carey who did fantastic! I love how they turned out and she was extra careful with the couple of nails that I had which were broken or bruised! She was super speedy as well with quality work! Quintanas is a vibe….. cozy, laid back and old school throwback speakeasy. Drinks are always on point. I got my nails done with Kate and I’ve been to every nail salon within 30 mins of my area, this Spa stands out beyond any other spa I’ve been to. Friendly front desk staff, relaxing vibe, extremely clean. Kate had a friendly and calming demeanor and was extremely professional. I’ve never had a more gentle manicure. I’ve also had my brows done here the past 4 years with both Noelle and Erin and they are both very nice and professional aswell, I’ve never been disappointed.

I had a great experience at Quintanas, I had a 90 minute deep tissue with Jerome and he took time to understand what has been bothering me and focus on problem areas and not just give me a standard massage. Definitely recommend!

I’m a queer trans woman, and I’ve been a regular for a couple years now. The staff is very friendly and knows me by name. I mostly use their waxing services. Both Erin and Noelle are great. I mostly see Erin, and I feel like I’m just hanging out with a good friend when I see her. I have booked a few times with Noelle and she also does a really great job and I enjoy talking to her.I have friends who use their barber and speakeasy and also love it. I wish they had a salon instead of a barber. I love that they use all vegan products and they are fairly priced.

Had a great 90-minute deep tissue massage from Jerome! Ive been struggling with a frozen shoulder and after the massage, my shoulder felt such relief. Jerome was easy to talk to, and was also knowledgeable and helped me understand the muscles involved in my FS (he was able to pinpoint which muscles were most affected and significantly contributing to my more acute pain symptoms), and also recommended a few exercises that could help me in the future with muscle imbalances I have that could have contributed to my FS. Will for sure be back to get another massage from Jerome, I just wish they accepted insurance so I could go more often!

Leah is an excellent barber, and has an easy-going personality that is easy to be around. I plan to keep coming back to her for my regular haircut.

Quintanas is hands down the best and most authentic speakeasy Ive been to in Cleveland.To start, you have to get buzzed in before making your way upstairs to the bookcases, push the right bookcase, and enter a quaint lounge with a full menu of 1920s drinks.We were lucky enough to sit at the bar which added to the experience, because we could watch the bartender make 8 drinks flawlessly and garnish them with charred rosemary, rose petals, and the coolest, a smoke box for the old fashioneds.Drinks cost $12-16, but is not only what youd expect at this kind of establishment but also very, very well worth it.

This place is great! I have been coming here monthly for the last year and I always come back happy with my haircut. Jessica is great.

I had a great hair cut and experience at Quintana’s Barber Shop. I’ve been to the cocktail bar a few times, but this was my first hair cut at this location. I set up my first appointment online, and then went in a couple days later for my appointment. Leah introduced herself, listened to my vague explanation of how I wanted my hair to look, and she went to work. I don’t think it even took her 20 minutes, and I really liked the cut. My spouse also loves it, and the whole sequence took less than 30 minutes.Plus, there was a little welcome bag and a calendar of all the cool events they have going on like music and cocktail making classes.Friendly and efficient service, skillfully executed hair cut by Leah, and great location make this place 5 stars.

My mom and I visited Quintanas Dream Spa for the first time for a facial. I had Noelle do a botanical skin resurfacing treatment on my face. She did such an amazing job with me. Her calm and knowledgeable demeanor made my facial even more pleasant! My mom raved about her facial by Noelle as well. We will both be returning customers! I cant wait to experience another treatment by Noelle. All of the staff members were so friendly. They went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. My lavender mimosa topped off my wonderful experience at Quintanas. I am looking forward to visiting the speakeasy next time! Quintanas is definitely a must do in the Cleveland area!

Such a cool find. Perfect date night spot. Legit speakeasy in a totally unsuspecting location. Drinks were good, servers/bartenders were friendly and helpful. Prices averaged about $15. Got the antipasta, it was delicious too.

The customer service is very friendly and Ian is a great barber!I was thinking about this and I think the atmosphere and service would be elevated with infused drinking water. Theres nothing better than the taste of a combination of cucumber and watermelon in a refreshing glass of water right before my cut!

I was a new client at Quintanas and the staff were all very helpful. I called ahead to see where to park and Patrick was kind enough to direct me. Carrie was my nail tech and she made me feel very welcome like we were old friends. She made fun color suggestions and did an excellent job. My Daughter was getting married this past weekend. I was out taking care of some pre wedding errands and decided that I neded a beard trim. Went on Google Maps and luckily found Quintanas Barber and Dream Spa very close by. I stopped in with no appoitnment and was made to feel like a long standing friend. I was in the chair with Alex in less than 10 minutes of my arrival and was treated royally. My home is in the Pittsburgh area and I am trying to plan my visits so that they coincide with a haircut.....Could not be happier with the services I received.

Its really easy to get an appointment online, and to schedule it with whoever you want to have cut your hair. Shes cool, fun, and most importantly, does a great job with my hair and beard. The shop is run very efficiently. I never wait beyond my scheduled time. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Its a great place to get your haircut, and I recommend Julia.

I switched to Quintanas after years of going to chain barbers. Quintanas is a breath of fresh air. The stylists are very professional, the ambiance is inviting and homey, and the cool features, such as the bar upstairs, give an entrepreneurial flair that makes business people feel at home. Also, the place is meticulously clean. And sometimes they offer pastries. Yum. I have yet to do another service, but wish to at some point. Ill keep returning to Quintanas. - 7-15-2019 update. We visited the Speakeasy for the first time. A haircut/services receipt is sometimes redeemable for a discount in the Speakeasy. What a fantastic space. Dark but comfortable. Delicious drinks and small plates. Clever entrance. Dont be surprised if you dont get it at first. Diverse clientele. About a week ago I went in to get a facial with Erin because my skin was in such a bad place. I had swollen under the skin zits, redness, dryness, etc. and having skin like that made me feel so uncomfortable. The upcoming weekend I had a baby shower to attend and needed some serious help. I kid you not when I say ERIN DID WONDERS! I had a nail appointment a few days later and when the staff and Erin saw my skin they were shocked. I still had some blemishes, but it was a 180 from what I walked in with a few days prior. Ive already booked my next appointment :)

Today I had a massage with Jafar. He was great! He takes time to figure out what’s bothering you, even asked me what I did for work to help figure out sore spots. You can tell her understands anatomy. I had a deep tissue/sports massage and it was great pressure and stretching. He tailors the massage to your needs and where your body need attention. Already booked my next massage with him. Would highly recommend him.

I was lucky enough to spend the day at Quintana’s Barber and Dream Spa today. I started with a Swedish relaxation massage with Jaffar that was truly transcendant. My Signature manicure with Samantha was impeccable. I had an eyebrow arch wax and customized facial with Erin that was expertly tailored to meet my needs. My brows are FLAWLESS! My Dream pedicure with Kate was absolute perfection. I also want to highlight Myesha at the front desk who was so kind and helpful. The spa is scrupulously clean and the general vibe is warm and inviting. Today’s experience was to celebrate a massive professional milestone and I was so glad that I chose to spend my day at Quintana’s Barber and Dream Spa. I started getting my haircut at Quintanas almost two years ago after trying out several other high-end salons. I was impressed from the beginning with the professionalism of the staff, attention to detail, and customer service. After a few haircuts with a few different barbers, I settled in with Kelsey and and the rest is history. I would also like to mention that their approach to reopening during the pandemic was best in class. They have taken every precaution and continue to take every precaution in terms of cleanliness, temperature checks with guests, and mask wearing protocols. I went in the other day for a massage. It was my first time there and I was immediately impressed by the friendliness of the staff. I had a wonderful experience. My massage was done by Angie, who is apparently the best masseuse around town. I received a free sample and a welcome bag with coupons and offerings for their other services. I must say, they are also way more affordable than I imagined. Even though it seems they book up fast, it’s worth the wait and investment. Go get yourself pampered here.

I didnt feel that they valued my business. More than half of my appointments were rescheduled regardless of impact ro my schedule. When I said that I thought this was not acceptable I was dismissed and it was made clear that they didnt need my business.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went here for my birthday a couple years back. I know you’re thinking, “how can you remember the experience you had if you went so long ago?” Well, that’s how bad of an experience I had. I booked a facial and a chakra massage. So upon entering this establishment, the staff seemed cold and unfriendly. They were prompt though. I started off with a facial by a young lady. We started off with a consultation and then she began to give me the facial with extra large rubber gloves. I was so confused because out of all of the facials that I received, I’ve never had one with gloves on. The facial was very uncomfortable because all I could hear was the squishing of the cold gloves on my face. After the unsatisfying facial came the “chakra” message. The masseuse came in and greeted me. She was friendly. The massage started and it too was uncomfortable. Towards the end of the massage the masseuse stated “oh I did a deep tissue massage on you. It’s way better than the chakra massage.” To myself I am thinking, well that’s not what I asked for. This spa day turned out to be a terrible and unfortunate day and I would not recommend anyone to go here.

This place is awesome...barber, spa and speakeasy what more could you want? My Wife and I were visiting from out of town but we felt like regulars with the way we were treated by everyone.I started out with a haircut and hot neck shave by the Owner himself. Alex did a great job and a really funny guy which made for great conversation.Next I had a 50 minute massage from Carlos. The massage was excellent and again he made me feel like a regular.Finally, I had to check out the Speakeasy while my Wife got her massage. You walk into the room via a bookshelf/hidden door. The bartender-Nick was very personable and extremely knowledgeable on the various whiskeys. They had over 70 whiskeys and many other liquors.Overall this place is awesome and I would recommend any of the services as they are all superb. Well definitely be back the next time were in town!

I have introduced many friends to Quintana’s and they are now all regulars who sing the praises of the services they receive. The Speakeasy, which is a throwback to the roaring 20s prohibition era, including its secret entrance, is a comfortable and nicely appointed gathering place to enjoy a wide-variety of cocktails and adult beverages. It also features a private room available for special occasions, seasonal outdoor patio and porch seating, live entertainment and special bourbon, scotch etc tastings. Do yourself a favor and give Quintana’s a try. You won’t regret it. In fact, you’ll love it.

Moved to Cleveland Heights a couple of years ago and have gone to several different barbers throughout the area including those in University Heights and Coventry. I was never really satisfied with the qualities of the cuts I was receiving along with their expensive prices. I’m really glad I tried Quintana’s. They do exceptional work. Raquel did a marvelous job on my manicure. She was so gentle and still got all my cuticles trimmed back beautifully. The paraffin dip made my hands feel so soft and silky, one of the girls helped me pick a brand new seasonal color for the polish….loved the whole experience!!!!

Ian did a great job cutting my hair, kept communication up and was focused on details. The crew kept the area clean of trimmings and were polite. Definitely will come again.

Good place that gives good haircuts for a reasonable price. They were nice and understanding when I had to cancel an appointment last-minute because I was too sick to go. If you really like your haircut they will offer to take a picture of it so that if you get a different barber next time that person can look up the photo and see how you like your hair to be cut. They also have an upstairs bar for some reason? Like, an actual speakeasy? I dont really know anything about it but the barbers and staff all seemed excited that its there.

I recently had a groomsman party (the morning of the wedding) at Quintanas speakeasy, and it was awesome. Since we didnt have enough time for golf, bringing in brunch to the Speakeasy, having some drinks, and getting a few hair trims turned out to be the perfect start to a great day. I had 15 or so family members and/or groomsman, and Angela at Quintanas did an amazing job scheduling the appointments and making sure the event went off without a hitch. She made it so incredibly stress free, which is needed when your mind is on a hundred other things needed to pull off a wedding. Once a month I make a trip to Quintanas Barbershop for a beard trim - its been part of my routine for almost two years now, and will be as long as I have facial hair. Everyone Ive interacted with at Quintanas - from the employees behind the registration desk, the barbers, and even the bartenders upstairs, have been courteous, professional, and welcoming. My regular barber, Theo, helped me figure out how to style and care for my beard ahead of my wedding, and made sure that I looked sharp.2.) Location. The barbershop is in a converted residential house, and it fits into the neighborhood perfectly. The layout works well, and they did a fantastic job renovating the space to suit their needs. It also means that they have a front porch where you can wait for your appointment - and room upstairs for a speakeasy-style bar.3.) Speakeasy. Yes, there is a bar upstairs. Wonderful cocktails, unbeatable ambiance, and a cozy setting thats ideal for a quiet conversation or just to hang out. Going up to the bar after a barber appointment to have a drink and chat with the bartenders and other patrons is a great experience, but you can drop by just for drinks as well.Honestly if you live in the area or even if you find yourself passing through, this spot is worth a visit - Im confident youll find yourself coming back.

Since covid started, theyve been doing a great job following cleaning and safety guidelines. Im a doctor and Ive felt completely comfortable and safe coming here.

Quintanas Barber Shop is the best! I have gotten my haircuts from Alex for many years - he indeed is a master barber. My wife gets beautiful manicures and pedicures. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Quintanas for the whole family.

Y’all don’t understand. I have been getting my haircut by Jessica for years and I’ll never go elsewhere. She’s amazing. However, she got my toddler to enjoy getting his haircut and we had been banned by several other places because of how loud he screamed. That, in and of itself, should be an endorsement to top all endorsements. Alex and his staff (Jessica is my fav) are amazing. Please give them a shot especially with fussy kids. If you’re single without kids? Go. Head upstairs after for an elite cocktail in their bomb a$$ speakeasy. For me. This place is the best.

Ive been getting my haircut at Quintanas for over a year now and have had an excellent experience. Jessica and Kelsey have both cut my hair and are professional, efficient, and kind. Quintanas is also taking COVID protocols very seriously which I appreciate immensely. Would definitely recommend if youre looking for a quality haircut in the Heights!

Quintanas is a gem in Cleveland Heights.As a resident physician at the Cleveland Clinic, it is hard to find time to get to a quality barber with a busy schedule. Alex, Theo and the rest of the staff are welcoming and do their best to accommodate every customer. There online appointment system is very easy to use and makes it easy to get in. Also, these guys are never satisfied, they are always trying to provide a better product whenever I go whether it is renovating the shop or taking notes on each customers haircut so they can make a customer more happy the next visit.I have always felt like I am walking into a best friends home and leave feeling relaxed and happy with the job they do. Keep it up!

Best barber in Cleveland. Period. Alex and crew are awesome. After almost 10 years, the 35 minute drive from Chagrin Falls is still worth it. Again and again and again, Quintanas barber shop never disappoints.

Love, love this place! My husband gets his hair cut at the barber shop and they do an awesome job every time. I get shellac manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow waxes regularly and I can’t speak highly enough about everything at the spa! Also, Mandi is the best, but everyone there is really good! I can’t imagine going anywhere else in CLE. Make sure to check out the speakeasy too! Awesome cocktails and really cool/swanky decor!

I had the pleasure to visit Julia in the barbershop for the second time and left just as pleased as the first time. I have a mohawk that runs down to my shoulders with thick curls and a large beard. She trimmed my hair to keep it healthy, shaved the sides down to the skin, and spruced up my beard exactly as I wished. She’s also very pleasant and professional.

Best haircuts in Cleveland, this is the only place who always gives me a good haircut. I used to drive 40 minutes just to get it cut here every few weeks because they do such a great job. Theo, Alex and Jessica have always sent me home with a haircut Im happy withP.S. They have some of the best cocktails in CLE available at their speakeasy

Quintanas has all the amenities you would expect from a top barbershop, salon, and spa, while maintaining a neighborhood feel. I always get my hair cut by Alex, but I have friends and family that are just as happy with their other barbers. Im always very happy with Alexs hair cuts... he does a great job. I love the straight edge neck shave (they also do barber shaves). But most importantly, Alex is a great guy and incredibly personable. I recommend Quintanas to all my friends and family.

The best massage I’ve had. Alicia really honed in on areas that needed tension relief and left me feeling like new. The spa is very clean and provides a relaxing environment with very friendly and attentive staff. I will definitely be returning to enjoy many of the other services provided by this spa!
