Ive been to Serendipity three times and my massage was excellent each time. I recently received a gift certificate from another place and I went last week. Horrible experience, which ended with them cheating me out of both massage time and $15. Serendipity is the best, and I wont go elsewhere again!

Love this place! Cheryl and Wanda both give a great massage! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and all set up for a very relaxing experience. You can get your nails done there too!

My friends bought me a facial and massage package. It was beautiful and the most relaxing experience Ive ever had. Before each treatment they talked over everything with me & made sure there was clear communication. I am booking another session for myself it was so good.

This is the place to go if you want an amazing massage. Wanda was my massage therapist and she is very experienced and helped my neck & shoulder pain. Also the space was so inviting & welcoming that you will not want to leave! ^_^

Last year I bought 2 massages for $75.00 a piece for Christmas presents one was for my Mother. First of all when you pay for something it shouldnt expire but anyway they are only good for 1 yr. I tried to book moms in January 2019 but there where none available and after that my Mom got breast cancer and had to have a masecetomy and chemo for months and was very sick. Then her knee gave out and she had to have knee replacement. Long story short shes basically been sick for a solid year. Since her massage expires I called and explained this to them and asked for an extension and the lady said she would ask the owner and call me with an answer. That was over a week ago and no one has called me. The one word this establishment should learn is compassion.

Wanda Pico is amazing, I have tried many different massage therapist before discovering Wanda and I will never go to anyone else again !!! I love the ambience and decorations at the spa also !
