101 smoke shop

I was there for this stores grand opening, the staff was friendly, personable, open with the items they have for sale. I had bought several items because of that!Now, I dont exactly know what happened to that.. I come in a year or more later, the staff is the complete opposite of friendly. Made me feel as if I was a pest or very annoying, that I had even walked into the shop. Simply asking the staff member for a closer look at items was too much, let alone speaking. The clerk rolled his eyes at everything I said or asked about, which was very rude! I dont think Ill be returning.

Beautiful store with lots of wax and dry herb pieces and accessories. Anything you can think of from electronic rigs to plenty of glass pieces. Lots of options for trays. Beautiful luxury pieces for affordable prices!

Thought I found a great place for my vapes, never have I bought one that didnt work till now, the juice was EMPTY! And cant use, money wasted from trusting someone, never again, might as well thru my money out the window! Shame but Ill find another

They don’t have the simplest things like tips and slim papers. They have G pen products that are WAY overpriced. Every employee I’ve seen has no clue what they even have to sell. It must be a Cleveland thing or tennesee thing. Maybe both. Lazy employees without any knowledge. That sums up almost every place in this city and state.

Don’t believe the other reviews saying 101 is reasonably priced! Way overpriced! White Rhino glass is $15 at 101 and $5 to $7 everywhere else!

Absolutely amazing customer service! Very clean and eye-grabbing products on the shelves. They have some pretty great deals going on with a lot of their products! Will be back again! Make sure you stop by and check out everything they’ve got!

I really like this place. It has so many varieties n good deals going on every time Ive went in there plus what I liked other vape shops quit carrying it but her they had it n more stuff I liked.

This is by far the best smoke shop in Cleveland. More products then I know existed. Also, the gentleman we delt with was more than helpful and so so friendly. They also have a lot of great deals. Would strongly recommend for all your smoke shop needs!

The salesperson who answered the phone was very rude when refusing to give me a price for e-liquid over the phone. Personally, I dont feel like wasting my time driving to this location if I can find my juice cheaper somewhere else. Overall, very poor customer service. I will not be shopping here in the future.

Husband was buying vapes from them every week. He bought 4 the last time and one of them wouldnt work so he took it back and asked them to exchange it and they wouldnt. Will not be back here again.

Dont bother....Middle Eastern guy who runs it is the rudest and VERY unwelcoming...almost scary.Oddly, he didnt come out from the store room in the back for a long time, then came out and literally said, what do you want.Give your money to someone who EARNS it by being helpful and nice. There are plenty of other places to buy CBD and REAL hemp in town.

Pretty sure I got ripped off buying here . The vape I bought died almost immediately. Same night . Not to mention I bought delta 8 gummies high mg. Felt nothing . Could’ve mistaken them for wrigleys. Wow . Disgusting . Repulsive honestly .

Ive been smoking for quite some time now and theres not many places in Cleveland that had a a lot of smoking related items but this place absolutely blown me away they have so much stuff from pipes to even incenses absolutely amazing I would recommend this place to anyone

If wish had a pop up store this would be it.Most of the products you might purchase here are fake.Half of the items, if not more arent even what the packages says on the front.With all the many cbd/vape/pipe shops in cleveland you think they would actually try.

I got products from here that I already had and compared to the legit ones these are knockoffs especially the king vapes and disposables They taste and hit way different than the original ones and make u feel sick
