I am always so happy leaving this place. Houston is literally one of the most kind, helpful, and knowledgeable people and it’s always an easy time dealing with him. The employees here remember you and so many times have shown that they pay attention when we have in store small talk because the next time I come in they will ask how things went regarding whatever we talked about last time. to me that says a lot about the character of the people working there. they are also always always stocked with whatever it is i may need that day. good stuff, competitive prices, wonderful staff, all good in the hood.

I love coming here. The workers are always so helpful and nice. The store is always clean and organized and their decorations are cute. Prices aren’t bad and they always make good conversation while you shop. They give good and honest advice, you can definitely tell they aren’t in it just to make money which is nice to experience now days. They just want the customer to be happy and satisfied.

Called in advance to see if they had two items in stock. They were very friendly and made the purchases very easy and even offered help if I had any issues with either. Clean shop. helpful staff. Plan to return every time I need something instead of buying online.

I’ve been a regular customer at POV for a few years now. Stopped in today to upgrade my device. Logan and Amanda both took great care of me. They were both very knowledgeable of the devices that I was looking at and ultimately purchased. Logan set up my new device and I was on my way. Great store and very appreciative of Logan and Amanda. Logan was a amazing!!! He was so friendly helpful and sincere. My husband and I both bought new vapes and a bong and forgot to buy rechargeable batteries and left behind a doggie treat well he not only called us but ran out to the parking lot and caught us just so we didnt have to come back ... I lovvvvvve coming here, I always have a million questions and everyone is always so nice and helpful! Yesterday I went and was helped by Houston who was amazing and so patient with me and my questions (not to mention I couldn’t make up my mind) I thought I had an issue with my disposable and Ryan helped me AND charged it for a couple minutes just to make sure it worked it’s best. While it was on the charger he also helped me with some more questions I had (I had an equal amount of questions about edibles now) price checks and making sure I got something I’d enjoy. I get nervous trying out new shops but i felt so comfortable in this store they had super friendly staff and it was so clean and organized i was rung out by Abe he answered all questions i had and made the experience great so i recommend 👍 they also have raffles and deals on special days definitely planning on coming back

Just left the store literally maybe 10 minutes ago literally sold me fake recreational weed Believe me I smoke and buy from Detroit so I know what is real. Sad how I got played from the employees THC is 0.3 when I looked at the product when I got home. THCA wont get you high even if its 30 percent THCA It just me give a headache when I smoke this stuff should have went to a real dispensary!! Learned my lesson and please dont try to defend yourself about your product I am regular smoker lesson learned!

You are going to be surprised how clean the place is and unsuspecting loaded with all that stuff you are going to want.The accessories are plentiful and reasonably priced.The Australian Croc is something you have to check out.Other than the crocodile 🐊 looks like it needs a brushing of its scales, but whos going to brush it 🤔?Probably ticklish.The street 130th is a really busy one.It will be easier for you to turn right ↪️ when driving 🚗 south on 130th and glide into the roomy parking lot.The store is wonderful and it should be good for you 👍 😊.

Vast selection and VERY knowledgeable & helpful staff (shout out to Nate and Tyler!). Lost my precious vape in the Pacific Ocean off of Costa Rica and stopped in to replace it on our way out of town from the airport. Ended up buying several more products and having fun and informative conversation! Terrific place for all your vaping needs!

This place is nice good vibe but the prices are about double of its competitors if your looking for the same juice that you have been buying here but cheaper go to hippy house its 23 dollars for a button that would could you 38 to 40 here after tax. I do love the selection they have and everyones always nice at these locations theres not a lot of parking at this one so be leary of that too.

Small local place with a wide variety for all your smoking and vaping needs. Been here many times, had a problem 1 time and management reached out so fast that it had me feeling bad for being mad at all. They genuinely care about their customers and work fast to make sure you have a pleasant experiance. Stop in amd check em out.

Its a nice clean store with a huge variety of vape juices, devices, and other items. Staff is knowledgeable and can help you find what you need easily. They have a loyalty program for savings. They are very pricey when compared to buying items online. Example: Juicehead 100ml bottle, $10 online, $30 here. Vape device online $35, here $99. Coils, $10 for 5 online, $25 for 5 here. You can expect to pay 3x the price for any thing at this shop or really any vape shop since thats their model. Its convenient if you run out or dont want to purchase online.

I recently met Houston who works at the Cleveland location, he was so patient & helpful. I am the type of person that just has a lot of questions about waste, disposables, and how to reduce harmful impacts to environment. Houston helped explain different brands, new models of brands that I used, the difference in maintenance they need, and everything in between. It was really nice to be heard and not rushed.This type of stuff may seem small to some but in this day those little things are so important. Thank you Houston and POTV 💜

I stopped in today and the service was excellent. The guy at the counter, Houston, was very knowledgeable and took the extra time to walk me through the selections I was interested in. He listened to what interested me and didn’t pressure me to go in any set direction. He demonstrated how to refill the pod system and change the coil, as he set it all up for me. It’s the little things that speak volumes. I live on the other side of town, but with their kind of service, I’m willing to travel. Thanks again Houston!

I’ve been a frequent customer of POTV for many years. Tonight, I stopped for coils and had a few questions about a tank I had recently purchased. The staff quickly greeted me and an associate named Eli helped me out. He answered all my questions and helped me find the coils I needed. He was knowledgeable, polite and even cleaned my device for me. I would never even think about taking my business anywhere else. Great work Eli and POTV team. Vape On!!!

They were very helpful, as soon as I walked in! They had the coils I needed, the extra pods, PLUS my favorite vape juice of all time! I will be making the far drive (about 35 minutes from my house), passing about 50 other vape shops to come to this location as long as they keep this brand in stock! All in all, I spent less than 10 minutes in there, bc they were that attentive in finding what I needed and had everything else nicely set out to easily see.

Megan was absolutely amazing, she was patient she listened to all of my wants showed me various of options that I was not even aware of.! Gave me knowledge on all the products I asked about and suggested a lot of great alternatives. She took her time and showed me all the options when it came to all the products I was encountering about. She is phenomenal and I felt so comfortable with her.! Also being a women and going into this shop can be intimidating so she made it such a great experience.! I don’t see women at all especially in the other stores so I was so refreshing and comforting being able to see her.!

BEWARE! This store is selling fake Elfbar Ultras.On 1/28/23, I purchased a Tropical Rainbow Blast Elfbar Ultra from this store. I have purchased Elfbar Ultras in a variety of flavors from them before and did not have an issue. They have been out of stock for awhile and this was a new shipment. When I opened the box, I noticed that the metal was a rough and gritty texture and not smooth as it should be. Then I took a puff, and the hit and flavor were very different from the legitimate ones I have had before. I brought this up to the store associate and was told there was nothing they could do.Suspecting a fake, I compared it to an old Grape Honeydew and Blue Razz I have at home. I noticed that, in addition to the hit/flavor/metal texture and color differences, the font was also different. I will definitely not be using the device and have reported this on the Elfbar website.Ive attached pictures comparing it to the legitimate Grape Honeydew, which shows the difference in font and in the metal texture and color, as well as a picture of the counterfeit device with the box.Ive purchased a lot from Planet of the Vapes over the years and am pretty disappointed by this experience. I will not be returning to this store.

Planet of the vapes in Cleveland BEST service ever! Went in there on Wednesday and Cameron greeting me, got me exactly what I needed. His energy was fantastic! To see someone at work that happy to be there with that kind of service is a wonderful thing! Every time I visit this location they are awesome and extremely welcoming and knowledgeable! Cameron is a great employee! We need more people in the world like him!

I have been coming to the W.130th location for quite some time now. Everyone there is always friendly and helpful. Most recently, I went up there to buy some glass and Tyler was incredible. He let me look at the ones I liked and was patient with me as I could not seem to make a decision for my life. Overall I had a great experience.

Abe was very informative and helpful. Planet of Vapes is the best store around in my opinion.

*Edit - I took my product back 3 days after I bought it and was told that there was nothing that could be done and its normal to leak out an entire cartridge in 6 hours. Its a Juno and I will happily email the receipt from Squareup to you as I purchased it from your shop along with a few other products. No warranty was ever mentioned.This place literally left a bad taste in my mouth. Last time Im going to brave the ghetto - its in a pretty run down unsafe neighborhood and the products they recommended to me were junk and dont work well.

I stopped in here a few weeks ago for juice and a pod for my suorin air pro.. The employees were so friendly & patient while I asked questions about the different juices. I came back again this week for the same items & Mr. Nate provided the most amazing, professional customer service and made sure I was able to get the products I needed, even though my pods were on back order. I used to shop at the ridge road planet of the vapes but the attitudes and lack of product knowledge from the girls there made me very hesitant to ever return. I’m so glad I decided to try the store on west 130th. I will absolutely be returning for all my vape needs! 10 stars for the amazing team at this location!

THA best online customer service you will ever receive! My first order was in my hands in under a week all the way to northern Ontario. Wow! On my second order I hit the wrong button and ended up adding something to my order that I didn’t want. I emailed them right away after discovering my brain fart and they had the order adjusted and once again in my hands in a few days. This is now my official store for my Volcano Hydrid needs. Kojack and Eli were absolutely wonderful! They went above and beyond to help me out, even while the store was pretty busy! Eli even helped out with offering to clean my tank and prime my coil. I had issues with a product purchased from the parma location and they weren’t willing to help any possible way. I went to the W 130th location and spoke with cam about the issue and he was able to resolve the problem n help me with the product. What an awesome store. I went in to purchase a new tank for my battery and the nice lady and gentlemen behind the counter proceeded to try and fix the tank I currently have. I didnot ask for this or did I expect this type of service. I was taken by surprise! Highly recommend this specific location. Theres still some hope in this world

Never had a bad experience at any of the POV stores, the W130th location is definitely my favorite though. The employees level of care and knowledge blows me away every single time I visit. I recently went in wanting to buy a new butane torch but a specific brand that wasn’t in stock at the time. After talking with Amanda about my situation she asked great identifying questions and was able to make a recommendation that better fit my needs. I’m truly happy with my purchase of The Wand by Ispire and it’s because she went above and beyond. Always look forward to seeing Drew and the rest of the night crew when I stop by on my way home from work.

My partner and I have put off getting a real device for years because we were certain it would be a stressful, confusing experience. Rui immediately walked us through our options in a way that was accessible and easy (not to mention way cheap.) We were in and out in less than 20 minutes and have been super pleased with our new setups.The whole crew there seems super knowledgeable and friendly. Josh is always super helpful and sweet, and tells you exactly what you’re purchasing every time. He is always willing to explain products and prices, and to show you anything you’re interested in. Overall, the staff in general is very patient and quick to help you out. Always greeted every time you walk in the door, and always given a goodbye when exiting. Staff also almost always offers a free raffle ticket every time you purchase something! Very cool place, with very cool staff, and a huge selection of products and supplies. Love it, worth the drive to come here.

Ive been coming to Planet of the Vapes for months now and Ive never had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly and theyre quite knowledgeable. I like to change up what Im vaping just about every time Im in and theyve always had a recommendation. Aside from flavors, whenever Ive needed help with my setup or if I was looking for some new gear, theyve helped me there too.This most recent time I was in I was helped by Andrew T. I found out hes the resident expert on dessert flavors, which are my go-to. I was looking for a vanilla custard type of flavor and he had 3 recommendations, plus his own experience with a few of them. I went with his recommendations and Im not disappointed.Eli is another staff member that has always been pleasant and helpful every time Ive been in.Lastly, one of the staff was wearing a Dungeons and Dragons necklace when I was in. Extra cool points in my book.Great place!

Best place in Cleveland to get real vape materials they are great customer service and very knowledgeable about their own products FYI if you buy puff bars from anywhere else if it dont have the card on the inside or the scratch off on the outside is not real go to this place they are legit

Best place to buy delta 8 in Cleveland! I’m a semi-regular customer here and all the dudes who are employees are super cool and knowledgeable of the products. The manager, I think he said his name is Andrew, is awesome! I had a faulty product without a receipt and he helped me quickly and easily exchange the broken product for a functional one. Came in for a disposable Hyde pen walked away getting ready to switch to a vaporesso pod device to help me save some money on my salts. It was my first time actually going into this location. Ive been in the Parma one just a few times but with a friend. When I came into this one on West 130th, I was greeted by Abe who was awesome! He was so patient and very informative! Any questions I had, he was able to answer and I was amazed at everything I learned. There was so much information and still more to learn. I wasnt pressured to get anything and even changed my mind and got a little more than I went for and it was just great at how confident Abe was with the products and understanding of me not just as a customer, but a person. The products are great and Im glad I went and I definitely will be back!

These guys will stand there and very happily educate you for a very long time if you require it. Every employee that works there is enthusiastic and committed to making sure you have a great experience. One time I bought a cart that did not fit my device and I walked right back in and they took care of me. I thought I was screwed LOL.This is a great establishment and everybody here is awesome. Plus its extremely clean and very orderly. Police officers were there buying products when I was there! Its all legal and amazing.
