Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.One thing I do hate, but a lot of places are doing it, as you check out you are asked to leave a tip...I wouldnt mind so much if they were getting paid the wages as waitresses. But Im sure theyre getting at least minimum wage.So Im tipping you to do your job???But like I said, this is happening more and more everywhere.

This shop rocks! Such great, friendly people running it who actually care about their customers. So very happy to be a customer here and pleased with each and every experience Ive had since day one!

Called to ask if they carried a certain product, and the guy told me I dont know, im doing an order right now. very uncaring demeanor and expensive prices. im not spending $30 for a 60ml bottle of juice.

Really good location close to town has a lot of good variety’s of juice and cbd products everyone that has worked here has been awesome to do business with Cheech and Alex are really good people and will help you out with all your needs in the vape or cbd world.

Cant say enough. If youre new to vaping, especially if youre trying to quit smoking, go here first. Hell walk you through everything and explain anything you need to know. Wish I had visited this place instead of Chattanooga vapor first. Im straightened out now though, thisll be the only place I shop from now on.

I love you guys! Congrats on the New Shop! I am socially awkward and when I made my first visit to The Fix I was so nervous. That changed as soon as I walked in the door. They are all so kind and very welcoming. Now they cant shut me up and never get frustrated with my 100 questions game lol. My buddy is at the new shop and he has helped me more than he probably realizes. They are all very kind and helpful as well. This is by far the best vape shop I have ever been to. Cheech is the man too, helped me find the best mod and tank for how I vape and informed me on things I had never been told by any other shop. I will be back from Sweetwater for all my vaping needs no doubt.

The Fix and The Fix 2 are the absolute best vape shops in cleveland, and the best shops i have been to since ive started vaping. They can answer any questions i have in an unbiased manner, or if they dont know the answer to something, they will do as much research as they can to give me an answer. They can get you anything you need from a low end starter kit, to high-end collectable mods. Both shops also have a very wide range of juices. Dont even think about going to any other shop!! 😊
