Love this place and the Vibe is so cool and amazing ALEX is the bomb, Casey is the Bomb, & Cheech is the Bomb over at the #2 store. I met Alex for the first time she was super knowledgeable when it came to the products they have available. I’ll go back over there honestly because the VIBE WAS AWESOME!!! Large variety of products Go get your FIX!

Alex is the friendliest person i’ve met, and is so personable! I’d recommend here for any need you may have.

This place is expensive! Almost double the price of online retailers. I would like to support local businesses, but not at these prices.

Great atmosphere ..amazing customer service. A fun place to get what you need and then just Vape and chill..they even have a build and clean station.

Wonderful experience today! Had the coil I needed for my dinosaur of a vape pod. Terri went above and beyond to be helpful showing me how to get my coil inserted and even went as far as letting me know there would be replacement coils made very available. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend fix vape shop and its my go to for supplies!!

Amazing customer service and plenty of choices

Just went there earlier today, well I suppose now it would b yesterday. Lol. Anyhow I dont know a great deal when it comes to vapes. I bought what is now just my 2nd vape, a Sonder U for $15. It seems to b somewhat similar to the Novo 2 that I gave to my wife. For the $ it seems like a great buy, but Ive had it less than a day. If it continues to perform like it has so far I will b a very happy customer. I do not remember the pretty young ladys name that served me but she was very nice as well as helpful. Thank u so much to The Fix Vape Shop, I will b returning for any & all of my Vape associated needs!!

Its not very common that I has the want to actually give somebody five stars however The Fixx truly earns it. Not once have I gone in there and not left with what I went to get at a price better than I expected. The staff is always warm and welcoming never hesitant to lend a hand not to mention they give a veteran discount

I love this place. The employees are laid back, incredibly knowledgeable and they quickly get to know their regulars. The prices are really good. They have excellent brands.Their testers are drippers, so you get a really nice and true idea of the flavors when you try them. Its also an excellent place to go if youre trying to decide if you want to go rda or not.I love this place a lot. I cant speak enough praises.

Best shop in town, hands down!! I had my first experience with them tonight and I love it. Im somewhat new to the vaping scene so I had alot of questions. They had no problem with answering my questions and they were extremely professional and friendly about it. Never once did I feel judged for not knowing much about it. I would recommend this place to anyone!! Its not even a shop. Its an awesome hang out spot with some awesome people!! Everyone should check them out!! You wont regret it!

Went there yesterday and purchased two box mod kits and it had everything you need to start vaping. The 120 ml house juice is really good for the price. I would recommend anyone that is new to vaping or an old pro to check it out.years later and they are still the same great place 👍

Really friendly every time i come in for some juice. Anytime I need a good recommendation Juan always finds me good flavors.Skyler helped me choose the Centaurus DNAc mod and dont regret it at all.

Nice people but not a lot of vape knowledge. Sold me a $75 vape and separate batteries and charger that haven’t worked right since the day I bought them. Staff was not very helpful and said “oh well sorry.” Very disappointed, won’t be returning, plenty of other vape shops in Cleveland.

On vacation from maine: this place is the bomb. Great juice, good atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff. As an experienced vaper I felt comfortable asking questions about their juice line, as well as more difficult questions. Made me feel at home, even when 1200 miles from home. Highly recommend. Their house juice is the bomb, and is relatively cheap. The house juices in Maine are 12.50 for a 30ml. I paid that much for a 60ml here. :)

These guys are honestly the best. Id never have thought that a local vape shop worker(s) would actually care about wellbeing. These folks go above and beyond and Id recommend shopping here over anywhere else if possible.

Went in for a coil and advice on how to change it out. They were more than helpful, recommended some great e liquids, made excellent conversation, and made me feel welcome to hang out which apparently a lot of people do. They earned themselves a loyal customer

Great customer service, dont recall the ladys name that helped me, but she was beyond great, and patient with my many vaping questions. She helped me to find a good quality vape, without spending an arm and a leg, just in case I dont stick with it, and omg the sugar cookies liquid is amazing. So yummy. I would recommend to anyone.

They go above and beyond to help you find just what you are looking for even if your not sure exactly what that is yet lol. Like great tasting juices, perfect mods for your specific liking, etc. Always very clean and everything kept up. They have a great selection of everything you need. They have a new shop open too now in town to help people on the other side. It is very nice as well! I went here with my wife and were both new to vapeing. We went here with a lot of questions and they answered all of them. They had so many different juices and vary friendly staff. This was the first vape shop we went to and will be the only one we will go to when we need something. The manager was vary awesome also.

I came in to get juice and a coil. The employee noticed my baseplate on my tank was loose. She fixed it for me, installed my coil, and went ahead and filled my tank with the juice I purchased. A++ service! Ill definitely be back!

Nice people, however prices for vapes are outrageous. Back home I can get the new voopoo with a tank and coil and batteries for a $100 here it’s $110 plus tax for just the mod that’s crazy I’d rather drive the 4 hours back to where I used to live for a better deal and better variety.

I absolutely love the people here! After I called about 3 vape shops with questions I still have not found any answers. One shop even told me they did not have time today.This shop took about 20 minutes to work with me, answer my questions and get my vape working . they did not ask for a single dollar. The people were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable even though I didnt know anything about my vape. They even called other stores to see where I could get a coil. This is not a shop per se , they call it a lounge and it really has the feel of a lounge . People are hanging out and talking and then everyone in there is friendly . I recommend this Lounge to anyone!

Ive visited many vape shops but The Fix is by far the best one in Cleveland, Tn!! They make you feel at home. They answered every question Ive had and the flavors they have are AMAZING! I recommend that everybody try them out!

The atmosphere is awesome,The people are awesome, they answer questions if you have them. You can either be in and out or sit at the bar and socialize with friends. I dont go anywhere else! This is one of the best vape shops I have ever been to. I do alot of travelling and they are much better than most shops I have visited. They are very knowledgeable about vaping and they arent constantly trying to sell you products. The shop is always clean and the selection of products are endless.

The fix vape shop is a great one stop shop for all of you smokers out there and vapers looking for a shop with amazing prices! They are set up for beginners with complete starter kits for coming off cigarettes to advance users as myself with high wattage mods, coil building supplies, rda, rdta, rta, subohm,ect. They have tons of e-liquids that are great quality and are in house liquids. But the best thing i love about the shop is the atmosphere and the welcome you get as you walk in the door. Makes you feel wanted and most importantly the staff is very knowledgeable about the products they sell! And for beginners thats one of the best qualities in a vape shop because not all shops can tell you completely about the devices they sell and you end up with something you dont want. So i rate this shop a (5) i will be a regular customer

My husband and I love The Fix! Vapeing may not be for some, but its definitely for us. Weve both stopped smoking. My husband had smoked almost 4 decades and I had smoked approximately 10 years. We both thought it would be totally impossible to totally quit, but surprisingly its been an easy transition. Thanks yall!!!
