The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store has a good selection of products. Their prices are a bit high, but thats to be expected in a town the size of Clinton. Their customer rewards program does compensate for the higher prices. The store is neat and clean. Overall, my shopping experience there has always been positive.

Super clean space. I live in Kansas City where we have a vape shop on every corner which is really convenient. That being said this place is convenient and easy to get to. It was a pretty in and out experience which I like. Instead of pacing back and fourth between showcases trying to decide what to get they have menus lined up on a counter which made the decision alot easier. Dylan was also really nice and knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. I will definitely be back just to show some love. I ran out and boom there it was... nice, clean, friendly employees, and a different selection than I am used to. Happy with my decision!

Aqueous is a very clean and professional shop. Their employees are very respectful and knowledgeable about the products and industry. Dylan, the manager does an outstanding job overall. I highly recommend Aqueous for all of your vape needs.Edit: still my favorite place!

The store has a wonderful customer service, very friendly amd helpful to my needs to each time Ive come to the store. Dylan was awesome and had all the answers needed to each purchase made. It has become our main store.

I’m new to the community and will only be living here short term; however, I am an avid “vaper”. I started coming here as it was very local to where I am staying. I originally thought they were too small of a shop to potentially carry my coils I needed for my mod, but they aren’t. The customer service specialist, Sam was a HUGE help! Not only did he get my vape back up and running after purchasing multiple disposables, he helped find a juice within my flavor profile! He’s very knowledgeable and easy going! Thanks so much, Sam!!

It was nice to finally get a decent vape shop in Clinton, but the last two months they have not had my juice in inventory at the 3 or 6 nicotine Ive talked to the store clerk about it but no change yet. maybe its time to give up on small business. VERY DISAPPOINTED
