I was genuinely surprised by the cleanliness and great hospitality offered by this hotel. This was a quick stop for us and booked blindly online as we were traveling through the area. Check in was fast and easy, our room was clean and offered great amenities, fridge, microwave, two sinks. I would definitely stay here again if we were driving through the area.
Check in was very easy and friendly. Room was really big with full bath plus extra sink and vanity. Had two queen beds but was plenty of room for two kings which is why the four stars not 5.Room and grounds were exceptionally clean and could tell the owners cared about their business and the guests. Read other reviews where they said heard traffic noise, It was slight at best and a stretch to call it an issue. It’s not the Ritz but if you are looking for a clean well run hotel for great value this place won’t disappoint. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Forgot to mention the location was perfect for travelers and felt very safe.
Great place to stay! Rooms were clean and updated. Breakfast was good. Would have loved eggs, but waffles , cereal were available and other sweets and fruit. Very friendly and accommodating service . Would definitely stay again.
When we pulled in we thought it was an old, what I would call, mom and pop place, but we were pleasantly surprised by how nice and spacious the room was. Never judge a book by the cover, just like a bad looking apple can be the best apple youve ever had. Room overall was nicely clean, just a little dusty.
Room was large, 2 tables & chairs. Comfy beds. Pet friendly for $15/dog. They only have select rooms that are pet friendly-recommend calling to make sure its available. Some road noise: its right on a heavily trafficked area; Definitely stayed at way louder places. I wish the breakfast included ANYTHING with protein (i.e. hard boiled eggs) not just carbs. You get what you pay for, I guess.
I wanted to leave my car here before heading out on the Katy Trail for 4-5 days pushing a heavy cart. The staff was accommodating and friendly from the start. I appreciated the outdoor room entrances with my bulky cart. This is not a glitzy hotel but it was clean, located only a few miles from the Katy Trail and my car was safe until I got back. I would definitely stay here again for further excursions on the Katy Trail.
Rooms were nice and clean the only thing I think they could improve on would be the breakfast in just having a little more variety….. but honestly for the prices of the room it’s a great stay.

Worst stay EVER! Couldnt shower, faucet broke. Spraying hot water on my roommate. Light by bed wouldnt turn off, kept flickering. Plugs on light were too loose to use. Wall outlets sparked. TV changer sucked!Was up over 2 hours cleaning up the water mess in the bathroom.No shower. Couldnt get a different room, or compensation!Manager was rude! Tried to blame me for the bathroom fiasco.Maintenance guy was excellent! Apologized, took time to see the complaints. Manager said cleaning lady expects stuff.Dont see that as caring about what needed fixed!I have a Hospitality Degree!I KNOW what should be expected and how the situation could have been handled better!!I recommend NOT staying at the Westridge Inn
They charge $15 per bag per night for your stay. I have never heard of anything like that in my life!!!! And it’s predatory to spring that on someone when you’re an hour and a half from the closest major city and have nowhere else to go !!! They make no effort to accommodate you for your concerns regardless of the disingenuous comments left on these reviews about how much it matters.
Exceeded expectations in the room quality and breakfast. The towels were folded fancy like an actual hotel, you can tell they are going beyond the minimum expected of a roadside hotel.Breakfast had real Tropicana orange juice and all the fixings. Again, surpassing expectations.
The new owners are fantastic. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The housekeepers do a nice job keeping the hotel clean. They have a large parking lot. Continental breakfast starts at 6am. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My room was sparkling clean. The staff was friendly and cheerful. I didnt need anything from them while I was there so I dont know how they would have handled it if I had needed something. The breakfast was nice. The hotel itself was close to a CVS, grocery store, fast good and sit-down restaurants, a Wal-Mart, and highway.
Four stars for a 2 star hotel. It was very clean, and the staff was nice. A little pricey for this type of hotel though. Pet friendly was the reason we chose this hotel over the surrounding ones.
We just arrived in Clinton, MO today with a group of friends to start riding the Katy Trail. The rooms here are quite spacious and very clean. You can tell that the hotel has been prepared with love and pride. The staff is friendly and very helpful. And the trailhead is a short bike ride away on local streets. We cannot wait to start! Thanks for the great start to our week!

Front desk worked to ensure we had two rooms next to each other. Rooms were spacious and had a great color scheme. One non-smoking room had a cigarette odor. The floor needed to be deep cleaned, as our socks and feet needed to be cleaned before bedtime. The grass area for the dogs was well kept. The breakfast area was small, but well maintained. There was a grocery store just across the street, convenient for getting essentials.
Super clean and updated somewhat. Beds were good pillows were good. Slept great. The air unit needed some attention the heater was full blast at 65 degrees and couldn’t be changed and it was like 80 degrees air coming out. Changed it to air-conditioning then changed the temp to 72 and that was good.Definitely worth the Econo money.
Had a great stay at Westbridge inn. Clean and quiet room. Staff was helpful and friendly. Conveniently located near shops and walmart. Highly recommend this place.
The room was disgusting. Pay extra because we had our dog, but no one cleaned from the last dog. Hair all over, toilet leaked and bathroom walls disgusting. Sheets were ripped and did not fit bed. Drawer in nightstand had food/beveridges spilled in it. Shower was dirty.

I arrived early and asked if I could check in early and they didnt have to but made sure the housekeeping got my room ready immediately. It was very clean and smelt good. Front desk people were extremely friendly and over accommodating. I spent the weekend there with my girlfriend and we just really enjoyed our stay and the people were just amazing!

Room was nice. Bed was average. Pillows were overstuffed and hurt my neck. Room was very warm when we got there and needed to turn on the AC, which worked well. Jacuzzi tub liked nice but never got to use that feature. There was mold on the caulking for the tub. Indoor pool was nice and at a good temp. Hot tub was also good. Complimentary breakfast was pretty standard.
Westbridge is probably my favorite hotel to ever stay in and will prolly remain that way forevas. The rooms have been remodeled and I must say, they look spectacular and I felt like I was in a suite for the low price of staying here fr fr. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and deff give it a 10/10 youll just have to experience it yourself to know what I mean!
This motel was completely updated a year ago. The room are beautiful and clean.The owner was very nice. Great rates. Pet friendly for a small fee.We were able to park 26 moving truck with car hauler in easy spots that pull right out to the road.
Just now, Niki the manager helped us out by calling Expedia herself to refund (a non-refundable) my booking 100%. Their lobby was really clean, the manager (obviously) was very helpful and friendly. Sadly, we are in a hurry and unable to wait for our room to be ready. We definitely recommend this place!Thanks again, Niki!
We stayed 3 nights with family in rooms nearby. The beds were comfy, the AC worked and very clean. Despite being on busy road, the noise was minimal. Enjoyed the pool too! The breakfast area was nice. Excellent in this price range.

Disappointed!!! Just went to a wedding I was one of guests that stayed with a friend at this motel. Room wasn’t clean had hair in bathtub, refrigerator was nasty as well. The top cover smelt like smoke (no smoking room) and was disgusting over herd house keepers talking about going and smoking a joint. Walked past another room seen a housekeeper eating food and watching tv looked like they was getting real comfortable on the job! What the heck is the manager doing ?? Sleeping???On our stay only girl that was helpful was the red head at the front desk. At least she was the only one showing professionalism and actually came and cleaned our tub and refrigerator and was kind enough to get a another blanket.Would NOT recommend booking.
The clean rooms were great, the bed was comfortable ,pillows were great. No complaints only issue would be that you can hear the traffic going by at night. Would stay here again
I was traveling with my daughter and 2 dogs. I chose this location because of the affordable price and good reviews. It was quite disappointing to however when staff made it clear that they did not appreciate dogs. I reassured her that both of my pups were his trained and well behaved. I pushed 20 dollars extra per dog, which was expected. The room itself looked neat, however the smell was unbearable. The only thing nice about it was the bathroom which looked like it had recently been remodeled. We ended up not staying the nightand left shortly after we checked in.

The beds were hard and the tub was filthy. We were only there a couple of hours because we had worked all night and needed a place to sleep before driving home. The decor is nice set the bathroom ceiling was peeling. If you like a hard bed you would like it I just prefer medium. But I felt safe there and they have a nice pool.
Stayed here two months ago & paid $103 for a room, they had to get two front desk workers to run my card which they typed in manually. It’s now april and they have tried to charge my card 3 times now for the same amount i paid in february. The front desk workers must have stole my card information because trying to charge my card three times in the span of two days definitely isn’t right.
The room, cleaned by Amanda, was pristine, even the corners of the floor in the bathroom were free of dirt/grime! I am absolutely impressed. The breakfast is a wonderful spread of options, including biscuits/gravy, cereal, apples, bananas, bagels etc etc. The front desk staff are fast, friendly and helpful. The whole experience warrants a five star rating, we will be back!
We stayed in the King Suite with the jacuzzi. The room was super nice and clean. The jacuzzi worked great. We were not bothered and had no issues at all. Highly recommend and we give this 5/5 stars!
As we pull in we see 3 vehicles in the parking lot wondering if this location would be fit to stay 😬. We waited for the attendant for a bit for her to say there were NO rooms available, there were rooms available online...? Well to just cut this story short I WOULD not recommend this location and neither would the employee as she referred us to the location up the street. 🤷♀️ So save some time and there are two other hotels right up the street! Who would LOVE your business!
I travel for work. So, it’s important to find a place that has what we need and is within budget. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plus the price was pretty reasonable compared to the other places around.
The only reason I am giving this hotel a lower rating is because there was no hot water for a shower. I took one in the evening when we arrived...no hot water. My husband took one the next morning...no hot water. The room was clean. The bed was ok. The front desk clerk was friendly. A little noisy being right off of the highway, but that is to be expected. When I went to check out, there was no one at the front desk to notify of the water issue.
What a wonderfully updated classic Motel!The room was nicer than any other on our trip with a very fresh modern decor. Our room had a large flat screen TV that made me feel like I was home. The room stayed warm on the coldest night of the year. While it is obvious from the design that this building has been here for decades, the brick and painted surfaces looked like they were just built yesterday. My 4 year old granddaughter from South East Texas was welcomed to play in their fresh snow when we checked in. The great people running this Inn are doing a wonderful job. Thanks for a great night sleep and a wonderful stay.
I stayed 8 nights, no body bothered me. The pool was a lil small. But still refreshing. No managers eyeballing you. Honestly friendly. Now the lady at the front desk. She is a ninja.She’s looks ruthless. (Kid) but absolutely nice. Breakfast is ready to go self serve. Oh the house keeping girls. They will do anything to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. Down internet not so great. Really they make up for it.
I really enjoyed my stay here. I had a family reunion and stayed a night. It’s not super flashy, but the rooms are modern and renovated. I am a little super conscientious about cleanliness and found the rooms very clean and comfortable. My husband and I had encounters with about 4 different staff members and they were all very kind and responded very respectfully and enthusiastically, which I appreciated. I felt valued as a customer here and I would absolutely stay here again.
Very dirty room, no eurotop mattress, no hairdryer, no clock, smelled of skunk, mold in bathroom. Breakfast consisted of donuts, yogurt and waffles. They advertise senior discounts but do not give it.
Room was clean and nice. Hot Breakfast was only do it yourself toast or waffles. No eggs, bacon, sausage or biscuits and gravy. Stayed 3 days and the 50 inch TV never worked.
DO NOT GO HERE!! Extremely sketchy, people were outside blasting music and smoking right next door, the room locks DO NOT WORK and when trying to park, an extremely sketchy man on a truck kept going around us very slowly just circling our car slower every time and made direct eye contact with us and kept eyeing us and our car. If you want to be in a safe place, DO NOT STAY HERE!! Had to force the rude attendant to give us a refund and he only gave us $50 out of $100 even though the bathroom light didn’t work, lock and tv didn’t work, people were blasting music and felt threatened, and our car would most likely be vandalized or stolen. Call me paranoid but if anyone with a family goes here, make sure your locks work and you park close to your room because we had to park across the hotel with our trailer so we were very far away from our room. Please don’t go hereReply to owner: we didn’t use the services or the room, we didn’t stay past 10 minutes and we couldn’t even get our luggage out of car without being stalked. If you have the latest technology on the locks, why wasn’t I able to close the door at all and anyone could come in by pushing it. Also with your renovated rooms, you mean painting over the mold in the bathroom ceiling and the light dangling from the ceiling? You should manage better
We were pleasantly surprised. The room was newly re-modeled and clean. The best part was the very comfortable mattress. Both my husband and I have back problems and it was great that we were able to get a good nights sleep.
Love this place! My husband and I stayed here for one night and didnt want to leave! For starters the staff/owners are amazing! Very nice and helpful. Now for our room.... Awesome! The bed was so comfortable, plenty of pillows and room for us both. Jacuzzi tub is awesome! State of the art! Built-in radio, lights, and powerful jets. Huge TV, Great picture, and lots of cannels. Very impressed with this Inn. Even though its cost to the hiway the room was very quiet! Oh and PETS ARE ALLOWED!
The desk attendant does speak English well but that’s to be expected since it’s not American owned. The room was ok no trash bags in the container and the bathroom had mold on the ceiling clearly it was painted over to avoid fixing and to pass inspection. No cable or internet but she was quick to take our money and give no discount for the none working cable and internet that don’t connect. Pretty typical for Indian owners just a motel by deception don’t stay here avoid it Clinton Missouri
Clearn, comfortable, spacious, friendly. Breakfast and pool. Too many hotels try to claim COVID as an excuse not to offer breakfast and/or a pool but not this place.Nearby restaurants and civilization. Good place to rest on the way to your destination. Competitive price. Highly recommend.
When we pulled up I was 2nd guessing if we should stay not that it was dirty pulling up. It looked very clean just havent stayed in a motel in a while. I tell you though it was clean comfortable beds the Jacuzzi was nice to relax in. Much nicer than I anticipated. Very pleased with our choice. We would stay again.
From my experience, the front desk person had a horrible short attitude that made me and my guest feel unwelcomed. Not a very nice vibe. The customer service was lagging. The rooms were okay, but theres much better. Couldnt wait to leave. They could at least be a little more friendly and more kind to their guests.
Really nice amenities for the room value, Mike the TV, chairs, bedding and bathrooms.Heed my warning though, check your room well for dirt debris trash, drug paraphernalia, smoking trash from do you ever stay there before us. I didnt have my card on me that night so I opted to do the cash which required $50 deposit for incidentals. This is where they got me the guy went and checked the room after I left and stated that someone had smoked in the room. He found a cigarette butt on the floor and some ash on the table by the microwave, this room was very unclean for as nice as it was.
My husband used this motel/hotel to stay at during inclement weather because we live 30 miles from his job. His first time using this place was good. No problems. That was in February of 2021. This second (and last time) was Monday 4/19 and Tuesday 4/20. He checked in on Monday evening after work. But Tuesday while he was at work, housekeeping came by. Whoever cleaned his room actually helped themselves to some of the food my husband brought with and just bought the night before at Walmart. Pudding cup, burritos, candy AND a couple of beers were consumed (stolen) by the housekeeping personal. Dont stay at this place. Yeah the rooms may be somewhat nice and inexpensive but they employ thieves. Im just glad that after taking his morning medication my husband didnt leave his meds in the room. His suitcase, where he had them, was gone through as well. Poor quality hotel/motel. Avoid this one.
Front the outside, this is just a small, unsuspecting motel. Once inside, we were instantly impressed. The rooms have undergone an obvious renovation recently, with quality upgrades and comforts. The front desk team is friendly and helpful, and even breakfast was comparable to anything you will get at a chain hotel. We definitely got a great bargain here - highly recommended to anyone who will be staying in the area.
Nothing fancy but very clean and they have more amenities than some of the larger chains. Lots of room with two vanities. One being in an enclosed bathroom. Private door to parking lot. They upgraded us to queen so we could be on the ground floor. Friendly people.
Very nice employees. Price was a little high. considering it was a late night check in and storming. Could not enjoy the out door swimming pool. Basically 9 hours for a king size bed and what they considered a suite cost $115.
This is my second review comment. I did enjoy my stay there, but would appreciate you letting the girl that was in Housekeeping know that how much I appreciated her. She even took care of my two cats that were stranded there, while I had a few days in the hospital. Her name was Tomeka (I think). Please tell her “Hello” for me! Thank you again
14+ hrs of driving. This place was full but she found us a room even though we had our furbaby with. The husband was a little on the edge from exhaustion but she was still friendly with him. Theyve done a great job with the renovation. Mac made room for my coworker and I multiple times during our stay. We thought our work was done and wed have to extend again and again. Housekeeping was pleasant and professional. Thanks and well stay again when in the area👍
M-Star Motel is a wonderfully nice place to stay. It is older, but renovated and clean. The owner was quite helpful and we had no complaints. One thing I really appreciated was the fact that the bathroom had a sink, and there is a second sink outside the bathroom. Most economy motels only have the one sink outside the bathroom. Price was more than reasonable, and we even got a discount because we stayed a Sunday night. They have some breakfast stuff as well- donuts, sweet rolls, cold or hot cereal, toast, fruit. We were very satisfied.
We stayed at Westbridge Inn and Suites in Clinton Mo on Feb. 27th, 2021. The room was clean and in good repair. There was a sofa as well as a desk and chair. Bed was comfortable. This location was right off the hi-way that we were traveling on. The reception area is also a breakfast area was clean. The front desk clerk was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good and appreciated. We would stay here again.
The experience is amazing the roads are nice and clean the whole place is the customer service is on point honestly I feel like the best hotel there is in town the pricing is portable in the customer service its one-of-a-kind
From the time we checked in until the time we left was horrible. The front desk attendant was rude from the jump. Almost paid 300 dollars for one night. Not only that when we left to go get food the owner/manager called my cell phone asked where we were then told me we couldnt be in and out like we were. We werent being loud and left for food. Im sorry but youre not gonna tell me I cant leave to get food. Before hanging up the man then told me he needed to see me once I got back. So I went to my room to put my food up and he had gone and changed the key card so we couldnt get in our room that we PAID for with all of OUR belongings in there. The pool was empty and there wasnt any breakfast. We were going to stay for a week but after the first night there we said never again!
Super, super kind and friendly staff. They try hard to make everything great and convenient for their guests. Quiet place and simply a winner for us considering we travel with our canine companions!! I would recommend and I would gladly stay again!!! Plus you cant beat the fact that everything you need is within a walking distance!!
I was very surprised how nice this hotel actually was. Years ago this hotel was pretty run down but now its under different management & I believe new owners. Its been all updated and very clean. All the furnishings and everything appeared to be brand new. It was very clean and I have to say I was pretty impressed.
While it was updated and the bed was comfortable, my dog that hasnt had fleas in over a year, ended up with 3 coming out of that room! The room was not clean; thick layers of dust covered the armoire and on the face of the air conditioner unit; and not vacuumed properly! Overpriced for the condition of the room. Very disappointed.

Very kind and accommodating staff, amenities exceeded expectations especially for the price and was conveniently located. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious but I wish it longer into the morning.
We stayed at Westbridge for the second time in October 2019 because of a family funeral. Booked two rooms, each with a dog. Again, the stay was pleasant. The manager, Ash, even worked with us on a late checkout because of the morning funeral, cemetery trip and luncheon. In fact, Ash was friendly and accommodating in every way. Besides being pet friendly, the Westbridge rooms were clean and comfortable. They showed minor wear and tear but were fine for the rate. Breakfast included biscuits and gravy and fresh waffles. If our plans hold up to visit Clinton again for Christmas, well stay at Westbridge.
Very pleasant individual checked us in. We had a terrible experience at another hotel the night before and we were wary so he brought me to the room and it looked great. The price was good, room was clean, property was in fine shape. Of course due to Covid-19 there was no continental breakfast but that was expected, not the hotels fault. I would absolutely recommend this establishment.
Horrible!! I give them 0 stars. My husband and I stopped for the night, went to the office and checked in. Went to the room, the smell was unbearable, I sprayed it with air freshener. The sheets had a strong terrible smell. Also, there were insects crawling in the tub and on the shower curtain. We will never stay there again.
They did a fantastic job remodeling this old hotel with modern amenities. the room and bathroom are super clean and modern.I can easily bicycle to the trail-head of the Katy Trail crossing the highway at the light at Franklin street and taking neighborhood streets to the trail.The breakfast did not fit my taste, so I ate at a nice cafe on the square.
Tomeka the women at the front desk with red hair was the best clerk I have ever come across. Her customers were beyond amazing. She went out of her way to help us with a reaction my wife had and got her some medicine and my son some snacks. The place the cleanest I have ever been in. Her work ethic speaks for itself. She treats u with a smile on her face and that smiles made happy to know that there are great humanitarians in this world full of discrimination and hate. Thank you tomeka so much . We will definitely be back. We r from Colorado and best experience ever
Nice and Clean rooms. More than expected, far far better than any other hotels of this kind.
This location was pretty bad. While the room looked clean, it had a musty smell. Breakfast was supposed to begin at 6am, but at 6:30 when we got there we had to ring for an attendant. The trash was overflowing from the day before and the smell was awful. There was also trash on the table and a burnt coffee pot was cooking on the coffee maker. The attendant offered to set up for breakfast, but we declined to wait. I doubt I will choose Westbridge again.
My truck broke down nearby so I have to spend a night at this motel, this motel doesn’t look like much from the outside but the rooms are comparable to that of 4 stars hotels, room is clean and looks like they just remodeled them with contemporary furnitures, real hot breakfast, slept like a baby, good price. the manager is really nice even gave me a free ride back to my truck. Wonderful experience.
Very impressed at your hotel. I give it 5 stars, cuz the night lady was very friendly. Good price for a most likely long stay. We moved away from Denver and didnt have a place to stay. Im hoping to be able to find a place to live. If we have to stay longer, I dont know how Im gonna afford it for very long. Very comfy room, spacious and clean
On my way home we had to stop unexpectedly in Clinton MO due to a freezing rain. There were only 2 hotels available so we got this one. The photos on the website make it looks very upscale but it is far from it. First off, it was way overpriced. I think they jacked the prices up because they knew the roads were bad. Next, the person checking me into the hotel was visibly ill. She looked and acted like she had the flu and should not be working. So we get to our room to an overwhelming smell of what I can describe as, a wet dog/cat, dog pee, and old meat. It was so bad, especially the bathroom. I was so tired I just went to sleep and dealt with it.The room was the first one to the right of the office. They need to burn that room to the ground because nothing will get that smell out. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the bed was very comfortable.
I will start by saying the room was clean,and the housekeeping staff were very accommodating ,However they charged my credit card $100 extra and said it was for incidentals and that if my room was in tact upon checkout they would put it back on my card . WELL Thats been 5 days and they still have not credited my account...They tried to deny ever taking the money in the first place so I just show them my american express transactions....You can most definitely see it taken off the card ,but it was NEVER refunded back to the card when I checked out. ,and my room was signed off on by the cleaning lady .....I will be reporting them to the Better Business BUREAU IMMEDIATELY ....-KellyEvans
A little stingy on the soap. We had one bar by the sink and there were shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Plus the noticed all over the place against stealing was very tacky.No one was around for breakfast. Its help yourself and hope theres enough. The beds were comfortable, but this place isnt very personable.

Stopped here on our way back to Alabama, me and 4 children. Rooms are nicely furnished, spacious. everything was clean and worked properly. Enough food at breakfast to feed for hungry children. The price is good too.
Best Hotel in Clinton Missouri !!! We stayed at Westbridge hotel last weekend while passing through Clinton. We read their reviews online before we get there and was little bit skeptical about rooms, since it was perfect in pictures. But... from check inn to check out we had great customer service experience. I couldnt believe what i saw as soon i entered in our room. First hotel i have ever seen that had 50 LED TV in their hotel room. Comfortable Beds with Perfect Amenities in the room. Before we check out we had Biscuits and gravy. Cant expect more then this !!! Loved it....everything was perfect.
Steer clear of this place, they have bedbugs. We have been trying to contact them about our stay last weekend, but have not gotten any response from the management. We stayed 2 nights and woke up the first morning with bug bites which we thought at first were mosquitoes, but the next morning there were several on our faces, hands ,and arms. We suspected bedbugs at this point and our doctor confirmed this when we returned home. Im completely disgusted that despite having bedbugs they dont seem to care at all and are willing to put other travelers at risk. Completely unprofessional as well as being a health hazard.
I must say I was extremely surprised with this particular motel in Clinton. The room was so clean, comfy, and spacious. From the outside you can tell it’s a older building, but it has been well maintained by the lovely staff that work there. For a great nights sleep I would definitely recommend the Westbridge Inn and Suites if ever in Clinton, Mo.
It’s a truck stop. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. Nice bathroom. Stained bed sheet with a drop of what looked like tried to be clean blood. Breakfast was no bueno. The front desk clerk had sub par customer service, was absent during breakfast so in turn I made another pot of coffee because there was a fly in the existing.
My experience at westbridge was very wonderful. Deanna the housekeeper was very helpful and very nice. The rooms were clean and nice.
We take pleasure in this hotel. Our hotel room was charming and comfortable. Front desk staff responsive and cooperative. Breakfast offered a good variety of good sizzling foods. If we come in this place yet again, we will love to stay at M Star Clinton Hotel. It’s a good experience here to stay.

Great location in town, close to everything. Rooms look to be recently redone. Nice decore. 2 vanities so 2 people can get ready at the same time. Coffee maker, mini fridge, & microwave. Hair dryer in bathroom. Iron and ironing board in room. Very comfortable beds! Large selection of channels on TV. But theres no guide to see whats on them and when. Westbridge does NOT OFFER ANY smoking rooms. You have to go outside no matter if the temp is 28 degrees and its snowing! They offer no place for you to go. The towels, wash cloths, and bathmats are hard and feel like sand paper on your skin. Theyre absolutely awful so bring your own if staying here. Also there was only one tiny trashcan in the room. Not a bathroom trash and room trash. Only small bathroom trash. House keeping left us an envelope for tipping but we had to request clean towels every day, the garbage to be emptied, the coffee maker supplies, and toilet paper to be replenished. So a bit lacking there. Idk if they hang the towels to dry instead of using a dryer or what. But the stiffness, and sandpaper feel was very surprising! Price, location, room size and amenities were ok. They also have breakfast in office every morning. You can make your own waffles and have coffee. Just if you plan to stay more than one nite, I recommend bringing your own towels and coffee supplies!
I had the pleasure of staying the week here when visiting for a family reunion last June and I have to say, I was quite impressed. The room was clean and spacious and the customer service was very accommodating and friendly. I was also pleased by their rates, as a hotel with this much quality could be charging so much more- but the price for the room was very reasonable, especially for spending a whole week there. I will definitely plan for my next stay to be at this hotel again.

They took a deposit of 100 dollars and when we were checnlljlmohpjpohpjjking out they did a room check. In the room they found a small spill from a 1 year olds bottle on the bed which is 100 percent washable. Ive washed w andhites with small spills know it all the time and they come out everytime well they wont give us our deposit now cause of a small stain and it costing our whole deposit thats crazy. Not worth the money to stay at
This hotel was really nice. Very clean environment, staff was nice and very helpful. Loved their big rooms and window view. Location is fantastic with easy to get in and get out from HWY. Didnt like that they dont have restaurant in premises but property is walking distance from major food chains so I was happy.

I just want to say, traveling from Arkansas and coming to This hotel basically every Monday for the past year now. I would never stay at another in the area. The staff are great and the rooms are exceptionally comfy and cozy.. When your in town stop by the westbrige inn and get a wonderful night of sleep!

OTR trucker, they have parking for 4 tractors and 53 trailers, looks nice and clean outside just remodeled FANTASTIC JOB! Bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff are truly AWESOME. Definitely my home away from home when Im in Clinton. You wont find a better value either! If you find yourself in Clinton, Mo. DONT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE TO STAY OVERNIGHT. Youll be very happy!

My mom & i made a trip to Clinton last minute & they were able to accommodate us and we changed the amount of days, we needed one more night but we told them the day before & we were able to stay the whole time we needed.The people we extremely nice, the rooms were kept clean and they did NoT touch our things.They had great breakfasts there was waffles and one day they had biscuits and gravy and muffins and fresh fruit, they tasted good i would recommend this place for everyone and anyone who needs to go to Clinton, Missouri. If i ever go back to Clinton i will 100% stay at the Westbridge Inn. =)

After checking positive reviews by other guest of m Star hotel. We decided to stay at M Star Hotel. Front Desk Was very friendly, Very clean room , comfortable beds, Good Breakfast and much more. we loved it this place. if ever pass again on this road, we will stay again.

Not a bad place to stay. Decent rooms and rates. However Im diabetic and had noticed my sugar dropping too low so I walk to the main office in hopes they have a piece a fruit to help bring sugars back up. I politely ask the gentleman behind the counter if I could have a small orange and was told its too early/late for that . The breakfast opens up at 6 a.m. All while he keeps looking at me like Im out of line for asking. Not too impressed with that at all. I know that seems petty to some but seriously. I just paid $110 for less than a 12 hour stay and I cant have an orange?? Took the rating from a 4 or 5 to a high 2 or 3. I hope the oranges stand to make a lot of profit for your company. Apparently within minutes the owner replied to my post and thanked me for the review. Perhaps you should read my review Mr./Mrs. Owner.
Polite staff, clean room. It was -2 degrees when I arrived. The heater was off. I noticed the breaker on the plug was thrown, once I reset it, the room was warm within the hour.
I love staying at Westbride Inn & Suites when I visit my family in Clinton, Missouri. The rooms are clean and and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I love the modern bathroom fixtures- And an extra bonus is that the water in the shower gets super hot and the pressure is great, too! Ive stayed in other motels in the area, but Westridge is the best. I highly recommend staying here, its affordable, clean, and comfortable- The staff is great, too!
Cheap comfortable and pretty much as nice as any basic hotel room. No complaints and the upgrades they did are nice. Our room had a sink in the bathroom and room so that was handy.
Stayed here prior to biking the Katy Trail. Dont let the photos trick you, place is only 1 star. Very run down and rude management. They advertise Senior Discount but dont honor it!
Looks shady outside but the rooms are amazing! Bed is comfy bathroom is beautiful huge tv frig microwave desk and dresser. Wardrobe and a table. So much space and lighting. Net as well.
The entry door seemed to stick so it was a little hard to open. The breakfast area had only one table, so two or three more would be nice. Other than that, the room was spacious and very comfortable.
I never take time to write reviews of places, but when an employee at a hotel of this caliber goes above and beyond with a level of customer service that would make employees of the Hilton, Trump Towers or dare I say any of the finest resorts in Vegas question their training practices and still could only hope to match the level of care and efficiency that seemed to come natural to Tiffany. Without going into all the details, Tiffany we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Actually we always have great stay at westbridge. We have been coming years here and always been pleased with service and our stay. This time it was more and more. They have done phenomenal job done at their this year remodeling. Thank you for always keep improving and making Home Away From Home :)

Looks like a regular motel on the outside. However they have newly updated rooms with large flat screen TV s. Its very clean. We will definitely stay here again!

No discounts for extended stay, change in rates based on the day of the week you stay and almost 90 a night in a run down town with no economy. It’s no wonder your Lott is empty…… drove 20 minutes and paid half of what this rate is with contractor rates.
The room we stayed in was dirty toilet work half the time and the heater barely worked. It was so nosie and loud. We will never be staying there again
My husband and I were driving to Memphis from Omaha, he needed a nap so he slept in the car for 30 minutes but I realized my husband could not drive in his state (1am) so I googled the closest hotel, called the number, very sweet man answered the phone and directed me to the hotel, quickly checked us in and the room omg very very very clean neat tidy and cute... Had a stench in the room that didnt go away. Not enough towels in bathroom; had only 2. The AC unit was also old. Sausage and gravy for breakfast was so watered down you couldnt eat it with the biscuits.

Decent rooms, and nearby there is a buffet, I cannot remember the name but the buffet is amazing. The hotel itself has a batter for waffles that sets itself apart from standard hotel waffle batter. A good choice in Clinton MO.
