Customer service is amazing. My husband is normally the one who runs this errand but they were able to look up what is normally bought to ease the process while being super friendly.

I moved to clinton about 7 months ago from central illinois.. i didn’t know anyone at the time so i didn’t have anyone to ask.. this shop just happen to be the one i picked out of the bunch.. im a faithful customer & the staff here are awesome..

I always get great service from cool employees. Vapor City has most everything you are looking for. Pretty decent prices. I go there 2 - 3 times a month. They have rewards points which saves me $10 - 20 bucks....

The place is very clean with great products good prices. The employees are knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. I would recommend going here to anyone looking for the right vape with great service. Thanks guys I will be back

First time vaper, went in with a friend. Couldnt have been more pleased with the experience. Didnt try pushing for any sale whatsoever. Gave me the information, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood how to use my new mod. Very personable, sat back and talked for a couple hours after purchase. Will return!!

I feel their prices are a little high but the friendliness of the staff and how they remember exactly what you need get you in and out quickly kind of makes up for it.

Cool little spot and only spot in 30 miles to actually have a vape pen battery!! Saved the day.

Uneducated people behind the counter.. worst vap shop Ive been to.. gave the guy with glasses the coil I needed and he gave me the wrong one 3 times.. I finally got the rite one and it was a bad coil.. hissing and popping. Told him it was a bad coil. And that I wanted a new one and he said no exchanges cause it was used.. i didnt even leave the store yet .and then tryed to tell me that my battery pack was a clone and not a real eleaf.. and that was the problem.. I said I bought it from vapor city in rock falls. And he said they sold me a fake one... Screw that place. They need to train there employees better. Never go back

2nd time going here and the service is awesome. Very smart and knows his vape systems. And can help you out.

Their knowledge on the vapor industry and also very helpful when it comes to buying vapor I would highly recommend going there first whether youre new to vaping or have been doing it for a while they always have the newest products out on the market and it is very clean inside

The juice prices are crazy 60 mil for 25 bucks I can go to uptown vapors and get the same stuff for 16 and get rewards change your prices and you will get more customers
