I went in there about an hour ago to get some vape juice & the guy was really sweet! Definitely recommend!

Only shop Ive used since September 2023, never had issues and the workers were nice and helpful. I buy a disposable every weekend. The last three I bought have had issues. I bought two that wouldnt work under 85% battery, but worked fine when fully charged. The last one I bought sunday its now Thursday and Ive maybe hit it 15 times and it quit working and wont charge. I didnt complain about the first two, but I felt I needed to call about the third one and was told it was past the return window and I shouldve tried it out in store. I agree, but with it being the third faulty vape in a row, I felt the need to inform the public.**update**I received a response to my review within an hour of posting it 1-25-24, I immediately sent an email to the one provided as requested in the response. It is currently 6pm on the 30th and I havent got a reply.

Love this place. Aside from the great service you receive. Its the best place to get your vaping stuff from. Everything from mods to juice. THE BEST HOUSE JUICE!!!! You can find anywhere. I have been a long time customer for many many years and can say without a doubt Tooters saved me from ever going back to cigarettes. The staff are always super friendly, attentive to your needs and wants. They have a great selection of Juices and equipment and the prices are extremely reasonable. Seriously, I’m the type to bounce my business around but I don’t care if I’m 2 hours away, stranded with one flip flop on, if my vape starts blinking you can bet your behind if I called a store one of the employees would drive through the swarms of college kids and fight off a dragon just to come get me. Haha, but really- They’re so kind, miss T (the owner) is an absolute dream. She’s so kind and remembered my name but my favorite thing about her is that she is downright hilarious and unapologetically herself. She makes me feel at home! If I stop by to get my 100th Sub 0 for the month and I haven’t eaten, they have the BEST complimentary snacks! If I walk into the store on Harvey, THEY EVEN ASK HOW MY DOG IS DOING. Miss T has an amazing group of employees and they do a really good job of making sure their customers feel right at home.

This store is one of the best Ive ever seen. The people who work there make it an incredible experience. Each person is greeted who walks in the door and you instantly feel like family. The owner is such a sweet person. She is truly a gem. Not only are the products incredible but the service even surpasses that. It truly is a place that you can actually hang out for a while. It reminds me of the old sitcom called cheers. Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name and theyre always glad you came.

Every single time I have been to this location I have received nothing but amazing service. Sometimes I have to bring my young daughters with me and we are all welcomed into the store. My daughters enjoy digging into the candy dishes and drink cooler and playing tic tac toe while I make a purchase. Prices are fair and I have never had an issue with returns when I was not satisfied with a product. The team here really knows what customer service is and that’s exactly what keeps me coming back! Truly the best all around vape shop in the Brazos county area. Its no wonder why theyve had such success in the last few years, branching out and opening a new location recently in Bryan. We bought two box mods that were new to us, they took their time and helped us learn about the new mods and were super nice. We ended up having a problem with one of them with the button, brought it back, and they were extremely nice and traded it right out even though they were really busy. I’ve been coming to Tooters since they opened in 2014 and Tasha and Jeremy have simply been the best. Not only is it the friendliest Vape shop I’ve ever been in (including the one I used to work for) but they always take care of my wife and me.The quality of customer service at Tooters is some of the best I’ve ever seen. An online order for my mother-in-law wasn’t processed correctly, so they not only corrected the issue, but sent three times the amount she had ordered.These people are passionate about helping people quit smoking and will do whatever they can to help somebody reach that goal. With all of the house and premium juices they offer, they will be able to help you find the exact flavor that will help you stay away from cigarettes forever.

Such a great shop! You are greeted upon entry and offered beverages and snacks and there is a place to sit and relax. The staff is really nice and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Im from out of town and decided to stop by and felt right at home. Id rather make the drive back to Tooters than my local shops easily.

The owner and most of the staff make you feel as if youre part of a family. They will do whatever it takes to make sure youre happy. There is one employee we ran into at this location who definitely was not up to Tooter-standards as far as customer service goes, but besides this one instance, Tooters really is perfect! If youre on the fence about quitting smoking go to go by tooters and talk to one of their employees they will stear you in the right direction. Very good. I ordered an RX200s online from element vape and its connector went out 24 hours later. Went in and let them try and fix it without voiding my warranty, free of charge. The guys are nice and prices are VERY good. Cheapest in town, but the quality products and juice they push out are top notch. Highly recommended.

Tooters is every thing you want a smallish shop to be. They remember who you are, super friendly, always down to just hang out and talk while your shopping. Free soft drink per customer per visit. Best part of all? These guys back the stuff they sell. I bought a mod from them and they replaced it no questions asked after looking over it for themselves. Literally just switched it out for the same model. Then I started having issue with the mod again and the next time, gave me an even exchange for an even better mod because They had multiple issues from different customers with this model and how could you ever ask for better business?

This is the best place in town by far hands down. When I first got into the vape world I hit up every shop in town, and being new at the time the people at tooters treated me and my wife like family. All the other places were pushy and rude,like a car salesman at a dealership. Tooters asked me what I needed instead of telling me what was most exspensive so they could make a buck off of me. The people that work at tooters are friendly and approachable every time you walk in the door, and always have the time to explain any of your questions. Honesty is always the best policy, and these people are always honest and upfront trying to get you to where you want be. Tooters is awesome. I went in there to get a new vape set up. Wyatt helped me and was very informative about all the different styles and quality. I eventually picked one that they had just received and wasn’t in the system yet. He went out of his way to make three different phone calls in order to get a price. Tasha was also there and we had a very nice conversation and she gave Wyatt a price for the Lux200 I ended up buying. I used to go to Fattys for everything but then I found Tooters. Tooters is so much better. When I go to Fattys they always seem to try and sell me something different than what I’m looking for. Ethan has helped me out the past couple times I’ve been to Tooters and he is amazing! He was extremely helpful, nice and helped me find exactly what I was looking for within my budget. I prefer the smaller vapes and he never tried to sell me something I didn’t want. Highly recommend!

I had saw a new product they had -naked pod system- it’s like a “juul” but much better! She was able to show me what it looked like and then I got two of them! If you’ve never been to TOOTERS, I highly recommend that everyone stop by and pick up their amazing house juice and hangout on their couch and just chill!

This place is amazing, I have always shopped with Tooters when it comes to vapes and supplies!The last two visits have REALLY stuck out to me though. I was having problems with my vape a couple months ago, so I took it to the tooters in College Station. The guy gave me great customer service and told me he was going to exchange my vape for a new one, but I didn’t like any of the colors and asked if I could go to the Bryan location. Matt helped me at the Bryan location and didn’t end up having to exchange it but fixed it! Then recently I was having a problem with the way it was hitting so I went to the College Station location again, and again GREAT customer service but there wasn’t anymore of the vape I had in stock, so to the Bryan location I went! :) Matt again helped me and fixed my vape again and I and so pleased! I appreciate the amazing customer service from Matt and Tooter’s!!!

I cant rave enough about this place. I stopped smoking cigarettes probably 7 something years ago and went to vaping. Tasha & Jeremy, the owners, are a bit sarcastic with dry humor, so if you feel like youre rubbing them the wrong way, youre probably not. Just to note that.Service is amazing. They will always answer any question, any number of questions, and any question regardless of how stupid you think you might sound. They can pull a deal for you if theyre able to sometimes; they run promotions for double points, buy one get one things, etc; their house liquid is the cheapest in town & completely adequate. They have the full shebang of the premium liquids as well, but I dont dabble in those.They sell CBD vape liquid and tinctures, if thats your thing.I once got an entire set up free from them. The mod was for a promotion of hey the next person that walks in gets this and it was me and it was a damn nice mod. The tank was given for free to a friend who really needed a replacement coil, but they were out and had been out and it was becoming an issue and the guy helping her just quietly gave her a new Valyrian tank (which was passed down to me).Also, if you havent been in the store yet, check out their warranty/return policy when you go. Its THOROUGH. If you have an issue, talk to them, basically. Dont go in there to screw them over, but do know that they have your back if youre having an issue with any item you bought there.

Its such a blessing to encounter people that are so excepting and encouraging!! You never know someones story until you open up about your own experiences. Ive been to MANY different vape shops. I spend a lot of time in a friends vape shop and I know the ins an outs. I was blown away by the selection and price point. This is by far one of the very best shops Ive stepped foot in. From the atmosphere, to the selection, and knowledge of the owners. Also after sampling several liquids I can say that they carry quality products. Definitely worth stopping in, but be sure you have enough time to hang out and take it all in.

Im in BCS on the weekends and do all my shopping here vs anything in Houston! Great selection, decent prices, always good service, even have free snacks and drinks.I think you can hang out and use the wifi too, kinda like a coffee shop, although Ive never done that.All in all great!

Hardware is always priced amazingly, and the authenticator codes always come back with a genuine identification.My only complaint I have about this store is that my wife would rather use our cash on things like food and rent. That was but a shoddily written joke, because these folks will get you hooked up with the best setup possible on your desired budget.Tasha and Nanners, who I believe are the owner and manager, respectively, are phenomenal human beings. Not long ago, I locked my keys in my car as I got to the vape store. When I was done, Nanners took me to my house and back so that I could get a spare key and put the whole mistake behind me. Im a regular customer, sure, but Im still essentially a stranger, yet these folks went out of their way to help me for absolutely nothing in return.They wouldnt accept the cash I offered for the help, but they have no choice but to accept my exclusive business.

This vape store has a wide selection of products. The staff were very helpful and friendly definitely knowledgeable of what they were selling. They Customs mix your Vape juice and let you decide the nicotine content from 1 to 100.

Tooters is the Very best place in town to go for all your vaping needs. They have a very wide selection of mods, tanks,and coils. They will help you understand the mod that you get and are very knowledgeable. I have been to other vape shops and they are pretty rude and dont know alot. Here they are friendly almost family level. I have never had a bad experience here. They have the newest mods and the best juices ever. They make their juice in house so you know it is good. They constantly have deals and events going on. Plus they have fivestar wich allows you to get free juice or tanks. They also have couches, snacks, and wifi. As well as gaming systems and boardgames.

I came in to see if i could get a better juice with a little flavor. Jimmy and Matt took good care of me. They got ahold of Bailey in order to see if he had a recommendation. Terrible service and staff. Completely impolite, the first person behind the counter seemed least interested in helping us(we were new to vaping) and when we had a question about the 90$ vape which we just bought from them and started leaking, he refused to help us and whispered to the other person behind the counter that he was not interested to do so. We heard him whisper that as well, it was very obvious that neither of them wanted to be civil to us. He seemed partially racist and the other person was not very helpful as well. Stay away from Tooters.

Me and my friend went to tooters to buy a vape, firstly they didnt seem to care that we were new to the place, then when I went back to ask a few questions about the vape I bought, one of guys at the counter blatantly said not interested. It felt both racial and extremely offensive, I am never recommending this place to anyone again. I would rate this place 0 stars if that was an option.I regret my decision for even considering this place.

They have the best slection in bcs. The customer service is not always the best, long waits sometimes. I do not buy the house juice because they do not always taste the same. Nothing is worse than buying a 15ml to try a flavor an liking it a lot then you go back an buy a 120ml an it taste different.

Used to be my favorite when they opened, but now I feel, to be blunt, uncomfortable and unwanted in there. The employees used to be awesome, now it seems like everyone is sick of the place. I think people sometimes forget that a lot of your customer service is in the way you react with people.

This place is owned by the sweetest lady, she just gave me 30mg of juice for free to try out. It is made with nicotine salt which is smoother bc it’s the juul pod eliquid nicotine. They’ve managed to incorporate it into their liquids and I can tell you that it’s better. The juice I was given is called frosty mcfrostbite and it’s 10/10. Hands down the best vape shop in town. Long story short, Ive been going to Aggie Land Vapors for a year, where I was charged $5 per visit to re-do the coils/wick, and about $16/bottle for 30mL of juice. Here, at TooTers, they re-do the coils for free, juice of the week is only $10, and you get a $1 discount when you bring the glass bottle back to them. Their juice is tasty, their staff is helpful, and it is nothing but a high quality store.The owners fixed up my mod that was falling apart at the seams because of Aggieland Vapors poor performance. Over the course of half an hour, the owner:* Buffed my mod* Sanded and cleaned all parts of it* Fixed the sticky button* Fixed the stripped post (partial fix, you can never truly fix a stripped screw, but it works just as well)* Recoiled the mod* Re-wicked the coils* Showed me step-by-step how to rewick and cleanAnd he did it all for FREE.Whereas Aggieland Vapors told me to put vasoline on the button that was sticking, TooTers simply buffed and sanded the button until the action was smooth and it was no longer sticking. They also inserted the cotton in such a way that even though the center post is still slightly loose, the wires physically cannot touch and therefore I am in no danger of a short.I would recommend TooTers to anyone and everyone who owns an e-cig.Continue reading for negative review of Aggieland Vapors----------------------------------------------------------------------------In the six months that Aggie Land vapors was helping me with my Muraxas/Zenith combo, these problems popped up:* Button that got burning hot and shocked me- They switched this out for a button on another Maraxus that stuck instead, and then began heating up after crossed wires in the center post caused a short* Center post was rotating during re-wicking* Coils didnt fire evenly after leaving the shop (I did not mess with them).They switched out my button for a new one almost immediately the next time I came in, and showed me how to hold the center post straight when re-doing the coils on the mod. However, the last time they re-wicked the Zenith, the two wires in the center post crossed and created a short. I was informed by TooTers Vape Shop that this can cause the battery to rapidly discharge (explode) in my hand during use. Google vapeblast explosion for more detail.Overall, I really liked the people at Aggieland Vapors. They were very friendly and cordial. However, I felt like the friendliness exceeded the actual knowledge of ecigarettes (and thats not to say that there arent some knowledgeable people there; I just never dealt with them), and thats just something that I cant leave up to chance when safety is involved.

Was a customer for a few months. The store has really nice people and have great prices; I have had a problem before though with buying something that turned out to be fake and ended up breaking immediately after buying (the same day actually) I was given a replacement and the same thing happened, when I went to return it for a refund they told me they could only do store credit.

I asked for 1.5 mg nicotine juice and they didnt put any in. Came back and asked for CBD oil to be dropped into another juice I bought here. Paid $2 per drop and I feel no difference when I vape the juice in question. Would not recommend!

Used to like this place when I lived there. Went back around my bday. The guys were kinda rude and rushed us. I asked for 25mg and told them before they made it they gave me 35 mg.

They treat you like family, I got a juice that I was choking on and they hooked me up with a different one free of charge. Cleaned my vape and even hooked me up with a fresh coil!
