Hands down best smoke shop in town! Staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are affordable.

Went in to get some thca with my bf and my favorite thing about wild side is everyone is always super nice and personable. This was not the case this time. The guy who helped us was not helpful at all and pretty much was just trying to get us out the door.

This place is cooler than the under side of my pillow. This place is more fun than a bouncy castle in a tornado. This place is more relaxed then a Cheech and Chong on a Friday night. This place is more entertaining then a Beatles concert in there prime. This place brings me more joy then when I think about Tom Brady retiring.

This is my favorite smoke shop ever! The staff is phenomenal, including the manager Vanessa. I never go anywhere else because this place has the best selection and prices Ive found, and the service is amazing. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable, and can help you find whatever you need.

This location is my all-time favorite. The whole vibe from when you walk in the door until you leave is a positive. I always have a lot of questions and every single member of their staff is able to help me out by thoroughly answering the questions I have, in a very effective way. When it comes to repeat business, the knowledge given is really important to me. I don’t mind spending money but knowing the breakdown of what I’m buying and how it will help me, is where the value is built. They do an incredible job.I highly recommend this location.

Generally, I have good experiences in this store, and my friends and I shop here exclusively for what we need. However, Ill be frequenting the other location from now on; my friend and I were treated very rudely by a staff member here. Frankly, if he had been more polite about getting what I needed from the back of the store, I probably wouldve invested a little more money into this visit. Instead, he treated me like I was stupid and didnt know what I was talking about, even though I knew exactly what I wanted. Didnt get a name, but he seemed irritated with me, and threw both products I was buying down onto the counter without offering a receipt.Normally, I have great experiences here and Id love to come back to this location (closer to me than the Holleman store) but I dont appreciate being treated like an idiot.

Most were not flavors I’d have picked out for myself so I’m happy he guided me! Great place! I don’t go anywhere else! If you like sweet flavors as I do try the ones in the photo! Perfect!

Every time Ive come here recently the smug attitude of the employees reminds me that I don’t need to go there. They seem to be selective of who they treat nicely. The short girl with black hair and the disgusting ego thought too highly of herself and gave me the worst attitude. She just seemed so irritated to just ring me up and talked like a NPC the entire time, lacking empathy and depth in every bit of communication to the point where it was obviously intentional. Not to mention when I put my hand out for the change she just put it on the counter and made a remark as she walked away. What an ugly soul I thought to myself….I tipped her two cents because that’s what her customer service was worth.I use to come to this location when it first opened and always remembered how well the customer service use to be and it’s honestly such a bummer that the customer service has just gone down the drain. I’ve purchased over 2k of glass here over time and it’s not the first time I’ve had to talk to someone there who had a bad attitude or some kind of egotistical energy.

Great selection of glass pieces and accessories, THCA bud was dry and had no COA.I can forgive uncured flower, but dry is unacceptable. This was brittle and smoked like sandpaper, not to mention the ridiculous price “on sale”.I expected at least a legitimate certificate of authenticity on the vendors website as advertised on the packaging, but they do not provide one.This store should’ve done it’s due diligence here and I am disappointed.

I would like to say its awesome the shop and I am a regular. I went in there tonight this new girl Rachel was very rude and not helpful at all. They always give discounts and she said $2.00 but then charged tax and wasnt no discount. I was talking to my husband and she popped off and said anything else you got to say? I said if I do I will say it. Totally disrespectful getting into our conversation.

Absolute best smoke shop I’ve ever purchased from. I’ve been going to Wildside for a couple years now; they always have good prices and deals. Their raffles are also a lot of fun even though I haven’t personally won anything.

I have been going here for years and have spent thousands of dollars on vapes. The guys working always had great costumer service and it was convenient because I could walk there. I’m currently waiting for my new physical debit card to be mailed to me but have the card on their digital wallet app. They don’t support Apple Pay currently but it shows the front and back of the card with my full name on there that matches my ID and can easily be typed into the card machine. Every other store I use it at supports it. Today the lady working with brown hair told me she can’t do that, when literally just a couple of months ago my card wasn’t swiping and the person working manually put in my card number. She basically called me a liar and said that’s impossible, also her customer service was not welcoming at all. My other friends have had issues with this exact same lady in the past and stopped going there. From now on I will be going to another vape shop.

They treat their customers right! I love interacting with them, they’re so sweet, helpful and always answer my questions in a friendly and respectful manner that I appreciate so so much. If you’re new to smoking or feel intimidated because it’s your first time in a smoke shop, don’t be! They’ll answer all your questions and provide a welcoming experience. On top of that, they have THE BEST DEALS!! They always have some special going on.

Eric was unbelievably helpful when I came in. I dont know if I have ever received customer service on such a level before. He also stood outside the door until I left the parking lot just to make sure I was safe and sound when two guys were trying to talk to my friend & I. He was very knowledgeable and I cant thank him enough for going above and beyond when he simply did not have to. The shop is great, but their employees make it amazing as well!

This place is awesome! After visiting another high end chain there in town I was put off. We walked into this place and it was a night and day difference. The staff is super friendly! They make you feel welcome. The are so knowledgeable about everything in their store. Even if you dont have your equipment with you they know all the right questions to ask to get you what you need. They have giveaways every once in a while which is cool. This is the go to place from now on for us. You just cant beat it, its awesome!

I have been coming to this shop for awhile now for my smoking needs. The selection is excellent, the prices are very good, and there are always deals going on, but what really makes this place stand out is the staff.Every worker is genuinely engaged with the customers, actually trying to educate and help them, instead of just shuffle them through for business.Matt, I believe the owner, is there almost every time I go, you can tell he takes pride in his shop. Fantastic smoke shop. They are always super friendly and very informative on the products they sell. Since finding Wild Side Smoke Shop, I refuse to go any other smoke shop in town. They normally have everything I need in stock. Check them out on a 4/20 special if youre trying to watch the budget and definitely stay for the raffle. I’ve been coming here multiple times a week for months now and the service is always great. On 4/20, my friend won $100 from their $2000 giveaway. Their selection is good, always getting the newest stuff in the shelves. Definitely a great spot to make your regular.

Yall these folks are great. Last night was my first time walking in there but the guy who assisted me (Atzin?) could not have been any kinder or more helpful. It was comfortable, like Ive been going there for years. None of the snobby attitude that can be common in smoke shops and vape shops. Prices were reasonable and there was plenty to choose from. And as a bonus I received a discount on my purchases and a free vape, although Id give 5 stars even without those perks. Ill be a repeat customer for sure!

Hands down the best smoke shop in town. I’ve been to them all. These folks really care. Best customer service I’ve had from any establishment. I bought a vape from them. It stopped working after a week or so. After me briefly explaining the situation. He simply asked what color I wanted my new one to be..in and out in under 2 mins. Initially we had left a 1 star review. Partially due to a misunderstanding. After having issues yesterday, we returned to wild side this morning. The manager Matt, is incredible. Not once, but twice now. The service was incredible! He fixed our issues, explained what went wrong, how to prevent it, and what do to if it happened again.Hands down, an incredible place!I will add, if you have ANY concerns or questions, Matt is by far the go to guy.Thanks again man! Great service. Not always open within hours that they say (Ive come by at 8-8:30pm after work a couple times, & its been closed: as in no lights on, door locked)...But when you can get in in the evening, the associates are wonderful, pleasant, and helpful. The store is super clean & the displays are nice. The prices are reasonable as well!

Just as always my visit to Wild Side was fantastic. I walked out of there with a sick new piece, and under my budget too! Best part was that I actually got to water test 8 different water pipes in my price range. This really gave me the reassurance that what I was buying was worth it in the end. I regularly visit Wild Side for all of my tobacco smoking needs. The merchandise that they carry is of excellent quality, and the prices and deals are truly the best in town. However, the customer service may even be better than the prices! The staff has always been extremely knowledgeable and personable for me, and they go well out of their way to satisfy customers needs. I had such a great experience here!! The employees were super friendly and helpful the second I walked in the door. I had been looking online, and at two other smoke shops for a specific type of bowl and they had it! It was an 18mm female bowl (cant even find many adapters online) and it hits like a gem, it’s super smooth and easy to clean. Overall just super satisfied. Thanks for the great work and the new fav smoke shop! I was getting annoyed with fattys because it’s overpriced and they just try to sell you anything to get your money. They also don’t have a very large selection. Thanks again for being so great!

I dont smoke and never vaped, but I eat out of boredom, so I decided a non-medicated vape would help with my oral fixation. I called and told Taylor this and he was very understanding and put me at ease with my decision and said he could help me find just what I needed. I drove to the store immediately and he was SOOO helpful. I got a good quality vape and juice for a great price and good advice on usage, cleaning, etc. He even showed me how to refill and clean it.I cant recommend Wild Side, and particularly Taylor, enough!

Absolutely love this shop. Not only to they have a fantastic variety if glass, edible and rolling products but theyre knowledgeable and confident about everything they sell. I came in initially about a year ago looking for CBD products to help with arthritis but wasnt too sure what exactly i was looking at. The wonderful staff educated me one what products they suggested and why and thank God it worked beautifully. My intense arthritic pain in my back, neck and hips has been eased tremendously and I have been able to get off of the strong pain meds I was on. Cannot thank yall enough for sharing the knowledge and fantastic products!!

With the help of the informative and friendly staff, Han and Zack, they set us up with just what we were looking for. Originally, we had another vape in mind, but both those guys showed us options for around the same price. They never tried to oversell, or get us to buy extra. After taking our questions, they taught us all the ins and outs of the vape and showed us how to set up. At first I was very impressed with the knowledge they seemed to have. But I recently bought cbd oil for the first time. Theres is white, which to my understanding is not supposed to be. It caused massive headaches and made me itchy. When I called to see about getting a refund they said no because I had already sampled the product. So $50 was wasted on a product that is not pure cbd oil. As a person with an autoimmune disease (which I told the sales guy I had) he should have advised me to talk with my doctor first. I have since tried real cbd oil and it helped. Dont try the cbd oil here.

Thank you! I came in to inquire about the CBD oil and received great info. I couldnt afford the oil at the time but Im hoping to get some this month. I have a torn ligament in my foot and will be having surgery. Im going to bed some pain relief.

Fairly cheap pricing on Delta 8 products, but the employees are all really young and obviously high on what theyre selling. Its a somewhat strange experience.
