First time visiting this shop overall i had a great experience. The woman at the counter was very friendly an helpful. I was able to test the juice b4 buying. The environment is peaceful its not crowded or loud. The store is very clean. The house juice is cheap and tastes great.

Not only was I greeted but the customer service was great. She answered every question I had and even helped me assemble my rig. Ill definitely be heading that way for my vape needs. Also they are running a if you buy a rig they are giving away two free e-juice.

Outstanding customer service, only problem I have unfortunately is their inventory. They have most of the big name juice brands, as well as their own lines, however most of their flavors are mild, and slightly expensive. Overall, its an awesome store, with great employees, great discounts, an awesome atmosphere, and a superb customer base (Ive never gone in and not been met with the kindest people), and therefore is deserving of a 5-star review in spite of a minor shortcoming. Definitely the most quality vape shop in CStat.

Ive been going to The Vapor Cave since they opened the location on Texas ave. The employees are very helpful, Anna always welcomes me in when I walk through the door, she is very knowledgeable and always has a great attitude. The owners are great guys, they really know how to run a business the right way. If you need anything vapor related I recommend going to The Vapor Cave. Great environment and great prices.

I have been a loyal customer of The Vape Cave since they opened last year. They have the most knowledgeable staff in town. Got any question or problem, they have the solution. No pressure or smooth talking. Just friendly people trying to help you out.Their products are first rate. The mods and tanks are priced right and the selection is enormous. The juice selection is very wide and all produced in sterile environments. No mixing next to a sink or restroom.If you are considering a new vape mod or tank, or simply want to shoot some pool, check out the friendly people at the Cave. You wont be disappointed.

These guys are great!! Every time I go in, they always have what Im looking for. If they dont have it they are always able to recommend a better option which keeps me happy. My usual shop was closed and my mod broke. I knew the Cave from driving by a few times and decided to give it a try. I was blown away by the customer service I received. Anna was very knowledgeable and helpful. I wish more places had the level of customer service I received here. Stellar! Absolutely above and beyond. The kindness I was shown will keep me coming back! Kaylee and Ashley are the reason I go back honestly they are so sweet and down to Earth always able to help me with whatever I need. They know what they are talking about and over the friendliest customer service out of all the vape shops in College Station Bryan area. As long as they are there I will continue to give The Vapor Cave my service.

This is an amazing place to buy a wide variety of mods, juices, and parts. It’s also a great place to just go and hang out. The staff are all friendly and there’s always great conversation. They’re also very helpful in making sure that you get the product that you want.

This is the best vape shop in town. Im pretty big on customer service and this is the only vape shop Ive been in where the employees actually get to know you. They are very knowledgeable and make sure they get you exactly what you want. Thats 5 star service!! They do not make any of their e-juice in house, but have a huge selection of great tasting premiums that are actually cheaper than anywhere else Ive seen. They have a decent amount of mods to chose from and will help you pick what is best for you at a price that wont break the bank. I highly recommend this shop. If you want the best quality at the best prices while getting the best flavors and/or mods all while working with someone who knows what they are talking about, go experience The Vapor Cave!!!

Excellent service with such friendly and cooperative attitude. Bought two SMOK T8 & T10 coils that turned out to be duds, went back and returned them for two new ones with no charge. The staff even diagnosed the problem which ended up being the bottom connecter being faulty and fixed it as well! First time coming in and I’m definitely coming back!

The owner, Michael, took care of us today. Like a lot of new vapers, we’re looking to break our smoking habit. He helped us pick out two mini vape devices, similar to the Juul I’ve been using. He was very knowledgeable and got us hooked up with a pair of devices. It’s only been about an hour, but they are exactly what we wanted. Very friendly guy, set our devices up and showed us how to refill and use them. Great experience!

I just want to say- WOW. I have never walked into a vape store before and felt so at home and welcomed. The man that helped me, Clint, was polite, welcoming, and informative! My only regret is that I don’t live close enough to make this my store for all my vape needs. 10/10 Would recommend!

Michael Claus is an amazing representative for this company. He remembers his frequent customers and even what they like. Hes cleanly and organized. Doesnt break a sweat even with multiple customers. His customer service is top notch.

My second time coming through and I love this place! Claus was very professional and helpful! Place is very well taken care of and they have the flavors set up to where you can try them before you buy. Definitely recommend this place to anybody!

I am still somewhat new to vaping in the vast scheme of things, and I rarely endorse anything unless I am sincerely struck by its purpose and how effectively that purpose is executed. The Vapor Cave is the only place in all of Cstat/Bryan/Austin in which I was given knowledgeable answers to every question I had, ranging from product inquiries to showing me how to prime my coil properly. I was given variety and options and truthful opinions on each item with pros and cons and pricing. The juice is so much better and the prices were fair, given the competition and quality TVC had to offer. I will be doing business strictly with these guys from here on out. Thank you for making me love vaping again guys!

This is the place to go dont waste your time or money with other places in town. I did. Everyone is very knowledgeable of products and out of the ridiculous number of juices they carry I have yet to find a bad one. I just purchased their own Primitive MOD, its simple, tuff, has a LIFETIME WARRANTY and it definitely gets the job done!

The staff is fantastic at answering questions, while not making you feel stupid (I can’t say the same for other vapor shops I’ve been to). The products provided are always A-1, and the juices are phenomenal.I wouldn’t recommend any other shop.

I visited The Vapor Cave today as a first time vape user. The staff was very nice and was very helpful, describing the different uses of vaping as well showing me around the various merchandise for a starter such as myself. Afterwards, they lead me over to their liquid station and I got to try various liquids figuring out which one was the best for me. At the end, I walked away with a new vape pen and a liquid with 0 nicotine that I can use in my spare time. The store looks great, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be stopping by again!

Been going to the Vape Cave for a couple of weeks now. Went in today to see about getting a menthol juice. The woman at the front was very knowledgeable and social and gave me an awesome recommendation. Fantastic service, and a great selection.

This vape shop just opened up here in College Station. Many people left the other vape shops in cs to work here because its the best in town. You can sample any juice free, in nice tanks, not those cheap vapes that the other shops use.

Bought the voopoo mojo that was recommended and it is china junk! After it wouldn’t charge at all after 75 days they offered zero help. Stay away from this place...they don’t care about reoccurring customers despite spending all my vaping $ here. Go to other vaping shops in BCS.

The first few time were okay, but overtime I have been given the wrong coil ( from what I asked for ) multiple times. Also some of the staff, not all, can tend to have attitude for no reason what so ever.

This is by far the best vape shop I have been to in texas. Great people. And they have a pool table its a lot of fun.
