Lily Massage

Love this place! It is a true Chinese Massage so it is much deeper than a Swedish or American massage you make get somewhere. I lived in China for eight years and this place definitely delivers on the massage front. I will say it is not the fanciest place, nor the most ambient, however, really great quality massages at a good price.Don’t come here expecting fancy!

It is with heavy heart I write this review. I was out of the country for the last year and this place must be under new management. I was a loyal customer for three years I went for my normal 90min massage and prices jumped $20 bucks which I wasn’t prepared for. I also wasn’t expecting to be verbally reprimanded for ensuring I had cash to pay. Also not expecting to get hassled for the tip I left. Saying it’s so small does not drum up return business especially when I just paid cash and we all know you are not claiming that on any taxes. I will not return.

I called and scheduled a day in advance for a couples massage and another person and the seemed like they didn’t even know we were hounded about the prices and giving a 20$ tip for each person and while getting my massage the lady said hard or medium I said medium and I kept telling her it was to hard many times my whole back has bruising and she was only using her elbows not her hands leaving my whole body Exposed while leaving the room and door open to talk to customers coming in…. I went here 2 years ago and it was the best this time going I’m very disappointed

I have gone here for years and it was amazing. As of lately though, the ambience has changed. My massage felt rushed, and the lady said my tip was too small and demanded I pay upfront. She also shouted occasionally during my massage to speak with another coworker. There is nothing relaxing about someone shouting in your ear while youre there to relax. I always tip 20% because the service is usually satisfactory. I still tipped 20% this time because I came an hour before closing. Im not sure why the quality of this business has changed but I will be going elsewhere unfortunately.

Massage was alright. Kept leaving to answer the phone tho. Also I only wanted 60 minutes but insisted I do the 80 minutes just to then come back after charging my card and insist to me that I owe a $30 tip before anything even happened! It’s a scam if u ask me and u should go else where

Massage was decent yes.Went to pay, when I gave her a 10 tip she said too little said to gave 20 lol.By the way I didnt get an hour massage more like 50 minutes.And yelling to other Coworkers through the door isnt ok , you arent at home lol.

They asked me to paid upfront which is okay. But they asked me to tip them upfront($20 each person) as well which I’m not comfortable with. Feeling like scam after they got the money and tip so I left.

One of the best massages in the springs. They are always so kind to us, we do the couples massage once a month. Cant be 30 min foot massage and 60min full body massage for $60! Incredibly professional and attentive to detail. Plus they always give us these amazing candies. This time they sent us home with the whole bag lol.

Do not waste your time and money. These are not professionally trained massagers and they hound you for more tip money. The massage was terrible. They literally just ran their hands back and forth and sometimes just finger nails. Worst massage of my life.

Visited here for the first time and Im impressed! The ambiance was soothing, and the massage was just what I needed after a long week. Highly recommend!

My experience was unpleasant.. Went in yesterday to get a couples massage for 60 minutes, they insisted on 80 minutes and made us pay before and forced us to tip her $40.. I wanted to keep my panties on but she insisted I take them off and she proceeded to PULL THEM OFF without warning … throughout the whole 80 minutes her and her friend were laughing and talking and and I couldn’t really relax.. my lady kept leaving my massage to answer the phone and talk to other customers .. can’t even get a hold of a manager. waste of $200 and the ladies were rude and unprofessional.

The massage was wonderful. Being forced to pay a $20.00 tip definitely surprised me.I understand that tips help, but when you’re being forced to pay said tip… it’s shady.Why not just raise the prices and have customers tip what they want? It’ll slow down business, but it won’t stop people from going all together, like myself.

I went in for a massage for my first time just a few days ago. While the massage was good, the experience was not. I asked for a 1 hour massage which was 50$. After the massage was completed, I asked for change so I could provide a tip. I handed the older asian lady at the counter a 20 and asked for change. She then held onto the 20 and kept saying no...$20 tip for 1 hour. I went there because 2 of my friends recommended this place and because the pricing was reasonable but after being essentially forced to pay a 40% tip, I will never go back. I guarantee this is happening to other customers as well. If you read the reviews, there are other reviews stating the same thing.

Totally terrible, they made us pay infront and stopped doing my massage to answer the phone then was forcing us to pay tips the lady who did my massage was laughing and talking loud without respect. She was tired or new doing it because she wasnt having not idea of what she was doing. I cant believe l still have the same pain on my back those people arent professional their are just terrible...

Good maggsge with my wifre until I left 20% tip then was rudely ask to leave another $2 very petty...Also said credit card machine down to pressure cash payment when machine was fine. I will not be back too many good option in area that dont insult and lie to customers.

Smelt like Garlic, Lady was very unprofessional begging for/ Demanding a tip. Massage wasnt that good . She didnt close door while I was getting the massage. No good smells but Garlic. If it was my establishment I would have incense burning & oils burning oils & Relaxing Music. Im surprised these people are still in business. I would never ever suggest anyone go here . This place was wack

Best massage Ive ever had! Cant beat the prices either. $50 for an hour. They do make you pay up front, which can be a little hard to tip, but they deserve great tips.You get massaged from head to toe, as hard or as light as youd like. They will check to see if its too much.A bit of a language barrier, but an amazing massage

This is a massage parlor run by Asians so keep that in mind when you go. They don’t speak much English. Also, the place doesn’t have any frills, but it is clean. With that being said they give AMAZING massages and the prices cannot be beat. The part I really like about massage places like these is that you can just walk in. With my busy schedule I’m not always able to schedule at one of the more frilly places where they charge double or triple and speak English. My body feels just as good coming out of here as it does coming out of one of those places.

I asked for a Thai body massage (where they walk on your back) and the massage was average at best, but I didnt mind because their prices were fair. What I did mind was getting yelled at for giving the masseuse a ~21% tip (which I thought was fair for a so-so massage). She repeatedly demanded that I double the tip because it was too small and her fingers hurt, and then she called over her manager as well as a coworker to have them tell me to pay more. I couldnt believe the unprofessionalism, I honestly thought they were teasing at first. I remained polite and tried to reason with them in a civil manner, but the woman continued yelling at me and even grabbed the receipt and said shell change the tip herself! I wished them a good night and left, still hearing her yell with her manager. What a way to lose a customer.

This was a great place to go. I was able to get a massage right away, and it was very effective for my muscle soreness from work and exercise. I got a perfectly ripe banana and a bottle of water after the massage, which was a neat touch. It is a hole-in-the-wall or hidden gem, whichever phrase you prefer. If you arent familiar with getting a massage, this place might be a bit much for you for your first time. However, if you are looking for an all-encompassing massage that targets points in the body that hold tension, Id highly recommend it. The pressure is medium-heavy, like a sports massage.

AMAZING massage! I highly recommend this place! My granddaughter and I both felt that this place was fantastic.If you like deep tissue massage ,go here! You won’t be disappointed.

We went in for a foot massage and they did a fabulous job. Best foot massage I have had outside of China. They put strength into it not the normal soft stroking that you get with a pedicure. If you are weak this may not be the place for you, but if you want a real foot massage then definitely come. Dont judge just because the outside looks a little sketchy.

I dont remember who I had but she was a little older. Over all, the hour and a half massage was really well done. As far as JUST a massage this place is one of the best. This lady really worked every single muscle I had. She massaged, stretched, used stones etc. She was very professional and really did a thorough job. She was professional and made sure things stayed that way... if Im ever looking for a good massage ONLY, Ill return for her. Feel like next place I go Ill be looking for... more to my experience.

My usual masseuse went on vacation, so I tried Lilly Massage. I went there twice, in a 10 day period. The massage was good, but the payment process was kind of weird. The second time, Cindy, the masseuse, demanded a 30% tip, when I offered the standard 20%; I felt her demands were unprofessional. Their math is a little fuzzy too. The first hour cost $45.00, but to add a half hour for a ninety minute massage they charge an extra $25.00. I aint crying over the $2.50 [or even the extra $6 for the tip] but youd think theyd charge $22.50 or $20.00 for the extra thirty minutes. And although they were both nice while giving the massage, when it came to collecting the money afterwards, they kind of got rude; so it was a bit icy and dicey, and a banana and a bottle of water wont make up for that. I gave her the $20 tip anyway. But, I doubt Ill ever go back ... it was all just a bit too weird to me. It felt like a stick up! Youd think theyd want repeat business; but they sure didnt act that way. Maybe they should post their expectations for tips on the pricing menu, if theyre mandatory, or just do away with the tips and combine the tip they expect in with the price on the price menu.

Such a great deal for the price! Not the fanciest spa you’ve ever been to, but you can’t complain for the quality and price. They send you off with a banana and a water bottle — so nice. Will definitely be coming back!

As with all massage places, if this is your first time having a massage, only take 20 or 30 minutes to see/feel if this is the massage you like.Been going for a while now. Tried other massage places around COS but keep coming back to this one for their work. The older gentleman (Kevin) is amazing. I have tried their other staff too and they are good.Edit: The prices are updated and its a little less pricey than other massage places.You also recieve fruit (banana) and bottled water after every massage! Perfect way to rehydrate and get some potassium/sugars in the blood.I went from 90 mins to 60 mins for full body. They start on the back, working the muscles then the legs. They also use oil and hot stones which feels great. Before you turn over, they will use a clean rag to soak up the oil so you dont leave oily.Again, as with all massage places, tips are appreciated. If you really liked it, tip well. Even with a good tip, its cheaper than most places in the COS.

This place is amazing was a walk in and they took me. The place is clean and relaxing was 50 for an hr so price was good and she would check in often to make sure it was the right pressure. Will be going back and would recommend to anyone who needs or wants a massage.

Amazing, every massage received here was in the top 5 percent of massages I have had.Their standard pressure is fairly heavy and deeper than I normally like but they do a great job of avoiding bones and pain spots resulting in amazing experience that melts away the pain in my back.A week ago I had trouble bending over and Im hoping by next week my pain will be gone and I can get back to living life effectively.You also get a full size bottle of water and a banana with every massage!The prices are amazing in their skill is outstanding so I always tip at least 30%.Selfishly Im hesitant to leave this review because it is such a diamond in the rough.Currently I have only had to wait once during a walk-in for about 15 minutes and they sent me in a private room while I waited.The best place in town for sure

My husband and I enjoyed a full body 60min couples massage, staff did amazing job with the massage, very professional and worth every penny!!! The best part is the hours of operation 7 days a week 9am to 10pm it was nice to enjoy a Sunday evening massage before bed and the work week! $45 each you can not beat this price and quality!!! Also received a stamp card for discount after so many visits!!! Gonna make this a monthly routine!!!

I was the one who got them here in springs. The previous owner had several massages place around Denver so I had asked her to put one here in springs about 3-4yrs ago so to cut some driving. It became to much for her to managed back and forth in between cities. So she sold it. The previous owner did outstanding massages then so does the new owners. They know how to massage and take away pains and can’t beat pricing! Yes, there is language barrier, but I think they’re getting better with communication. The area seemed to be Leary but had no problem then and even now. Place isn’t fancy, but clean and staff are professional and always nice. We have tried every massages places in town but we always comes back here, it’s the place to get massage in town, they will work away ever pain in your body. We are regulars. We don’t have to say anything when they sees us, they know what we want done. All of the staff are soooo good with taking away every muscle pain and respectful. I highly recommend this place!👌note: Please do consider tipping them well. I surely couldn’t do it, I’ll developed an carpal tunnel after working 60-90mins.

After reading many reviews, I decided to try this place out. I had Susan and she gave me an “Awesome” massage. My lower back and legs was hurting me and she went to work on them. I requested a 90 minutes strong massage without her hurting me. Susan work on the areas to provide relief, and it was phenomenal. I had massage in my travels the last 32 years all over world. This is in the top 5%. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a wonderful massage at a super low price.

For our couples massage, they switched people twice. Same person started and finished. They talk the whole time and leave the door open and you hear the phone ringing and washing machine. The massage was pretty good, my husbands was good the first 30 min he said. Also, they tell you how much to tip at the end, nope.

Place is great! Massage was great and cheap! They included a banana and a water after also. Feel much better after leaving. Only a few complaints which brought it down a star. First, the table was a bit worn down. My Adams apple was digging into the table during the massage. I tried to adjust but there was no getting around it. Definitely on the firmer side. Second, the building needs some work done. It had some shanty features. Overall highly recommend for a massage.

Massages are often overpriced, but not at Lily Massage Spa. I have got to recommend this establishment. I have been going to Lily massage for several years and I have never been disappointed. I try to go to other places, which are usually very good but I always end up going back.By far, my favorite massage to get at Lily Massage Spa is the foot massage. At $25 for 45 minutes you cant get a better deal. I always feel relaxed and Kevin is amazing.

One of the best massages I’ve had on US soil. Kevin has magical hands and was the perfect mixture of deep tissue and a gentle touch as needed. English is NOT the primary language here but enough is known to communicate any adjustments as needed. This is not a fancy place... simple amenities (basic table, towel instead of sheets, no essential oils, etc). But the lighting is good, the gentle music was perfect, and again ... the massage was great! Oh... and you cannot beat the price. Plus they sent me on my way with a banana and bottle of water (which is exactly what you need after someone has been digging into your muscles).

This place isnt very fancy but its not bad and the prices are great. They should invest in actual sheets rather than towels that leave you very revealed and maybe put music in the room to give it a more relaxing environment. I went in tonight to get a 90 minute message. The man who started first did such a wonderful job. I work out alot so I was really sore and tight and he worked to get every knot out. Towards the end the women who works up front came in and took over. She was extremely rough and actually hurt me. All those knots that were worked out left me a little sore and she just came in rushing to get me out even though I still had time left. She finally finshed her brutal rub and rushed me to the front. I walked out with time still left and extremely tender. I couldnt really say anything because they dont speak English very well. I had been once before and had such a great experience but, tonight I left very disappointed. After the experience I had tonight I dont think I will be returning.

Ive been going to this spa for over a year and Im still there customer, I go 3-4 times a month due to my lower back, stress, and tension build up due to my job. Always feel welcome and always have had a good experience. Respectful staff, no nonsense, no drama, very good and satisfying experience.

They asked me if I wanted to be Massaged by a woman or a man. I told them a woman.. five minutes later they came back and said that they were going to give me a Male because he didn’t make any money that day because everybody else chose to get massage by woman. OK fine whatever. The massage wasn’t really all that. And on top of that at the end when I go to pay the lady kept pointing at the tip jar telling me to tip tip tip. You literally just made $45 in one hour why are you asking for more money?.. soooo unprofessional

My wife and I go here almost every weekend. They are amazing everytime. Prices are fair and they always do a great job. Very couple friendly. Make an appointment if you plan to go in the evening. They can get very busy!

Ive been here twice and both girls did good. I didnt like that we had an English barrier. I felt like my needs would have been heard better if they new English. Other than that I really enjoyed the massage

One of the best Asian massage parlors around. None of that funny business going on just a good massage. My wife would recommend Kevin for your wife she says he has a great ability to tell which muscles are sore.

Was misleading. Doors were open and when i went in it was empty. Thinking its no there, i called out hello to see if anyone would answer but a lady came out and told me we are close , sorry, and shut the door she came out of. Apparently, massage places dont know how to do business. At all. If you have your door open, then people think business is open, its common sense.Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

So first off i bought a massage as a gift for my wifes birthday. I paid for it and the lady up front kept pressing me to give them a tip. Like seriously i dont even know if you guys do a good job and you already want a tip? Then my wife finished and the same lady told my wife she needed to tip because i didnt, but since when tips are mandatory? I dont mind tipping but damn dont push it on me. They even have a sign that says tips are welcomed. That was ridiculous. Also they need someone that speaks a lil bit of english because it was so hard to talk to them. Literally we had to write the things down to understand each other

Called to ask about price ranges and was completely ignored. The person who answered when asked what are your price ranges multiple times responded with what time are you coming in?, what is your name?, and when are you coming in today?. Customer service is very important and this company has failed to perform properly in that aspect.

Couples massage was okay for my wife but not I barely felt the pressure but the effort was there.

So kevin is amazing! I would suggest hiring at least one person who speaks good English ( I believe your business would grow). And please take the clock out of the massage room or add music. The constant ticking while trying to relax drove me crazy lol ;)

Great service!! This is my second time and every time I come here I receive the nicest hospitality. I tell them the issue I’m having and I come out feeling better than before.

Although there was a bit of a wait without an appointment it was well worth the wait. Staff was kind and courteous.

These hard workers take their time to work on your tired, tight muscles. They work out the stress in your body in thier relaxing atmosphere.
