BEWARE!!! Watch out for them charging your card with no specific amount and an inability to provide any you with any information when asked about it. I don’t usually leave reviews, one way or another. To begin, I missed myappointment time, that is my fault. I had to go in to work, not that it matters. So I understand that portion. However, I received extremely poor customer service sprinkled with an attitude issue from Reagan on the phone. My card was charged without authorization, without an exact dollar amount and was then told I can check online for current pricing. Even though I have been a member for years. When I asked to speak to a manager I was treated with more attitude and was told there was no manager available today. Then when I asked the managers name I was given the runaround and no name of a manager to speak with. Which asked multiple times. I would like to be contacted by upper management as soon as possible.
Let me start by saying I have officially never written a review, but this place has me fuming..This is absolutely the Most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with . My husband bought me a gift card to use for a massage. I paid cash for the tip.A few days after my massage I noticed they charged my card. When I called to ask why my card was charged without my permission, I was told my card was never charged. They said they are showing no charges, I took a screenshot of my bank statement showing the charge and sent it to them . Trying to get a hold of someone on the phone is nearly impossible and no one ever returned my inquiries of why I was charged. I decided to go in person cancel my future appointments and find out why nobody ever responded. I was told they charge my card five dollars because the gift card my husband purchased didn’t cover the full amount of the massage . I said that doesn’t make sense. He paid for one full massage and they said yes, but our prices must’ve gone up since then. I said why wouldn’t somebody say that when I showed them my gift card why wouldn’t somebody say your five dollar short we’re gonna charge your card and why wouldn’t anybody call and tell me that! I feel like they charge the card, made a mistake and covered it up. Absolutely horrible horrible service Beware!!
Wish I could leave 0 stars. Kaylee is very rude. I called to book a couples massage with my wife and she said we would need to book in September. I said, dang, that stinks maybe I need to look somewhere else. She then replies with , ok sounds good, bye. Her tone was condescending and you can tell she clearly doesnt care about her job or the customers. If thats the service you get before even walking in the door, I cant imagine how terrible it would be after that. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Had the most amazing experience from the front to the back. Olivia was able to work me in quickly as a walk in. I had a few hours to kill and had never had a facial before. Amber made my DAY and I felt so cared for. Thanks ME!
Would not recommend as they have predatory business practices and make it difficult to cut ties with them. I purchased my wife a 6 month subscription. This was something I told them when I ordered - I only want to do 6 months. Well, they continued to charge me a monthly fee after those 6 months. When I contacted them, the people on site told me none of them could cancel my membership (but they could certainly sign me up) and that I needed to fill out a separate form that someone from corporate would review and take action on. This is a scam. Oh... and all those extra months I was charged? I lost them a few weeks after I cancelled. Because according to Massage Envy, when they overcharge you for their services, its up to the customer to take the time out of their schedule to get all those massages before their evaporate from their system. Never again.
Beware of UPCHARGES without knowing until you check out. $$$$ 💶Hubby bought and scheduled a massage and facial for my birthday🎁. When I checked out to leave the tip, ME had unchanged my facial to 💶 $145 which was $60 worth of upcharges. I thought I was getting what he paid for till the moment I checked out.Never once did ME employees tell me there would be additional fees for what they were doing.$145 facial + $85 massage + $30 tip = OUCH😢...never again
I will never give my money nor recommend Massage Envy to anyone! Very unfortunate as I have had pretty good massages there. My husband purchased a 6 month membership for me as a gift. I used 5 of them over a years time only to find out they continued to charge him monthly for the membership. No big deal, totally our fault for not catching it, and knew they rolled over to the next month. What we didnt know is that when you cancel (a very tedious process) you only have 60 DAYS to use your massages or they expire. So when I went for my 6th massage I was charged the total price cause 60 days had passed since he canceled, not to mention we lost 10 massages that we PAID FOR! When I asked the lady at the counter, she explained what happened and told me there was nothing we could do because they tell you this when you cancel. NO THEY DO NOT!! You dont even get to talk to anyone to cancel. You email a form to request cancelation. Not to mention you want me to schedule 10 massages in 60 days when scheduling 1 is already a nightmare?! To top it off, I get home to cancel my login only to find out they scheduled me for another massage that I didnt ask for. 🤦♀️
I’ve enjoyed my experience coming here so far! Lesley is an absolutely fantastic massage therapist! She’s able to get really deep into my problem areas and makes me feel unbelievably amazing and relaxed. My body feels so much better since having her work on me. I even booked a 90 min for next time!

I booked an hour appointment for 4:30 and arrived there early as asked. I’m new so I didn’t have a preference on the masseuse but I got booked with Cody. I asked for a firm massage. I didn’t get that. And when he was finished I made it a point to look at the time because I felt it was short.. which it was. I was back in my car by 5:30. Charging for an hour massage and not getting the full hour was disappointing. I got the impression that he didn’t want to do the massage because I needed a firm masseuse. I will never return. I felt techniques were lacking. I left with no sense of relief from my back discomfort. It was basically like rubbing oils on my body and I was done. I will never come back to this place.
Military stay away from ME....This location have my 4 fave therapist for deep tissue Leslie, Lora, Veronica and Micheal. For a relaxing firm massage Cody is the go too, his unique technique will sure get your stress out. The front desk are is always friendly. The downside is this location have been giving me headaches in regards with freezing an account due to deployement. Since Sept 2022 I notified them about my husbands upcoming deployement and was handed a freeze form which I fillout and submitted that day. But every month since Sept to Jan 2023 everytime I go to my massage I need to fill out the freeze form coz they keep loosing/ not process and still charges us. I had sent numerous email, call and inperson communication with this location to ensure it was filled correctly. Jan 2023 they finally said it is good to go and just notify them when he gets back from deployement to activate the account and they told me he has 24 point that will be avail once he gets back. I purchase 10 of them in Feb and rechecked his account to be sure his account still on freeze and it is still on freeze with 14 points remaining. June 2023 I informed them to unfreeze my husbands account in Aug and to book an appointment for him on that month. They said everything was set.We came in for the our couples massage in Aug but Cody called in sick so I just gave him my slot with Veronica. Upon switching the appointment the front desk told me his account got cancelled and 14 of his points are expired as well as no note that his account was frozen. I have been with massage envy since 2016 and this location is the only location that cant keep up with their documentation nore provide accurate info to their client. They also told me that there is another membership increase from $65 to $75 (mine) and hubby is $75 to $80 (forced to create a new member SHADY). So not just they dissolve my husbands 14 point, they forced him to create another membership since they are claiming they cant reinstate his cancelled account even after numerouse of email, freeze form filled out due to deployement. While they are recreating his account I asked the manager if they can transfer the points back to this new account and she said yes since she found my emails and notes from previous receptionist.Today 17 Dec 2023 I called to book and verify my husbands credit. The receptionist stated he only have 4 credit since Sept 2023 coz he is a new member. I told them that is a lie since we have been with them since we move in 2020, they are denying that he was their member since 2020 and the home place is our old duty station (Kapolie) which means that 14points cant be found. Which is another lie since we have all document stating we PCsd here since 2020, we have records of all his massages, and we both transfered to their location as our home base on Aug 2020. I thought this had been resolved back in Aug when I came in person but apprently not. I am not about to loose $980 (14point) down to drain. I would like to get those credits refunded to us together with what ever credit we currently have and we will just find a better massage place that is not shady, knows how to take care of their customers.
All my military people STAY AWAY from this location! Read the 1 star reviews, I wish I did.I had two appointments scheduled for today at 12pm and 1:45pm but someone decided not to do their job and both appointments had been cancelled without my knowledge. The rep I spoke to on Friday to update the phone number on my account didnt actually update it like she said she would on Friday. She created a second profile that I had no knowledge of, so the wrong number that received my confirmation text cancelled BOTH of my appointments. You had ONE DAMN job and still managed to drop the ball. This screw up is beyond ridiculous. If I could give this place no stars, I would. Message envy is a joke.
Massages are expensive so I expect trained professionals who aid my body healing. Its a rip off to pay 100.00 for rubbing lotion on my body. Hate the location. Parking is too far away, too much traffic and the roundabouts everywhere are treacherous especially in the winter.
Love this locationEveryone is so friendly and helpful!The front desk staff (McKayla, Faith Liz) are amazing, you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. The therapist are amazing. Facials are the best in town. I highly recommend the skin care products! They do wonders for my skin!

I’m honestly so disappointed right now because I wanted to treat my daughter to a facial while I am in town visiting, she has a 7 month old baby that we left with a sitter, and after she was taken into the treatment room she was told she couldn’t have the service because she just started using a prescribed topical cream …. If this is the protocol then why isn’t that a question asked when booking the appointment or why isn’t there a hydrating (rather than exfoliating) service that could be done? I really feel like this wasn’t handled well even though the gal at the reception desk was nice enough. It was a waste of my daughters time and money to pay for a babysitter :(
The service at this location has drastically decreased. I just got a text saying my same day appointment was canceled, but the text had my name listed incorrectly. When I called to confirm the text was meant for me, I was told oh yeah I just copied and pasted. Poor customer service and unreliable appointments has me considering canceling my longstanding membership.
I started my membership in hopes I’d find some relief and guidance in correcting some skin issues I ‘d been experiencing. I was lucky enough to come across two of the most amazing estheticians. Unfortunately, I find myself being pushed to discontinue my membership because of constant billing flaws. I take pride in getting these services for myself and sometimes I don’t have it within my budget that month (I know, I’m a terrible person.) I have been double charged, over charged and most recently I called to update my form of payment and was STILL charged on my debit card which has now overdrawn my account. THESE TYPES OF ISSUES HAVE HAPPENED AT ALL 3 locations I’ve visited in the SPRINGS and MULTIPLE TIMES! Apparently you now have to think 30 days in advance to assure any kind of accommodations on your account. (which is what the front desk has told me.) I have followed that 30 day guideline and am out of my 6 month contract and woke up to a charge this morning ON MY DEBIT CARD that I was reassured was taken off file COMPLETELY because of these CONSTANT ISSUES! Granted it’s been sometime but I used work for this franchise at the front desk and there was always flexibility in payment. You worked with your customer as much as you could to retain their loyalty and trust . I will be closing my account with Massage Envy and visiting my bank to change my account information since there is absolutely no trust in this place. THANKS MASSAGE ENVY :D
Booked a 60 min appt, lasted 35 min. I get I walked in right at my appt time, but gave them courtesy call to let them know. So I understand my appt being shortened due to that, but not by 25 min. Effort in massage was a 4/10 at best.
You might have better luck walking in to the store.... I have tried for over a year to book a massage online, however, they are always booked. Need more therapist at this location.
Very upset that My husband and I have memberships we cant use. Signed up and have had 2/3 of my appts cancelled last minute by them after I arranged childcare and everything. So.. there are no appointments available in May.. so i have paid april and will be charged may with zero massages. My husband was lucky and didnt get his april cancelled but also nothing for him in may. So again, being forced to pay for something we cant use. Super unethical. Your membership attrition will be horrible if you keep signing up members but have no appts for them. Stop selling memberships and take care of the ones you have!I was told I can not get out of my membership because I signed a six month agreement which is true. I signed up to get monthly memberships but you have nothing available. Ill be reporting to the BBB because that is ridiculous. The earliest my husband could get in is late June , yet we are expected to pay every single month even though we cant get in. You guys really have to change something about the way youre operating there.
Honestly the one start is just a formality if i could this woud be zero starts and i am saying this because to many times has this happened to other people as well. What happened was I come in for an inital appointment and have a good experience, then I try to make a membership from one their employees and I get lied to which has no weight in this store at all. The employee stated at any point in time you can cancel your membership and there are no repercusions. What i was unaware of was when I call to cancel this the first time they did not have an email for me and to cover their backs they asked me for this to send me the contract that i signed up for. I am an honest guy and just want other people to be the same is that so hard in this day and age. I will be going in to cancel my service and will notify all my friends and family to not go there as well.
Made an appointment for an hour facial with Amber. I’m lucky if she did 30 minutes. So disappointing not only was I cheated on time but it was the worst facial I’ve ever had for the cost!
I am probably Massage Envys first customer. I joined when it first opened years ago. I was promised I could receive massages for 45 dollars for life. That of course didnt happen.I have been very ill, and have repeatedly requested Massage Envy suspend my account until I am better. They have told me I would be sent out forms to do so, and the forms never arrived. Ive had to do this in the past due to Covid and poor health. I was able to do this for 3 months at a time. Now Ive received a form via email that doesnt work and is only effective for 1 month at a time.I find this company to be dishonest. Ive had difficulty time and time again. My advice to others is to get everything in writing if you decide to get a membership.I am so tired of dealing with this company, but since I have so many accumulated massages I cant leave.
It is getting very hard to make an appointment. It seems that you have to make appointments about a month out. I have done that, but have had cancel due to unforseen circumstances on my end. I believe a week out to schedule an appointment would be reasonable. I believe Massage Envy no longer has the capacity in Colorado Springs to reasonably handle their customer base. I wont be renewing my membership.
Im so glad that I was paired with Nate. Hes so knowledgeable and skillful. He knew just what to work on to help my healing from hip replacement surgery 10 wks ago. I bought the membership so I could afford several weekly hour long massage. However, Nates schedule was a little full these first 2 weeks. So, Im having a stretch with Jared this coming week. Great desk staff, too!
I’ve had a membership since last June. I went regularly for massages. After the pandemic started I haven’t been since I have been trying to call and cancel my membership for over a week now. No answers when you call and no call back. I called another location and they told me they couldn’t help and that the location I needed to talk to “never answers the phone and would be better off going in” which is fine usually but in a pandemic seems pretty unprofessional. I have like 6+ months worth of massages I’ve paid for but no one answers the phone to accept an appointment or let me cancel!
This place have some good employee that give great massage. but the front desk cant make appointments to save their lives. For that we canceled our membership. we had two months of credits on our accounts, because of scheduling issues. I believe if they train the people at the desk right people wouldnt be rating this location like this.
I can never get through on the phone to talk to someone and book an appointment. Yesterday, I called at least 11 times throughout the day and left two messages trying to book an appointment and no one EVER got back to me, so I called the Union location and someone picked up right away and booked me immediately for the next day. I still haven’t received a call from the First and Main location. I was also told I won’t be able to switch my home locations because they’re in the same city. I will not ever be coming back to this location. This is also not the first time I’ve had issues with this location answering the phone. Talk to your front desk people because you are losing business over something so simple; just pick up the phone.
Unbelievable. The communication process was horrible when signed up to include automatic increase in monthly charge while not communicating that to their customer. Was told if cancelled monthly membership i would have balance of massages to still use with no time limit. Now i am being told i only have 60 days. Booking appointments out has been a 2 week process. I was only able to make 1 of my appointments in the past due to crazy schedule and sure enough got a flat tire on my way to that one. Called to let them know what happened and just found out that one of massage sessions was burned because i didnt show. Submitted a freeze form which was told was good for 6 months and it only lasted 60 days. Not happy with the mis-comminication and events that occurred since i have been a member.
As an esthetician who was employed here, anyone applying BEWARE. The manager, Lynette is sabotaging the business with her wicked ways of managing. She is a terrible manager and I would not recommend any esthetician whether you have experience or youre fresh out of school to work at this location. If the manager does not like you or if a fellow coworker doesnt like you, she will try her best to sabotage you continuing to work here. All I did was do my job and service clients, but I was wrongfully terminated due to jealousy at the end of the day. Management is terrible and I honestly wasted my time working for this employer. Clients are wonderful and coworkers are cool, management is trash.
Had a couples appointment booked for this Monday. We got a text this morning saying one of our appointments had been cancelled . Which is fine, things happen . People get sick . So My girlfriend called trying to figure out which appointment got cancelled. So she calls at 9am 10am and 11am leaving two voice mails , receiving no call back . It was only until I tried calling that someone actually picked up . We were notified that our appointments had been cancelled and that they had already filled our spot .So unprofessional on so many levels. There was no reason for our appointments to be cancelled . You have lost our business for good
I just had one of the best massages here that I have ever had. Jared my massage therapist was amazing. I have such a sensitive back that most massages leave me super sore and hurting throughout the entire massage. Not with Jared. He listened to not only what I told him but listened to my body language. If I tensed up he saw that, and lightened his touch. The main lady at the front desk (forgot to get her name) was sweet and even gave me a little you are amazing the way you are little pep talk. I left there with a smile on my face and felt more relaxed than I have in a while.
I tried to call over two weeks ago to schedule appointment no one returned my phone call. I had to actually go in to make an appointment. I told the individual working the front desk no wonder why you don’t answer the phone it’s so low and you can’t even hear it ring. There still messages to be returned on the blinking light. The appointment I made I actually cancel 24 hours on a voicemail message. She told me she will charge me the full amount if I don’t send her a text message showing I called. So unprofessional I will never go to this place again. I would never ever run a business like this.
I must say I am absolutely disappointed in the massage I got today! Ive had many massages before and this was by far the worst. While my massage therapist was nice, the massage was atrocious. She didnt use nearly enough pressure on my back, and used way to much on my arms and legs (to the point where it hurt!). We were about 3/4 of the way through the massage when she finally asked if I wanted to do full body, which I didnt! I wanted her to solely work on my shoulders, neck, and feet which she spent maybe 7 minutes on collectively. I dont feel any better at all! If anything I feel worse than I did when I came in because Im pretty sure she bruised my arm. And to top off my horrific first experience with massage envy they had the audacity to call me at 8 pm and tell me I didnt pay for all my services and that I needed to return to pay for them. Excuse me? You messed up and forgot to change me why do I need to come back and fix your mistake. It would be one thing if I had had a great experience and it was worded nicer but absolutely not I will not be returning to give you more money. I spoke with a manager about my massage and not being charged for the aromatherapy. She simple said sorry and that she would recommend another therapist and that I can come back (at my own expense!). What a joke. I already wasted money on a terrible massage Im not paying for another. What an absolute waste of my hard earned money! I will not be returning!
I have a membership and now have serious regrets! I’m locked in for 12 months now!I was very dissatisfied with my massage by Kaitlyn. I asked for firm pressure, which is what I normally get. She used all of her strength to massage my head and sensitive areas around my armpit area which started to hurt so I asked to lighten up on those areas. Then, after the massage she told me twice “you need to request light to firm next time.” She had an attitude and seemed frustrated when I asked her to do the back of my thighs and she said “ you didn’t ask for that in the consultation.” Her technique was not good with a lot of light motion all over my back for half the massage. Which is where I’m expecting to have firm pressure. I just started my membership and was upset all day about this treatment. I emailed management and I never received a response.
I started my membership March 7th right before everything shut down due to COVID 19. They sent an email out near the end of April about continuing with the membership or not. I took a week to think about it and emailed back and said no due to me being high risk. Didnt hear anything so I called and they asked when I sent the emai. I provided the information they then told me I would have to get a note from my doctor. So then I had to schedule with my doctor who is backed up, so I cant get an appointment until the end of May. Then they tell me they wont refund April but they will refund May. Then they tell me that once they receive my doctors note the membership stops immediately so I cant get the massage or my money back. People are losing their jobs and they ripping people off during a pandemic.
The therapist are so Amazing. But the front area or who ever runs the phones are not. In one week they have messed up there seriate times for my massages. They called and told me my appoinment for 7 pm for two hours had to be changed because the new therapist hasnt done one that long. So they put me in at 5 pm. I show up at 5 and they show nothing except the cancelling my, 7 pm. Then me and daughter in law had a massage at 3 pm, they called to confirm it at, 1 pm. I called and said It was at 3 because at 1 pm I had another appointment, so I knew I made it at 3 pm. They pick and choose, when it comes to no shows, on who they charge and who they dont charge. If your a no show for an appointment you should be charged because that theropist showed up for you. The theropists know how to work those sore muscles. They help me heal after surgery.
My complaint is NOT about the massage therapists I’ve gone to here. This complaint is regarding the company and/or management. I canceled my membership a couple of months ago. The 1st month after I canceled, I got billed. Had to call them to get my money back. Here we are, 2nd month after canceling, and guess who got billed AGAIN?? 🙋🏻♀️ They’re stealing money from me and I’m going to call corporate on Monday.
The massage therapists are great! Unfortunately my husband and I both have experienced difficulty contacting this specific location to schedule an appointment. Each time we have contacted them we have to call at least 3 times before someone answers. (Sometimes 5-6) we schedule here because it’s the most convenient for us.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I cancelled account with front staff, yet was still charged. It wasnt until I replied to an email that my account was cancelled. However, They are still saying I owe them for the month. I have massages that I paid for, yet didnt use and WILL NOT use due to the fact that the massages that I did get were not good and I was in pain for 4 days after. The massage therapists are poor quality.
I recently have been going to this location and let me just say.... ALEX IS AMAZING!!! Definitely recommend her 10/10 service 😊. I received a facial from Whitney today and she not only described Everhthing that was going to be applied to my face. She took extra good care and provided the utmost best customer service. Massage Envy prides itself on maintaining good hygienic COVID-19 protocols. However, the blanket that is used on top of the sheet is used and reused with 50 clients or more in one week before being washed. In one day, it is not uncommon for there to be at least 10 or 12 massages performed in that one room. Blankets are washed Sunday nights so if you want a fresh, clean, COVID free blanket, book your appointment early on Monday mornings. Otherwise, by the time Sunday night rolls around, you will be wrapped in a very disgusting blanket..I also wanted to warn any male therapists from ever working with this company. There are different rules for male and female therapists. Massage Envy has terminated the employment of five male therapists in the last 6 months. If there is any complaint, the therapist will be placed on a two week administrative hold while some mysterious third party investigates the incident. This behind-the-scenes third party never recommends to retain the male employee. The following points are the reasons Massage Envy gave for terminating five recent therapists.1. Accidentally calling a client Precious instead of her correct name which was, Patience. Client reported that it made her feel creepy.2. The therapist was accused of placing his knee on the table while massaging a clients arm & shoulder.3. Therapist massaged the glutes of a client directly with his hands and not on top of the sheet even though client consented to wanting that area worked on. There was no rule prohibiting this practice at the time at Massage Envy and using your hands directly on the glutes is perfectly within our license boundaries as long as proper draping is used. Just google any video.4. A client reported feeling uncomfortable because his therapist was part of the LGBT community- even though no improper contact was reported.5. I was terminated for using a therapeutic massage gun without properly being certified though Massage Envy even though I was already trained during massage school and I have been practicing for 14 years.Massage Envy requires that all therapists be certified through Massage Envy to perform hot stone massage, any stretching during a massage, use of the therapeutic massage gun, and pre-natal massage. Therapists are not allowed to use ice on any part of the body. Also, massage therapists are not compensated for performing deep tissue massage. Every spa I have ever worked for charges between 10 - 35 extra for adding deep tissue techniques.Pay is also very poor. Massage envy has raised its rates to $70 a month while not increasing reimbursements to therapists. I have 14 years experience and only received $23 per hour of massage with the average tip ranging from $5 - $25 per service hour. The one positive thing I can say is that you will be completely booked but even this turns out not to be a good thing because you have less than five minutes to sanitize and change over the room for the next client so you are literally running around shoving food in your mouth or slamming water/coffee with the few precious seconds you have.The best thing I can say about Massage Envy is that they will hire you directly out of school and work you to death. You will get great experience to work at a better place in the future. Just skip this place if you are a male therapist. You will be treated better at Elements Massage.Finally, for prospective clients, skip Massage Envy. They are extremely understaffed. On Sunday nights there are only 2 or 3 therapists for 21 open rooms. At its busiest, I have never seen more than half of the rooms being utilized. Due to the understaffing, it is nearly impossible for clients to get bookings when they want. Often they cant stay with one therapist they prefer because they may be booked up for several months. You will continue to be charged every month even if you cant get an appointment. If you want to cancel your membership, you will have only 60 days to book any remaining hours of service on the books. Good luck trying to do that with the current staffing issues.

I had such a great experience for my first massage! Audrey at the front desk made me feel right at home and comfortable the moment I walked in and throughout the simple questionare. My massage therapist Jenny did an excellent job on my massage. She did a great job explaining my tension areas as well and gave me suggestions for my future visits which I found very helpful.Edit: Sadly, Jenny left after a few months and I had a hard time finding a new therapist with the same skill level. My advice would be to not commit to a contract based on your first visit because that therapist you fell in love with won’t always be there.
I recently was rushed to the hospital because my water ruptured and was put on bedrest to try to keep the baby in longer seeing as I was 10 weeks early. I called massage envy to suspend my account. They said I am good to go and when I get out of the hospital come in and sign the paperwork when I get out and account would not be charged. Well my account was charged. I called to get it all situated and fixed but was just told that there was no record of my call and no notes so they said they refuse to refund the money. She was very rude.
This is not a good place for anyone to work!! Honestly as a paying customer, here is some advice... Hand your tips to your massage therapist... They recently found out that a front desk associate was stealing tips and I find it completely disgusting how there is absolutely nothing they can do about it... The therapists work hard for their money and deserve every dime, but there is always someone who feels more entitled. The management sucks and they dont care about any of the therapists or the customers. This place has so much drama and the stress level of the environment is through the roof. I really dont know why people put up with it for so long when there is way better treatment and pay anywhere else.
Had a great massage by Sandra today!! I have never been to a ME before and was nervous about what type of massage I would receive at a chain location. I was pleasantly surprised by the massage Sandra gave me, and I actually left feeling much better. I came in with a pinched nerve in my left scapula and can no longer feel a pinch. Thanks, Sandra!
A TIP FOR THERAPISTS AND CUSTOMERS WHO CARE ABOUT QUALITY.I am a pervious employee at Massage Envy and wish that everyone who likes it could see what goes on behind closed doors. I was almost* shocked to see so many horrible reviews from customers, but I am glad to see some people see past the name. I was unaware that so many customers have been ripped off, and have had bad experiences, but like I said am not shocked. Not only is there not good customer service (which if you do get good customer service, as in the right amount of time, a therapist who hasnt done 7 massages in one day, therapists are staying past hours for free to make your time pleasurable.) Not ALL of the therapists are bad, but when you have so many of them coming and going you sure do get some not the best therapists. We have to constantly check pay check for pay check to make sure we get paid the right amount, which is minimum wage on many days. When they hire you they say you will make money, but they have 10 therapists and 30 massages in the morning.. You get the point. So. AS FOR CUSTOMERS: Your therapists are getting over worked, under paid, ripped off and mistreated. And even though some of us are quality, licensed, caring people, with such a negative environment its hard to excel, and give our best. I went in wanting to look past the rumors, because I love what I do, and I am very tolerant, but things have gone way to far. In the past 2 to 3 weeks we have had at least 5 people quit because of disrespect and all around unprofessional environment. It keeps down grading and lowering their standards, for employees and all other things, that I dont know where it will end. If this is where you want to be relaxed, and put your trust into a massage therapist, I recommend going anywhere else. Im not usually one to write reviews, but this is something everyone should know.
I am a regular at the Stetson Hills Massage envy, receiving a combination deep tissue and relaxation massage at least twice per month. Yes, the front desk staff comes and goes, which is a shame, but my therapist is excellent. She provides a smooth flow, has a good bedside manner, and I always leave relaxed and free from aches. If you are looking for a fancy spa, go elsewhere. If you are the type of person who needs a regularly-scheduled massage at a reasonable price, Massage Envy at Stetson Hills is the place for you.
The front desk staff is so sweet and helpful! The location is super convenient. The atmosphere inside is very calm and relaxing. I love coming here, but I wish it was easier to get an appointment!
Staff is very friendly and skilled. I am a member and it is so great— plus online scheduling really helps with convenience. I have never come here and had a bad visit. I always leave feeling refreshed and glad that I decided to make an appointment! Definitely check this place out— you won’t regret it!
I purchased a holiday massage packet. My husband used it once, then the pandemic started. After they were open again they said the coupon had expired. I will never visit one of these places again, what a complete and utter rip off.

After moving away from Colorado in 2019 I have tried on numerous occasions to stop this location from charging my credit card. Including:- tried to cancel twice- transferred to a different location which let me cancel- escalated to corporate twice who then pushed it off to the franchise who ignored meIt has been so difficult that I am beginning to suspect it is a deliberate attempt to get additional money from customers during Covid.
Here we go with a greedy business trying to take advantage of customers during a very tough time to line their own pockets. Unlike every other single financial institution that I have done business with, that has bent over backwards to help my family out by waiving fees, cancelling or moving payments..Massage envy refuses to do ANYTHING at all, even though they were completely closed for business in April, they want their money and even though I not only called several times but then sent corporate a message requesting my account be cancelled or frozen, Jeanine was very un-professional and said that they were fully available by phone and I should have had no issue reaching them to freeze my account. Garbage company, garbage business practices, if this is how they treat customers during a time of hardship I want nothing to do with them and I reccomend the same for everyone else, STAY AWAY from these thieves.
I love my massage therapist Corey and have been using his services for the past few years. He is trained in sports medicine so it really helps when Im playing alot of tennis. He is super attentive and does amazing deep tissue massages. He has also helped me immensely with my rheumatoid arthritis. He has a lot of loyal clients so sometimes we have to book a few months in advance for his more popular days. I also go to Danielle as a backup. Shes also does a wonderful deep tissue massage. She does have super strong fingers though so make sure your therapists know when there is too much pressure for you.
They consistently double booked our appointments, and even though we called to verify, and they called us to verify the appointment the day before, they still would call us 1 hour before our appointment and tell us that we were double booked and are unable to come in. They then refused to work with me on a solution for THEIR inability to provide a service that I had paid for. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL ROB YOU AND TELL YOU TO GO PHUHK YOURSELF!
Id say if there was a negative Id post it. I told them I lost my job and couldnt afford it anymore. They did not care. They still take money every month but I cant even get a hold of them to set an appointment!
Everyone was nice but i came in for a pre natal massage and am pretty unhappy. First of all i didnt enjoy the interview process i had to go through before my massage. The questions were irrelevant and it was just wierd. Ive had two previos pre natal massages elsewhere and while i did answer a questionaire about my pregnancy on paper beforehand ive never had to sit down and be questioned. My massage was PAINFUL. I got my massage the day before my due date so the idea was to help calm my nerves and relax my aching body and i am now in more pain then i was before i came in. I almost feel bruised. After a tip a payed 95$ to be more uncomfortable and miserable then i already was :( really dissapointed.
Very unprofessional, two of us had to wait almost 15 minutes past our booked time . Which resulted in getting my time at least cut short. The massage therapist was not connected and had horrible breath. I was very disappointed in this experience.
Exuse my language but their service is ******* s***. My mom has scheduled her appointment twice, and TWICE she was called and and told the therapist called out. Get out, seriously were done. The worse service ever. Irresponsible, you just want people money and cancel. YOU GUYS CAUSE MORE STRESS THAN RELIEF.
Great staff easy to book an appointment and I havent had a bad massage in all my years of going here. If you want a great deep tissue I recommend Veronica and if you like light to medium pressure I recommend Sara.

They seem not to listen when you want your appointment and put you in for whatever works for them. Made an appointment for noon, called back to confirm because they have messed up before. They confirmed it was at noon. Walk in at 1145 and they tell me it’s at 2. Train your front desk to listen!!!

I have called multiple times and left several messages and no one returns your call or picks up the phone. It’s pretty frustrating. I do not have this problem at the union massage envy.
I received a massage from Rahkaela, LMT at this location. I was very pleased with her awesome personality and professionalism. Rahkaela is knowledgeable and very good at her craft. She has very strong hands; if you are in need of a deep tissue massage for pain and stress relief, I highly recommend Rahkaela. I scheduled an appointment due to experiencing numbness and tingling in my legs. She was empathetic and showed concern for my symptoms. Provided thorough and helpful feedback to aid in my after-care.

My husband signed up for memebership last february.. he used it once and they closed on march because of covid.. he called and told them to cancel since he cannot use it anymore.. so they cancelled.. until the other day he just noticed that they still deducted $60 every month.. so he immediately called them and they said they didn’t cancel.. they just freeze the account and they cannot refund 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

I was on the phone with the receptionist and told her to book the 4pm session. She puts me on hold then comes back on line and tells me oh sorry while you were hold someone else already booked the 4pm slot. Ill take my money elsewhere, never again will I call to set an appointment or refer anyone.
My appointments are not made as requested, two 1 hr..instead it was booked as a 30 min then an hr..next appointment therapist called out and with three hrs before appointment did not have a replacement or back up, will cx my membership.
I have made several appointments and they are always scheduled wrong or the therapist calls in sick. It is very disappointing when you think you are getting a massage to go in and not be able to have one. There is never anything done about it either. The customer service is really bad.

I would not sign any contract with these people. They will lie to you just to get you to sign or resign their contract and to keep charging you money. Ive been trying to cancel for 2 months now and they refuse to cancel my contract
Needed a massage badly, notice this place and the $49 for an hour. It was one of the best massage, the therapist(Keith) was excellent!! The receptionist at the front desk was also very helpful. I love this place.
