We had a great experience at Massage Heights! The staff are extremely welcoming and super friendly, and the massage was AMAZING! Highly recommend Rebecca and Melissa for all massage needs! We were visiting from Oregon but we will definitely be returning in the future!

Anna did a great job! She listened to my concerns and was able to do everything I asked! Normally my feet are very ticklish and I told her to avoid spending too much time on them. When she got to them, no tickles! It was so relaxing. However, my husband set a timer about a minute before our massage started and we ended up getting 80/90 minutes. When we got to the front we were given a sales pitch which was fine, but we had to tell the woman at the front desk multiple times that we needed to talk before making a decision. She mentioned how “stressful” our jobs were even though we rated them 1 or 2/5. It didn’t seem like she was listening and just wanted is to swipe our card. It was really annoying to be super relaxed after our massage, only to be pestered before leaving. I feel like I need another massage already and from someone who won’t nag me for only getting them once a year as a special treat. I think management would do a service to their employees to have them read “How to Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie in their training.

Parker is one of the best massage therapists. He gets all the spots I ask him to concentrate on and isn’t shy about applying more pressure when I request it. I always feel so much better after my sessions at Massage Heights.

I had the pleasure of having Danielle as my massage therapist yesterday, and I cannot recommend her enough. She really made my deep tissue massage experience fabulous. What REALLY set her apart from previous massage experiences I’ve had is her years of knowledge and expertise.As for the location itself, it’s so relaxing. The minute you open the front door and walk in, you can feel the calming and comforting energy. The employees out front are incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind. The massage room was the pinnacle of relaxation, with soft blankets and the ability to heat the bed itself up.All in all, it was truly a fantastic experience, and I can’t thank them enough!

Im a regular with a yearly subscription, and was excited but sad to learn I will be moving where Massage Heights does not operate. I was told to call on the 1st of the month for a 30-day cancellation process, and good luck on my trip.I have a regular massage therapist I go to and I Love their work!Massage Heights on May 1st 2024 said that I would be charged for one more month past my moving dates, due to the lack of 30 day notice (May has 31 days). The next payment would be automatically pulled June 1st.I asked if I could move this up so I could use the benefit, and was told that I would have 3 months post-June to use the benefits of that month. This is completely different from how it was described when I signed up a year ago, and different than how it was told to me a month ago when I went to close it early (No way, just close it the month youre headed out and give us 30 days notice and well get that for you!).

I always have the best customer service every time I come in. Jade is wonderful and so personable. I really enjoy interacting with her and the entire staff. Anna is by far the best masseuse there! She pays attention to your body and what you need. The entire staff is awesome!!Always a great experience when I come in! I have ben coming to this location for about 2 years now. Everyone in that office is AMAZING, helpful, friendly and very professional. Emily at the front desk, Kaitie for facials and last but not least Mariah for my amazing massages. She has helped me so much with my sciatica and no longer I suffer from it.Thank you girls so much for making my experience always a pleasure.Every time I come in, I cant wait for my next one!

Still harassing me after having someone being rude to me at the front desk. I do not wish to be contacted by this facility and they refuse to understand that.Didnt have the money to pay for service this month and was trying to explain it. Ari on the phone decided to talk over me instead of hearing the rest of what I had to say. Give disrespect and you get disrespect back. Member agreement is trash and so are the people here.

Have had two massages so far, and will be getting a membership…they were amazing. Plus, complimentary essential oil, and the softest sheets! Lots of options for services.

I would say that this massage was the best massage I’ve experienced. I received a deep tissue massage and Parker was totally aware and knowledgeable of limitations. After this experience, I will definitely be traveling from Pueblo once a month. Thank you Parker for your professionalism and overall expertise.

Rueben was amazing, it was my first massage and i was nervous about getting one but he made me feel so comfortable and had me laughing. absolutely love the team, all of them were so nice and helpful.

I get monthly skin care treatments from Sydnie and she does a fantastic job. The entire experience is relaxing and my skin always feels so good. She follows up with me to see if we want to make changes or add anything to target problem areas. She also manages to talk to me just enough to get me comfortable and then gives me a few quiet moments to enjoy the relaxing treatments. Highly recommend Sydnie at Massage Heights!!

First time visit to Massage Heights. The massage chair was very comfortable. Parker clarified what I wanted to focus on and checked in on my comfort frequently. I signed up for a monthly plan which has a reasonable rate.

I was really surprised by the energy level but calmness and just the overall feel of the place the moment I walked in the door. Jade help me constant smile warm and welcome. My massage was with Chris You know I never once had to say could you go there or could you do this, he felt the knots he worked out the knots Im very Happy with my massage. It was a deep tissue Chris was excellent!

Front desk staff are always helpful and friendly, and Anna is an amazing massage therapist, who is very knowledgeable and skilled in deep tissue massage.

Parker always comes through with his deep tissue massage and special attention to my sciatica issues. Would highly recommend him to anyone who literally needs their muscles rearranged and then put back in place. Just what my body needs. I am fairly athletic and whether it be his hot stone or cupping massage techniques are exactly what my myscles need. Thank you Parker

Everybody here was extremely friendly — the front desk as well as the massage therapists. The ambiance was nice, too. Miss Anna was very patient with me and could sense I was feeling insecure/anxious about getting a massage for the first time. We talked and laughed together, which I personally enjoyed. Melissa gave me the most relaxing massage, she was extremely intentional with actions leaving me feel well rested! Jade supported me at the front desk. Lastly, Mariah is the best therapist. I have seen her for years and she is truly skilled at her craft. Definitely recommend Massage Heights to anyone looking for massage therapy.

Could not be happier with my experience here. Alice was very skilled and informative. Ive had a pain in my right leg for 6 weeks and after just one massage I already feel a world of difference from before I went in. I would recommend her services and massage heights to anyone. The only thing I wish was different is the temperatures in the rooms. Could definitely use some more AC but that is an easy fix and doesnt reflect anything on the staff or therapists.

I usually get deep tissue massages, but due to a fortunate mishap, I ended up having Mariah for my massage. It was the best relaxation massage with medium pressure I have received in a long time! I truly believe there are no mistakes! It was meant to be.

Ruben was amazing. I just let him pick the pressure, and I didnt have to adjust it at all. My right hip has been extraordinarily painful lately and he did an amazing job to aleviate the pain.

So I purchased a years worth of points back just before the pandemic for my daughter. I was told when I purchased them that the points would never expire. Recently was told that her membership was canceled, and when I tried to call, they said that they would not honor the points, even though she had seven 30 minute massages left. They do not deserve business if they are not going to honor their contract. Terrible customer service. Will never use them again!

Mirah and Melissa are my massage therapist while Nicole is my esthetician. I like to have 3 therapist for variety. Mirah ALWAYS puts me to sleep. Her attention to detail, technique and just right pressures keeps me coming back! She starts on time and takes you all the way until completion time! Melissa has the firm pressure I need for my muscle tensions and when I wake up I feel relaxed and more mobile. I appreciate how she listens to what I need and asks for feedback. Nicole is the BEST esthetician Ive ever experienced in the 20 years Ive received facials. When she provides your facial your entire body feels the effects. She is knowledgeable about skin and ALWAYS uses products that are right for what is happening with my skin at that time. She is my go to and I will not allow anyone else to touch my face. I love this team at the Briargate location.

4 of my last 6 appointments have been cancelled the day of, or moved without me approving the move right after I schedule it. I get that things happen and it’s not necessarily the therapists fault, I mean life happens and I get that. But I went into cancel my membership because I need something more reliable and I have about 4 one hour services left on my account (since I can literally not get an appointment to save my life) and not only can I not get refunded for any of those, but they are going to charge me one last time, so I’ll have another credit that I probably won’t even get to use.

I have been a Massage Heights Briargate client for 4 years. Mariah has been my massage therapist there throughout this time. She gives the best massages I have ever gotten. Usually, I ask for a Swedish massage and Mariah knows the exact pressure to use for me. Sometimes I come in with muscle cramps or other muscle pain. I let Mariah know about these issues, and her massages resolve the issue immediately.In addition to her exceptional massage skills, Mariah has a very calm demeanor and a really positive and sweet personality. She is just awesome in every way!!!

Melissa A. was absolutely AMAZING. This was my very first massage ever and i was kind of nervous because i was in a lot of pain from tension & stress. she absolutely exceeded every expectation i had! She made me feel so comfortable with my “insecurities” and eventually, I forgot all about them while she worked her MAGIC! She was so friendly & I will be requesting her everytime!The front desk was so welcoming! I don’t remember their names but it was a blonde woman and a man! they took their time to explain the memberships to me and weren’t in a rush go get rid of me lolOverall, 100/10 recommend this place! I had a membership for 7 years and after a terrible experience with message envy, I gave this place a try. So glad I did!!! I receive regular facials and massages, both absolutely phenomenal. I get worried at these chain places that it doesn’t give you the spa experience you crave with a massage, but I love this place. They have a customer for life!

Today, I had a ninety minute massage with Parker. It had been awhile since I had been so Parker paid special attention to my problem areas and was able to give an amazing massage everywhere else! I had an elevation (facial massage) added today and it was wonderful; with sinus problems, he was able to make it feel better. I had never had this type of massage so will definitely be adding it the next time. Thanks, Parker! I am looking forward to my next appointment!

I am so thankful for Annas massage skills and knowledge. I needed to work on relaxation and I felt so great when I was finished. I felt rejuvinized and taken care of for sure.

I was sick and canceled but within the 24 hours so they changed and send a survey! Bad business charge for being responsible and not coming in sick. And to send a survey when I did not attend and canceled is bad business and insensitive.

This is the best massage place I have found! They are all absolutely wonderful. The front desk is staff is very supportive with finding the therapist that works best for me. They always treat me with the upmost respect and care! As far as the massages, they customize everything to my needs at the time. They listen to my concerns, inform me on how to correct them, and always recommend a product/stretch. I have never had a problem with anyone here and will continue to support this local business!

Its a long one, but Ill try and keep it short. Although the staff was nice, theres an issue with their communication and staffing.Not too impressed with the service that was provided by the staff. My first experience entailed making a same-day appointment, then getting a call an hour later to be rescheduled due to being double-booked (not an issue at all). The issue came after the fact.During my appointment reschedule, I was informed by Elizabeth that the therapist that I will be seeing is highly rated and excellent. Lucky for me, she added a complimentary service (cupping) due to the inconvenience. When I got to my appointment, I found out that the highly recommended therapist wasnt certified to do cupping. A comment was made by the staff (not professional) that she (Elizabeth) probably said that to get you in. Im not quite sure how to interpret that, but that wasnt a great first impression.After all, was said and done, I wasnt asked about my massage experience, and the staff member (maybe she was new), dove right into joining their membership program, etc. Again, not a very good second impression; luckily, they smoothed it over by offering me the same first client rate at my next visit and scheduled me with a therapist who does cupping. Oh, but it doesnt end there.Lastly, I received a text (two days before my massage) stating my therapist was no longer with the company and that I can cancel through text. (Impersonal much). The therapist mentioned in the text was NOT the therapist I was scheduled with initially. (Totally confusing).With all said and done, I ended up canceling and not rescheduling due to my experience.Would I recommend this place? Probably not, which is unfortunate.

*The place looks nice and has a decent atmosphere but at the core it is just another massage chain that will forget your needs and try to sell you a monthly membership relentlessly.*Customer service and the business style is terrible. They will 100% try to sell you a membership at every single turn. I couldnt even call in to go over an appointment issue without them telling me well if you were a member we could give you a discount... though that is not the reason I am leaving this review.We asked them to cancel an appointment after we found out the therapist my partner was booked with was the same one that made her fell uncomfortable during the last visit. They refused to cancel the appointment based on their 24 hour cancelation policy. I understand having a policy like this in place to protect your employees but having no wiggle room for a return customer who has valid concerns is ridiculous. The front desk agent still charged us for the visit, tried to sell us a membership constantly while we tried to get this resolved, and proceeded to talk for 12 minutes out of our 15 minute call about what we should have done. Total waste of time and money.The place looks nice and has a decent atmosphere but at the core it is just another massage chain. They do not care, will forget your needs and badger you relentlessly about a membership like you just went to a timeshare seminar.

The membership is well worth it! Feels like a boojie splurge at first, but it really does make a difference in my stress levels and the membership ensures that I make time for myself. The office and rooms are always clean, quiet, and relaxing. Ive never had a problem making an appointment within my schedule, either. This is a New Years resolution that I will have no problem continuing next year.

Im very disappointed in my massage I received from Alice yesterday. I went in for a relaxing Swedish massage, my first in almost two years, and its difficult for me to get out and do things for myself and was met with a therapist who was only willing to do what she wanted and not what I, the customer wanted. I had high expectations and was really looking forward to a nice relaxing massage as this was a mothers day gift for me. Alice told me she didnt do regular Swedish massage but assured me it would be relaxing. It was not. It was mostly stretching and myofascial release and lots of talking during my massage. She made comments about my weight, and how I never would have lasted as a massage therapist (Im a former MT). It was not at all what I expected or wanted and Im so disappointed because I was really looking forward to it and today I am in lots of pain and left even more stressed than I came in. I wish I wouldnt have paid for it. I wish I could get my money back or something from this company as an apology but I doubt that will happen. As a massage therapist, you should listen to clients and give them what they want, not just do what you feel comfortable with. I wanted to relax and I got the exact opposite of that. I do not recommend Alice if you want to relax and have a traditional Swedish massage.

Amazing massage therapist and a great team at the front desk. I love Matthew and Alice. Sadly I the last 6 months of appointment have been a mess. Canceled appointment, booking a couple massage where my husband was booked with a stranger. Many of our favorite therapist are gone. When booking appointments there are times it booked our 4+ weeks, and my last appointment was booked as a 60 min when I wanted a 90 min.

Great place with excellent therapists! Do the membership for discounts on services and products. Worth it if you get regular massages

I usually go to the location on Briargate Pkwy, and they are just fantastic. My therapist listens to me and adjusts pressure as needed; is skilled, patient, kind, and thorough. The up-front staff are welcoming and efficient, and try to fix any issues (which are few!) The membership is a good value, as well as a health-need for me, as I have acute chronic pain. Great place!

I love a good massage and Shelby delivered it today. She was very attentive and answered my questions with ease, shows me that she is knowledgable in what shes doing. Thank you Shelby for a magnificent massage along with your recommendations to better my wellbeing and I will be coming back soon!

What a wonderful experience! The kindness, the wisdom and the professionalism demonstrated by both Kelly at the Front Desk, and Danielle, the Lead Therapist, left me feeling as though I was more than just a client. I walked away feeling 110% better in both my upper back and shoulder areas; it was a spectacular deep tissue massage and I will most definitely be returning as a member since the package rates are affordable and just what my old decrepit body needs after years of neglect ;-)

Had my first 90 minute massage/ stone since Dec 2019. What a treat! Soooo needed in these stressful times. Massage Heights was so careful and professional keeping you safe in these trying times. They take your temperature at the door. You need your mask to come in but free to take it off in your private room. Everything is nice & clean. I had a facial and it was one of the best facials I ever had. It was very relaxing. In the past products have irritated my skin. At this place my skin felt soft and was glowing. In addition I had extractions and it was not painful. I recommend this place for facials!!!! Book your appointment.

Charlotte performed an amazing deep tissue massage. I had completed some rucking miles and Mt. Elbert the week before and was in need of correction. Still sore today which is fantastic! Drinking lots of water. Not a lot of small talk, all business. Highly recommend Charlotte to get you back on track. If ever back in town I’ll visit again. Thank you

My husband and I actually love coming here. The staff are sweet and good at their jobs and it’s a very clean facility.The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because they are consistently trying to hook you into a membership. We ended up getting a membership but that’s do to our physical jobs that are strenuous on us.

I have had one massage therapist that is great, Dan! Only one! Careful with the membership, they‘ll just charge your credit card without notifying you for services. When you call them to clarify they NEVER return calls and the office clerk can‘t help out.

Ive been to multiple massage places around town and Massage Heights Briargate is one of the best. The massage therapists there care about your overall health -- I go to Jeffrey and he always gives me tips to loosen up my muscles in between visits. Plus, they have complimentary aromatherapy during each visit which is a huge plus! :)

This massage parlor provides a total experience filled with positive socialization, delightful conversation, and a persons-centered approach embodied by all staff members. I have had 3 rescheduled appointments and 4 cancellations. I now have over 12 months of services paid for but can not use them bc they keep cancelling and then I have to wait six weeks for a new appointment. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They refuse to do anything about it and Mike the owner will not answer his phone. I will have to take them to small claims court I guess to get my money back. VERY SHADY business!!

Ive had better....60 minute massage purchased as a 60 minute couples massage was really only 45 minutes. We were told we were late though we were never told to arrive early and even the appointment reminder said 4pm not 345. I guess thats why they need to rip you off with a groupon. Wouldnt return. Massage was okay at best. I think my therapist was apprehensive to use pressure bc Im pregnant. Husband said his was okay. Honestly wouldnt return. Not a good value for the price... or a good massage.

They seem to have a very hard time keeping therapists. I come in every 2 weeks and have done so for well over a year now. Im on my 6th therapist and it is very disruptive to me. I dont come in for relaxation. I come in so I can function in my life. I need to find another place with more consistency.

Dont believe them if they say you can gift messages as part of a monthly plan. Evidently they will say anything to get into a plan. Many went unused when I went to gift messages and they said I couldnt do that. Wish I had a recorder when they sold me the plan

Might be great if you can find the place, not in Google maps which wasnt mentioned to me when I scheduled. Spent 25 minutes driving around calling the office for directions and no one answered the phone until I had already missed my appointment and they were unable to extend my appointment time to give me my full 60 minutes. Make sure you ask for directions on the phone when you schedule
