A charming representative with blue eyes and glasses, she provided accurate information about a specific brand I was asking about. She also offered information on others and how they do, including which ones have commonly reported issues. She was very professional and courteous, answering every question with a smile. This helped influence my decision to branch out and try different brands that I wouldnt usually try or attempt.

The staff are always friendly and are super knowledgeable. This is my new favorite vape store. From selection to staff helping with any questions I have, the place is great.I did dock 1 star as we were charged $2 for the juice bar and didnt try any.

Military friendly, run by veterans, no need to worry about accidentally getting something with CBD or other canaboids. Good selection. Had my coils, and juice I like but havent seen around Texas in a while.

Do NOT waste your time with this company! I ordered 10 vapes March 8th, 2024 and my order is STILL not arrived, with no update. You will not be able to track your order. I understand that shipping vapes is difficult, but this is RIDICULOUS.I’m also weary of a company that had its comments and DMs turned off on their social media. They should absolutely let customers know, well before checkout, that shipping times could be well over a month….and who knows if my vapes will even work after all this time floating in space??!Their “FAQS” section is a joke! ~there website does not address any of these concerns, and their responses are all canned answers that they must send out to everyone having the same issues. After doing a bit of research, I’m seeing others are having the same issues on Reddit.And although I’m well above the required age limits, they do not do an adequate job of checking age limits at checkout. I’ve ordered from other places that require verification.Beware!

The people there are excellent and well versed in the industry. Theyre are customer friendly. I appreciate doing business with veterans. Huge variety of vapes and oils and fair prices. The only place, I will go to. Thank you for your service.

They sold me a dual mesh and triple mesh coil, cool. No problemNext time I need a coil they say they have never sold triple mesh coils.. What? Next time after that they tell me the Valaryian 2 coils arent compatible with Valaryian 3 tank.. Thats interesting because you TOLD ME AND SOLD ME COIL(S) FOR THE 2 THAT I PUT IN THE 3. SO DID ANOTHER VAPE SHOP. CHEESE AND RICE FORGET IT. YOU DONT EVEN KNOW YOUR OWN PRODUCTS!!!

Staff appeared to follow great cleanliness & sanitation procedures. very knowledgeable about products. i was very pleased with the e-liquid that i asked for a recommendation on. reasonable prices. store hours were much more accommodating than the other smoke shops that came up after my google search [specifically, they stayed open several hours later than the other places that came up].

I’ve been coming to the shop for about 3 to 4 months now every time I come in they’re always friendly. They have a great knowledge of their products and good recommendations. They’re even willing to make things right if they accidentally go wrong. I appreciate the business that is willing to go to any length to make the customer happy. The staff was helpful and provided much information about each of the products and I feel like I got a reasonable value for my money. The girls advice was spot on and Im happy with my product. I felt it was maybe slightly overpriced but I do understand that in the low volume business like this these folks need to make money. Rents arent cheap and they have a nice store and Im sure that creates an overhead that cuts into the margin quite a bit. Overall I had a good experience and will go back. I will also recommend them to anyone who asks. I would get five stars if it werent for paying maybe a few bucks more than I should have for the product that I got, but like I said I do understand these people need to make money and Im sure they would sell cheaper if they could afford to.

I came in almost a week ago and forgot to leave this review. Thats pretty much my life. Anyway this place is great. Im not much for house juices and theirs are very good. I said several times in there that it is the Baskin Robins of Vape Shops. Can be good, can get you into trouble because you might like more than you can afford to buy.I was looking for a blueberry mint that matched a disposable I had when my mom passed away, and their Cool Blueberry is almost spot on. I havent found anything as close, and I dont believe I will. Definitely recommend for fruit and menthol lovers. I also got the Murica which is tasty, but a little sweet for me (which was a concern for me, most places do not have sweet house juices). It does taste like what it intends though and I understand why so many people love it. The absolute BEST I got was the Banana Cream Pie. Best dessert flavor Ive ever had, maybe best Banana flavor Ive ever had too.I dont live near this place by any means, but I will buy from them again in the future and even go out of my way to support them.

I am from Albuquerque New Mexico. I broke the tank on my Vaporesso and left my spare at home. I could not find any in town, so I went to A Perfect Vape because we thought they may have something to use. When they did not, they helped me with something to hold me until I go home. It worked well, and the people there are just awesome. I highly recommend you stop by and say hi. Tell them Alejandro sent you.

The prices are great but what makes this place so amazing are the owners Chris and Anne as well as their employees theyre fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store.

The shop is perfectly clean and organized every time I go here. On top of that, all of the employees are very knowledgeable about almost every single juice and mod on their shelves, it makes shopping or deciding on a flavor soooo much easier.

Called to see if they had a certain coil in stock as we had been calling around trying to find them with no luck. Lady that answered the phone was exceedingly rude. We were close by and told her we would be on our way. She rudely replied with well Im closing and locking the doors at eight so if youre not here before then the doors will be locked. We would have been there at least 10 minutes before that just to pick up a pack of coils. Sounds like some employees need a crash course in manners. You just lost a customer.

Fist time visiting the stop yesterday and wow. The staff was very welcoming. They made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in and asked about what I had and flavors of juices. They were very clear on the products they had as well as discounts and deals within their shop.As I havent vaped in over a year and starting all over again, I will be coming to this shop more then those I have previously gone to.

Weve been looking to replace some disposable vapes we had with something that was reusable and low nicotine. We found what we were looking for and the guy who helped us was super nice and even showed us how to work the replacement we got. And theyre low nicotine flavor variety was ample. I chose to go to this shop while being in the Springs area for a bit. Everyone in the shop has such a pleasant demeanor! Theyre super knowledgeable, and as a plus to my husband and me, are military friendly (just ask about their military discount!) I definitely plan on continuing business with them, even from Arizona.

I walked in knowing nothing about vaping but knew I needed an alternative to cigarettes. Richard took his time to thoroughly explain my options and shared his knowledge of the vape world. This man even went out of his way to show me how to change coils how to operate the vape that I bought. A true gentleman. Thank you again Richard for going above and beyond for a noobie.

These guys and gals are always great. They are very informative and knowledgeable with any questions or issues you may have about vape. I have been vaping for years and this by far is the best store around.Plus they employ a lot of veterans. So that alone should allow them to top the list. The service is second to this but it as well Is worth the 5 stars. The owners are on hand most days and meeting them you will see why I rate the store so high.

I stopped in here earlier this week, with my semi truck (no trailer, no room for that drivers!!!), to only pick up coils. When I saw how clean their shop was, and a wide variety of their own juices, I had to pick up a few bottles. Their orange cream brings me back to my childhood of eating Dreamcicles with my great grandma, and their banana cream tastes exactly like my favorite dessert. I will definitely be back next time Im in town!!! Thank you!!!

I’m new to the vape world as I’ve smoked cigarettes for a while. I’ve been hesitant to switch. Well, I finally decided to and went to another vape shop in town. I bought a module there but my friend told me about this store and suggested I buy my juice from here. I bought some juice and my module started cracking my pods. I went to the vape store I bought it from and was given the run around. They wouldn’t refund or exchange it. Money down the drain. So I called the manufacturer and they told me it could be the juice. So I went back to A Perfect Vape and explained my dilemma. Instead of giving me the run around, Charles was so kind and understanding. He not only explained to me the kind of module I had and how it worked, he even gave me an extreme discount for a new juice & threw in pods as well. The professional and courtesy is UNMATCHED! I’m a loyal customer from now on. I suggest going here if you are new to vaping and unfamiliar with it. I wish I would’ve came here from the start. Got the orange cream juice from here and its really really good. I mean everybody who has tried it loves it. They have alot of unique flavors that I want to try, so I will be back. However my only negative was I felt the male attendant was not very friendly. I know he was busy with other customers, but he seemed like it was a burden to help me. Met the the owner today really nice guy. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Visiting from out of town and my mod had issues. He looked at it and it could not be repaired. Gave me great price on a new mod. And recommend a juice to try with my vape. House juice I got is excellent will be ordering more of it when I get home. Great service, solid prices.The flavors are good, and they are more than happy to help you out with your mods if you have any issues, even if they dont sell that unit.My brother comes here all the time for his vape juice and was the one who turned me onto it.What have you got to lose?Update 8/4/19:The bottles they use for shop flavors have some serious issues with the tops. The nozzle portion will come out randomly, causing you to easily spill the entire contents of the bottle, either all over your mod or yourself. Often times, even with newly purchased bottles on the first opening, the nozzle comes all the way off the bottle and stays inside the screw off top. This basically results in you having to very carefully pour your juice into your tank, and try very hard not to cover yourself and your mod with it.After returning twice more and having 6 out of 7 bottles completely and randomly disassemble themselves, watching myself and other get covered in juice, and wasting the contents of about half of what I purchased, I will not be returning despite how much I enjoy their flavors. The containers are too untrustworthy, and I’m not at all happy having wasted half my cash on juice that I now have to wash out of my clothes and carpet.If you’re shopping for house flavors, as good as they are here, I cannot recommend them until they fix their issues with the packaging.

This is the best vape store in town, and possibly the country (that I’ve been to at least and I’ve been to a lot all over the states). They are always so nice, witty, sarcastic, and knowledgeable. They educate me and truly want to know what I need because they’re not just trying to make a sale. They are people’s people and even though there are stores closer to my home I will always come to this location because of the service and care my husband and I receive. I heart them!!!

They give great suggestions, listen to what it is you are looking for, will give you great advice if you have any questions about anything all the way down to the type of batteries and charger you should use for your device. They will even show you how to place it together. Very friendly, easy going, relaxing atmosphere, awesome promotions, and great discounts. Terrible product knowledge. Also, sold faulty device, returned for an exchange less then 24 hours later to be told the replacement would have to be paid for (liquid chamber leaked).Will never shop here again! Mixed-up on academy has better service and value. Disgraceful

Staff were very friendly. Not a great selection of vape juices if you are into caramels, custards or coffee flavors. The one bottle of juice I did eventually settle on was a sugar cookie flavor. It was horrible. I would honestly recommend a different vape shop to my friends if you are looking for a great selection of juice flavors.

First time in this place and the young girl that works there couldnt answer any questions correctly- instead she just vaped in front of us and didnt know what was in the house juices yet she mentions about them being buy one get one 75% off but didnt even try to upsell the 75% off.. Thats not good customer service at all and would never go there again.. Of coarse you would reply with that because youre all related.. she did not have great customer service I myself felt like saying something because the way she was responding was not great and the way he responded about the IDs was to me not her because we were talking about it in our vehicle and yes she did say no we dont when he asked about a book but her saying that in a tone and couldnt say no we dont but I can tell you exactly what we have but instead not knowing anything he literally had to ask do you have anything pineapple because she would not say anything and instead pulls out her vape to vape in our face no other vape shops do that theyre actually respectable and talk to their customers... It doesnt matter what you say were fine hes not going back there and you guys should be pleased so its whatever and the house juice Im sorry isnt great theres no flavor to it.

Came in with my wife to get some new batteries and juice, and realized I forgot my ID at home, and was asked to leave which is totally understandable. What I cant wrap my head around is why the employee at the front counter thought that it was okay to take a condescending tone with me and literally just say Bruh. I cant even have you in the store.Bruh?How about addressing some basic customer service skills and simple people skills at that. A paying customer who has given your establishment money in the past whom you have never personally met is not your bruh nor is it acceptable to take such a dismissive, callous approach to handling the situation.

Awesome place, really great customer service. I love the flavors here.Had an issue that my coil seemed to carmelize the dragonfruit flavors sugar but they were so great in resolving my issue.Would 100% recommend this place to anybody!

I stopped in here to get a bottle of vape liquid, the older man working behind the counter wasnt helpful at all. He wasnt rude but the only advice he would give was youll have to try them for yourself. There were several customers in the store and I might have been interrupting their gun conversation. The prices were a little above average (~$16/20ml bottle). They didnt have much to choose from compared to larger stores, especially considering at least half the selection was the shops own Perfect Vape brand. They didnt have a book on the counter showing the liquids flavors and pg/vg ratios. Id skip this place unless youre shopping late on a Sunday night since they are open until 8pm.

The guy that owns this shop is really rude, I asked a simple question and he told me to get out of his shop. He could’ve told me nicely that he couldn’t answer that question, but was really mean and has bad hospitality skills. I give the owner 1 star and business a 1 star review for being so mean to me today, you need to work on your customer service skills sir! Also the products are way over priced! I recommend going to Vapor Source, they have awesome customer service skills, they answered all my questions including the questions this guy could not answer, and the products there are high quality with good prices! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT PERFECT CAPE! He’s such a rip off with a bad attitude!

Small shop. Stopped in for a battery while on vacation. There was about 5 young guys hanging out, taking with each other. The only worker was helping a couple decide what tank to get and the guy in front of me in line was waiting to get a coil built. No complaints.

This place is awesome. Stopped in just to grab a few things while im here on vacation. I think the man i talked to was chris and there was a tall woman with colorful hair there aswell. They were both very friendly. U can taste and flavor you want, which i have never seen at any other shop.

Its a good shop, good equipment to purchase. The problem is with the customer service. Dont come in unless youve previously been in the military, theyll give you subpar treatment. If youre a veteran theyll definitely take care of you.

Great place with great staff all know there stuff about vaping one of the only shops in the springs that focus on full vape devices instead of disposable and salt nic options, house juice is fairly priced and doesn’t irritate my throat like I’m finding with other shops in the springs plus’s full selection of name brand juices, this is my go to shop in the springs

Friendly and courteous. Staff is very helpful when I looking for a new vape. After being overseas for so long it was nice to have somebody update me on the new devices. You should definitely try it out.

Great vape shop! I recently quit smoking cigarettes and switch to vapping. I was concerned about going into a vape shop and wasnt sure what to expect. They made me feel welcome and had a almost too large of a selection. Great employees willing to help all the people, who are new to vapping.I also really like the point system they have in place, it makes you want to come back. But if your not the one asking to put the points in, youll miss out like I did with an $84.44 purchase. I dont feel like it should be my job to remind them, but Ill do what I got to do to get them points stacked up, for a free $200 mod.If youre new to vapping or a veteran this is a great place to check out. I had puchased a vapor from a different store. Had it for a few weeks and really didnt have the chance to use it all that much. You know still had cigarettes and just taking the time to understand the thing. So when I decided to use it, the juice that i brought from that same store started to leak out of the tank. So I stopped by A Perfect Vape for some information on the problem. They were nice enough to give me good information on my problem. I took their advice and placed a new coil in my vape that came with the kit. After refilling the vape with juice it still continued to leak after a few uses. So I took the vape and my problem to the original store of purchase. Only to be placed in a postion of feeling as if my problem was my fault and that I did something wrong to the device. At which time I was also told that my warrenty of 30 days only covered the box itself. Even though other places including A Perfect Vape, said on occasion you can purchase defective coils. The store I purched the vape from (Dragon Lair) never informed me or even attempted to give any advice to solve the problem. They in turn attempted to get me to say that I did something wrong to the tank, and that the juice used could be the problem. Although they assembled it originally and the juice which they said could cause the problem, was purchased from their store. In short, they didnt feel the need to help me solve the problem, beside telling me that the coils only last for about 2 weeks under normal conditions. So i dont recommend purchasing from a place that cant help or will mislead you before a purchase. Or one that wont provide help or instruct in the use of their products. With that being said. I will only buy my vapes and accessories from A Perfect Vape. They offer what seems to be lacking, and not just fron The Dragon Lair; but from other service business. They gave me Great Customer Service.

It is a great and friendly place. As a regular, the staff already know what I want, making the experience quite expedient. No problems whatsoever, much love to the staff. Will definitely keep on coming.

This is the place for your vape needs. Chris is the most knowledgeable vape guy in town in my opinion. He is willing to help the new person understand and always willing to bend over backwards to help customers go away happy! If they dont have your juice they can make it while you wait. Dude just plain rocks and gives the highest military discount in town!!

Perfect vape is always a good time. Stop in, get your juice, hang out on the couch for a while. The owner, Chris, is a fun guy (along with his employees) and very catering to the military with the discount he offers.

Inexperienced vape guy, gave me the wrong nicotine content. Overpriced, even for a mom and pop vape store, would not return.**Edit:I wanted to elaborate; the kid behind the counter was shamefully naive in customer service. I walked in, said hello, and the kid just stared at me. This isnt a comment on the business itself, but for who they hire.I didnt notice that the nic was higher until I was vaping, and I was completely out of juice, and had to work the next several days during their business hours, hence why I did not return it for another. It was also a premium brand, so I knew once it was opened, it couldnt be returned.Still a ghastly markup, I understand small businesses have to price it higher in order to have a profit margin, but it seems a bit too high to have consistent customers who buy 60 mils for $45.It was a nice setup inside, and good juice, I just payed for convenience of location.

As an over the road truck driver, I can honestly say that I do all my vape shopping (mods, tips and juices) here. Very military friendly and it is their customer service that brings me back everytime. And I love their house liquid flavors.

Some of the nicest people I have met yet in the Vape world.. I personally was sick and a little crabby and they made me smile and laugh. I have found that customer service in this industry is make or break and Chris and the other staff was absolutely amazing!!!

Very subpar. Customer service is horrific. I went in to get liquid for my vape. As I was trying to conduct business the friends of the rep that was working continuously interrupted me and rep never corrected the situation. To add I was looking to buy a new tank and was constantly interrupted while I was asking questions. Its not even worth going to get the free .5 ml that they advertise. 2 thumbs down. This is a hang out spot not a place of business.

Great vape store knowledgeable staff comfortable atmosphere (they could use some pictures/posters just saying) my 1st visit I bought the KangerTech Ipow 2 for $35 pretty reasonable this is were it gets better the 2nd time I came in I bought a 5 pack of bvc atomizers for ONLY $15!!! HOLY CRAP!!! & there the real deal not the generic white box atomizers its about the same price I buy them on the Web most of the other vape shops sell generics for about $20 a pack yup this is my new vape headquarters

I used to like this place a lot. Prices are decent but it was small. Now since the remodel I love it. since they’ve expanded they have a vape lounge.

Im having to replace coils every week at $5 a coil they burn out really fast, every time I come in to ask why my coil within 3 days to 5 days is burning out they give me a reason in why Im not vaping right or how its me not knowing how to vape, there liquid 60ml last me 3 to 5 days and its gone. Trust me save yourself the money and try other places. I have 10 different coils all burnt out with in two weeks at $5 a peace and there liquid is 70-30pvg and its not being made legally... Do your research because I have. God bless.

Brought my first vape here, they took care of me. A couple weeks later a different vape store gave me the wrong coils, so every hit was burnt and these guys fixed the problem. The is my new vape store for sure.

Awsome experience, it was my second time in there and they went out of there way to accommodate me. they went into their personal products so i didnt leave without what i needed and cleaned up my mod for me.
