I just got off of juul but finding a juice that isn’t sugary sweet has been an issue EVERYWHERE until I found absolute vapor. The staff today at n academy (didn’t get his name) was excellent he was so patient with all my questions and concerns, and was so accommodating when I needed to come back and fine tune some things. I cannot recommend this place enough, if it wasn’t for their excellent flavors I prob would have switched back to disposables.

The staff helped me pick out a good pod to start, Voopoo Drag 3, and where I should start with the nicotine. Havent had a cigarette since.Recently went in to to upgrade to a larger device, they helped set me up with a sweet Voopoo Drag 4.If youre reading this and looking for a home shop, you dont need to look around, I already did that.Called every vape shop in Colorado Springs when I was looking to start vaping. I read on vaping on google for a while, set up some basic questions I would ask when calling around. I knew the answers as someone who knows nothing, so I expect a seller to know. (basically I was testing the knowledge of the staff). Some stores answered the phone as if you took them away from scrolling their Facebook page, others answered and behaved as if they just rolled out of bed and were incapable of completing a coherent sentence. Some just flat out answered my questions with, huh?I dont know about you but when I call a business I want articulate people who are attentive, awake and able to answer some questions.Based upon this, Absolute Vapor has my business and found a loyal customer.

Pleasantly surprised with this store. I bought a voopoo drag 3 a month ago, it was my second one because I love it. The battery door was faulty, so I was going to reach out to voopoo to file a warranty claim, and I needed my receipt from absolute. I reached out via Google chat to see if they could find my receipt, and the store owner, maybe manager, offered a full refund or exchange. I didn’t think that would be an option- much better than trying to get voopoo to replace it. I stopped up there same day, exchanged the mod. The employees here are also very kind and helpful. It wasn’t an uncomfortable experience whatsoever and I appreciate their dedication to quality customer service. Thank you guys!

Ive been in a handful of times now, staff is very friendly and helpful. Once or twice Ive been in and in a hurry, which they seemed to notice and provided excellent service while also trying to be fast and cut out some small talk. Prices are very fair compared to other shops, they also sell CHARGED batteries, which is awesome for when you have none charged and are on the run. I always go for a house juice called Baby Bear, its amazing and everyone around enjoys the smell too. Ill be searching for something new, but I know Ill be helped along the way. 👌🏽

I think Ive been helped everyone on their staff. Theyre all helpful, kind, funny and excited to help. They make juices in house that are better than the other places Ive been to. I wont go anywhere else for advice, juice or whenever I need a new box/equipment. Ive never felt their prices were unfair, either. I highly recommend them to anyone new or experienced to vaping.

The fella that helped me was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and super helpful to help me pick out the best looking tank and mod I have ever seen. I cant remember his name right now. But he is awesome. Black VANS hat, plugs in his ears, mid length dark hair, beard. Dude.... tou ROCK. THANK YOU SO MUCH, and especially for not rushing me and putting up with my indecisiveness

So Im unable to see so I dont drive anymore, and when I found out that you deliver now I was reallylooking forward to being able to get the juices I love from the shop that has been there for me from the beginning. Product is custom made so I decide what flavor and how much nicotine, price is beyond fair compaired to what is offered at the market like Vuse, and the people that work in the shop are knowledgeable about the product and setup. I had no issue that they havent been able to resolve. They have a sense of humor when I tell them my doorbell is broken so they need to yell ding dong really loud. Everyone is great. Highly recommend and have brought people there in the past, and will again.

I have always had such a great, positive experience going in here. Everyone there is always super chill and willing to help. I dont know a whole lot about mods, coils, etc. But they know their stuff and dont make you feel like an idiot if you dont. You instantly walk in and everyone says welcome in! they have happy hour Wednesday-Friday 12-3pm half off juice every single week! These guys have earned my business for life. The customer service alone is worth any mark up in price. Yesterday I had gone in to purchase a new tank. When I walked in, I was greeted by name and was asked how my day was. I told them that it had been rough because my mod had been stolen and I need to buy a new tank. The empathy they showed was amazing. Harlen went into the back to get an old mod and hooked me up so I had somthing to use. That kind of experience cannot be bought. Truly human. This is the only vape shop that I regularly go to. Service is great. House-made juice is AMAZING. Highly recommend their juice named 5150.Just an off thing that I like personally... Theyll occasionally play artists on their radio like Seven Lions, Odesza, and Porter Robinson. I love these artists and after I heard them played here I knew they would have my business for a long time!

Bought a bunch of stuff from them when I started vaping a while back and remember thinking to myself man people at vape shops are nice and very helpful. Well I have been going to other places closer to my house and they suck. Just went to absolute today and they were awesome. Answered all my questions, very friendly and replaced my coil on the spot. They wont actually save the flavor you have asked them to make you, not even after bringing in my samples 3 times and having them re-make a similar flavor did they bother to keep my flavor. Went in yesterday and hear we dont have any idea what that is, its not in our system. So back to Denver I drive to get my Vape on.

So i got stuck walking so i called the shop and asked them since it was only five minutes till closing and i was right by the target if they Would be willing to wait just a minute or two before closing and they said yes but I got there at 7:01 and they were long gone. Why say yes if you werent actually going to do it I will never stop there again

1 month ago I came in to see what my options were. Awhile ago I started taking to stop smoking but it started to give me headaches and stomach pains so I stopped. I came into absolute to see what my options were. The gentlemen I spoke with told me that I was most likely allergic to the PG. I asked him want my options were..he basically said I was out of luck... I went to a different store that told me, no Im not out of luck. You CAN get just VG for your juice. Since then I have quit smoking thanks to vape connections. I will never come here again.Update: very funny you guys review this 3 years later.. way to keep on the ball game guys 👍 keep up the good work.

I started vaping in October! My first experience was at this shop and the customer service was outstanding! Everyone at this location is very knowledgeable of the product and was very helpful to me. Being new to this world of vaping all the staff made me feel comfortable and always has a smile with a great attitude. I am very pleased to say after 32 years of smoking and trying everything to quit I am finally a smoke free person. I enjoy my vaping experience and very impressed with this shop. My girlfriend and I were skeptical about trying their premium house juice, but were assured that if it had their name on the bottle, then they stood behind it 100% and would gladly replace it if we werent happy. Within the first tank, on completely separate mods, we both got a very foul taste of burning plastic. So strong that I immediately replaced the coils suspecting them to be the culprit, but that only intensified the plastic flavor.I brought the bottle back to the store, explained the situation, and was told that they only guarantee their basic level house juice, not the premium house juices. So the better and more expensive product comes with virtually zero guarantee, even if its defective? That makes no sense. It wasnt even a matter of opinion at that point, it seemed medically unsafe to use!If theyre this tight about a 20$ bottle of juice, imagine a guaranteed 250$ device gone wrong.... no thanks, Ill just take my business elsewhere.

I went in looking for a new device and I got just that. The employee working, Orion, was very helpful and full of information. He directed me towards the Orion by Lost Vape Quest. If I could give more stars I would. This is the best vape shop Ive ever been to. I used to shop here years ago for my regular vaping units and juices. They were wonderful. Now I am into the salt nic. For some stupid reason I had forgotten about Absolute Vape and kept trying various other places in town. One store is about a mile from my house. The other stores frequently disappointed me. I only found one juice I really liked, then I couldnt find it anymore. Most of the in house juices were nasty. Finally today I got smart and went to Absolute Vape. They are super nice and helpful. They found just the right juice for me. Its great. It doesnt have that gross chemical taste the other ones do. This place is also a vaping lounge with nice couches and a relaxing atmosphere. These guys know their stuff!!!!

I loved the environment in the shop. However I felt that the person helping us spent a lot of attention on my husband and not both of us. We got home and found out the box we bought for my husband doesnt charge via USB and that we need to buy a separate piece. Now my husband cant use his vape box and we have to go back in now. Both of us felt the person helping us didnt know what they were doing and I felt as if, me being clueless on what I was doing, didnt get much help due to the person being so focused on my husband.

My first Vape Pen lost a screw and the place I bought it from basically told me sucks to be you. So I had to go to Lowes and figure it out on myself.Recently I lost the button to my Congestous I got from Absolute Vapor. They did everything possible to help me find a replacement. Total night and day on service.Not to mention their flavors are amazing.

At first the staff were great. They helped me out by price matching another vape shop in town, also known as J-Vapes; same day they showed me some RDAs under their blowout bin; made a purchase, after a few days of using the RDA it was not for me and decided to take it back for an exchange. I wasnt even requesting my money back, just wanted a different product. The manager or the person in charge at the time said that he couldnt accept it back not exchange it. I am a huge advocate when it comes to customer service; I advised him that if no exchanges could be made they wouldnt see me again; apparently they were ok with that since no resolution was made. Vaping is a huge competitive market. I will continue making my purchases online, and if I need a quick fix and I decide to shop retail, I will spend my money at J-Vapes or Vapor Source. I rather spend more money on gas than go back to this lame shop. I will let my friends know and other stores know about this experience. Deuces Absolute Vapor. Always clean, always friendly, and always stocked, several other shops Ive been to, are either not clean, have an air is distate or disgust, not very friendly or not very passionate about their job whereas absolute is all that and then some, doubting my review go and check the place out your self.

The staff is extremely rude and very snobbish. They overprice their juice, and look down on any other vape shops. We didnt go in for over 2 years, and now I remember why. We will not be going back.

I have been going here since they opened and I have now twice had issues with something purchased there and both times I talked to them they got very defensive and acted like it was my fault and refused to do anything about it. Their customer service when dealing with issues is very aggressive and I will never be going back

They might be a little expensive, but that doesn’t stop me from getting the strawberry cactus juice. Best i’ve ever had, hands down.
