I have been going to Kenneths New Albany on and off. I came to Aubrey first in May when I needed my haircut fixed that I had done at a different salon and she was AMAZING at making my hair look even and gave me the layers I originally asked for. I recently came back to see her on Saturday June 27 for a partial highlight before my vacation. I asked for subtle highlights on my dark brown hair, and she did just that! Gave me light brown highlights with a pop of gold. She is very easy to talk to, really listens to your needs and makes the perfect suggestions. I will 1000% always come back to Aubrey at the New Albany location. If you are looking for a new stylist I recommend her or any of the talented stylist at Kenneths.

Bree is amazing!! She is so fun to talk to, not to mention she does great work!! I always love my nails when she’s finished.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tessa, and I couldnt be happier with the results. Even though she’s not my regular beautician, I trust her completely whenever I need her services. Ive been looking for so long for someone who could give me a great style that I could then do myself. So happy I found Alex! She listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and gave me the best cut Ive had in years! I can do it at home, its easy, and it looks great all day! The products I purchased also made my hair soft and yet held the style. So happy to have found Alex and Kenneths!!!!!!

Making the decision to drive an hour and half to have Angel take care of my hair IS the best decision I have made! Her suggestion of softening my dark hair color has been the best advice and decision for me! I have received SO many compliments! Angel’s knowledge and wisdom on color correcting my hair color is much appreciated! She explained the importance of which salon products I need to use to keep my hair healthy!

My regular stylist was not in the day I got my haircut so I scheduled with Kara who had cut my hair before. She did a fantastic job! She made sure that she listened to how I usually have it cut and answered any questions I had. She takes her time and makes you feel comfortable! Nice job Kara.

This was the second time I had my hair done at Kenneth’s. The first time I had it done was just a wash, protein treatment, cut and style. The stylist was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. The second time I went back I had another stylist, Nikki. I wanted to do a balayage and had many questions which she was able to answer. After a consultation and some recommendations she went to work on my dark wavy/curly hair putting in the most beautiful honey blonde baby lights in just the right places. It was stunning and I am still receiving compliments on it. Thank you, Nikki! I am looking forward to my next appointment with you!

I have been looking for a new go to Spot for pedicures. I scheduled my appointment for Thursday, April 11, 2024. The salon was bright and the staff is professional. My appointment started on time. I was able to book online and appreciated the reminder text. Luckily, I chose Patience for my service. She is just starting out her career and seems to love what she is doing. I really appreciate her recommendations and plan to book with her on a regular basis. Now that I’m in the Kenneth system, I’m receiving discounts which will help save money.

Yuliana has been an awesome hair stylist! She’s given me great recommendations for hair style and highlight options, is super nice, and seems to love what she does. My highlights are looking great for the summer and I’m excited to go back for my styling!

I’ve had Kynlee do my hair twice now, first time just a cut and second time cut and foiling. I’ve never had so many positive comments about the way Kynlee has done my hair! She is amazing and has delivered exactly what I’ve asked for both times. She is great to talk to and does amazing work! The reason I only gave 4 stars is because I wish Kenneth’s wasn’t so pricey!

My experience with Bree was excellent!!! I had a pedicure and a manicure and her services were outstanding! Bree is so much fun to talk to and she is very professional. I highly recommend her!

I want to start off by saying I had high hopes and read every review before booking the appointment. The stylist booked with was Chasity, level 4 meaning she is well experienced. Everything was fine at first, I sat down and asked how long she had been cutting hair due to the fact that I have curly hair (not everyone knows how to cut curly hair that’s fine) but she said she’s been doing it for 20 years so I trusted. Pictures for inspiration and guidance were shown and it was VERY clear only a slight trim was wanted. She did so much more than a trim and cut off all of the sides and didn’t even layer my hair. She didn’t listen to what I wanted at all and did her own thing. I left in tears and went to buy a new hat because I’m so upset and hate my hair. I wish I never went. I am SO disappointed and will never return.

Gracie was awesome! I had no idea what I really wanted and she listened and offered her opinion on what she thought would look good and I trusted her judgement, and she did not disappoint! I’m thoroughly pleased with the results she gave me! I will definitely be going back to see her!

If you need a massage, request Shirlena! She is the absolute Best!! I have neck, shoulder and back issues so I was a little hesitant. However, I’ve already been back several times, as she really knows her stuff! The massages, the stones, it’s so relaxing and she knows how to do a true “therapeutic” massage without causing any pain afterwards. Again, Shirlena is her name! Ask for her!

I came in to Kenneths for my pedicure appt a day early and because I was unable to keep my appt the following day they worked me in with Patience that day. She was awesome. Very friendly and lovely personality. Took extra care with moisturizing problem areas. So happy with end result and would definitely return to Patience in the future.

Gracie saved my day! After the stylist I booked for my wedding day bailed last minute, I called Kenneth’s in a panic and they squeezed me right in! Gracie was prompt, professional and so sweet. She had me in and out in 30 minutes knowing how tight my timeline became with the last minute rescheduling. My hair was gorgeous and I was so thrilled with how everything turned around for me in such a chaotic situation! I highly recommend Kenneth’s salon and I will definitely see Gracie again.

I had a great experience with Kynlee. It was my 1st appointment with for color, highlights and cut with her. She provided an indepth consultation asking several questions regarding color and how I wanted my hair cut. I was nervous because I dye my hair red Kynlee did a superb job with my color and highlights. I love my cut too.

Nikki did a great job with my hair. She was very reassuring and helpful in explaining the coloring process since this was my first time getting highlights.

Norel was amazing! I had the lifting & firming facial and a brow wax. Norel is the Queen of Brows! She took “sisters” and made them look like twins. The facial firmed and brightened my skin. Highly recommend!

Been going here for years for the hair and spa services. All the ladies are always so wonderful and friendly, and do an excellent job (both front desk and services). Lost my Fitbit in the spa one time, and they were so kind and accommodating in helping me find it. Yall are awesome!

Aria is my amazing hair stylist at Kenneths. Her knowledge of color is expansive. She helped me pick out hair extentions that were perfect for me on my wedding day and she helped me maintain the color of my hair for a year to match the extentions. Shes incredibly friendly, kind, funny, and genuine. Id recommend Aria to everyone!

The stylist I met with today was named Chasity. Firstly, I am a person that struggles with depression. Ive neglected my hair for 3 years, resulting in severe dehydration and dry scalp, so yes, I was fully aware I had a dandruff issue. I came in today, because I was tired of hating my hair and wanted to fix it. After I was checked in, Chasity was 10 minutes late seeing me. When she called me over, all she said was Im Chas, Ill be doing your hair today. No smile, no how are you, she didnt seem like she was excited to do my hair at all, and the way she looked me up and down made me feel very uncomfortable as if she was judging me. This led to an awkward first impression as she led me to her chair. She didnt ask what I was looking for, so I took the initiative and showed her a video of the hair this other girl had that I really liked. All she said was K. The next memorable moment was when she started washing my hair. Again, I am fully aware that my scalp was dry, that’s why I came in! I am well aware it needed to be fixed. She called for her assistants attention and then it was just pure silence, accompanied by a soft scoff. I could tell they were making remarks about my hair. I felt so humiliated and absolutely hurt. After she’s done washing my hair she took me over to her chair again and as she was playing with it she asked me what kind of products I use. This confirmed my suspicions about the awkward silence I was forced to sit through while her and her assistant were interacting during my hair wash. I simply replied “L’Oréal “ in Which she gave no response. It was another awkward silence, in which she finally said “it’s just your hair and scalp is soooooooooo dry.” I was rolling my eyes at this point. Like how degrading. There are ways to communicate these things and that is not the way to do it. I responded to her “I am aware that my hair and scalp are dry. Are there any products you could recommend?” In which she finally recommended the shampoo they sell. I told her, ” I was wanting to get an oil treatment, but I didn’t know if there was time to do that so I didn’t ask.” That’s when her spirits perked up, “oh we can do that for sure!” Next thing I knew she brings another client to her area and has her assistant give me a conditioning treatment for her. After the conditioning treatment, she started cutting my hair and I noticed it wasn’t exactly what I was asking for. I asked her to fix one simple thing, in which she responded “the video didn’t show that.” I simply replied, ” it definitely did.” So I showed her another video proving my point, and finally she accomplished the result I was hoping for.I’m not exactly blown away by the haircut she gave me, but it looks nice. The conditioning treatment is the only thing I’m really content with. In all honesty, I probably could’ve got the same cut at great clips. And at least they would be nice there.In conclusion, she was rude and I felt absolutely humiliated the entire time I was there. I literally cried from how insecure she made me feel. I normally tip 30% for hair, but I gave her a crappy tip for the crappy attitude I received. I wanted to make sure the assistant at least got something, even though I really didn’t want to give a tip at all. Will not recommend, will not be returning.

Gracie is my stylist and she is always game for for whatever crazy hair adventure I pitch. I always leave feeling like a Breck girl! (I just hella dated myself.) The staff is very friendly and the salon is clean and well maintained.

Laurie is an amazing massage therapist! I’ve booked with her twice now, and she is so kind and attentive. She makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend her!

Nikki is amazing!! She listens and offers her professional opinion. She always gives me some time to think about my desired style before she starts cutting, offered her opinion and assurance, pointed out cowlicks in my hair that could alter the desired style,….I can’t say enough good about her!!! My first visit to this location and with Patience and I thoroughly enjoyed. Patience was friendly, seemed genuinely concerned with my comfort level and did a fantastic job! Will definitely be back to see her.

If you are looking for great service time and time again I highly recommend going to Julie for massages and Michelle for all things hair!I have been going to Julie for massages (both relaxation and prenatal) for a little over two years. She is super friendly, timely, and professional. I always feel like a new person after I get a massage from her.If you’re looking for a friendly and trustworthy hairstylist who listens to your hair requests (and somehow always delivers a look that is even better than you imagined), then Michelle is your person!! I have been going to her for almost 10 years. I have never once had a haircut or color I didn’t love. Michelle also did my hair for my wedding. The updo lasted ALL day long even after lots of dancing.

Tessa did a great job on my hair. We had an uplifting conversation. Shes done my hair twice now, and I will continue to keep coming back. Thank you Tessa!

Made my daughter an appointment to get her hair done for prom. The stylist was great and helpful. All the ladies at front desk were very polite.

I always come to see London to get my annual haircut! And she never lets me down. She always has me so put together when I leave! I get so many compliments!

The lady who did my hair was amazing. I forget her name, unfortunately! My hair is past my knees and she pampered me with washing my hair and styling it in such a beautiful way! I was needing to get dressed all fancy for my husband and I going on a date and they were such amazing helpers and cheerleaders!!! They just gave such an amazing experience and such amazing people! Went to the salon in New Albany to get a cut and color. I arrived at 12:15 for a 12:30 apt. I was checked in and told the stylist ( Kyleen) would be with me shortly. I witnessed Kyleen taking another client at 12:15. Needles to say my appointment time came and went. I asked how late Kyleen was running and the desk person told me about 10 min. Of course that was not the case as 20min. after my appointment time she finally called me. I told her I was not going to stay because of the delay in time and that my time was just as valuable as hers. I left the salon and to my surprise I received a call from the call center the next day asking me to explain why I DID NOT Show for my appointment. I laid into the person accusing me of not showing for the appointment. What nerve Kenneth’s has as doing business this way as it is rude and offensive, not to mention abusive. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and personally don’t think it is any of their business to ask for any type of explanation when they are solely at fault.

Josh is an artist! I have been going to him for a little over a year myself and he is incredible with mens cuts as well. This time around my daughter did home hair coloring and was rather unhappy with the outcome. Josh worked his magic and she left feeling like a celebrity. That you Josh and Kenneths!

I had an appointment with Lee for a cut and color and and incredibly pleased with the results. I had previously been seeing a different stylist for over a decade and was anxious about going to a new-to-me stylist, but Lee was beyond wonderful. It had been quite a long time since my previous cut and color, and Lee listened to what I wanted, educated me on different options, and made me look and feel beautiful! She was warm, knowledgeable, and fun. I had a great experience, got to relax and enjoy some much needed mama time and felt so refreshed. I have received many compliments on my hair and feel awesome. I am so happy to have found my new regular stylist!

I used to get my hair cuts here bc my mom was friends with one of the stylists, but she retired. I now come here and get facials with Theresa. I LOVE HER SO MUCH!!!! She is so fun and kind, and I always look forward to seeing her. 10/10 recommend

I have been getting my hair cut by Kelsey at the New Albany location for years, and have never been disappointed even once. She always provides me with advice and suggestions for my hair, which I appreciate, because I am never quite sure what I want to do with it! But it always comes out looking cute after she finishes. She is also cool to talk to, and makes me feel comfortable and not like she’s just trying to rush me through my appointment. She takes her time and talks to me as if I were a friend! Highly recommend her!

Alex at the New Albany location is wonderful! She worked magic on my hair with a much needed cut and always does a wonderful job cutting my son and daughter’s hair as well. She is friendly and welcoming and does a great job listening to what her clients want. I highly recommend Alex!

I just had my hair done with London and I love it! I hardly even told her what to do.. she just KNEW! Also I didnt get her name, but the desk manager was great too and honored 2 coupons without my asking! Great service all around!

I have gotten my hair done here twice. The first time I loved it!! This time started off great and I loved Nikki, today she left me under the heater too long that a part of my scalp is burnt. I believe this only happened because she was helping multiple women at once. It’s hard to be upset because she’s so nice and I know it wasn’t her intention but please make sure your employees are making sure their customers are getting the top care and are in a safe environment!

I wheat to get PLANIM BLONDE and it came out splotchy and no where near to platinum blonde, and my roots are showing. Horrible NEVER going again. Also ridiculously expensive $41 for a blow dry and $47 for a trim that’s ridiculous.

Lee at Kenneths has been doing my hair for about 10 years now. She always does a great job and listens to what I have to say and does exactly what I ask for. I always leave my appointments feeling so pretty and loving my hair. Im thankful I found her. I cant see me trusting my hair with anyone else. Shes also very efficient...works very fast and is very knowledgeable/confident with all things hair which is reassuring that I can trust that she knows what shes doing. Thank You Lee! Theresa at the New Albany location in the spa is a favorite of mine. She does my eye brows exactly the way I like them. I love her facials. Also so relaxing. She listens to what I want & I am always happy!

I’ve gone to Kenneth’s for several years for hair cut, massage, eye brow waxing with Kelly (who is fabulous at New Albany!) and most recently I got a facial by Emilee!She was great! Was able to remove all the gunk out of my nose (black heads) and my skin has looked soo smooth! I have hormonal acne and sensitive skin, she listened to my concerns and was able to use gentle masks and creams on my face. I’m engaged and will be going back closer to my wedding to get this smooth glowing skin look again!

To start off I am too nice of a person. I do not like to complain but when a company treats their customers how I have been treated it has to be spoken about to help others not get in the same situation. When I booked the appointment they had you take a quiz. I choose to have someone who is knowledgeable about blondes. Alex at the New Albany salon is not. I wanted balayage with a haircut. What I got was brassy highlights, damaged hair, and my hair chopped off. Now if that is not bad when cutting my bangs she got the hair in my eyes and didnt even acknowledge it. Having hair stab your eye ball isnt fun. I had to talk myself into acting like I liked it or crying. I reached out to the salon because I had to get it redone because of your incompetent stylist.  If she knew she couldnt do it she  should have said that I would have left and went elsewhere in the beginning. Brassy highlights and having my hair  chopped off that wasnt blended isnt what I was hoping for.When I was supposed to get balayage and the photo I showed had cool tones. She said oh I can do it with foils and it will turn out the same ... nope it didnt.  Thought this was a professional company it is not. You will be charged for services not received. Hints: I was charged for a balayage that was not done. If you complain it is the customers fault. Lastly in the complaint that was made with the bbb the company responded that I didnt have time to have a long conversation on the phone to discuss. I have children, a job, and a life. I am not just sitting around 24/7.  Hopefully whoever reads this seriously thinks before going to Kenneths. So far they havent taken accountability but have just justified the awful experience I had. I hope they can appropriately handle this situation but so far Tonya has only caused more of a headache. Refund should be for the balayage ( wasnt done and I didnt come in for brassy highlights) and the haircut. (chopping my hair off….?) Take accountability and do the right thing.I was able to get it corrected by a person who knew what they were doing. *I know there are good stylist and professional individuals at kenneths I just havent encountered those individuals with this situation.

Nick was absolutely amazing and he completely transformed my hair into exactly what I wanted. He listened to me, didnt rush the process, and made me feel super comfortable with everything. I am normally reluctant to get my hair done from previous experiences, but now I think I will a regular customer at Kenneths!!

Love getting my hair cut at Kenneth’s! My stylist Mae is the absolute best! She always knows exactly what’s right for my hair and I’ve happily been trusting her suggestions without a doubt for the last few years. I have naturally curly hair and like the option to straighten and leave it natural so cuts can be tricky - but she did great. Highly recommend!

I needed to get an appointment on a particular Friday prior to a wedding I was attending. My usual stylist was not available that day, but I was fortunate enough to get Nikki as my stylist. She was so personable and professional. She really listened to my needs for my hair, and she truly delivered! I was so pleased with my haircut and color! On a whim, I filled in day of to get a pretty significant haircut. I had no idea who any of the professionals were or what kind of work each person excelled at, and I just took the time slot I could get. Fate was definitely on my side! I had a fantastic time with Evey, and my hair looks exactly how I wanted it to. Not only was my service wonderful, Evey has an awesome personality and was genuinely fun to talk to and spend my time with! By the end of my service, I had more or less forgotten that I was a new client with a spur of the moment appointment. The environment was welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing, and Evey makes you feel like an old friend (who as a bonus, of course, does beautiful work on hair)! Thank you!

I decided to try the Spa services for the first time completely spur of the moment. I was a bit nervous as I had never had the services before. Bella was extremely helpful and explained everything. She took her time (which I expected everything to be a bit rushed ) but it was not. The room was perfectly set up in the most relaxing way. Bella made the experience amazing. I went back for a second service with Bella and I will say she has a client for life.

London was a absolutely amazing hairstylist! Not only did she do fabulous helping me decide on my hairstyle, she went beyond with my style! And the foil highlights look awesome! Thank you so much and I look forward to my next visit with you!

I made the unfortunate mistake of trying to use box color on my hair and turned it dayglow orange...just a few days before my 30th class reunion AND Thanksgiving. Sherry at the New Albany location was able to get me in the next day and help fix my huge mistake. I was more than thrilled with the results and trusted her suggestions for how to color and highlight my hair to keep it healthy. I went back to her for a color retouch with several inches of regrowth and she was able to recalculate my color formula to obtain an even tone across my already colored and highlighted hair and the new, untouched regrowth. I highly recommend Sherry for your hair cutting and coloring needs. She has years of experience and is extremely knowledgeable.

Laura at Kenneths Hair Salons has been my stylist for many years now. She is not only my stylist, but I feel she is also my friend! She listens, is thorough, and gives me great advice on my naturally curly hair. Im always pleased with how my hair turns out! She makes me more beautiful every time!

I went to the New Albany Kenneth’s a few days ago and had the worse experience.. Kara was my stylist, she has been there for over 20 years so naturally you would think she knew what she was doing. I asked for more blonde highlights and my entire head ended up yellow. I knew from the beginning something wasn’t right. She rushed the entire process, I think I sat under the dryer for a whopping 7 minutes. Then she proceeded to upsell me on a conditioning treatment that was supposed to stay in for 5 minutes.. I’d be reluctant to even say she left it in for 2.5 minutes.. when she was drying my hair I could see yellow blotches and parts where she didn’t even dye! Worst experience of my life, I left in tears and $230 down the drain. I do not recommend this stylist.

I have seen Jo here twice, and have been very pleased. She has been very thorough and has helped walk me through some different options for my haircut.I received compliments both times at work after I had received a haircut. Will be back!

I had my haircut by Laura and was very pleased with how it turned out. She was also helpful in making a decision of what to do with my graying hair. Laura was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. If you’re looking for a new stylist, Laura’s your gal.

Ayme at New Albany Kenneths is a fantastic nail tech. I have had her do my toenails twice with gel and such fabulous results! My feet were horrible - now they are soft and the polish lasted 8 weeks! Ayme is wonderful and does a great job, I would recommend her to anyone.

Since I moved back to the Columbus area, I needed to find a place to get my hair done. Growing up, I had always gotten my hair cut by a family friend who just so happened to have previously worked at a Kenneth’s. She always did such a tremendous job, so I figured I’d give them a look. I was randomly assigned Mackenzie based on filling out their survey to match you with a stylist based on what you wanted out of the appointment. Honestly, Mackenzie is amazing and really knows what she’s doing. Both of my appointments thus far have been scheduled with Mackenzie and she’s helped me so much. My hair feels so healthy and the products/treatments that they offer do amazing things. I’ll definitely continue going to see Mackenzie for future appointments!

I have been going to London for 3 years now. She is very personable and has great attention to detail. London is always encouraging and ready to tackle whatever changes I want to make to my haircut/color. Recently, I had a poor hair coloring service done at another salon (not Kenneths). I was able to book an appointment for the next day with London and she completely fixed my hair! She had me in and out in a timely manner and the color/highlights are gorgeous. Highly recommend!

I have been to Laurie for a deep tissue massage three times and she is amazing! She helped me identify the muscles that were causing me discomfort. She even provided me with some suggestions for stretching to help. She has given me relief! I can’t recommend her more. She is kind, professional and made me feel so comfortable. Been coming to this location for over 10 years seeing different stylists each time just for a simple cut and finally a stylist, London went above and beyond and took it upon herself to solve a huge insecurity that I’ve had with my hair! The crown of my head is super bald and has been for a long time. I just in passing said I curl my bangs to help hide my bald spot and she sprinkled some magic and tears came flowing. London I can not thank you enough for being aware and caring. BTW my color is exactly what I’ve hoped for and didn’t really know how to communicate what I wanted. Her product suggestions have been spot on, especially the styling mousse and the beach hair, love that stuff! Kenneths products are effective, quality, and smell great too!

What started out as the scheduling team booking me for the wrong type of appointment at the Polaris location and almost forcing me to reschedule for another day upon arriving, turned into a very pleasant experience at New Albany.Kenneths was able to get me in same day with Kelly at New Albany + a 20% discount on total for the trouble. While the extra commute was not all that great, it made up for it with the impressive amount of team effort, positivity, and dedication the ladies at New Albany provided to me!I was scheduled for creative color and Kelly was an absolute breath of fresh air from start to finish. She took on a difficult challenge and stayed late until the job was done with perfection. Thank you also to Lee for assisting in the coloring process and staying late.There were several other stylists who helped along the way in order to achieve the results I wanted in turning my hair a solid pink, so thank you so much to everyone who helped and stayed later than they anticipated.I may just make the drive to New Albany for future visits even though Im closer to Polaris.

Now, I wanted to go a little brighter and she did a real good job as well this time. I asked her to cut my hair a little bit as last time I already had a haircut and she did not cut it too short. I have been going to Kenneth’s Salon for sometime now and never once I came home crying. I really needed to get my hair color and haircut today because my graduation is next week. Unfortunately, the person I usually go to at Polaris is booked so I am unable to see her. So I found one here at New Albany. I booked with Chasity at 9:30a and did color gloss and haircut. I think a student of her walk me to her station and then Chasity walked in and took my claw clip off my hair and asked what we’re doing today and I told her what I needed. Turns out my girl in polaris had not log my previous color so I had to tell Chassity what I really want my color to look natural and BRIGHT color. She didn’t ask anymore questions and proceeded to leave and come back with someone and left again and brought out a bottle of hair color. I didn’t ask anything because she didn’t ask ME anything and I was trusting her. She took one glance on the photo that I wanted and that’s it. 30 minutes later, the students was approachable enough so I asked her what she did to my hair and prices. After washing my hair & cutting, she dried my hair and in the middle of it, idk who came (a VIP customer, I guess) but she DROPPED what she was doing to me and had the student do the rest so that she can do this person that had just walked in to her station. I was looking to my hair and it was DARKER than it should have been and the layers I asked… it’s not even layers… I asked her if I can see more layers (like the pic I showed her) she still didn’t listen and just started cutting. Now, I have uneven curtain bangs, uneven layers, and a DARKER hair 😭 . I always leave Kenneth’s Salon happy and today.. I’m really disappointed.

I have a pixie haircut and I am very particular about it, but what Mackenzie does is always great! I do not need to style my hair at all after I wash it, simply because the cut is great! I highly recommend Mackenzie!

I have a few blackheads and whiteheads on the T-zone of my face so I decided to try getting a HydraFacial for the first time there. After paying more than $200 for like a half-hour HydraFacial, I went home and took a much closer look at my skin on my mirror and noticed that my problem was not fully being solved yet with that HydraFacial. The lady who did my HydraFacial removed about 1/4 of all my blackheads and whiteheads. I will never go back there again for a HydraFacial. It was such a waste of money for a terrible job. I should have known right from the beginning when seeing the esthetician wore dozens of thick layers of makeup on her face. She, herself, doesnt even have clear and beautiful skin. While I rarely use much makeup and still get tons of compliments on my almost flawless skin. Anyway, such a waste of money there for a really bad facial.

When you get an awesome compliment on your haircut from someone you don’t know at a Longhorn two weeks after your hair was cut, it’s a good time to thank your stylist. Leann at the Morse/Hamilton location has been cutting my hair for several years now and is personable, professional, and very good at what she does. Not only do my haircuts always look great, but she also takes the time to listen to my questions and to give thoughtful advice on how to maintain a healthy scalp and how to use different products and techniques to keep my hair looking great every day and anywhere I might go.

I just had another great visit here with Mackenzie! First of all, the salon is kept very clean and the staff is friendly. For years I have colored my hair and kept it long. Only recently did I decide to let my gray grow out and wear a medium length bob. I was a little anxious about the time it would take to grow the gray out and thought I should add in silver highlights to mask the transition. Mackenzie listened to my hair goals and encouraged me to embrace the natural approach instead of continued processing. I was blown away by her honesty, kindness, and encouragment. Without any photo references she also upgraded my bob into a style I absolutely love! Highly recommend her!

McKenzie is the best! She always knows exactly what I want and how to achieve it. She’s so personable and always remembers my last haircut even if it’s been almost a year since she’s seen me last!! I’m not normally super loyal to a particular stylist, but I will definitely be going to McKenzie for all of my hair needs for the foreseeable future!

My stylist London does such an awesome job. I have curly hair and struggle with styling sometimes. London always gives me a great cut that I can manage either curly or straight. Morgan at Kenneths is the absolute best. I spent years looking for someone who knew how to work with my hair (which is average, shoulder length and brown) before finally finding Morgan via a recommendation from a friend. I will not go to anyone else! She is extremely good at cut/color and always on time, which I value. She brings years of knowledge to each appointment and always welcomes any new styles or colors I want to try, while working with me on what will work best for my hair type and face shape. I booked an appointment in the Pickerington location for a surprise for my bestie for her birthday. My latest trip to your salon didn’t impress me. I always spend a lot of money on my hair. In fact I just got done spending well over $700 The hair cut and color was awesome, loved it. The Keratin treatment, not so much. I’m going to explore other salons. Further, your hair products didn’t impress me. I gave your hair products a “fair” chance. Not impressed. I have been to Kenneth’s on 3 separate occasions and, while my experiences have not all been bad, each time I feel like my hair stylist has had to rush through my highlight and cut because she is so tightly booked with other clients. I went today expecting my usual highlight, cut, and style and my stylist informed me that I wasn’t scheduled for a cut and that she didn’t have time. She didn’t apologize or strive to make things right. She simply blamed the schedulers and got me out of her chair as quickly as she could.

London was fantastic! Ive had a pixie cut in the past, when I was about 40 pounds lighter, and was nervous but determined to get that short hair again! Instead of talking me out of it like other stylists have tried to do, London worked with what I wanted to give me the best product possible! I thank you kindly for what youve done for me and my self imagine!!!! 10/10 would recommend and will return in the future! 😊

I have been going to see Michelle at Kenneths for a long time now. She does a great job, I have never had to wait, AND she is quick. I have never been able to go somewhere and get my hair cut colored with highlights in less that 2.5 hours - I have long thick hair that I have been told by past hair dressers is a little intimidating.. Michelle has me out of there in an hour - and the color is great. She is nice and easy to talk to as well.

I have been coming to Alex at Kenneth’s for few years now. She does great work and always cuts my hair and fixes it exactly how I ask her too. Alex and Kenneth’s is definitely worth the hour drive for me.

Laura was amazing! Very nice and extremely skilled. I went yesterday after not getting a haircut for an entire year. Laura did an amazing job making it look exactly how I wanted. Morgan is the best! I have been seeing her for a couple of years now at Kenneths New Albany and I don’t let anyone else touch my hair! I have never had a go-to hairstylist before until I came to this Salon! If you go be sure to ask for Mae, she is so consistent, nice, and professional with her work! I tried this salon out on a whim and actually was rescheduled to Mae and was so happy with the results! I had my nails done and my eyebrows waxed here, and the service was amazing. Leah did an amazing job with my gel manicure and was very knowledgeable and kind. Kelly provided my brow wax and also did an exceptional job. The spa room was very comfortable. Overall, the staff was welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend this location.

Lee is awesome! Took me years to find someone I trusted with my hair, even with a pretty simple cut. She knows how to cut with your face shape and desires in mind. Always professional and clean too. I love talking to her assistants as well. She is likely a great teacher/mentor!

Mackenzie is phenomenal! I was actually in town visiting family, and she was recommended when I realized I was desperately overdue for a haircut. She was so kind and professional, and I came home telling my husband that it was the BEST haircut I had ever had! I had such a great experience, that I actually timed my next visit to line up with my haircut needs, just so I could get an appointment with Makenzie again! The salon itself is very clean, everyone was very kind and professional, and I appreciated their approach to COVID safety. Ive been getting my hair done by Lee at the New Albany location for years. She was highly recommended by a good friend, and she did not disappoint! My highlights always blend so well with my natural hair color, and the cut is always superb. My hair always looks good not just a week after the cut, but also a month, 2 months, and even 3 months after a cut! And, after I started getting my hair done by Lee, people come up to me (usually strangers) and tell me how great my hair looks and ask who does my hair. Whether you are telling her your vision for your hair or you need a suggestion, Lee can make your hair truly look fabulous! My mom is even coming up from Cincinnati to give her a try!

Michelle has been doing my hair for a number of years now, and she is always awesome at her craft! She is professional, extremely skilled at cutting my longer hair, and I always enjoy visiting with her! I have gotten two different massages at Kenneth’s - the migraine miracle & the argan oil scalp massage. Both were fantastic and super relaxing. Laurie & Shirlena are both so awesome! Very sweet and personable ladies who have definitely honed their craft.

I had hair foiling service as well as cut and style. Jan 30 with Alex It was a great experience , quick, relaxing and completely comfortable. Alex makes me feel like we are just two friends meeting and spending time together. She always does a wonderful job on the hair, and what I ask her to do. She is the best!!!!!!

Whenever she makes a suggestion be it for a change in style, how much to trim, a product to try its ALWAYS to help the health of my hair and not just to sell a product or push style preference. Josh always takes great care of me! He listens and provides the cut I ask for and am comfortable with. He offers professional advice for hair care products that work best for my hair type, as well as projections for future cuts and coloring. I would highly recommend Josh and know that you will be pleased with his service!

The best salon in the central Ohio area hands down. this location especially has a wonderful staff that goes above and beyond for all of its customers.The company treats their employees well and offers incentives that encourages loyalty. These qualities are hard to find this day in age.as soon as I walk through the door I felt welcomed by there, and dare I say, beautiful reception staff...Finally took the plunge and the hipster haircut I had been too insecure to go through with before...But the stylist did not let me down and make miraculously look cool. Even my son says so.And that ladies and gentlemen is priceless. I think I derailed a little bit but if youre still reading this go to Kenneths or book an appointment online you wont regret it. And like I said the Morse road New Albany Gahanna location as a very welcoming reception... ;-)

So happy with how my hair turned out at Kenneth’s! Had a wedding to attend and the humidity was killing me. I got in a last minute appointment and was able to look fabulous for the wedding! Yay

I scheduled an appointment with Sebrena 2 months ago. I wasnt sure what type of manicure I really wanted. Sebrena talked to me about what I needed and wanted, she explained what she was doing, and the results were great! She takes great pride in her work and the results are better than what I hoped for. I am now one of Sebrenas regular customers!

Before I came to Kenneths my hair was never done how i liked but Mae listens so well and recommends things to do to my hair that make it look the best it ever has before! always have great conversations with her when getting my hair done.

Went to the same upper tier person here with no complaints for years. It’s just that recently I had a few weird things happen with my stylist at appointments out of nowhere, so I decided to start fresh someplace else since my time and $ is pretty tight for appts that weren’t what I asked for. But ultimately it’s your run of the mill salon, nothing special but a decent place.

I’ve been seeing Joy at the New Albany location for facials and skincare for years. She is wonderful - professional, knowledgeable and creates such a relaxing environment. I’ve recommended her many times to family and friends and they have all had the same exceptional service. My skin looks and feels amazing and Joy is the reason!

3 stars for this experience specifically, usually 5 stars.I had Mackenzie (styles director) and she made my entire haircut appt. feel so so rushed. Had a horrible attitude and did not cut my hair the length I wanted (cut way too short). Also was SUPER rough with my hair and did not use heat protectant when blowdrying and styling. I felt like she didnt even listen when I was telling her what I wanted. Extremely disappointed.My friend had Laura (master styles director) a couple days later, and she was incredible and super respectable and truly a caring and attentive hair stylist. Highly recommend.Pro tip: if you are a regular do not risk it like I did and get your hair cut by a new stylist. Stick to the person you know can do the job right even if it means scheduling for a later appointment. That being said my go to and favorite is Kelsey (styles director), always does a great job.Also, always go for the Master Styles Director or higher if you have an important hair session (big event, hair coloring, styling, extensions).

When I need my hair cut I go to Kelsey! She always does such a great job. I just tell her what look I’m going for and she makes it happen! She’s always helpful and offers suggestions for styling and maintaining my hair. Friendly and professional.

Laura is the best stylist ever! I seriously don’t know how I ever got my hair cut before her. She always seems to know what I need before I do. She encourages me to make my own suggestions, but isn’t afraid to step up with some of her own when I sit there clueless. I am so happy I found her and actually look forward to hair cuts now!

Jo was absolutely fantastic and Im so happy I was connected with her! I went in for hair color, highlights and a cut. Jo worked with me to create an amazing look that Im in love with now! If you are looking for a stylist that listens to your needs and delivers, I highly recommend Jo!!

Omg! Honestly this review might be a long one but I have to let it out. I went in with the my hair being trash. My hair was down to the base of my spine and level 10 bleached I had growth about 5 inches out level 5 or 6 and a harsh line between the two. Long story short I needed help! I went in with the wants of extending my growth color down to mask the harsh line.... I get there with my 4 yr old. I had to bring her single mom and all. But I brought snacks,my phone, and hopes that I could make it through this without a melt down. I waited a few minutes before Jo came and got us. She said the chair next to hers would be perfect for my daughter to sit in and it was. I explained what I wanted. She countered putting more highlights in. But I didnt want that. So she said then we might want to do a toner to bring down the level 10 to a level 8 so it looks better. She totally took what I wanted and made it perfect! She was quick and diligent. About an hour in, i was sitting under heat letting it process and my daughter started losing her patience. Totally get it. Jo was so quick and got me washed out toner in hair cut dried and styled. It was just pure perfection!!!!!!! Omg. I love it I attached before and afters

Kelsey in New Albany has been styling my hair for the last two years and I have never been disappointed! I get lots of compliments on the cut and color of my hair, and I always point them to her. She is on time, is a great listener, and takes her time teaching my how to style my hair. Shes the best!

Andi at Kenneths is a great lash technician. Ive seen her twice for lash tints and she has done exactly what I asked for twice now. She talks me through the whole appointment and keeps me calm when i have my eyes closed for the tint process. I will definitely be back to see her.

I have been going to see Michelle at the New Albany location for over four years now. She does a fantastic job and I have never been disappointed with what she has done to my hair. Her cuts and color are superb! I definately recommend Michelle!

Tracy, and Anita did awesome jobs on my manicures and pedicures. They are both so pleasant and knowledgeable. My mani/pedis stayed beautiful for weeks! I would recommend Tracy and Anita to everyone!Evey did my hair for a few years and I absolutely love her work! She did wonderful coloring/hilighting/cuts that made me feel pretty again. My husband loved my hair too, he also goes to Evey for haircuts. Thanks Evey, we will miss you when we move to Florida!

I’ve been going to Mackenzie at Kenneth’s for at least 7 years and she is AMAZING! I don’t trust anyone else to cut my hair—I’ve had some bad experiences elsewhere because I have curly hair and not everyone can successfully make it look good—but Mackenzie has always done a fabulous job and I never want to have to go to anyone else!

Bree is the absolute best person that has ever done my nails. She is professional, friendly and a real pleasure to know. Bree does an excellent job and has helped me with some real problems with bad nail jobs done by other techs. I would absolute recommend her to anyone who wants a wonderful experience!@

Jo cut my hair for the first time. She was patient, attentive, and did a very nice job. I’ve received a number of compliments from family and co-workers.This particular location was really noisy, and the incessant need to use useless face masks made communicating extremely difficult. I won’t go back until they undo their mask policy. And for my cut (male, clippers) the price is too high. I want some creativity from that kind of price.

Madysen is the best!! She always talks to me before we start to make sure she knows what I want. She does the cut so well. It lays so well and easier to style. She colors and highlights the best. I am so glad I came to Madysen!!! It is obvious she has been doing this for some time. She is on time and works quickly. I am in and out quickly but very thorough!!

I have been going to Kelsey for 5 years. Your stylist needs to be awesome at hair AND conversation. Kelsey is both of these things. She will always appease me when I get bored with my hair and need to change it up. Shes honest about what wont work or may take time to achieve. I always leave happy!

However, I must recognize Morgan and Mae for my hair (including color and balayage), and Kelly for my skin and dermaplane facials. My services are always so relaxing. I have been coming here for years and I absolutely love the way I always feel so welcome. I especially love my stylist, Alli, who can style some hair like no ones business! Not only is she super talented but she is down to earth and honest with any questions I have about styles to try out. Last week I came in for a cut and color retouch and told her I wanted a 1920s flapper girl cut. She knocked it out of the ball park and I have been receiving compliments ever since!

I absolutely loved the bridal style that Sherry came up with for my wedding. I didnt love my initial trial style, so she worked with me to find something that suited me. She did a wonderful job and Im so glad I ended up with her when I called Kenneths. She also gave me some great recommendations for our honeymoon in Gatlinburg!
