I absolutely loved my experience and my technician was amazing! I booked with Kanisha for a brazilian wax, a signature plush facial with dermaplaning and an eyebrow wax! She made the waxing experience much less painful because of her specific technique. As far as my facial, let’s just say, my skin felt renewed! It was the most hydrated and smooth I’ve seen it in years! I will definitely be back in 4-6 weeks 🥰I highly recommend booking with Kanisha; she is very sweet, professional and an all around great vibe!

Christine gave me a lash lift and it was a great experience. She is very nice and the result was just what I wanted - a natural looking curl. It was actually a very relaxing process, too! I opted to not yet a tint, but I might add that next time.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I had a signature full set scheduled at 5:00pm, the lash tech was 30 minutes late. On the website it says the appointment should last 2 hours, she was finished at 6:40pm so the appointment lasted 70 minutes (not 120). She also did not put a pad underneath my eyes so the tweezers kept sharply digging into my skin to the point I have multiple red marks 24 hours later. When she was finished it looked like how your lashes look after two weeks of having a set on plus it wasn’t what I asked for. There were clearly larger gaps. I was so disappointed I decided to come back in and see if she could add more or refund me especially since I paid over $200 and it looked like a five year old with chop sticks did my lashes. Once she spent an extra 10 minutes adding more lashes she got up and left, as I waited probably 10-15 minutes with tape still on my eyes I had a feeling she wasn’t going to come back since I heard laughing in the back room. Since others were closing the store and workers had already left, I was confused why it was taking so long as if she was hoping I would just leave without her finishing the job. I decided to leave after this because I did not feel like a welcomed customer. On top of it most the lashes have fallen off and not only do my eyes hurt but I am also completely surprised this business is up and running treating paying customers like this. Please refund me because this is absolutely a disgrace.

I made an appointment with them and had to cancel 2 days later because I had to work the day of the appointment. I wrote them a message when I found out about my job and called the next day to ensure the appointment was cancelled and they tried to charge me for cancelling. I do not recommend working with this kind of business who try to take advantage of people and are only trying to make a buck out of their potential customers. I found another lash salon and hopefully I never have to deal with Plush Salon ever again.

It was my first time at the location/business and Emma was absolutely amazing! It felt like two friends catching up and the conversations made the waxing appointment feel like a breeze. I will definitely be booking again at this location and with Emma!

Let me just say Kanisha went above and beyond! She does great work! I came in right before they closed, she was able to get me in and took her time, I felt like I was her first client of the day. Everybody was so kind, I love this place. Highly recommend!!

I recently got a classic lash set from matae. As a person she’s wonderful but the work was terrible. She put the lash pad way to close to my eye and irritated it so bad it still hurts to touch it 2 days later. Theyre bloodshot red. I don’t know what lashes they use for individual lashing but the quality is terrible. They feel brittle and cheap. For $85 you would think the quality is way better.She offered to fix the lashes the next day and as applying the lash removal she literally BURNED MY EYES. Not to mention she didnt even remove the lashes at all. Don’t expect a refund they wont give it to you.I don’t leave reviews at all but if you love your eyes don’t come here for your lashes i regret it so much and my eyes are in pain. Terrible experience and I’m paying the price. Eye health is serious and they don’t care about it here at all. Terrible place

Christine was great. My lashes don’t even feel like they’re there. Super nice because they’re not super heavy and every time I get my lashes done, I have an irritated left eye and today they felt fine. Definitely will be going back every 2 to 3 weeks. And everyone at the front desk was so nice and cheerful. Plus the music was great.

Staff are very friendly and the facility is above all very clean but tastefully decorated. The private room for my facial was great. I volunteered to be a model for their student teaching and am happy with their detail orientated discussions and step by step process. They really took the time to know my history and see what my goals were or anything I was unhappy with. It was the first time I received a chemical peel and I can definitely notice a difference in my skin. I also purchased skin care that Ive done for about two weeks now and am looking forward to expanding that as well.

Today was my first time getting a facial and let me tell you!! The experience I had walking in and coming out was awesome and outstanding. The concierge ladies were very welcoming and Miss Janin was outstanding. She was very friendly and outgoing. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She and I clicked right out the bat. She was very confident in her work and made me feel very refreshed and confident. I will be coming back and I MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

I recently got a charge on my card from this company and I have never been here. I was thinking a random person duplicated my card but after researching my card it was manually entered into their computer not swiped so I feel like this is very sketchy and many people are claiming to have had extra charges taken off their card here. Something strange is going on behind that counter for sure

I had never been to Plush nor have a ever had lash extensions before. I used a Groupon for natural full set and saw Heather before going on a beach vacation. Wow. She was so friendly, meticulous and I LOVE my lashes. The lash shampoo recommended is a lot more expensive than buying your own elsewhere, but i bought anyway. I will be back to try other services.

I saw Christine for a full set of classic extensions and I am in love! Not only do my lashes look amazing but she is the sweetest, most down to earth person and I loved getting to chat with her. I was not able to get the receptionist name but she was also so sweet and professional. I will definitely be back!

I got a natural full set with Christine Shaw for the first time & she was amazing and very skilled! She was very patient & delivered a beautiful set of natural lashes on me. I highly recommend Christine & Janine but really any from the Plush Beauty Salon Upper Arlington will help you enhance your own unique beauty! But so far both Christine & Janine didnt disappoint me at all. I will definitely see any of the two for future beauty services.

Gina at Plush Beauty is AMAZING! It was my first time getting lash extensions and I was so nervous. She made me feel so comfortable that I fell asleep during my appointment. I was beyond pleased with how subtle yet gorgeous natural lash extension turned out! I have been back multiple times for lashes, eyebrow waxing & tint and a facial and dermaplane which I highly recommend, all done by Gina! I am so happy that I found you!

My mother and I went to Plush for facials - she had the Signature Plush facial and I had the acne-specific facial. My mother loved her facial and the brief massage she received from Tiffany. My facial with Kara was fine, though she wasnt able to remove all of the mask off by the time my session ended (this resulted with me finding bits of the mask on my eyebrows/face throughout the day). However, she warned me about that and it wasnt a big deal. What really impressed me was the professionalism and the pristine environment, which made the experience all the more comfortable. In the past, Ive done waxes at this establishment, which went perfect! I would visit again, but maybe try a different facial or service.[8/2022 Update] I received a model offer for natural eyelash extensions from Brittany. Similar to my experience with the facial, I loved the professionalism and how the staff treated me as a valued client. It was my first time doing eyelash extensions, so I was not used to how bothersome they feel when washing my face and how difficult it is to maintain them (it hasnt been a week and more than 50% is gone). I probably wont get eyelash extensions again, but I would consider going back to Plush for a difference service.[6/2023 Update] Tiffany did a great job for my brazillian wax!

The massage therapist was very helpful and nice. The salon was a bit too noisy. I could hear the phone ringing and the reception area was noisy people talking loudly also the therapist said she thought the washer and dryer were on while I was getting my massage.

Have had a fantastic experience every time I have gone to Oasis by Plush! Rachel touched up my permanent eyebrows which I originally had done a few years ago. She is detailed and caring! Highly recommend the permanent eyebrows! Worth every penny! Especially if you dont have full eyebrows anymore. Highly recommend this salon!

I went to Plush Beauty for a natural set of lashes and brow lamination! I love both! Gina did my lashes, she listened to exactly what I was looking for and I couldn’t love them more! Rachel did my brow lamination and I am OBSESSED! I am a brow girl and for the first time I love mine!! Everyone was super friendly and did a phenomenal job!

I saw Gina and she was great. She’s so kind, and made me feel so comfortable for my first facial. If you’re new to facials I absolutely recommend her, she walked me through the entire thing and explained what everything did and how it would help my skin. I felt so relaxed and comfortable with her. I’ve always struggled to find products and a routine that don’t irritate my skin and cause my acne to flare up. Gina gave me the most soothing facial, and helped me pick out products that worked for my specific skin type afterwards. I am so excited to go back and see her again.

This was my first visit to Plush Beauty Salon. I went to Tiffany for an eyebrow wax. I have naturally thin brows, so I was a little worried about how they would turn out. Tiffany did an amazing job of cleaning up my brows, accentuating my natural arch, and even more amazingly, she somehow made them look fuller in the process. She took her time and made sure that I was pleased with the outcome. I love my brows and will definitely be back to see Tiffany!

I love Plush! I’m new to the area & I have found my new relaxation place. Brittnay is so attentive & asks all the right questions to make sure she gives you exactly what you want; I LOVE my lashes! The woman (didn’t catch her name) that checked me in for both appointments was super sweet, helpful & answered all my questions thoroughly. I enjoyed my massage & facial also…I may try something different in the future. I definitely had a great experience…awesome staff, welcoming space & quality service…can’t ask for much more than that.

Janin did such a great job on my dermaplane. They discussed my skin type and allergies with me before starting, made sure the room was peaceful and comfortable, and they also explained every step to me so I was aware of what was going on during the process. I would definitely recommend coming here even if you are new to getting pampered in any way!

My friend recommended me to come into this salon since I always wanted lash extensions. And luckily I got Janin! She was amazing and got me to where I wanted my lashes to be after a few sessions and talking about my end goal. She gives me great recommendations on taking care of my lashes and when to come in for the next fill. She also did my brow lamination and I loved it! I’m saving to redo that session again before my vacation. She’s kind, patient and very detail oriented. I highly recommend her!

Mia did a great job giving me a relaxation massage. Posh has a very nice atmosphere and the receptionist was very friendly welcoming and informative.The only downside which is not their fault was the noise from either Jazzercise or Zumba classes next door. Id recommend earplugs and or Wi-Fi earplugs to listen to the spa music at Posh.But Icannot say enough about Mia . I was so relaxed by the time I left. Id highly recommend this place and Mia to anyone looking to relax and unwind.

Very quick and easy. My eyelashes look great! Very happy with Gina. Ten days later I’m sick and call and leave a message. They charged me for a visit. I chose to not go and make them ill. I won’t be back. I was I to know I would be ill. Ridiculous rule. Especially since they lost a customer who was planning on continuing the lash extensions.

My daughter referred me here, and I have been going ever since. I see Tiffany, a wonderful lady, that knows what she’s doing. I was a little skeptical the first time because I had no idea what to expect. But after a year of once a month treatments, I’m very comfortable with her, she knows what she is doing, and the atmosphere of the place is so relaxing, to where you feel pampered from head to toe.

Tiffany was great during my wax. The soft wax they use is great and isnt as painful as other types or brands. Honestly, the wax itself is a good enough reason to use Plush! I’ve tried other salons but I keep going back to this one!

Janin was very friendly and did an amazing job. She did my lashes with ease and I wasnt bothered nor were my eyes not irritated once. Now my lashes are ready for my baby shower and maternity photos. 😍 Chair was comfy and cute atmosphere.

I had my first DMK facial with Kara. What a great experience! Each step she explained why it was necessary and what it would do for my skin. She wasn’t kidding! I walked out of there with smoother skin, fewer fine lines, and a healthy complexion. I’ll go back in a couple weeks for another session. I am so looking forward to. Kara made me feel very at ease the whole time.

The salon is so cute! Ive had lashes and my lip blush done by Tiffany and I highly recommend her services. The lash table was so comfy and plush I fell asleep and woke up with beautiful doll face lashes. As far as my lip blush you may as well call me Rihanna. 10/10 1I cant wait for my touch up!

This was my first time getting eyelash extensions. So I was a little nervous. It took about 2 hours to do the lashes. You have to keep your eyes closed the whole time. Luckily, I brought my AirPods so I could listen to an audio book. They make sure you’re very comfortable. You lay back in a lazy boy. They even give you an extra pillow for lumbar support. I wanted eyelashes that looked natural. I am very impressed. They did an amazing job. My eyelashes look like they are a little thicker and longer, but not outrageous. Just what I asked for. It looks like I found the perfect mascara and applied it perfectly. Everyone was very nice and they thoroughly explained the process. I highly recommend this business.

I recently got a facial by Tiffany and it was amazing! I wanted to address my acne prone skin and she recommended add ons that would help my skin. I left the salon feeling more confident and more knowledgable about my skin. Tiffany has also done my lash lifts in the past, which is a great time saving service!

Janin has made me feel comfortable and at ease during the whole process of getting lash extentions! At my first appointment she explained the different types of lashes and the benefit of each style for my eye shape. After they were applied and I saw them in the mirror I was so impressed & since my appointment Janin has made a point to check in on me & ask how they lashes are holding up. They look amazing and I continue to get compliments every day :)

I’ve had a few last lift and tints and have loved them. Today I had my appointment for a lash lift and tint, and the aesthetician asked me about my eyebrow care at the end of the appointment. It had been some time and I was due for some attention. I explained I always have them threaded and have never had razoring done when she asked. She offered to “clean them up”. It wasn’t clear what the plan was and I assumed she would thread them. She started to pencil lines so I had my eyes closed and did not see her setting up. Then she started to wax my brows. I was completely caught off guard and didn’t feel comfortable stopping her at the time. Frankly I was too embarrassed to say anything and didn’t not like the way they turned out.All this to say, a reminder to do your research ahead of time and make sure you’re not being talked into something you were not prepared for.

Janin is an amazing esthetician! She has been doing my lash extensions for a few months now and they look absolutely amazing and natural every time. I have very thin and straight lashes but she takes her time and makes them look gorgeous! Love the atmosphere at this salon and I would recommend Janin to anyone.

I started getting facials here with Gina as a treat to myself for my 49th birthday. Used a Groupon for first visit because I’m a cheapskate and don’t like to spend a ton of money on things like this and I tend to feel a bit out of place in bougie businesses. I Gina was so down to earth I didn’t feel out of place at all. She gave me recommendations for products to use in between appointments to help continue the repo process. I didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase and my sun damaged almost 50 year old face looked so much healthier and brighter afterwards I decided it was worth the money so I’ve kept going back.

I absolutely loved my first visit to Plush!! This was the first time I have ever gotten lash extensions and I used Janin and she was amazing! I couldn’t have been more happy with how they turned out! Janin is amazing and have already told my friends about her and this Business!! I will be going back soon to get a fill and can’t wait!

I had this place referred to me and have been going for over 2 years now. Friendly service, comfortable space, and fabulous work. I think Ive done almost everything they offer now, from powder brows to lashes, facials and ha filler. I highly recommend this place to anyone curious about starting with lash extensions, or in need of the services on their menu. I havent had a bad experience there yet, and have even brought friends and family in for service as well.

Massage was nice but the other staff in the salon were SO LOUD! Hard to relax when ladies are cackling! My therapist turned up the music in our room and we could still hear them. Kinda killed the mood. :-/

Fantastic services!! A little off the beaten path, but most defiantly worth the trip. I saw Christina for my brows and without a doubt was thoroughly impressed with her skill and attention to detail. Truly a master of her craft! Am so grateful I gave them a try and most certainly will be back. If you are looking for an ordinary spa with cookie cutter staff and results-pass; but if you are looking for a spa that most defiantly will go the extra mile and takes the time to listen, I highly encourage a visit. You most certainly will not be disappointed.

Very cute, chic & clean. Tiffany did a wonderful job on my massage! Reasonable price and I made a same day booking and was in within 2 hours! There were several things different about this massage than others Ive received that I LOVED like a light muscle stretch, using the heated massage balls, etc. I went and requested special concentration on my right arm and shoulder blade and got just that but still more than enough everywhere else. I highly recommend!

Received a Dermaplane and facial service. After leave the spa I had noticeable cuts all over my face, more specifically my jawline and cheeks and above my eye brow. Although I was late for my appointment they told me that the time was adjusted . I receive Dermaplane quarterly and I have NEVER received this type of result. I’m embarrassed and disturbed that my face was cut up in so many places. I asked for a partial refund because I understand this is their livelihood but it’s weird that I wasn’t offered that upfront since my skin had been sliced in so many places. I was told someone would call me and never did. I was waiting to hear back from someone before I posted about my horrendous experience no one has called. It is apparent to me that my experience is not a priority or something the spa feels is enough to respond to. Would never refer ANYONE TO THIS SPA

Rachel did my permanent eyeliner touch up last week. She gave me the numbing cream which I appreciate. Rachel was fast, precise and careful. She gave me the eyeliner look that I wanted and I love it!

I had Nicole Rhine fill in my lashes yesterday and they are PERFECT!! I’ve been waxed by her as well and she is a true professional. Speedy, yet efficient and super knowledgeable. She really knows what she’s doing! The spa was gorgeous from the moment you walk in. Super clean and welcoming. They had the most comfortable table I’ve ever been on! Soft, cozy and heated, I could have fallen asleep while getting lashed. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this spa! It’s so clean and I’ve never had a bad experience. I get my lashes done by Hannah and had a spray tan from Delaney. I think my favorite experience though has been my interactions with the woman at the front desk I can’t remember her name but she always makes me feel so special. Highly recommend this spa, I can’t wait to get more services done!

I had my first experience with permanent lashes at Oasis By Plush. I loved every minute of it, and the results were amazing. I havent worn a stitch of makeup since the day I had them done. Please note that I have VERY sensitive eyes, and that is why my eyes look so watery in the close-ups. The process was painless and relaxing.

So my ladies, maid of honor and braidsmaid decided to get me a Bachelorette present which was getting my eye lashes done. I was nervous at first because I feel funny when someone is touching my eyes. So I had an appointment today, as I walked in the place it was very clean and she came out to ask if I was the person that she was doing lashes on. She took me to her chair and it was so clean. Long story short her name is Janin she was kind and perfessional and she made me so comfortable. I couldnt believe it was done so quickly I was there for 2 hours. For the time to go by so quickly thats how comfortable I was! Thank you Janin for everything. If I need my lashed done again I will go to her and I TRUST HER! I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! 💕

I recently got a lash lift at Oasis. The service was awesome and the process was smooth. I used to get lash extensions and absolutely loved them, unfortunately I ended up not being able to keep them on due to an allergic reaction. I hear this is somewhat common, so if you are like me and need an alternative to extensions, than a lash lift is exactly what you need!The process didn’t take much time and I was advised what was happening each step of the way. When I opened my eyes I could immediately tell a big difference in the shape of my lashes, I finally had that deep curl back that extensions provide. I recommend getting eyelash tint if you like a darker lash, just helps the lash stand out even more and can be done at the same time.The best part about the lash lift is I don’t have to be careful with my eyes. I can wash, sleep, rub...all of it! If you have ever worn extensions then you know what I mean. Don’t get me wrong, I would get my extensions back in a second if I could, but I am so thankful to finally find such a great alternative. Thanks Oasis!

My lashes are perfectly natural and have been staying on ever since I got them. I just wish it was lower priced, but you get what you paid for, and I got great service. Tiffany is a great technician and I will be going back to her. The place is very clean and tidy, I felt so fancy sitting there lol!

I really wanted to like this place. I got lash extensions and while I was at the salon they always looked beautiful! They would look nice for a few days and then they would all fall out. I couldn’t even wait to 2 weeks before I would have to go in for a fill. Each time after about a week it looked like half of the extensions were missing. I’m not sure if it was the glue or my eyelashes may just fall out at a high rate. But after giving them a few tries I realized that the lashes were not a fit for me. Now I’m left with no natural lashes and $100 worth of 2 products I’ll never use again. The people at the salon are so friendly and the salon is beautiful. But unfortunately their lash extensions were not good for me

This is my first time having lash extensions and I absolutely love my lashes! I was able to go in the day before for a patch test to see if I would react to anything. The next day was they applied the full set of lashes. Lianne (person that did my lashes) made sure I was comfortable and was very accommodating right when I walked in. The whole appointment lasted 1 hour. When I opened my eyes I fell in love with my lashes! So after, my appointment Lianne went through after care and how to take care of my lashes. She educated me on the lash cycle and how our lashes fall out like hair but will regrow. As well, she recommended some products to purchase. But, she never pressured me into purchasing them which I appreciate. She educated me about this lash serum they have, but told me it is slightly on the expensive side but it is an investment to take care of lashes. Again she never pressured me, but instead she gave me the name of the lash serum and told me to research about it if I ever wanted to purchase it.Anyways, I have nothing but positive things to say! The place is beautiful inside and the service is great! So far, I have gotten so many compliments on them already. I cannot wait to go back for a refill.

Ive been seeing Nicole for years (shes amazing btw!). So when she moved to this salon, I followed her here and Im so glad I did! You feel so fabulous when you walk through the door! The salon is so pretty and clean, and all of the employees are courteous and friendly. You will not be disappointed with any of their services, they are the best!

Do not use the waitlist option. They will book your appointment without telling you and then charge the full amount when you don’t show up for an appt you didn’t know you had. Spend your money elsewhere. The manager is rigid, unhelpful, and has no issue lying about the confirmation. We were told calls and e-mails were sent AND that we spoke the the owner to confirm the appt… not worth the hassle. This was supposed to be a relaxing treat for a birthday. Thanks for the added stress and aggravation. We work for our money too.

I had amazing services with Jae! She is a talented and professional esthetician and I highly recommended her. I had a dermaplane facial and she was meticulous. She knows her products and helped me decide on the perfect mask. The salon is clean and professional without being intimidating or “over the top”. I will become a loyal repeat customer.

Her attention to detail and recommendations for skincare products are unmatched. Although I was a little hesitant about having to pay for a mandatory patch test on top of the lashes, Im glad they make you do this because I have sensitive eyes and never thought about how my eyes may react to lash extensions for the first time! Everyone at the salon was extremely frienldly and welcoming. It was a clean and beautiful space. I was frustrated at the lack of communication regarding my eyelash extension appointment and lack of instructions for the patch test. However the friendliness and quality of people working there made up for these draw backs.

I was very pleased with the look of Oasis and my lash technician when I walked in. The experience getting them put on was fine, the beds were comfortable and I felt relaxed but let me tell you how horribly my lashes stayed on... after talking about after care and what products to use or not to use, and following directions, two weeks later on the day of my first fill every single lash is gone, and where my last few remaining were felt sharp against my eye days before. One of my eyes has a gap in my natural lashes where the extensions pulled them instead of shedding naturally. Im disappointed in the stay power of these lashes/glue. Especially for $179... save the money and go somewhere better.

I recently visited Oasis twice in the last month. My services were done by Kara. She did great work. Kara is very personable, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable. She is also very knowledgeable and fun! I will be back in the near future! Thanks Kara!

To preface I’m not one to post negative reviews, I would rather post positive feedback. I have been sitting on this review waiting on a respone from business owner Christina since March 31 when I sent her this exact message directly. I have not heard back so here is my review. I went to oasis for a pre wedding trial spray tan on wed March 27. I previously had a spray tan at another spa March 13. When I saw the model pricing via Instagram I thought why not, I’ve had my lashes and massages done with you all before and had a good experience. The visit itself was fine, but the results however were not what I was expecting or acceptable. I mentioned it looked pretty uneven when I left, but was reminded I added accelerator and bronzer and to let it sit and absorb over the 4 hours like Lidija told me too. When I showered that evening after 4 hours and stepped out to examine the result I realized my face and arms were completely different colors then the rest of my body. We are talking 2-4 shades different. I was getting married the next weekend (communicated this with the staff and talked about it throughout the visit) so this was incredibly important as I’m sure it would be to anyone. I took some pictures that night and went to bed. When I got to work Thursday morning my entire staff was asking me “what happened!! Why do you look like this?” I told them I spray tanned and they said to me “Lauren stay away from that place.” I reached out to the manager Cierra with the concerns that morning via email and sent her pictures so she could understand exactly what I was saying. Since I had a spray tan 15 days prior, she blamed the spray tan unevenness and discoloration on that then offered me a 20% discount on a scrub so I can scrub it off until the color matches!! Absolutely not! I am not going to buy a scrub to correct an issue that is not my fault. She was completely blaming my 15 day old spray tan for the reason my legs were white and my arms and hands were orange. I continued to ask her why she thought my legs were so white and the rest of my body so dark and she ignored the question. I didn’t ask for anything for free, but I did assume she would be willing to correct this after discussing the concerns immediately and providing photos. I’m in the medical aesthetics industry and my clients experience is by far the most important part of my job. If a client is unhappy with the result, 100% of the time that’s my responsibility to make it right and I own their personal experience and do whatever I need to do to correct it or resolve it so they don’t feel exactly how I feel right now. I would’ve expected a complimentary correction session at least on my legs but nothing of the sort was offered or a refund. This was the email I sent to the owner was holding back posting this reviews online because I really didn’t want to do that but this wasn’t resolved and I don’t want anyone else to have the same experience. I needed to share my experience with Christina the business owner, so she can understand exactly how the spa is being run and how escalated situations are being handled. Cierra has much opportunity for personal growth within her client care, client resolution and leadership skills. I hope she can take this feedback and information to help resolve her next escalation in a different and better way, with the client in mind. I will not be returning to the spa because of my experience and that’s unfortunate because I really liked oasis. Pictures to follow if I can post them.

Ive been getting eyelashes extensions for a while and this was the worst time ever. The staff are uppity and fake, they were advertising their product the entire time during and after the service. My extensions I got from elsewhere usually last about 3-4 weeks, but it started to fall WITHIN 24 HOURS this time even when I didnt touch water. Almost all are gone within a week. I wont suggest you waste your time for a poor-quality extensions if you dont want them to go away faster than the weather changes.

My first appointment was great and I thought I had chosen the right salon.Until my mom went to the hospital.They have a 48 hr cancellation policy which you sign and agree upon on your first appointment. Ok I get it! They dont want people taking advantage of them and cancelling left and right. Totally understandable. I give massive respect and props to the cosmetic industry and know that if regulations arent set, they would be taken advantage of. So I had no problem signing it whatsoever. I respect a business and their time... but they should return the favor right? Especially when Im a returning customer forking out 100s for services on a monthly basis.I had woken up just like any other day. And was excited for my lash fill appointment. One of my favorite things to do is pamper myself. There were a few hours before my appointment so I had plenty of time. I, then, got a call that my mom was rushed to the hospital.So I call them, 2 hours in advance crying and distressed about the situation I tell them that I ran into a family emergency, and couldnt make my appointment but would call back to schedule soon.Ok well itll be a $25 feeOk well can you make a 1st time offense, new and returning client exception? I understand your cancellation policy but this is an exceptional reason. I couldve done a no call no show.They place me on hold and get back on no sorry, youd have to pay that fee before being seen againThey could obviously hear me crying and in distress.Ok whatever, my mom comes first. Im not going to sit here and argue with them. Im appalled and hang up.Thankfully my mom ended up being okay.So a week passes by, I schedule a lash fill. We are at week 3 and Im really needing it done. Figure I would maybe give them an opportunity again and try to oversee it. But it really bugged me. Its not about the money but the principle.I get a call 10 minutes before my appointment hi we need to push your appointment back because we are running behind todayOk??? Well Im already almost there.So I got there and had to wait longer than expected. Whatever.Lash fill goes great.Go to pay and deal with the same girl who I was on the phone with when cancelling and she says its $86.Im like is that including the cancellation fee?Yep. $27.50 with your service and tax.Ok so you still werent willing to waive the fee even though YOU GUYS WERE LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT this time?! And where did the $27.50 come from, because you definitely told me $25.I will NEVER return here unless this is made right. Which I know it wont be, because this place doesnt care about their reputation or their customers. They just care about whats in their wallets.This place is OBVIOUSLY only in it for the money. I would totally understand a no call/no show. Or if it was a 2nd offense. Or if it was because I need to cancel because I have an unexpected meeting. But my MOM was in the hospital and then when I do return even after that, YOU GUYS ARE THE ONES RUNNING LATE.Only discipline the customer but you guys dont get to hold any responsibility when you have a scheduling mess up. Seems really unfair.It makes me sad. I really wanted to adore this place. And refer people I know here. But now Ill let people know of my experience and have them steer clear.I cant BELIEVE you guys couldnt make an exception for an EXCEPTIONAL reason. You expect your clients to come in and indulge in themselves and relax... yet you force them into awkward and uncomfortable situations. This place is just awful.

I went for 60 mins signature facial. I did not like it so far. The facial should be like a good massage on your skin. But she did not even do anything i felt the same how i apply cream on my face everyday. She didnt do any kind of facial massage. She started the steam and applied two or three serums and did massage of few seconds. And then let me sit under steam for 15 mins. The worst part is she started at 3:05 pm and finished at exactly 3:51. I bought 60 mins facial. And paid 48$ for it. I never had this kind experience anytime.

Tiffany was very helpful for my first spray tan ever. She took into considerseration why I was getting a spray tan and the correct amount of darkness. Also being close to home is a plus for me. Will be going back!Thanks

I have to say that they are very pushy about their products and services. Their beds for when getting wax/ facial or whatever the service maybe are just horrible. Maybe its because I have back issues but I have never been on a more uncomfortable bed/ table in my life to get services. It made the facial very unpleasant I wanted to just jump up and get out of there just so I wouldnt have to lay on the table any longer.. since I didnt make a future appointment the esthetician just walked away didnt say thank you nothing whats the bad Ipart should not have left her a tip but I did. The other thing I noticed was that they are offering these discounted services that if you help out with their teaching services - in my opinion I think if Im offering my face/ body for them to teach someone services on I should get the service for free. Also I dont know what type of wax they use for leg waxing but the last time I had it done at a different provider it lasted much longer. This time it was less than three weeks and the hair was back again so I am not sure what it has to do with the wax maybe it has to do with something else maybe its a prep thing.

Awesome place great staff! Best spray tan and I have been every where in Columbus. So many wrinkles on face and the tan doesnt get in my wrinkles actually look smoother! Love this place!
