After a lifetime of battling with my Eastern European genes (dark hair everywhere!) using razors, tweezers and wax I finally decided to get rid of it once and for all by taking the plunge into the world of laser hair removal. I did SO much research on the subject and spent a lot of time reviewing providers in the area and Im so glad I did! I booked an appointment with Sara Starkey who is the most personable and friendly esthetician Ive ever had, all while maintaining a sense of professionalism. During my initial consultation I was admittedly nervous with fears of unbearable pain or bad skin reactions. Sara is knowledgable and understanding which quickly put me at ease as she explained that the laser is adjusted to my personal pigments so they would not use more energy than needed to get the job done. I also went in for a small trial in an inconspicuous area (required) to ensure my skin would react normally. These things combined left me with the confidence to proceed with a few areas on my face. I was pleasantly surprised that the zap, while not pleasant, was also not painful and was more startling than anything else. I just finished the last of my treatments and am happy to report that I can (joyfully) throw my wax and razors in the trash. I am so pleased with the results that I intend to schedule some other areas in the near future. Thank you Sara and Yudu for a great experience!

Each vendor is an individual contractor. They should be rated on their own merit. Worst problem is when there is a special event and there are no parking spots available in the undeground garage. Very frustrating.
