Woodhouse Spa - Grandview

I had the 80 minute Poultice massage with Josh and left feeling like I was on a cloud. The best massage I ever had! He was knowledgeable about my auto immune disease and knew exactly how to help give me some relief from my pain. The building is show stopper! My massage ended at 8pm so I didn’t want to linger too long and keep the employees waiting, but I could have sat in their quiet room with my spa water for at least an hour afterwards.

I recently went and got a body balance massage from Josh. It was pure relaxation from start to finish. I got there a little early and received a glass of champagne and was able to sit and relax in the quiet room. Then I received my massage from Josh and it was amazing. He was so kind and respectful and asked the type of pressure I wanted. The massage was incredible. At the end, he offered another drink and I was able to relax in the quiet area again. It was just what I needed. Will 100% be booking again with him and coming back!

AMAZING. Josh is a massage god. He is extremely tentative and methodical with his massage and every time keeps getting better. From the moment you walk in until you leave it’s pure relaxation.

I recently visited Woodhouse Spa for a couples massage, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. This was our second time back, and the experience was better than the first. Jonti, my massage therapist, was exceptional. His expertise and attention to detail truly enhanced the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was serene and inviting, setting the perfect tone for relaxation. The massage itself was incredibly rejuvenating, and my partner and I left feeling refreshed. I highly recommend Woodhouse Spa.

*update 2/9Wow! Just went back for a massage with Octavia today and it was AMAZING. She hit all the right spots and had amazing pressure. She hit spots I didnt even know were tight/sore. It was very relaxing. The staff were great again and I cant thank Hannah from Woodhouseenough, this experience was lovelyWas so excited to have a new massage spa around grandview. I booked a 50 min deep tissue massage.The spa experience/amenities were great, getting a glass of champagne before. The quiet room was very relaxing, the robes were comfy and the shower mist was nice!However- my deep massage was not deep at all. I dont want to know what a regular massage is like there if what I had was considered deep tissue especially for the price. I would say save the extra $30 and go to Paloma to get a real deep tissue massage

I cancelled a service that was booked for March, but never received a confirmation email. I didn’t receive a confirmation for booking a service in February, but it did show up when I logged in to my account so I assumed actions I was taking within my account were going through. They sent me an email saying my account is now flagged for missing the March service (that I cancelled.) They said they tried to call me (no missed calls) and they acknowledged the issues with confirmation emails for cancelling services, but said my account will still be marked with a waive notice. Disappointed that the repercussion fell to me rather than them taking responsibility for the error.

Had the dazzle dry pedi with Heather. They have a gem there! I highly recommend !
