Having been to several massage places in Columbus, I can confidently say that Cozy Feet Spa stands head and shoulders above the rest, and a big part of that is thanks to Maggie and Nina. Their expertise and technique in massage therapy are unparalleled.Nina was my therapist, and she provided exactly the kind of massage I love - extremely deep tissue. Her strength and skill in identifying and working through the knots and tension in my muscles were remarkable. Its rare to find a therapist who can deliver such a powerful deep tissue massage while still ensuring comfort and care throughout the session.My husband, on the other hand, prefers a lighter touch when it comes to deep tissue massage, and Maggie was his therapist. She was fantastic in accommodating his preference, providing a massage that was both effective and soothing. Got a great deal on Groupon for this business. 70 minute massage for $40. A little hard to locate due to no outside signage. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Started out with a male massage therapist and ended with a woman who finished with my hot stones. Was given a bottle of water and offered coffee and tea. I got a cute little chocolate to take with me. Overall very clean facility and friendly staff. Great value and was given a $10 off coupon for my next visit.

I took my mother, aunt and sister here for a girls day. The lovey Marie and Nina were so accommodating for our group. They made sure we were comfortable and promptly attended to. The massages along with the private room and ambiance really made this a 10/10 service. Will be coming again!

When I entered, I think there was only one person working the whole place, also giving a massage to someone else. She was rushed and put me in the wrong room. When she came to do my massage, we moved to a different room. I went in for a 60 minute reflexology massage. Initially she massaged my head, face, shoulders and arms. It felt great. When she got to my feet, I didnt really feel like she knew how to give a reflexology massage. She simply massaged my feet up and down over and over and over for 60 minutes. She didnt get into the nitty-gritty at all. I was disappointed.

I used to get foot reflexology massages often when this business was in Tuttle Mall. My partner gifted me a 60 min massage for Mother’s Day. I was not disappointed. The massage was wonderful and the room was cozy and private. I will back!

We used Groupon and found this place, nice facility, very kind and courteous customer service. My husband had a great massage, I enjoyed a good foot detox and foot massage. They were better than Massage Envy. Our opinion.

Ive been coming here for years, now I drive from out east in Blacklick. I feel like they read my mind and always work even harder on the muscles that are really tight. Sometimes I get hot towels, or a partial stone massage. Im never disappointed in whatever they chose. I wish they would move out East, to a place that would keep them busy and happy. The new place is so clean and super relaxing. I love it here!! Best massage place ever! Every person who works here has amazing talent. 👏❤ Nina is my favorite.

I had a wonderful 70 minute massage I purchased on Groupon. Usually people are way to gentle on me because I am so small but she listened when I told her that require a lot of pressure. It was just the right amount of heavy pressure and gentleness. When I left my headache was gone and the knot in my back felt much better. I would definitely go back

I absolutely enjoyed my massage! I got the 70min massage and got a good deal through Groupon. I am not sure who did my massage but she was wonderful. She asked which areas I really wanted her to focus on, which was my shoulders. She massaged my entire body so perfectly and asked if the pressure was ok often to make sure I was enjoying it. I had never used the hot stones and she made sure I was comfortable with those as well. She was super friendly and I loved the relaxing scenery. I will be coming back for more massages! :)

I called in on a Friday night not knowing if theyd be able to fit me in and they did! I tend to form knots underneath my shoulder blades and for some odd reason, halfway throughout the day, I had one seize up on me hard. It was affecting my breathing and I was desperate. No amount of stretching or hot-cold could get rid of it By the end of my massage I felt like a new man! Pain was gone. Thank you very much! Highly recommend! You wont be disappointed

Cozy Feet Spa is the best! I’ve been going to them since they were at Tuttle Mall, and I’ve always gotten the best massages there. I’ve had Marie a few times at their new location and she is an excellent masseuse. Also the pricing is very reasonable.

First off, Google maps directs you to the back of the store, so park by the Casa Oaxaca or Mexican Grill!My experience was absolutely fantastic. They made me feel extra comfortable with pressure checks, and have a very welcoming staff.I’ll definitely be sore from the deep tissue massage, but will be coming back for more! It’s the perfect place to relieve lower back knots and upper shoulder tightness. Whether you’re on your feet all day or work at a desk, they’ll take care of you.

Today was my first time trying this spa and it was really wonderful! I loved the ambiance and the people were really friendly. The massage was really great, especially if you like deeper pressure. I am feeling much better and much more refreshed afterwards. I highly recommend! :)

I have been coming to Cozy Feet since they were in Tuttle Mall and their new location on Hayden Run is miles better the old location. Nice individual rooms, much improvement in the quality of massage professionals and top quality management. Highly recommended and you won’t be disappointed. That’s a promise!! The Hayden Run location is a little more work to find at first, but get to it and try it out!! Sam & his crew will take excellent care of your sore muscles!! A+++ establishment!!!

The lady used a bunch of excuses for not using our group-ons even though the price difference was less than 4$ from original service. And that she can’t scan vouchers. Also said group-ons can’t be used on weekends. she booked two appointments for me for the weekend when she didn’t know I had a group-on. Then she used the excuse that they are busy on the weekends. Previous owners were really nice.

Nina is a very gifted and strong massage therapist who will absolutely change how you feel by the end of her treatment session. For those that need deep tissue work, she will not disappoint.

Best massage ever! She made sure the pressure was to my liking. I had the combo 30 min reflexology and 30 min body massage. I live an hour and a half away and will be visiting Columbus every other weekend for a massage.

Everyone is always very kind and welcoming and very professional. Getting a massage especially if it’s not some thing that you have a lot of experience with can be an intimidating thing I started here with the chair massage and eventually graduated to getting 60 to 90 minutes on the table. They truly give some of the best massages I’ve ever had and they make you feel super comfortable and I always feel great when I’m done. We’ve become a regular coming every two weeks. Definitely a place you should check out you’ll be glad you did.

This place said walk ins welcome and because of the reviews my husband and I were out and tried to be a walk in. Well I guess we werent the customers they where looking for. There was literally no one in the establishment and when I asked if they had any availability two women came around the corner to see who she was speaking to and told me they were really busy; however there was no one there. We will take our business where we are wanted!

My wife actually owns a massage establishment but I wanted something different. I have to admit that this was definitely one of the best massages Ive had yet. The place is very nicely decorated and clean inside as well. I plan on going back for sure.

I have been getting massages for 15 years. Been to the spas, massage envy, independent places etc. this hands down was the best massage I have ever received. I left relaxed and my knot in my shoulder taken care of. I almost forgot I was almost naked in a mall food court, had to listen to the mall traffic etc. and these are not complaints, they are just that good. She also kept making sure I was ok and the pressure was on point. Don’t judge a book by it cover. Mall massages are great!

I really enjoyed my experience. Went in for a quick neck massage since I was in so much pain but I ended up paying for a body massage and foot because the work was so good. Also the lady was respectful and constantly checking in. I love supporting small businesses especially during these times and the prices were REASONABLE

Terrible, the lady asked me to give her a bigger tip and the massage wasn’t all that great. The massage was still too rough and hard then when I gave the lady 10% I was told to give her more. Very unprofessional I will not be coming back! You don’t harass people or force people for tips! Tips aren’t guaranteed. If someone decides to tip you that’s their prerogative!

Cozy Feet Spa is not your typical spa, but will deliver a traditional Chinese centered massage at a really reasonable price. I have gone to Sam and Sean to name two, both do excellent jobs. They have a special, $45 for a full hour which includes neck and shoulders, feet (soak during neck and shoulder) and full back. It’s a fantastic deal. They also provide a table massage at a $1 per minute, which is the standard rate for these types of massages. The staff are all really friendly and provide their unique massage technique. If you go just be aware some speak very limited English, nothing bad, but just a heads up. I go to Sean because I find his massage is comfortable and provides help with my overall well being. The staff are all professional and you’ll be in good hands when you go in for a try. I’d recommend trying out the ‘Special’ and get a loyalty card for the next time you visit.

IT HURT SO GOOD!!!After the amazing experience I had today no other establishment is allowed to touch my body!! Im going to help you all out so you can maximize your experience.....wash ALL cracks and crevices before you go (it gets personal), dont eat cheese, beans or any other gassy foods 24 hours prior to your session (you dont want to be tooting) and most importantly relax your mind and body and let them work their magic. Some parts of my session hurt so good. I was way past due for a massage so thats why. Again let them do what they came to do. They will get your entire body together for sure. Well kept and clean establishment. Kind courteous and professional service. Drink lots of water afterwards and dont forget to tip. Keep up on your massages regularly if you havent been previously. As you do the pain will lesson. If you are hurting afterwards take you a nice warm Epsom salt bath to help. Everyday stresses of life cause knots in our bodies. We must get them out and on a regular basis. This is your place to efficiently and effectively get it done. Youre welcome. Ill be back for sure!! 10 stars

Shocking experience. I bought a Groupon for 60 min massage and the lady at the Spa said that I bought 45 min massage and told me to pay $20 more to get 60 min massage. I knew that this was lie but I just paid because I didn’t want to deal with hassle. Massage was not that good either and I paid 15% Tip considering quality and the last minutes overcharge. She counted the tip in front of me and demanded in a very poor English “More money. More Money. We worked so hard”. I just gave her $5 in a total shock and oft. This was a total customer harassment and they should not treat customers like that.

This is Thai massage and not the traditional American massage. Massage therapist put a lot of work here to get their clients feel better. This place is just OKAY! Its great for the price & the fact that you can just walk in & get a massage right on the spot. They dont speak much English so sometimes its hard to understand what theyre saying. They are all really nice & do their best to accommodate you. But I hate that the beds & tables are so close together and there isnt much privacy. Its inside the food court at the mall so it can be a little awkward but it can still be relaxing. I will definitely be going back since my favorite massage place gets so booked up & I cannot go a week without a massage!

Me and my fiancé came here for a couples massage because there was a great deal on Groupon. The staff are very friendly, there is no appointment needed, and we left feeling relieved of tension. The person who massaged me was a little rough, but I believe my body was really achy. The foot massage was my favorite because I stand on my feet a lot.

Got a full body massage. It was just ok I guess it depends on who you get. I paid full price no coupon or groupon, with cash after I tried to pay with card they told me they prefer cash.... gee wonder why. I tipped 10% even though it wasnt all that great. my real problem was she demanded a bigger tip, true story I could not believe it!!I will be going to the other massage place in Tuttle for now on.

I stopped in for a massage while out shopping in Tuttle Mall on 11/4/19 with a friend and decided on a foot massage. The person who did my massage Xiao was excellent and made sure that I was comfortable during the entire massage. I usually have trouble with my bad right leg but I felt much better after getting the massage and wanted to write a review! Will be back soon.

I’ve been coming here for years. I have to drive to the other side of the county to get my massage is here but it’s worth it. They get your pressure points to get the muscles to release. In the past the doctors going to do surgery on my shoulder here they relax the muscles and I have full range of motion again.They use acupressure So they do hit sore spots on your body that you didn’t realize you had, when they get done you’ll feel so much better

As a medical student, I spend over ten hours a day studying resulting in severe neck and back pain. The manager has done a fantastic job of releasing my tension and relieving what was starting to become chronic pain. Since my treatments, I have felt much better. The massage is intense and is not like a typical relaxing spa day, but if you have real chronic pain, they can help!
