The BEST smoke shop I’ve ever been to … and I travel the country every weekend and need to re-up on cables every so often. The inventory, the customer service, the devices, the EVERYTHING. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who’d ask. HEAD ON OVER !!!!

Small shop with a lot of product variety. Nice and knowledgeable employees. A bit out of the way, but its nice.

Choosing this location was the best decision ever made. The price of the vape that I purchased was surprisingly great! The business owner was very kind!! I will be returning here when I come back through GA.

Great staff and products. They don’t sell counterfeit goods like some of the other shady stores. Been a customer for 5 years and never been disappointed.

They are experience in the market of vape and juice you put in them and have been around a bit longer than some others. Very helpful and friendly . Reasonable pricing too

Great selection of products, from quality budget mods and American made e-juices to exclusive products that only a select few top tier retailers are premeditated to offer their customers. I can think of no other vape shop that has a more knowledgeable and friendly staff. If you are thinking of switching from cigarettes to alternative products stop by at time other than peak busy times, and I assure you that it will be time well spent

Its been a while since we have needed to head to a vape shop. The one we had gone to before was closed. So I checked the next closest shop, Rivertown Vapor. The owner was very courteous and helped us out. We were there for almost an hour, Im sure bring super annoying, but he was very patient and kind. I highly recommend you visit this shop! Prices were good too.

Great hardware selection, coils always in stock for their hardware, great juice selection, and fantastic employees.5 stars all day long.It took me a long (it felt like) minute to quit cigarettes, bit I finally have, and its so much better now.Yall got me reliable hardware supply, and juices that do what I need, and Ive finally quit cigarettes after 26 years.Thank you.

The best lil vape shop in Columbus!! I’ve been going here for about 6 months now. Infrequently at first and the last month or two it’s the only one I will go too. It’s tucked away, but not out of the way. Centralized in northern Columbus. They have great quality products. Their customer service is outstanding. We need more stores like this in town! Thank you guys!!

Great selection of hardware and the largest selection of juice in town. they have every single flavor laid out for you to test without having to ask for them. Owners are really nice and helpful. Dont be afraid to go in this shop inexperienced in vaping. I know a lot of places can be intimidating and condescending to new users, but not this place.

Ive been visiting here for the past year. Ive never found a reason to go anywhere else. Good product selection. Good prices. Most importantly, good customer service. I always feel welcome and like a valued customer. If youre in need of a vape shop I highly recommend this one.

I love this place. This is the only vape shop that I go to even when traveling I get all my supplies before I leave so I dont have to go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They know what they are doing here, there is never any pressure for sales just exactly what I need and want.

This is a very small vape shop. I almost didn’t see it as I had to drive around to the back of the building. He was very helpful with helping me make a selection. I will be back!

One of two (the other is vapor craft) that I visit regularly. Im not sure how Columbus supports as many vape shops as it does considering they dont support much else other than restaurants. Its a very competitive business to be in but this store has always went above and beyond. The store itself is a little off the beaten path, but it is worth tracking down if you havent been there.

The guys who runs this shop is a scumbagHe literally lied to me about the Resistance on the pods I needed just to sell the only pods he hadWill never do business here in the future

I bought a brand new in the box sealed smok vape pen but the whole top piece was defective from manufacture. I had more juice leaking that vaping. I went back to the shop a couple times and they did everything they could to fix the issue. Bottom line the entire top piece was broken so they replaced it free of charge. Really great guys that work at this place. Best customer service. I highly recommend !

Epic. Best vape store in Columbus! Friendly, patient, typically not a long wait time. The juices dont change, they are good when you buy them and STILL good four or five days later if you still have some left. Doesnt have that perfumey taste. The store is a decent size, and the employees are cool as well. They offer just about everything Vape w/fair prices, plus sodas. The store is hard to see because its on the back of the building, but once you go once, you wont forget. Oh and they have their points system too. I love this place.

When I first got in to vaping the staff here was vary knowledgeable and taught me how to build coils when they had the time. I also seen the prices on mods and was very impressed that they were reasonable I can honestly say its the best shop in town and pretty much the only shop I go too now. Id recommend coming by and see for yourself I promise you will not be disappointed

I live in north Alabama. But I come to Columbus a lot and usually try to make it by here. Great selection of juices and hardware. And the staff is not only really cool, they are also very knowledgeable.

I called the store to see if they had a part to my vape I needed. They didnt. But, Mike went above and beyond. He went online and found the part I needed and sent me the link. Very friendly service!

Not my usual shop but it is closer to me so I decided to drop in to see if I could find anything new. I was hoping to find a particular juice line but they didnt carry it. I was, however, given several great recommendations by the employee (asian guy, long hair). Great customer service here. The selection of mods/attys is a little slim, but thats pretty much true for any shop in Columbus, unfortunately. They do carry Ni80 and flat wire which is a huge plus since I havent been able to get any locally in a while (Im looking at you, Buckys and Vaporcraft).Location is a little hard to find from the street (its on the back side of the complex, where you normally would think is for deliveries behind the building) but definitely worth seeking out. This might be my new go-to shop.Id also suggest bringing your RDA along if you dont normally use one, lots of juice you can try, but its all in bottles, so its convenient to put a fresh wick in an RDA and try a few out if youre looking for something new.

Best Vape Shop in Town !!! I love the owners , employees , the large variety of flavors , and the Customer service I receive when I go there. Its a weekly routine for me and I always look forward to my trips there.I get treated like a princess when I go there and its not because of me its the quality of service they give. I wont go anywhere else in town and I will always recommend RiverTown Vapor:)

Guy with shoulder length black brown hair and big disc ear rings was extremely rude. Asked about x4 coils Told me they were out. He said they had the single could so I asked him how they perform. He told me they are coils, they all work the same. Then I asked him for a different coil. He got up, got them and through them across the counter at me. He then walked away to help someone else. There was a young girl working at same time that said nothing about the strange behavior. I am used to vaping snobs in stores but not people that are flat out rude. Very disapointing. Much better service elsewhere in town.

Rivertown Vapor is the exact opposite of so many of the shops out there. No bogus liquid, Great group of guys there who are very helpful. Before the regulations all the initial jewels I learned about rebuildables and hybrid mods after switching over from tanks kits etc was from these guys. Michael is a truly good dude. If you like custard flavor look no further their standard is bar none in its own class.

Out of all the shops Ive been to in columbus (Ive been to all of them) this is my favorite. They have a great selection of juices with a tasting bar. If you have a dripper bring it with you so that you can just drip test. They made me a 1mg nic fluid simply because I asked if it was possible. No extra charge, they just did it. Good selection of parts pieces and everything you could need to vape. The best part is the people. Very helpful, friendly, and ready to answer any questions or just talk.

Very nice people didnt know to much on vaping but they set me up with a good price and has a really good reward program to so thats a good bonus

They had everything I needed. Coils for one of my tanks, a replacement glass for another, and a drip tip for a different tank. The first two shops I tried didnt even have the coils.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable.Im new to vaping, so it was nice to be able to make an informed decision on what to buy.

The service was okay, but the prices here are absolutely ridiculous. Bought a 30ml bottle for $30 and a tip for $8, unreal. The same bottle of juice online is 16.95 with free shipping. Won’t be going here again

My vape kept stopping after one day. He replaced once but when I took that one bad he said he fixed it but it wasnt

I went into the shop to purchase a vape and the chick in the store wasn’t helpful at all. I’m asking questions about different products and she wasn’t explaining anything. She was rude when i asked questions and not helpful!

Pac was extremely helpful and efficient. I find that I occasionally encounter seedy folk when going into vape shops, however this was not the case.
