Best smoke shop in town, excellent customer service and great deals on lots of the product. I enjoy engaging with the workers each time I go in and purchase an item. I want to give a 10 star rating because they are seriously that good, all of the weed products are also great too and I highly recommend everyone come here and shop, these guys really have it going on.

Went by Friday (Veterans location) to get coils for my wifes vape, and told the person the ones that I needed (showed him the box of the old ones). He grabs two, rings me up and I go about my business. When we get home my wife is about to change her coil out only to find out that these are not the correct ones.Go back on Saturday about 5pm tell the person working what happened and when I bought them, and he starts to question me like I am trying to get over on someone. Then he tells me there are no refunds or exchanges even when they (not the person working Saturday) make a mistake, and that I should have ensured I was given the correct ones.Is it not your job to make sure the customer is given the correct product they ask for, even more so when they bring the old box in to show you.So I am out of almost $16 for two coils that I cant use, then almost $9 as I needed to buy a new one.Did not catch the name of the person working Saturday about 5pm, but if that is how the employees treat customers I will never step foot in the store again, and will recommend that others do not also, as no customer should be treated like they are trying to get one over, or lying. That is not customer service.

This is my favorite smoke shop, they have a huge selection and are always stocked, the customer service is also amazing. Everyone already knows what I want when I walk in the door and they are on top of it. Best smoke shop in Columbus, hands down!

My fiancé worked at this location for literally three days and was fired for no reason. He organized everything in the back room and the boss lied and said he didn’t do anything the whole time and took the credit. Then to top it off, he refuses to pay him, we have called multiple times and he straight up refuses. Very unprofessional and straight up wrong!

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. They always have my favorite flavors in stock, with discount prices on many items. Theyve been my go-to vape shop ever since my first purchase from them a few years back. And I do highly recommend them to all my vaping friends and anyone whos seeking a pleasant vape shopping experience.

The gentleman who helped me out today was very knowledgeable and helpful, immediately knew what coils I was looking for and was very nice. Also had a cool hat.

Wide variety of vape juices, but i dont like that the prices change on the same product depending on who rings you up, it can be a difference of $5 or more.

The lady working at the veterans parkway store was so incredibly Rude!I bought 2 different gummy’s she recommended and they were all bunk! None were brands I have ever heard about and they all had zero effect.Best THC Delta 8 and Delta 10 gummies zootey gummies.Zootey disposable, don’t buy that either.

I love the store on Veterans! The guys working this location are well versed in their products and extremely helpful. Ive never had a sale pushed on me, nor have I been rushed to buy something and leave.Ive visited the Macon Rd store once. Met the owner there, incredibly nice lady.Because of the sales associates knowledge and welcoming atmosphere, yall definitely have a reoccurring / loyal customer in me 🤘🤘🤘

Hours online do not reflect real hours as I was here at 10:05 and they were not open. I even waited 5 more minutes and the doors did not open

Once a great place and affordable. Went up on their prices A LOT and though I had a balance on their rewards card they owners ELIMINATED the card and any money on them. GREED seems to be the driving factor. I once spent 300.00 a month, every month...I will never be going back and have found online suppliers that are offering an equal product for nearly HALF the price. Thank you for your previous affordability and service. Being those two no longer exist I am now an EX-customer...

Great products and great staff! I love that the employees really get to know their customers and know what products we like. They also recommend products when I’m unsure about what I should get! Store is normally stocked well. Store is much larger than any other smoke shop Ive been to. All the employees are stoned af & its great! 2 black guys in there were the best and great employees. I got a couple CBD vape pens, only ones they said they had, and they blow. Each one lasted maybe 50-60 hits? I rarely come here but I always have a blast looking at their large inventory of 420 friendly items.

I’ve always loved this vape shop and mainly because the workers do remember you, but lately I only deal with Rob and he has been truly awesome he’s there. Were normally people would’ve already closed down five minutes till closing. He gets each person in order he make sure everyone’s handled quick with the best customer service interaction and that’s a rare thing to have these days! He never forgets to smile! Thanks rob!! He definitely deserves a bump in pay and to be noticed for holding it down as if it was his business.

This used to be a great store until we got jacked. Twice. The first time I got kratom in the big containers, they were both supposed to be green elephant. There were no stickers to show they werent messed with. They were only half full AND they were 2 different strands even though they both said green elephant. Then today we got charged full price instead of 50 percent off. A month ago we paid $37 for those 2 and thistime it was $67. They are dishonest and will price gouge. Beware before you buy. I will not be back.

Customer view:Smoke buddys probably has some of the highest prices in Columbus when it comes to anything disposable or THC related. Hookahs are reasonably priced as well as the vape mods.Employee view: TL;DR: Worked four days and didnt get paid for any of it.Sunny (manager of this shop, veterans Pkwy) employed me as a cashier. I worked my first day doing nothing but moving big, heavy boxes, basically warehouse work. Not what I was hired to do, but whatever.Second day he sends me to the Macon Rd location to train under Emily, manager of that location. I work there for the next couple of days, everything is going fine. She then tells me I have to start working between both locations, which was also fine. After that day she has not replied to me whatsoever.I talk to Sunny and he tells me hell get in touch with her. I hear nothing back from him as well.Basically I was laid off in the most immature way possible, being ghosted by my employer.

Well I was going through Columbus a few days ago, Im not from here but I saw the store smoke buddies and thought Id just see what it was about. Now one thing about products I expect is honesty especially from the owner..well he recommended this product called Good Gas. Some sort pf legal thc. I bought a 3.5 g jar and he told me its better than regular real delta 9. I was like ok. Well I got to where I was going an decided Id try it. First thing I tried to do was research it, couldnt find anything on it. 2nd thing I tried it and a good amount of it at that. Well by far sir that product is not what you advertised. Also its well wack and shouldnt be sold. Overpriced, doesnt day its tested, and definitely not hitting...Honesty goes along way and for the price and the affect I wont be back. But thanks and Im just being honest..

I have been to this location twice to browse and look for a certain product. Each time I got the long bearded guy with a head wrap, unfortunately. Both times he tried his hardest to be patient but was very condescending and dry. I explained what I was in search of in detail and he offered me one thing and said this was all he had. He explained this was all that companies are making which I know is a lie because I have been to other places as well. Prices are higher than other shops too. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I won’t be back.

Every time I go in there is some awesome experience. They will not give prices out over the phone so dont try to ask over the phone, which will be about the only thing I dont really like. But what I guess is either the owner or manager is super awesome and he will go out of his way to make sure you get the juice that you want, not just make you settle for what they have. They have great prices and you can earn cash back to use towards other products. The staff is super friendly they greet you as soon as you walked in the door and nine times out of ten theres always somebody waiting to help you and if not there right there at your beck and call as soon as they are done with the other customer. One thing I do like is unlike other vape shops in Columbus Georgia they do not charge you to try the juice or have to buy a tip or something. They have all the latest stuff and obviously keep up with new things coming out. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend this place.

The items they sell are counterfeit. I researched their labeling for different products and it all leads to a dead end. Very sketchy. Wouldnt trust any of their products. BUYERS BEWARE. :(

My Boyfriend and I had the pleasure of being helped by Autumn. Not only did she have great customer service, her suggestions were awesome. Although we are from a far a way state any time I’m in Columbus I will definitely be visiting. We spent a good 400 dollars on getting the right things we need.

I’ve been to this location several times. But today will be my last the workers are usually nice, I went to make a purchase and the guy rung up the wrong item. He went to get the correct item but it came up to the same exact total. Which doesn’t make since because there were different items and the prices were stamped on the product.They basically just charged me whatever they felt no matter what was written on the product. I really liked this place and the workers but I don’t appreciate how that transaction was handled.

Fair priced, there in the middle of a big customer appreciation sale where most items are on sale at half off.nuy excludes more common items like everything I went shopping for this day. Their employees are somewhat knowledgeable of the products they sell

Im new to the community here but, Ive been to many smoke shops in Texas, Florida, South Carolina and New Mexico. This is, by far, the best shop I have been to! The guys have phenomenal customer service and a fantastic selection of high-quality products. Smoke Buddys is the ONLY place I will be going for my vape/smoke goods while I am here in Columbus! You guys are awesome!!

Large variety of stock but very high prices. Also when i buy the same juice everytime i go back the price goes up. It went up 4 times in a row til i stopped shopping there.

This is my main stop for vape juice and coils. They have a large variety of juice, mods, and all the accessories needed to get you chucking clouds. They have a large selection of CBD. Tobacco pipes to fit any need. Tell them the guy with the beard sent ya! Still a great vape shop, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Turban man strikes again. Sold me a product that he said was good. But it’s like I bought air. It was horrible. False advertisement and liar he is.

These folks will steal your money. Be mindful, this merchant will offer to refund your money back when their products are defective but dont actually do. I had to place a claim with my bank to finally get my money back 15 days after these thieves where supposed to return my money back.

The owner is one of the nicest ,most down to earth people you will ever meet. And in this store has everything you could possibly need for all your bad habits.

Disposable vapes are priced at a 30% markup and come from unverified brands. They will sell you a vape and not carry any replacement coils. Staff lie and say products will come in that never do. Terrible customer service and a complete ripoff. Staff knows virtually nothing about their products

My boyfriend and I went in last month and a blonde female with gauges (I wish I remembered her name) helped us out. I was very new to everything and she was patient and explained to me what everything did and how much it would cost and what would be best for me seeing as how I wanted straight CBD and no THC. I wound up getting a vape pen and a CBD cart for about $30. Great experience. However when we returned on the 27th so I could get a refill on the cartridge and buy a new pen so I could smoke it at work safely- the gentleman who helped me was not so helpful and quite frankly rude. I walked in and told the gentleman that I was here for a refil on Pineapple Express (keep in mind last time I only spent $20 something on one and my pen was only 12.99) he tells me that today they’re buy 2 get one free and I tell him to throw in a package of cigarillos. When he rings me up he tells me the total is $109. Which didn’t seem right to me and I assumed that maybe what I got last time was also on sale and that’s why there was an increase in price. I told him to take the other two carts off because I still had to pay rent and that wasn’t going to work out. He then thought that was an appropriate time to crack a joke about where I worked and that “maybe I should find a different profession then than where I worked” he gave me a new total of $68. I gave him 2 $20s and paid the rest with my card. Which he laughed about. After I got in the car and set up my pen I realized it was so expensive because he didn’t give me the Pineapple Express CBD I requested he gave me pineapple blast DELTA 8.

Gave false information over the phone. I called ahead, was told they had my specific product, and drove an hour just to be made like it was my fault that I didnt know which of their employees told me that. Yall stop worrying about your side hustle out back and hire people who are competent for customer service sales. Will not return. Another customer lost to Amazon. Sorry.

I purchased an overpriced Bang Bubblegum ice vape at this store. Informed the employee that it was NOT authentic. The Bubblegum flavor vape was in a red container rather than pink and tasted like the Gummy Bear flavor. Employee had an oh well, you bought it attitude. I will never return to any location.

Highly offensive people that work there. I loved there prices but when the employees makes jokes at me and my friends expenses even after I exclusively told them not to. I will definitely find somewhere else to shop!!!

Huge selection of juice. Good customer service too. Shop is always clean and not full of weirdos lurking around like other places. I mostly order stuff online but most of there hardware isn’t as marked up as other places as well.

Ive been here several times just to get coils for my vape. The last time I went in the guy asked me where I bought my vape. He then treated me awful because I purchased it at another place. I tried to buy a bottle of vape juice that was on the $10 rack. He tried to charge me $18 for it. Just get your juice online. Its way cheaper. These people charge WAY too much for their products.

Be aware for dead vapes ! I purchased 9, they didnt give me a receipt and in 3 days all the vapes died! I came back in and they said I was lying, and only replaced 2 vapes. Ive done business here for 2 years and this is the last time I will step foot in these doors!

I recently went up there to buy a product, like story short they over charged me for it. I’m not wasting my time with the details because that was my last time coming here. They don’t charge you the right price for items, then they say they don’t have a receipt. Never again !

I purchased a vape from this establishment just yesterday (5/30/19) and the salesperson said that I would get a good hit from it and it was terrible. I called and spoke with someone regarding my experience and was told that I would get a discount on a new vape, but that I was stuck with bad one that I purchased. I was in the middle of a sentence (not cursing or anything) and I was hung up on. Worst experience ever and if I could give it a negative star I would!

While the customer service is fantastic and very helpful and selections are wide, the pricing is very jacked up for what it is. Going around to other shops I found that I could have saved around $30 on items I spent about $80 on here.

I visited Smoke Buddies and I was sooo surprised! I expected a simple vape shop but NO...THEY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU COULD NEED FOR SMOKERS, VAPERS AND EVERYONE IN BETWEEN! I found my incense, my butane for my specialty lighter (1.99), Atomizers, liquids and even other items I didnt know I needed. They have cigarettes, juuls (pods and new juul pod holders) I dont believe Ive seen prices anywhere that beats their prices! The owner is really attentive and friendly. This is your ultimate one stop shop!

The smoke Buddy’s on veterans pkwy sold a friend of mine some vapes that were leaking, had a terrible odor and refused to reimburse my friend anything for her defective vapes. We will be taking our money and time elsewhere due to this inconvenience.

We were provided with horrible service on 4/12/19 causing us to request a full refund for the products purchased and the funds have still to be refunded back to my account. There is no reason why a refund should take this long when the refund was for a debit transaction. I will proceed with legal assistance if this issue is not resolved asap.

Don’t shop here everything in there store is over priced you better off buying online these folks wouldn’t pay me my check for working for them this is not how you do business and there rude and most of there vapes don’t work

I bought a disposable vape from them today (pop extra) and it stopped working within a few hours. I wasnt anywhere near 1000 puffs, nor did I go out and share it with a bunch of people. I was puffing it occasionally at home. I tried to get them to replace it and they refused to, despite selling me a poorly functioning product. Obviously pop extra makes inferior products, but I shouldnt be left holding the bag for it.

Sonny helped me immediately and was honest. His recommendations were on point, super polite, and helpful. Prices are great! I will be coming back!

My main concern going in was not having to run into purchasing vaps as before with other stores was told by a lady and Sonny this would not happen. 2 weeks later the vape started leaking my cbd oil which I purchased the highest milligrams. So I took it back said it was the cartridge which only last about 1 to 2 weeks would last depending on how I vape. Well I have MS and seizures so its not a everyday kind of thing but at least 2 per week. And had to go back changed out the cartridge which I had to purchase and a new bottle of cbd oild. Please just help me find a vape that doesnt require this and keep leaking expensive product

Called this store they told me they had a buy one get one free. I drove 12 miles out of my way to find out it was Bs. The guy at the store was rude and not helpful at all. I will never go to this store again.
