Their merchandise is top shelf with so many things to choose from! I am a long standing customer and the service excellence they provide has never waivered! If you havent made the trip, I highly suggest checking them out! You wont be disappointed!

During my last visit, I picked up 4 bottles of SOHO. These bottles are very hard to squeeze. The person helping me suggested they I get a large, refillable bottle and put the SOHO in that. Well, I must say, this was the best thing I bought here. It is so easy-to-use.

Chris and Adam were great. Chris was very patient with all my questions, comparing products and deciding what was best for me. I spent about 30 minutes choosing a vape and a flavor. He looked up every flavor for me to give me details and see if it would work for me. He showed me how my device works. He was very friendly. When I got home and tried the flavor, I made it a point to call and thank Chris for helping me and to let him know that I was very happy with his customer service. Adam also helped and gave great input on the flavors. Thank you guys so much.

Way over priced. You can get the same products from a smoke shop for about 1/3 cheaper.

Friendly, however the vapes are very expensive, compared to what I normally pay. I was a bit surprised that their prices werent like most places in the area. I normally pay 19.99 or 2 for 35.00 for the breeze vapes. They were much higher and no deals. I happened to run out of mine and needed one so I stopped in and was kinda surprised on their prices.

This place is great. I expressed my concern about fake vapes being out there, and a gentlemen that looked to be the owner showed me to an American made vape brand. I tried it out and it was great. They offer a 24 hour warranty as well in case a vape fails on you from production. All around great experience. This place understands customer service while providing a good vape selection. Disposable, refill, thc. They also make their own juice which is super cool. House made juice is the best for sure, and you can be sure that only 4 ingredients are in it.

Really friendly and honest staff. The other day I picked up some gummies and their POS went down. They had to resort to an excel sheet with pricing on it and the item was a bit more expensive then it was the last time I went there. I’m a pretty laid back person so I just went for it and they told me if there was a discrepancy they’d make it right. I didn’t think much of it because I was content with taking the L but they did refund me the extra bit! Love the honesty.

I frequent numerous vape shops and most are closer to my home and some are cheaper, but this location has far and away the best selection and most knowledgeable staff that has always been able to answer any and all questions have, often questions that other shops have been unable to answer.

Love this location! Two particular guys work there almost everyday. One is short dark hair and the other is slim with long blond hair with glasses! These guys know their stuff and they are always so friendly! I tried other vaporfi’s in Columbus and didn’t get the experience I got from this location! I will always come here!

For me, nobody can compete with VaporFi (first time in 2016). And even if you cant get in-store, they have a website! For those of you that do go in-store, youre IN STORE for a treat (Im not sorry for the wordplay lol).Staff is always friendly and helpful, as long as you are acting respectably (leave a bad attitude outside). I keep coming back because I not only love their selection, but because I feel comfortable and even enjoy the atmosphere.Parking aint bad. It can get busy on some days, but theres parking on the side and back. I havent personally seen it that busy.Hours are convenient. Ive worked all kinds of shifts over the years but Ive never struggled getting my re-ups! Even if I did...website.Product selection is wide and varied and is always changing. Changing in a good way because there always seems to be something new when I visit.Cost kinda depends on usage. As far as affordability, I think theyre fine and I vape often. Id pay their price over a pack of smokes though. They do have a rewards program (points per $ spent system).Last but not least, if youve never been—pop in for a visit. You dont know what will catch your eye, until it does!

Always great customer service at this location. Prices are a little higher than what you may find online. But, you dont have to wait for shipping and if you have any questions, theyre super helpful.

Great selection of flavors and the staff is always super helpful. the large bottles are awful though. the design is terrible. I loved when the company first introduced them (bigger bottle, fewer trips to the store) however they leak horribly and if you screw the lid on too tight its a nightmare trying to remove it.

They are always willing to help if you need it and are very knowledgeable about vapes!!! They are also one of the only people who carry my juice and coils!!! There rewards system is definitely an extra plus!!! Definitely recommend!!

The guys at this location are great. Always super friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a variety of products as well. The prices are a little more here than you might find elsewhere but with these types of products there are so many fakes out there I dont mind paying a little more to know I dont have bootleg stuff like you might find at a gas station or corner store.

The employees of this store are most likely the best, and most educated of all those who serve for VaporFi, or any other vape store in the city of Columbus. I only go to this door, because the employees not only know what they were doing, but they don’t forget my name, and welcome me every time I come in by my name I’ve been coming to the store since it opened and I will do so until I am dead or they close.

This place is great. I’ve been vaping for roughly 7 years and have been to many vape shops and tried many different fluids. This place is the best and has the best fluid hands down. I say it’s the best because of the awesome staff. Every time I come in they are extremely kind, personable, and down right fun. They are also very knowledgeable and do not use pushy sales tactics. The flavor and quality of the fluid is top notch as well. I’m so glad I found a place I can rely on for a great product and great time! Oh, and I highly recommend the Stunt Juice flavor....it’s bomb.

Stopped in to Vaporfi on Saturday May 16th and was immediately impressed. The store has a great design and is very open! But even more important the employees were fantastic!!! Daniel helped me and answered all my questions. I had no idea how Vape worked or really what I was even looking for! Daniel was a great help, got me set up with a great juice that I was able to custom choose and a great new Vape set up!! The juice is super tasty and the set up was explained great and works wonderfully!!!Very happy customer and I WILL be back!!!

This is the only vape shop I would ever go to. Customer service is phenomenal and the shop is clean and professional. All staff are extremely knowledgeable and kind. Tbh if I could go work there for free I would. Put a cot up behind the counter and just live there. Fantastic 13/10.

Great Store...helpful staff and good selection of mods, juices, coils etc...

They were about to close, but let me in to grab a couple quick things. Way above expectations, and theyre always great with their customers!

First I have to say, I don’t leave reviews unless they are 5 star or 1 star. This Is one of the best vape shops in Columbus regarding overall knowledge of the industry. I’ve shopped all over Columbus, and yes there are many that stock more juice than VaporFi, those that have more hardware, and those that have the typical ‘Shop Guru’ but that isn’t what makes a shop the best to me. True and accurate knowledge is what makes it best, let’s face it, you can buy juice, coils and a new Mod at any of the shops. Tyler and his crew at Polaris VaporFi have done extensive research regarding not only hardware and juice, but also industry regulation in Ohio. They take pride in knowing accurate answers to your questions about hardware and hardware compatibility, and are willing to listen when you have new research to share with them. Also, on a side note, I don’t think they have ever told me one time that they didn’t have the coils I need.PI highly recommend making your next hardware purchase through them, Tyler is the manager and honestly, his staff is just as knowledgeable and some possibly more knowledgeable than him, plus if you’ve never mixed your own juice that can be fun also. Thank you team Polaris VaporFi for being consistently great all the time!!

Awesome store, great products, the staff has been amazing for the last two years then their was yesterday. I asked a new employee Spencer for the flavor of the month that was on the tv feed. He stated it was last months flavor. I was in the store 3 times in June and that flavor was never featured because I ask about the flavors every time I go in. I then asked about another flavor and ordered it. I came in today to exchange the juice, it tasted like menthol without the other two flavors in it. Spencer then with a cocky attitude tells me their is nothing he can do. I asked again to remedy the situation, stating that Ive been a loyal customer for years and he refuses to help. Easily the worst customer service experience of my life, if I treated my customers like that I would be looking for another job. I also offered to pay the extra money five dollars to get a non- flavor of the month. Spencer says no. I wont b going back to Vaporfi because of Spencer, Ive easily spent $1200 in the store and referred many other to check out the store. Send Spencer back to where he came from, he will probably cost the store customers.

I just went into the store to get some juice for my pod today... and these guys both went out of their way to make sure I knew all that they had to offer. They were friendly and made me feel WELCOME. From now on.. I will ONLY shop there. Not only did I feel welcome.. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. That’s the kind of sales that make you want to come back and spend all of your money. If I could give 10 stars I would.

For first time user they were very informational, helpful and great customer service. More than likely be going back there if this vape thing works out for me. But highly recommend.

The Wulf Next is a horrible product it gets too hot but since I opened it up to try the merchandise I paid for they will not refund or exchange it.I would never recommend or purchase from this company and think twice before you purchase from them as well

Great service. Was able to answer all my questions and provide great info to an adept of the vaping thing. Only dislikes were the high price of vaping juices. And I had to go back a second time because of a faulty product (battery charger). I will say, they did take care of me though. :)

Had shopped online before with vaporfi and loved what I got. After this crazy shipping laws went down I was stuck shopping at brick and mortar joints with no real success. Low and behold vaporfi has stores near me! Called to see if they had the coils I needed and was told that they were in stock and better yet the price was still around the online price. Went in they remembered me right away from our phone conversation and hooked me up pronto. Ill definitely be going back for all my vape needs. Thanks guys! Polaris store is A1!

I live closer to the Dayton location, but I prefer the Polaris location and it’s worth the extra drive time. The staff here is awesome and knowledgeable, especially helpful if you’re new to vaping. Would definitely recommend!

So, dig it. Me and a buddy are out on a quest for tacos. It was a dreary, windy day, and we had a craving. That has no real bearing on this review, but its what was going on.As were readying to head out, my buddy brings up that a mutual friend is goin through a tight spot, and needs to get some of that sweet, sweet juice for his vape. Being a kind soul, he proposes we help this friend out. I, equally kind, reply that I am down for this.You know who can always be counted on to come in clutch? The effin staff of Vapor Fi.My usual run is with Vapor Fi down in the Campus area, though I knew the Polaris location existed. You see, Tyler -- an excellent dude who Id first encountered at the Campus location -- got a promotion and changed spots to north of the Outer Belt a while ago. And while I will never not rib him for abandoning us down in the Short North, it couldnt have gone to a greater guy.( you did abandon us, tho, but its cool, Im not bitter, not at all ;) )I wasnt let down by our stop. Not even a little. Vapor Fis quality in the Columbus area runs strong, and Marko had us rung up and sorted in a snap. As always, it was a solid experience to drop in.Seriously -- We were in and out within five minutes, with no fuss at all.This was important, because, as mentioned, we were hangry for tacos.So, yeah! Excellent staff, excellent product, excellent usage of time, and.. Really, what else is there to say? I genuinely cant recommend this place enough, no matter which location you go to in the Columbus area.Keep goin strong, guys. Heart the effin bork out of you all. :)

Bought a novoX from the store, friendly & educated on the product and very clean environment. Having issue on the novoX, store staff looked into the problem, and swap out with the new one. Couple weeks later novoX unable to take the hit again. Go back into the store, they swap out another brand for me to test again. Wonderfully 5 stars services

Mike, the general manager there is extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. He has taught me so much about taking care of my e cig. I was having issues with it and he genuinly cared about the concern i had. Mike is the type of person that is perfect to be a owner or CEO Of a company.The only issue I have is with the tanks. It just seems though my e cig burns the wick very easily. I am trying everything I know in order for it not to burn as quickly. There super expensive and I have to change the wick 2+ times a week. Other than that, the stores great. Great employees, juices, and location.

Purchased Sourin pod which was defective but they refused to exchange it or refund my money.This is the second time I have shopped here, the first was for juice where the employee neglected to tell me the flavors were menthol. And again, refused to do anything even though aware it was employees mistake.

Both gentlemen were very welcoming. Both had smiles on their faces, and they answered all my questions very well.

One woman there is a complete word not appropriate for the internet. My worker, Christian, was polite and helpful, but this woman was a complete snob. Very rude. I wont be back again- the shop Advanced Vapor was very polite and courteous, combine that with better prices, and a variety of flavors and brands (vapor fi only carries THEIR brand, and THEIR flavors, which are other brands just rebranded for more money). I dont understand how politeness and friendliness is responded to with such crass behavior.

Once I got to work I realized I forgot my battery at home. During my first smoke break I decided to drive down here to see if theyd loan me one of their tester batteries for the day. The lady said no. I just think people could be a little more compassionate. The guys at my regular vape shop, Vapor Works would have done it, even for a stranger.

Spencer did a great job of getting me the correct coils for my vape after i was given the wrong one.He even went all the way out to hilliard to pick them up for me and got me a refund difference between the 2 coils.great service would recommend on coming here for all your vapor needs☺️

The stars are only for the welcoming and helpful staff and average tasting flavors over here. I kind of gave it a chance to this brand and the first time the flavors were good. But this time i bought two more flavors(peanut butter , graham cracker & tobacco) from here, and honestly it just feels very basic. There is hardly any strength in it. I tried all permissible wattage levels on my smok al85 but does not really gives me the satisfaction. In my opinion Great Vapes LLc is still the best vape flavors shop. Big mistake to experiment and waste your money. If you like a place and brand stick to it :)

They sell nothing but garbage. Do your homework and find a real vapor store independently owned. Their customer service is nonexistent. After they sell you their rebranded overpriced Kanger garbage they act like its you not the product. They sell you a vaporizer then stop making the burners so you have to get another one. They tell you it will not leak and it does. I took my last battery charger in 5 times because it stopped charging , all I get is another cord that fails after a few weeks. Did I mention its garbage????? I wish someone had told me before I purchased it I would NEVER have spent a dime on their products.
