I have enjoyed my experience with Massage Envy so far. I have had 3 massages over the past few months. Be Knowledge has been my massage therapist each time and he has been wonderful. He uses the perfect amount of pressure, assesses my comfort throughout the massage and I always leave feeling relaxed. I would highly recommend.

After a minute of greeting and assessing-she was able to massage away a lot of tension & knots in my body. Karen is an experienced Lead Masseuse -& an essential asset to this location for years.The table was warm -room nice a cool- everything spic & span.She was courteous respectful down to earth. The other complimentary staff exceeded my expectations in customer service.This location is conveniently located off the I 85 corridor exit 54

Very disappointed in the therapist. I was scheduled for a 90 minute massage but there was very little actual massage. At one point he held my head up -just holding it!- for at least 15 minutes ( started counting the songs being played.. I tried moving it with no change in his stance and my neck is now aching….thus is the first time I’ve given any kind of negative review. Normally my experiences with have been at least good but not this one!
My husband and I decided to gift each other a monthly membership for Christmas, and it was the best decision! We’ve had many massages with Vicki, Gilbert and B Knowledge, and they are all amazing!!!

The massage was great - one of the best ones I’ve had. My only issue was that I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time; they put me in a waiting room for 20+ minutes, so I paid for an hour massage that lasted about 40 minutes.
Gilbert is excellent at adjusting his technique to address the specific issues/areas that need focus. He has consistently provided massage therapy that meets or exceeds my expectations.

Booked appt with confirmation on Massage Envy site and got confirmation of 85$ 1 hr massage. Then was told “web site was messed up” and wanted 145$! After discussing they did end up honoring the booking price. There was no “relaxation with massage. The therapist started hard and fast, did let up on pressure when I asked. Unless you are willing to join a monthly plan, they will continue to lose business over pricing! I will not be back.
I was truly expecting with this being a franchise massage company that the quality and cleanliness of the place would be better than it was. I truly regret my husband spending money on a gift card for this location and me having to use it. I will definitely be reaching out to corporate as this was absolutely disgusting. Lotion, dripping off of the wall like it was paint pouring down it. What appears to either be mold or paint on a wall (who knows as I didn’t get that close). The nastiness with the bed’s mechanical parts that I noticed right off the bat when I laid my head on the headrest. One picture will show the caked on amount of dust on a wall that someone attempted to clean yet they obviously were not tall enough to clean the entire wall.
First, I was supposed to have a message with a woman. He was nice and listened when I told him it hurt. He did not message where it felt good. He would find a point on my hand or back and poke it for what felt like eternity and then find another spot. I said ow out louda few times. The last part was just him holding my head awkwardly raised to where I couldnt take it anymore and told him it was hurting my back. He lowered my head, just holding it for a few more minutes and then said the session was over. It was not comforting at all. It was disappointing and painful.
Sydney was excellent, and my microderm infusion was so relaxing! My skin is so smooth!
A facial should be more than 30 mins. Only face was touched. No neck, arms shoulders were massaged. I was asked to leave my shirt on. Never had a facial done that way. Ripped off for $80+. Two stars only because I dont know if it was her or the franchises rules.

I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with BeKnowledge, and he applied great pressure and had me feeling like a new person after just one massage. I will definitely be back. If I had to give a recommendation to Massage Envy as a whole, I would request that they provide their massage therapists with warm/hot massage oil/lotion as opposed to the cold. It’s not as relaxing.

The massage I received from this location had to have been the worst massage I have ever received, if that’s what you want to call it. For $85 I expect quality. I did not receive a massage but a very light rub down. I’m pretty sure she rubbed my scalp for 30 minutes and she fell asleep several times during my “massage”, dozing off with no movement. When they checked me out up front I asked them if anyone had ever mentioned her falling asleep during their massage and they responded with yes….. I am shocked that they charge people full price for someone who has obviously had other complaints and then tried to sell me a membership. lol, I will definitely not be back nor want a membership to somewhere that offers such poor quality and services. I never treat myself, but have been fighting migraines and decided to book a massage. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Something needs to be done about the management at this location. Friday was my birthday. My wife and I were scheduled for a 2-hour couples massage. I got a text message saying that my massage was canceled because the massage therapist was sick. Which I completely understand and is not the upsetting part. The upsetting part is when my wife called to see what we could do to both still get massages, she was met with the rudest and most unhelpful management shes ever encountered. She was hung up on, yelled at, talked down to, continuously interrupted, and completely disrespected. Mind you, we are Massage Envy Members, not just some person with a walk-in appointment being unreasonable. We had this appointment on the books for over a month.The Concord location would do absolutely nothing to help. So my wife called our home location where we originated our membership, and they bent over backwards for us. Between South Park and the Mooresville location, they were able to fit us in that day.What upsets me the most is the manager at the Concord location had the audacity to tell us we couldnt use our monthly appointment at another location because we didnt Cancel it correctly. When we called another location, we learned that was an absolute lie about how the membership and canceling an appointment works.When I asked her for the District Managers contact information, she gave me the wrong email address. Thankfully, the other locations were kind enough to provide me with the correct contact information.This was supposed to be a day where we relaxed and pampered ourselves. A wonderful day to celebrate my birthday.... so Massage Envy, tell me why.... why did my wife call me crying after dealing with your location?This is absolutely unacceptable. You are hurting your clients and your employees by acting this way. We will NEVER return to your location. Id rather drive 40 minutes out of my way than deal with this again.
I have been a member of Massage Envy since 2015. Ive been through a lot of staff changes and many different massage therapist. I luckily found the best therapist ever, Ms Karen. She is amazing! She listens to issues and does her very best to really make an impact on them. Ashley in the office has always been nice with a smile on her face. Always willing to take the time needed to book out the months and months I schedule out. I am thankful that Ive found a great place to go with employees who care.

Its cleanThey are politeI wanted a good massage from the crossfit I was doing and I need specific areas worked on. My thighs are very tight and it started to pull on my lower back so I definitely explained to Jennifer all this. She said she didnt do deep tissue witch I understood because I didnt specifically ask for a deep tissue. She said she only worked at a medium..... to be honest her medium is softer then a medium. And if your a massage therapist you should be able to do harder then a medium. Not a deep tissue but half the time it just felt like she was pushing a roll of dough and not actually kneading It........ I felt forced to accept my massage and just pretend like I was enjoying it because she already seemed awkward and uncomfortable from the start. She lacked confidence and real understanding of the body and what people need when they are muscle Injured.... I paid 90$! For an hour. This is ridiculous and Im honestly never going back. For 60 to 70 I would probably let it slide but for 90!!!!$ . On top of that we didnt start until 10 minutes after my time and she ended 5 minutes before my time so I actually paid 90 for 45 minutes. And she didnt get to work on the front of my thighs because she ran out of time , she did apologize for that but its not my job to help her manage her time. All she had to do was work on my lower back, front and back thighs and calves..... .... I see why this place continues to have a bad rating and it was my fault for not listening to the reviews
On this past Monday, September 4, 2023, I booked a 60 min massage for my wife for today at 3pm at the Massage Envy Concord location in NC. According to the website it stated the massage would be $85. I called on yesterday September 5, 2023 and spoke to the manager by the name of Bre to switch it from my name to my wife’s name because it was for her. Bre asked me what is my wife’s name and contact number. I gave her both per request and she stated ok she is all set for Wednesday, September 6th at 3pm. On today my wife contacted me immediately after the massage and said the total was $145 and I told her that is incorrect because on the website it says $85 and when I called to switch the name over no one stated the price would be more that what was listed. I immediately asked to speak to the manager and she stated it was because my wife had been at this location in the past 3 months so it goes up automatically. I explained to Bri I was not made aware of this and she stated the only way I would have been made aware if I asked. I asked her how am I’m supposed to asked for something if it was not on the website or even told to me? I never got an response. According to my wife who was present at the Massage Envy stated Bri admitted that there was nothing on the website about the price will increase if you been at a massage envy more that once in the past three months. I am highly disappointed how this transpire only because of lack of communication and honestly and feeling like I was scammed.
My star is based on this establishment HORRIBLE!! customer service I received when I got a rude voicemail from the office manager Nicole, I called to schedule an appointment for my 18-year-old son to get a facial. The lady name Bree that I spoke to told me she would need to secure a credit card payment on file in order to secure the appointment. Nevertheless, I told her I didn’t feel comfortable giving my card, but I will reach out to my son to see if he wanted to do it. I never called them back therefore, she called telling me we wasted their time. I’m not for sure how when she didn’t receive a credit card from me to secure an appointment, however, the way she went about it and her tone on my voicemail was out of pocket.. I definitely wouldn’t refer this office to anyone. On top of the fact that they never answer the phone. I went up there 2 days later to get the contact information for the district manager needless to say that didn’t happen and I still have yet to speak with anyone. At this point I’m over the establishment.

I contemplated for quite some time about writing this review because i like to give people some grace but feel others deserve to know about my experiences. Ive tried to overlook some things, however some things cant be ignored. I was absolutely mortified with the poor customer service I received from Aesthetician, Sydney Samuelson today. Her offensive and condescending tone, lack of candor and refusal to provide services are mind blowing. How can you refuse to provide services and the sessions I accumulated through.membership permit me to utilize these services. I think this unfair practice warrants legal consultation. Biased and discriminatory! Sounds like i should be refunded then for the sessions Ive accumulated through membership if you are refusing to provide services. Needless to say, I am awaiting follow up from the clinical manager, district manager and VP and I am hopeful they will do their due diligence and follow up with my concerns. I would be remiss if I didnt mention that Ashely has been helpful and listens when she is available. Also Karen Tucker provides amazing services, is professional, respectful and polite. However this location could benefit from soft skills training, particularly communication skills specifically with people of color. The practices regarding memberships should be revamped. I also dont like feeling pressured to provide gratuity and if I do, the amount recommended is based on how great I feel the services were. That in itself is tacky and unprofessional. Its arrogant to assume that everyone has $20 for gratuity but if you chose to give less that it means the service was not great. The amount i pay for the actual service should be enough. I hope all sites dont have these issues but now understand why I was contacted about a class action lawsuit. I honestly cannot wait until Ive used my sessions so I no longer have to do business with this establishment. There are enough complaints here, most of which are similar, that this needs to be addressed publicly. Accountability is a must!
I have had a few good massages here so am giving it 2 stars. Overall the customer service at this location is quite poor.Editing post with more info after receiving a reply to teach out to local franchise:I am trying to cancel my membership. Like I mentioned above, I have had some great massages here, but this location has gotten more and more difficult to schedule and half the time lately when I did finally manage to get a massage scheduled it has been with someone who could not do a deep tissue like I specifically request. Once I was even blamed for the error because they said they I did not leave contact info, even though I have been a member for a year and had called that morning to confirm my massage. It became more and more stressful to get a massage.I asked how to cancel 2 months ago and was emailed some paperwork and told to email it back which I did promptly, yet I continued to get charged. I then hand delivered the paperwork and was told it was taken care of, yet I continued to get charged. Since then I have emailed twice, emailed using the portal twice, and called several times. No one ever answers, I have left at least 3 messages and have not heard back. I sent an email to the corporate customer service and was told they could not help and I needed to contact the franchise. It is not at all helpful to be told once again that I need to contact the franchise that is completely and utterly unresponsive!!

I was gifted this massage. I arrived 3-5 minutes late for my appt. When I arrived the receptionist (Bri) was very pleasant and kind. Once I got to the back with the massage therapist “Ms. Kelly,” whose demeanor was very rude from the beginning! she asked “so what are we doing today? What areas are we doing?” I told her the areas I was concerned with and she continued “so you just want an upper body massage?” And I’m like “no a full body.” She continues with a snarky tone, she continues to make me feel uncomfortable to the point I couldn’t even undress because I felt so uncomfortable. I sat there for a moment and thought about the energy of touch and having someone like that massage me who is clearly not wanting to do the massage. I decided not to undress and requested a full refund.I will say in a service industry where you are touching people in a vulnerable state (alone in a room, undressed), ensuring they are relaxed and comfortable is priority! I was not made to feel safe or comfortable with Kelly.I will not be back. It seems they are only supportive of a particular group of people, and clearly I wasn’t one of them.

I had an appointment at this place. When I arrived, no one was there. Waited thirty minutes and no one showed up. No explanation or anything. So, I cancelled my wifes appointment for later that day. They charged my credit card $75 for not giving 24 hour notice of cancellation for my wifes appointment. But they arent required to give me any notice AT ALL! Very unprofessional. Cost me an hour of work and stole $75 from me. Ill never use this company again... ever.

As Massage Envy’s prices continue to increase their services do not get better. The price increases do not get passed to the therapist and they have availability issues all the time.I’ve attempted to cancel my over two year membership and have not heard back but was certainly charged again after completing their required paperwork.Extremely disappointed.
Poor customer service. Waited for over 30 minutes for a facial while employees walked by me sitting alone in the quiet room. No acknowledgment, nothing. So I proceed to walk out to the receptionist to find out what was the hold up. No apologies. Just smirks. Ana was sitting in the break room eating, talking about I cant do a 60 minute facial right now I have other clients coming. Then they proceed to try to book me for another day. Im furious. I just walked out. This review didnt even deserve the 1 star. Stay away from this place, unless they hire mature and competent workers. Extremely unprofessionaI. There are plenty other places that offer facials, especially for women of color. Go there and save yourself the negative experience bc I didnt think they appreciated my business anyway.Update: Called the store and spoke to the assistant manager. Offered a free service for her employees lack of customer service skills. Im pleased with her ability to rectify the situation so shoutout to (I forgot her name)
I paid for a year of service, barely used it. Did not check that I wanted to renew, they charged me the full 845 and renewed . When I went in to talk to them, front desk was very sweet. But BOTH Manager and Assistant Manager are on vacation at SAME time. So now, I have to wait a week for one or both of them to come back, wait for them to then do a refund and then wait 7 to 10 business days for said refund. I am looking at 3 weeks of being short 845 dollars . Ridiculous .
I have been calling for 3 days to make an appointment. Left my name and number on the first day & have not heard back at all. I was trying to book to appointments as a gift for a family member & myself. I live out of state so I only had a week in the area. I even tried to make an appointment online but that doesnt work either. I go to Massage Envy all the time I my home state and have never had this type of experience.
This is the worst massage envy. You cannot guarantee an apt, ever. I can’t count how many times I have confirmed an apt then arrived for them to say the person called in sick, stuff is broken, or I’m no longer on the schedule. You are never compensated for the inconvenience. If you miss an apt you are still charged but if they cancel, no penalty. But you won’t make the schedule for weeks. Turnover is high here too. The massage therapists are always leaving. My husband was supposed to have an apt today which I confirmed last week. He called to confirm today and they said they didn’t have him on the schedule. They also said he wasn’t a member. Really? We will never return here. I encourage you to find another location to give your business to.
I am only leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because the time where I was there was a good experience. However trying to cancel the membership I no longer use or afford has been EXTREMELY difficult. I have been in contact with customer support AND guest relations where they told me they would take care of it. They communicated that they spoke with the location and the location claimed to have e-mailed about canceling. Which they hadn’t. I did this a few times and still month after month kept getting charged. I also got an e-mail from guest relations claiming it was resolved, and they still charged me. Finally, I was able to get ahold of a front desk member who was very helpful and e-mailed me a cancellation form. Which I was not told I needed to fill out until this occasion. I was e-mailed and called by the location manager who wanted to speak with me. After all of the trouble, I e-mailed back and just asked that they please cancel my account because I simply couldn’t afford it anymore. I also said that I didn’t want to have a conversation about it and it just needed to be canceled because I had become so frustrated with this process that I didn’t want to talk on the phone and become irate or rude. I did not receive a reply to this e-mail and they are still charging me!
Everyone I have used here since moving from Atlanta has been very good. Wish I had all their names to write down. Most recently used Martha. She did an excellent job and was very careful and compassionate with me. I had recent neck surgery and had to stay in my neck brace and she worked on my arms and right shoulder (frozen shoulder). I appreciate their compassion and flexibility. I have used two other women and men and was trying to stick with the same person after my visit each time but was never disappointed by who I was scheduled with.
Now I have had 3 massages in two weeks. No problem with reservations. Totally Professional I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you staff for making me feel great about my membership. Come experience this for yourself and dont believe the negatives you read.
Pay no attention to the negative reviews here. Ive been going to this location for a few years now, and Ive always received stellar customer service! The staff are always knowledgeable and friendly, and the therapists are very professional. I think I may have gotten a call from them asking to reschedule once, but thats life. Things happen. Amazing location, amazing people. Highly recommended!
My mom has an account here and gave me several comp cards for prenatal massages. I typically would not come to a massage envy based on reviews and word of mouth, but I have the cards. I had a facial on February 2nd which was average at best. I would have been upset to pay the regular rate of $100. When I checked out, I scheduled a prenatal massage for a few weeks later and took the day off of work for a dr appt and massage appt. I show up and am told my massage was cancelled. They were not able to leave a voicemail when they called that morning. And also mentioned oh that therapist was not licensed to do prenatal massages anyways so we couldnt have seen you either way. The front desk staff is so rude and has no soft skills.Not sure if I will even continue to use the cards my mom gave me because the scheduling process and front desk causes more stress than the massage/facial is worth.
My 96 year old mother passed away on March 28, 2019 after several years of battling dementia and a broken hip along with other terminal issues. My brother, sister and I had been caring for her 24/7 for the last 10 years of her life. When we brought her home to her final resting place I felt getting a massage would help me greatly with all the emotional and physical stress of what I was going through.I am telling you this because first of all the massage that I had at this location on April 5, 2019 was so good that knowing I was going to be there another week I scheduled a massage for the following week, April 12, 2019. The therapist was extremely professional and pleasant.With the emotional challanges of my mothers funeral I unfortunately forgot I had an appointment until it had passed. I did not realize I had been billed $95.00 for the missed appointment until going over my credit card billing last week. I immediately called the manager of your location and explained the situation. I do understand charging a no show fee under normal circumstances. I asked that since I am coming home soon could they please at least apply some or all of that charge to another appointment. More importantly the receptionest who took my credit card for the appointment said nothing about charges for a missed appointment. The manager was quick to say with no hesitation that there was nothing she could do about it. So it appears that there is no consideration for any circumstances other than the all mighty dollar.Does this mean that the manager made this decision? Did corperate make this decision? Was there REALLY nothing she as the manager could do? I certainly do not know but I do know this is how you loose customers.I sincerely hope the owner of this franchise reads this.
I strong do not recommend! Worse massage ever!! This is my second pregnancy and I had many prenatal massage before, first time on this place, and I left with pain on my back and lower back that I had to come home and stretch to try feel better. I called asking if the person who massage me had any certification to do prenatal and they said yes. How come!!! Never coming back!!
I was cautious about coming here after reading some of the reviews. I am very glad I didn’t listen to the reviews because I had a great experience. I was greeted at the door and walked through the initial paperwork process and given a tour of the facility. I was asked what specific areas were causing me pain and was assured that they’d do their best to fix it. Heather was great and she really focused on fixing my shoulder. I left there not 100% better but I feel amazing and will return for further treatment! Thank you Heather

Ive had three different masseuses and theyve all done an amazing job. I highly recomend the active streching for anybody over 25. I never realized how tight I was until getting a good session here.
Received a gift certificate for the holidays and am in the process of trying to schedule an appointment, however, every place Ive contacted in the Charlotte area is telling me that they dont have any slots available for guest over the weekend and that they do have slots available for you if you are a member. I was at one point considering becoming a member but after this definitely not. Your guest would like to be treated in the same manner as your members. Massage Envy just lost a potential member.
Wouldnt even give one start for the front desk staff. Cancelled membership d/t no times EVER being available for members at mentioned at sign up. They didnt state that my membership applied to facials too. The therapists were awesome. HR needs to really work on front desk education!
My wife really enjoys massage envy. In the present climate it is hard to find masseuse who are available, and massage envy has a wide range of available masseuse in each of their areas. We would recommend them to anyone.
OMG... I have got to find another massage envy to go to it’s ridiculous that every time I call I cannot get a facial appointment except for weeks out because they only have one person to do facials. they went through this some months ago where they only had one technician then they hired a few, so I was like great!!! I’ll be able to get facials when I need them. NOPE! now they’re back down to one again this is ridiculous. To the person Who responds to these emails no need to do so, just staff your business up enough to accommodate your paying customers.

I love this place! I always use Karen for deep tissue. Ive been going here for months. Im from Arkansas, but I always save my massages for here. I travel to Concord monthly just about. Karen is very fluid and consistent. The receptionists are always sweet, and the manager is very friendly. I always feel relaxed going in and out. I have never had any unprofessional treatment or anything of that matter. Always pleasant coming here.
I would give zero stars if I could! I purchased a 1 hour massage for my wife as a Mother’s Day present for $95.00. I went online to give my wife more details about the place and saw the first time visit should be $55.00 so I called the Concord Afton location. I aske drhe lady for a refund however was told “that’s a grey area we use. “. I was told that if the person who sold me the massage wasn’t told it was a first time visit I did not qualify! The next worlds were “at least she has enough to cover gratuity!” I get I probably should have known it was $55 but I don’t expect dirty sales tactics from a massage business!!!! Very poor business model. Not a happy customer at all.

Horrible customer service! I took my sister there a few weeks back to have a prenatal massage & the rep shawtin (however you spell it) advised me it was going to be the new membership price of $45. When I was billed, they billed me for $95! I called the rep again to figure out why was I overcharged & she argued me DOWN about me agreeing to the $95. Even had an attitude about refunding me MY money. When we finally reached a settlement, she relunctantly said she would return my money & never did. Even went as far as to say “don’t expect it to be back immediately - it’ll take 3-5BD” & hung up on me! I went through my bank & had to dispute the transaction just to get the difference. Never again will I waste a dime in this location!
Always a good experience when I go. My only complaint is no one ever answers the phone to make an appointment. Ive been having to go to the Mallard Creek location the last few times because I literally cant get anyone on the phone. Ill go as far as to leave a message, and i dont ever get a call back. Its unfortunate because there are some good therapists there.
I loved my massage therapist. I think it is over priced and you can get a great massage with a cheaper price with the same experience at other massage places in Concord. Without having to join or pay the high price. I would go to the massage therapist I had again. But wouldnt go to massage envy again. Thanks

They are terrible!!! I took my mom for a body massage for her birthday because I take her to get a body massage every year for her birthday. I know I should of kept going to the same place I was taking her before. My mom always ask for them to focus more on her feet and back. Her massage therapist only focus on her neck shoulders and arms. I called to complain and they told me she must of found something in her neck and thats why she only did her neck. I was just so angry at their services and the prices they charge for their terrible service!!!# Dont ever go here
I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone! The office looked dirty. Three different clerks waited on me and no one in the office was professional. The massage therapist used some type of coconut location during my massage as she kept clicking the cap on and off as this was not pleasant when trying to relax. There was NO smell of aromatherapy. It would of been nice to smell Lavender, Jasmine, Rosemary, Sandlewood, Chamomile as these are good scents to relax to. Most salons use essential oils and the office has an amazing smell when you walk through the door. There is something diffently going on at this business.
Ive been coming here for years but the last thing I want during the first part of the cold season is a massage in a room that is so cold the therapists hands are cold. Cold hands arent relaxing. It was positively frigid in the room and even with the table warmer on, I wasnt comfortable. I love my therapist but if it happens again Ill be looking for another place to get my massages. Maybe my therapist will make house calls. I heat my home!
Worst Experience Ever! From the moment my fiance and I arrived we felt completely unrelaxed! We were asked to fill out paperwork, we started late, and although his massage started 15 mins after mine he finished 10 mins before me. One of the masseuse had a cold and coughed/sniffled over me for 60 mins.On top of all of this, my finaces masseuse, told him that she makes house calls gave him her personal cell number on her Massage Envy business card and told him to ask for Candy. Are you serious? Weve both cancelled our massage envy memberships!Stay Away. Spend your money on something worth it.
This is more of a complaint about the company in general but also the consumer service at this particular location. I sat on hold for awhile, after hearing an already irritated girl ask if I could hold but never waited for my response. When she came back on the line, I explained to her that I would like to freeze my account in order to catch up with my prepaids. She explained there were two forms. One in which I could freeze my account but can’t use my prepaids, and another form in which I can freeze my account, still use my prepaids, but I would have to pay THEM, $10 a month. Ooookay, so without paying them, how is one able to catch up? This is the biggest ripoff imaginable. Considering I have an entire year and a half of prepaids that I need to catch up on, I think I should have received a break. The girl was inflexible, irritable, and seemed to just want to get off the phone. On top of all this, I’m paying for hour massages but only getting 45 minutes massages. For some reason, they think it takes me 15 minutes to undress and lay on a table. Say what? And, forget trying to treat someone else to a massage...heaven forbid you ask for guest massages more than once every six months. The minute I catch up, I’m out. This place bleeds their customers dry and they have zero regard to loyal customers.

I received a gift trial from my husband for Christmas, but had not had free time to get a much needed massage. My hubby purchased it from the Northlake loc, which I love, but I was having a ladies day out in Concord and I wanted to get a massage with her there. I called and they were very courteous and informational telling me that I could even gift one of my massages to my friend. I was so happy. The massage therapist I had was Mike and man on man dis he treat me right Lmbo!!!! I have fibromyalgia, so Im in constant pain everyday. Mike made those painful knots melt away. He was also courteous and a great listener. I would recommended this Massage Envy location to anyone!
Be careful what you ask for!! A Deep Tissue massage from Ms. Star is just that!! Already booked my next appointment! It was much needed! This establishment is very professional!! I will most definitely be back!!!

I have tried multiply times to use this location. Recently I experienced booking an appointment that they questioned the gender but had a problem with me questioning the race. No difference to me. When I canceled they charged my card any way.
My boyfriend got this gift card for me. No where does it say it is non refundable. They had told him if I didnt like the $150 card I couId bring it back.. I can see if I bought it for myself but it was a gift. It is not something I would use. Im just not in to these things. Have tried it before and like other people I spoke with didnt like it. Some people love it and some dont. These people gave me the run around passing me around to Three different people and then i was supposed to get a call back and Never did. POOR customer service in my opinion. Then I had to go into Massage Envy because I had not gotten a call back and no answer.. went in and still no answer for me.. Finally got a call back and they said no they could not give me back the money. I wanted to re- purchase something I would enjoy. This is the first one star I have ever given a company in my life and Im almost 40 yrs old. I Would NOT recommend this company to a single soul. I dont care if they do have good services their customer service was horrible and from their other reviews looks like there are many dissatisfied customers. I WOULD rethink before using this company.
Scheduled an appointment for my husband at this location and he was not able to make it but was still charged. The receptionist did not explain our card would still be charged if we were unable to make it. I was hoping the manager would atleast let us reschedule but she did not. Absolutely terrible service from manager and receptionist.
I really like Massage Envy! And all the masseuses that I have had. I just wish it was a little bit cheaper!! Plus I didnt realize that when they talked me into signing up as a member that I wouldnt be able to cancel my membership until I had been a member for a year. I really felt like I was tricked.

This location does not answer the telephone, ever. I have had 3 appointments booked and then the therapist cancels. It takes forever to get in touch with anyone or to schedule an appointment. I will be cancelling and taking my business to another location .
This place is ran like a make shift business. I have never once been able to call as a member and set up an appointment with out calling at min of 4 times and leavijg voicemails. Ive expressed my concerns to management multiple times over the past 2 years and it has never changed. Not sure why Im suprised that ive called 3 times this am to set an appointment and and still not been able to get anyone on the phone. Frustrated doesnt even describe it..
