Veronica was amazing! I still have some soreness but that is because she had to get through all of thestress in my shoulders. It was all expected. That let me know she knew WHAT she was doing, soreness but no pain! She was excellent! And she thoroughly explained the wellness plan she gave me.

Azucena is awesome@ very knowledgeable and courteous. Shes an excellent therapist for hard to deep tissue. She always gives great tips for hydrating, stretching, and relaxation. I wont go to anyone but her. She knows the right amount of pressure to apply based on client needs.

Yesterday I had my first facial at Massage Envy (I didn’t know they offered facials). Shelby was my Esthetician and she created a pleasant and relaxing experience. I enjoyed the products she used so much I bought a couple of favorites to use at home. My skin feels so soft, moisturized and glowing. I’ll definitely be returning on a regular basis.

The intro price is reasonable and the front desk staff is nice. Two stars only for the front desk. They were great. I booked last minute massage. My appointment was 3pm. I layed in the bed for about 10+5 minutes to change waiting for the masseuse. I looked at the time he started at 315. And he ended at 3:55pm. So he cheated me about 20 minutes at the end of the day. His phone also kept going off. The massage itself was not great no pressure at all. I asked 3 times for more pressure. I would never come here again….i don’t recommend this place to anyone.

The online scheduling was so easy to use. I made an appointment with Kendra and she was amazing from start to finish. She was very accommodating about the areas I wanted more work on and what I didnt. She was comforting and made the experience very relaxed. The overall environment is soothing and calming and had several amenities. Definitely going back!

This was my first time at Massage Envy, and I was so impressed !! A friend recommended that I book an appointment with Azucena V., and she was the best !! I got a deep tissue massage with specific areas of focus. I left feeling like so much tension had been released in my neck and shoulders. Days later I feel “looser” and free from stressed muscles. Highly recommended !!

Richard was PHENOMENAL. Not only is he a talented therapist, but he took the time to educate me on how I can get the most out of my massage at home as well. Highly reccomend Richard as a therapist. I will be back!! Also, the front desk staff were SO PLEASANT and helpful. They made my first appointment here such a good experience. :)

The front desk staff are great. Michelle specifically was so sweet. I had nerve issues in my neck/shoulder for about a month to find out (after a killer massage) that it was severe muscle tension. Thanks Irvine, you the man.

Wish I could say how good it was but I always find myself losing time with how relaxing the massages are. They have different therapists and some dont seem to stay long, so find one you like and hope they dont leave. Mine is Veronica.

Had a facial with Jenna. She was great, talked me through everything she was doing and very meticulous about attention to detail. She also recommended some products but no sales pressure. Would book again with her.

Massage was ok. Sadly, he forgot to spend the last 15 minutes on my head and neck. He was very nice. I have had more than hundreds of massages all over the world. Massages need to be spiritual and comfortable.

My 90 minute massage was actually only 70 minutes. Not sure how they calculate time, but when you schedule and pay for a 90 minute massage and only get an hour and 10 minutes makes you think twice before rescheduling another Masage. Everything else was good.

Tim did a Wondeful job, he really lestined to my areas of concern and he was able to costomize the massage to fit my needs. I felt really good after the massage and in less pain. Overall I’m very happy with my experience, ans I have made another appointment with him next month.

Had a lovely facial yesterday. Geri made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She was gentle and the products used make my skin feel plump and soothed. Pores felt less congested post treatment as well.

Richard was Amazing he found all my knots and imperfections with ease. He can visualize the muscular skeleton and magically force the demons (Knots) out. Hes very pleasant to talk to and lets you express your feelings but will also leave you to rest if you dont want to hold conversation. The Best Massage Ive had!

Booked a 90 minute massage and needed to cancel but could not reach anyone on the phone. I sent a text that I may need to cancel and want to ask if I would be charge, if so I would keep the appointment. Later received a message my appointment was canceled. I tired to confirm if Iwas charge and if so I didn’t want to cancel I would make the time work. Finally spoke to someone who was very rude and confirmed if I couldn’t get there I was going to be charged. At that point it was too late. At this point, I was beyond frustrated and more tense than I was before. Very disappointing

Had a 60-minute facial with Janelle and enjoyed it so much I made an appointment for my hubster. I was surprised how it relaxed me all over. Hes a little apprehensive to get a massage so the way Janelle worked her magic will be great for him. Im pretty sure I feel asleep twice. Shes okay with talking or not talking and answered all my questions. Only regret was not booking a 90-minute session, will not be making that mistake again hahaaaa..

This was my first time at massage envy and I had a massage by a wonderful young lady named Jasmine. She did amazing and was very gentle. I was very scared at first, but I came out feeling amazing. Definitely going back again with her

Best experience . Clean place, staff really care for what they do. Unlike the first location I went to in Clayton. That one they need really educated on customer service. the front office African American lady I encountered was rude! She needs to know that if it’s not for customers, she would not be getting a paycheck. Don’t judge by my looks or my accent.

I went and got a message last night at message envy in the Willows, and my Therapist was Sabrina. She was one of the best that I’ve had at ME. I would definitely book with her again.

M is a fantastic therapist. She hit all the spots I specified and I definitely felt better after the msssage. The front desk staff were very friendly and personable. A very enjoyable experience.

It was my first time coming to this location. From the outside the location looks small. However when you go inside where the massage rooms are, it is actually quite huge. I love they have a coffee and tea location using a keurig. The waiting area was very clean and tranquil. I used the restroom and it too was very clean. They even supplied you with hand lotion, q-tips, wipes, etc. Also they have a lot of therapists. When I asked Dominique (front desk receptionist) about which therapists were very good she listed a lot of names. So that was nice to know. The Therapist I had was Tim. Since it was my first time I wanted to see how the massage would go so I just said I wanted a once over. No particular area to focus on. I have lymphedema in the legs and feet. I did say I wanted a light massage and Tim did not disappoint. Plus it was good for the lymphatic system. Tim paid very good attention to this fact because he began massaging my feet and I thought I had died and went to heaven! It felt sooo good. When I turned over and he gave me a neck pillow. I was like is the champagne and strawberries coming next! I have never had this type of treatment before. I felt valued as a member. So needless to say I re-booked him for a 90 minute. This session was 60 since it was my first visit. On my next visit I will be looking for the champagne and strawberries. Lol!

I suffer from migraines and use monthly massages as maintenance for tension release. I highly recommend Hugo as he is a knowledgeable and qualified therapist. He listens to my needs and modifies the session as needed each time.

Been having sciatic pain and pain from an injury, I’ve scheduled with Jasmina a couple times now and each time she has addressed my areas of concern. I’ve had these knots (scar tissue) since I was A teenager. I get regular massages and I like super deep tissue work. I had hands down the best massage I’ve ever had last night, and I’ve had some really great ones, by Austin. I usually leave massages feeling like I need a massage, but with Austin I leave feeling amazing and relaxed. If you like deep tissue work, Austin is highly recommended. Five stars all the way.

I had a very disappointing 90 minute massage. Online it said the therapist did deep tissue massage. So at first i thought he was just warming up to deep. I finally asked him to go a bit deeper, but it was never deep in fact i wouldnt have even called it firm. By the last 30-45 minutes it felt like it was more like just putting lotion on me. I wonder, do the therapist do massages on each other? To me that would be a good way to determine everybodys strength and weakness.

The only reason I use Massage Envy is my masseuse, Angelenna 😇. She is empathic to my needs, a good listener and always tries to find a way to help relieve my aches and pains.

Everyone at this location was very nice; from the receptionist to the massage therapist. I scheduled a last-minute 60 minute massage due to a terrible tension headache. Austin was amazing from the beginning and helped me immensely. I feel great today with little to no soreness! Def recommend Austin!

If you havent been to Massage Envy you are missing out. They have great therapists that can help you! They also have estheticians for skin care. The front desk and therapists are professional and friendly. The waiting room is a relax space with supplies of water, tea or coffee.I go every month sometimes twice a month, especially when I have my neck and shoulder tightness.Ive also gotten a facial and they do a great job. They have products you can purchase in store.I have been a member for many years.You can join to be a member or come in when you can.You will not be disappointed when you go to Massage Envy.

Had another 90 minute session with Scott yesterday, who is exceptional. I have sciatica and also had very tight leg mussles due to a accident. Scott knows the trigger point areas to concentrate on. I always feel 100% better with no pain when hes done. He is always professional. Im definitely booking another session with him. Thank you Scott

I’ve been a long time member of Massage Envy. I’ve experienced some really great therapists and some that were just ok. I must say I one of the best therapists I’ve had in a long time is Austin at the Willows location. He does all levels of pressure and his massages are amazing. I always leave feeling much better than when I walked in. If you’re looking for a relaxing light to medium massage or in need of a deep tissue massage book with Austin. You won’t be disappointed.

Great massage with Veronica. Incredibly relaxing- I really was able to zone out. She’s really great at finding the spots that need attention and I enjoy seeing her.

Went in for a prenatal massage and none of the areas a pregnant woman aches in were focused on. My belly was not rubbed neither were my hips which was the whole reason I booked. I told the lady my arm aches and it was injured and she rubbed an area on it which hurt and since it made it worse and weak. So much I have to go to the chiropractor to see if they can help me. Overpriced when you can go to Asian massage places and get a full body massage for less. Wish I would have never went because now my arm is worst.

I have gotten services from other therapist and they were all great but Tim works best for me. He understands my pain and he really knows what the body needs to function optimally. I appreciate his professionalism and understanding of my needs. I live a sedentary lifestyle and it’s taking a toll on my body. Tim gets me back moving well!

My masseuse, Mike, was fantastic. Probably the best massage I’ve received at the Willows in recent years!However, when I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment, as requested, the doors had yet to open for the morning. Another customer and I had to wait until about 855 to be let in which was disappointing even though there were staff sitting at the front desk. Additionally, the greeting by one of the two front staff employees wasn’t as warm and welcoming as I would’ve hoped.I would suggest lowering the ambient lighting in the hallways as well. At that time all the lights were on in full force, and it felt a little bit like a doctors office.

Awesome massage from Charles. He focused on my upper back, neck, and shoulders. Great place to get a massage!

I always enjoy a great massage at the Willows Massage Envy in Concord ! The spa staff is friendly and it is so easily located in the Willows shopping center where I can get a massage or facial and also grab a bite to eat near by !Michael is one of the best therapist I hate to mention him he gets booked up so if you want a firm to deep or medium massage book a session today ! I suffer from sciatica and with regular massages from Micheal I am able to ease the pain which allows me to do other activities I enjoy and not have to take any pain meds ! This is my first time at massage envy. My husband got me a gift card so I figured it was a great opportunity being a new mom at all. I wasn’t disappointed as I was a little leery about having a male massage therapist I can guarantee you that Michael was incredibly gentle, sensitive and wanted to have an open dialogue throughout. You can tell he wanted to make me as comfortable as possible. Dora at the front desk was absolutely amazing, attentive incredibly sweet. She definitely brought the whole “spa“ vibe to the place very calm and grounded.

Mel messaged my upper body only (my request for a 60 min.) and he did a fabulous job focussing on my primary pain points in my neck, shoulders, arms, and back. I elected to get the aroma therapy (Ivey/hot) and it was the perfect accompaniment.

Tim is amazing. I always leave in the best mood. He keeps me positive.

Scott - can’t recommend more. On time, professional, knowledgeable, intuitive, calming energy, perfect pressure, and some really great feedback on some questions I had.

McKenzie and the front office— Dauren and her teammate whose name I didn’t catch—are all so terrific. Warm. knowledgeable and connecting. It’s a lovely salon, very clean.Only one suggestion for improvement: signage in the parking lot is not great so if it’s your first time find Jamba Juice and it’s just past that. Angelenna is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I have chronic neck and shoulder issues from childhood trauma and stress. Angelina is able to find the knots without me showing her and spend the session on those spots. She is very talented and attentive, not just going through the motions, but also trying her best to make my painful spots better.

Makenzie always does a wonderful job on my facial every time I see her. Her hands are gentle, great massage and gives great advice on caring for my skin.

Veronica is an outstanding masseuse and quickly found and addresses my tension knots. She was very responsive and focused on my tension areas.

I appreciate it my therapist wearing a mask especially my back and she’s breathing down on my face. She respected that and I appreciate you very much. I think all therapist should wear a mask, especially when your patron is on their back and they’re breathing down on their face.

Charles is fantastic! I highly recommend him. My husband and I have both been getting massages from him for months now. He does amazing work, and I always leave feeling much better with less muscle tension.

Alvaro is amazing! I always ask for him and followed him from another location of Massage Envy. I like a nice medium pressure and he’s the only one that gets it spot on! He always finds all the knots and puts me to sleep every time. He is also very professional which I love. He is a 10 out of 10 for certain!

I have been going to Massage Envy since around 2005 (off and on), pending where I lived.I dont typically leave a review for them; however, I am choosing to today, as I feel the therapist I have been going for some time now deserves credit. Vince.Y (how its written when booking) is truly the best therapist I have ever had (and I have been getting massages for a very long time). With an on-going shoulder issue, along with built up stress from sitting at a desk all day, he takes the time to understand it and address it. I am horrible at regularly going; however, when I do make it, I leave feeling so much better, continuing with the days to follow. Ive been getting facials from MacKenzie for the past several months and have been super pleased with my experience! Shes very friendly and I enjoy chatting with her. My skin has improved since implementing monthly facials and my skin looked amazing earlier this month on my wedding day! Ive needed less makeup as my skin has improved on its own. Cheyenne is fantastic! She explains the process of her facials step by step and is happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. While your mask is processing she gives a relaxing shoulder massage that nearly put me to sleep! And my skin was glowing when I walked out the doors. It was a great experience.

I have been going to Massage Envy for over 5 years (in more than one state) and other massage spas for 5 years previous. My experience at Massage Envy, 1975 Diamond Blvd. in Concord, CA over the past several times has been exceptional. My therapist, Lily, has been without any doubt given me the best specialized treatment for my aches, pains, stress points, and need for relaxation. Lily has a true gift of interpretation of what she feels with my muscles as she begins the session. Her level of detail and understanding has helped me more than any other therapist. Alvaro is one of my go-to therapists. Has great advice on proper muscle maintenance. Also thoroughly explains the area of focus.

I love this place- every time I come it’s a great experience and I come away feeling fantastic. Alvaro is my therapist and I highly recommend him. He always starts by asking if I have problem areas and during the massage he will work on the knots and stiff places, to where when I am done I can move, way better than when I first came in. The staff there are always friendly and helpful too.

Pretty good for massages and facials. The therapists are all awesome. Came in tonight for a last minute appointment and found out my appointment wasn’t on the books. I’m sure it could’ve been an error on my part. I have credits and want to end my membership but per their policy if you terminate you only have 60 days to use up any credits or you lose them. This really sucks when the only appointments I can do are either booked or cancelled. There should either be a longer period or no expiration. I’ve had a membership since they had the El Cerrito Plaza location and Concord or Moraga aren’t very convenient from my home or work. Hopefully they get more staff.

Cheyanne is absolutely incredible. She’s patient and tailors everything to you. She’s such an expert at her craft.

I had such a standout 90 minute massage with Vince, I just had to share. He focused on the mechanics of the body, working on range of motion for joints and flexors and it was enlightening! I’ll be scheduling with Vince again soon!

Well this review is was bit of a scam. I was given a link to review my masseuse and it posted my review here. While my masseuse is great, this particular Massage Envy is not. So Im changing my review from 5 to 1.This and nearby locations were bought out by a single entity. Before the purchase, you were able to get an appointment within a few days to a week. Then they bought these sites and closed half of them. They laid off many of their masseuses and now its impossible to get an appointment for any sooner than 2 weeks.Theyve increased their prices twice in the past few months and I have no doubt that they will continue to do so. And with it impossible to get an appointment within 2 weeks, youre left without service when a masseuse needs to cancel. Every masseuse I know there has said that theyre not being treated well since the acquisition.So after years of going there, I will be soon leaving. I encourage everyone to take their business somewhere that cares about their employees and customers.

Azuzana is a wonderful masseuse. She is attentive and constantly ask questions about pressure and how I’m feeling. I always feel wonderful after my massage. Looking forward to my next one in a couple of weeks.

Worked with a new therapist, Alvaro, since my usual therapist wasn’t available when I was. Alvaro was fantastic, very professional, and that was the gentlest knot-breaking I’ve ever experienced. I nearly fell asleep on the table at least twice, which has never happened before.

Delano is a rockstar. He caters his treatment perfectly to the client. I make it a point to go back to him every time.I also love this location. One of the nicest massage envy’s that I have been to.

Poorly run organization. Got my mom a massage reservation for Christmas....they cancelled 2 hours before it. Shes blind and cant drive, so this was our only chance to get her there while Im here. They acted like I should be able to book at another location, but believe me, its not that easy. Then they went on to say that they cant find any record of my account in their system, even though I was there earlier this year and have a few hundred dollars of credits left. Im just trying to use these credits before Massage Envy goes out of business. They keep closing locations and making it harder and harder to get appointments.This is the second time they canceled an appointment I made for my mom. Very frustrating as it took a lot for me to talk her into trying it.

Fantastic, peaceful place. Mayra is the best I’ve found for deep pressure. The more I see her the more in tune with what’s wrong with my body she seems to get. Pure professional with great hands. Deserves a bonus.

I’ve been going to Massage Envy in Concord for facials and absolutely enjoy my time there. People are really friendly and clear at check in, and MacKenzie makes the whole facial pleasant, comfortable and answers all of my questions about what tools she uses and what it’s good for. I never know what my exact issues are but MacKenzie helps me analyze my issues and we made a plan together to tackle them. I absolutely love MacKenzie at Massage Envy and definitely recommend it to anyone!!

Austin is a great deep tissue misuse. I have a lot of scar tissue in my shoulder which needs some heavy duty pressure and Austin is the best I’ve found who can handle it. Austin also knows his anatomy which was evident as he was working all the different muscles in my legs.Sticking with Austin like white on rice.

Cheyanne was so wonderful, soft and gentle during my chemical peel. She was attentive and at every point and tried to minimize the pain. I would highly recommend her services.

I’ve had my ME membership for almost a year and go to the Concord Willows location. Angelenna is a great message therapist! I’ve done 60 min, 90 min and the hot stone message with Angelenn; I always leave feeling revived and invigorated.

I am giving 5 stars to the absolutely amazing staff at the Pleasant Hill Location. Some Massage Envy locations make people feel guilty for not having a membership or not rebooking before you leave, but this location seemed to care more about who I was as a person and wanted to treat the way I wanted to be treated. I have been here only one time but the overall experience was better than any other Spa I have been to and I received the BEST Massage of my life from Jared. He had amazing pressure, a soft voice, and a truly caring personality. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and even noticed what kind of tea I had before the session and made me a new cup upon my leaving. 6 Stars to him if I could.

The massage therapists have always been great. No issues with them. The issue I have is with the store itself and management. I have been going to this location since the end of March.They decided to call me at 6 pm 8/24/19 and say I am late for an appointment. I NEVER booked an appointment, and all my previous ones have been in the morning.When I told the person on the phone they told me the manager is waving a fee for the no show. Now this is cool and all however I didnt book this so why would I be penalized. It literally felt like I was being threatened for future appointments if I no call no show.The worst part is I cant even cancel my membership online. I was told each location is owned by different owners but I am definitely done going to this location.Now I need to find a new place to get a massage 3 out of 7 bad outcomes in a short amount of time is too much for me. Such a shame since it was in a good location.
