My favorite place to buy my vapes! Prices are always fair and staff is very friendly! I truly love this shop, just wish getting in and out of the shopping center was easier but I think everyone feels that way about this shopping center.

Stopped in quickly for a grinder and was helped so kindly by the young woman at the register! I didnt catch your name but we chatted about makeup and you were so sweet. Thanks for making such a mundane trip so pleasant!!

Fantastic service! Both of the employees working were great, but Kevin was a total standout!! He was so polite and patient, and truly just the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely be going back and it’s all thanks to Kevin!

Had to make a quick stop to grab one particular item. Walked in and was greeted greeted by both staff members immediately named B.P. and Wesley. Both were very helpful in finding what I needed and didnt try to sell me some more expensive item. I wish I would have had more time to look around. The whole staff is always so nice but Mariah is usually there in the mornings when I stop by on my way to work and always helps me out with any questions or anything I may need.

This place is awesome. They have great prices on some really good quality THC-A and the workers there are really nice. They even do raffles and I surprisingly won a $150 bong on the black Friday drawing. I highly recommend if youre in town and looking for some good smoke. 👍🏻

Dutches, the manager is the absolutely worst.I bought a seahorse there and within three days it stopped working, all (within the 30 day warranty) They refused to do anything about it.Said they would call me back and never did.She said they didn’t have a receipt on file which was a straight up lie.I gave them exact time and date.So after I contacted their HR department they magically found the receipt.If I could give it negative stars I would.

Staff generally good, Just know they do not stand behind any product they sell. If you have a defective vape you are out of luck. Will be shopping elsewhere.

Would definitely recommend! I had to go to this location because the ones near me did not have what I wanted in stock, and Im very glad I did. The two ladies working there were so nice and so helpful. Meredith Baker especially- she educated me on what I was buying so I would not have to replace it for no reason, which is the best thing a seller can do.

Save your time and visit the University location instead. Just as experienced this morning, this location opens whenever a key holder decides to show up. When an employee arrived, all waiting customers were advised that there’d be an additional 30 min wait because “ money needed to be counted” and “[he] wasn’t even scheduled for today”. This was after waiting 20+ mins — without receiving any customer service related courtesies or even an acknowledgment of inconvenience. Overall, the inventory is great, but irrelevant if employees aren’t available to complete sales.

Ive been to this shop twice now, and each time I have had a wonderful experience. Everyone is friendly, they know their products very well, and each time have took the time out to help me make decisions that I am happy with. Not only that but they entertain my daughter while we look around, she loves when they give her candy! I also love the prices! Thank you to the staff at High Life, we will be back!

Diego and Sammy are the sole reasons I go to this smoke shop. They have great customer service and are VERY knowledgeable about their products. Of all of the smoke shops especially high life stores I’ve been too this one is the absolute best solely because of those 2 employees. I recommend you stop in if you need any smoking accessories or even to just learn a little more about what they have to offer. They are very patient and kind people!Update: Went back again 8/10/22 and let me tell you every single time I go here I LOVE the experience! This time there was Ariel and Sammy was there! I absolutely loved these 2 ladies! They had just recently reorganized the whole wall of delta 8, 9, 10 & HHC! Making it super easy to find what I needed efficiently. My favorite smoke shop that I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to ones in Chattanooga TN, Knoxville, TN, Gatlinburg, TN, Charlotte, NC & Concord ,NC. NO smoke shop compares to this one!

Ive been to almost every High Life in the greater Charlotte area and this store has to be one of my least favorite locations, which is super inconvenient seeing as I live less than a mile away. I love High Life and have been a loyal customer since they set up a location here in Concord. However, every time I go in here and have someone help me who isnt a manager, they are magically out of my coils or sometimes Im told we dont carry those, even though when I get to the University store they tell me the Concord location has them in stock. Please train your employees better or tell them to ask for help from someone more experienced before they send customers 30+ minutes away.

Went in to get help with a broken pen. not only was the woman with blue hair who was working unhelpful, she was also rude and had an attitude.as customers she made us feel as though her helping us was a big inconvenience for her. She didnt want to even look at the broken product they sold me.

First time visiting and decided to take my money and make a purchase some place else. I visited this establishment on Thursday and I wasnt even acknowledged. I waited patiently until both clerks/consultants finished their conversations with the customers they were helping first, then another couple came in and they immediately helped them. I even walked up to the counter where a girl with dreads looked directly at me and didnt say one word - like Hi. Ill be with you in just a few moments. NOTHING!! She looked at me and continued her conversation with a patron about the patrons personal illness and the lack of assistance pertaining to that illness. Yes! I stood patiently and long enough to hear the interaction. Now, Im not saying either clerks shouldve stopped their intetactions to assist me, but what I do expect is the common courtesy of being noticed. If I could give this place zero stars for the poor customer service I would!!! Too much competition for you not to acknowledge a customer.

I had been looking onto cbd to help with my anxiety and after a friend reccomended me here i called to make sure they had everything i needed and Jesse was extremely helpful over the phone and in store. He explained the different brands and types of cbd that they offer and helped me feel comfortable with something very new to me. I will be back. Thank you guys for the great service, working in retail myself its always nice to see a smiling face when im the customer.

Employee wouldnt look up from their phone long enough to notice I needed help with coils. Also did not find the coil I needed, I know it is there because I have purchased many times before. Staff keeps changing. Used to be a frequent customer but in the last year this location has went down hill. Please teach the employees about the products they are selling or atleast please teach the employees to respond when a customer is talking/asking about a product.

Sydney (sorry if i spelled it wrong) is always so helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Everyone is always so friendly and they’ve actually tried most of the juices so they know what to suggest depending what you like! I will always come to this location!

Since the first time I went here, I haven’t gone anywhere else to find vape juice. My go-to is Nkd100 Salts Menthol 35mg. For some reason, this specific product has been hard to find most places. High Life has had it in stock every time and the prices are unbeatable, about $15 a bottle. I used to pay about $20 a bottle for vape juice I didn’t even like as much at other shops, and ordering online is a nonstarter with how expensive the PACT Act has made it.Oh, and they aren’t sketchy. Some places make you feel like you’re committing a felony just by standing there. The environment here is friendly and laid back, yet still professional. It’s a smaller shop so they might not have everything you need, but it’s hands-down worth a visit to see if they do. Easily the best vape/smoke/head shop in the area.

I love High Life in Concord NC! The staff are so friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable on everything in the store and are willing to go the extra mile to help with uncommon purchases. They continue to bring in new product, so every time I visit, there’s always something new to discover. I recommend this smoke shop over ANY in our area.

Ive been a few times and never not had a positive experience. Good juice selection, lot of device choices, the employees Ive dealt with have always been nice and helpful. I only vape nicotine liquids, but it looks like they have a good selection of other dry vaporizers and glass pipes.

I had to take my toddler in the shop because I couldnt leave him in the car by himself, it was just me and him. The girl who took care of me really made an impression on me. She gave my 3 year old 50 cents to get something out the gumball machine. That was one of the sweetest thing anyone has ever done for us. I wanted to hug her. 💜I couldnt find any vape store who had the coils that matched my vape. She also made sure she found what I needed and wouldnt stop looking until she did. That was really helpful. Her smile lit up the room. Some people are special souls and she really was.

They sell faulty disposable vapes and if they come with a manufacturers defect they can only sell you a new one at a discount instead of replacing the damaged goods they sold you, I recommend infinities end as a reliable vape store as they put extra care in the attention the customer receives and will replace any faulty disposable vape (which can be common) free of charge with a receipt.

Aways have a great experience here but tonight Brendan showed excellent customer service! He went above and beyond and that shouldn’t go unnoticed! 5 stars for Brendan!!

Been a loyal customer for years, over the last year or two their staff has changed a lot and there were multiple times the staff would complain, have horrible attitudes, and even heard one cursing in the back so loud you could hear it throughout the store. Also the quality and amount of stock has drastically decreased, will not be going back and I wouldnt recommend anyone to shop there.

Great customer service, wonderful ejuice prices on some of my favorites...and employees always do their best to make sure you dont leave disappointed . Even if they are sold out of what I came for, they always find me something great to hold me over or call their other shops to track down what u need . I always look forward to my next visit to this shop. And I always leave happier than when I arrived.

Bought delta 8 last Friday well I thought it was. Cart and gummies $59 worth. Thinking that its a head shop they would have good stuff. Well dont ever buy it from them. They have no idea what real Delta 8 feels like. I ate 3 gummies and didnt feel a thing. Buyers beware there.

A friend told me about High Life. When visiting the store I wasnt sure what type of vape I should get, but Wesley was very knowledgeable about all the products available. He suggested I get something I saw advertised on TV and with a fruity flavor. Ive been well pleased and so glad I decided to start vaping. When going back to get new pods and to change my liquid flavor Ive met other employees who are so nice and they all could answer any question I had about vaping. Today when going to High Life I met Haley and Alisa. They were so sweet and Alisa diagnosed the problem I was having with my smoker as soon as I told her it was running hot. It seems I had a bad pod. I got a new pod and some Strawberries gone wild liquid and now my smoker is working good. I give 5 stars to High Life Smokes and to their employees a high 5 for being so sweet and helpful. Thanks

Cool store, cool vibe but the 3 cbd oil vape cartridges i bought all ended up leaking onto my pens! All of them! And i bought the more expensive, higher quality cartridges that Hiro/Hero told me to buy!

Beautiful experience. I am suffering from chronic hip and back pain. I tried CBD in a pre-roll. It was like a miracle. The shop is immaculately clean, everyone was very helpful intelligent and nice. I bought a pod vape device and CBD oil. I was shown how to use it and told if there is an issue they were there for me. I will definitely come back. I highly recommend trying to anyone who is suffering from chronic pain.

Great shop! Been to a lot of vape stores in my travels for work and these people were by far the most helpful and fun to talk to.

** GO HERE** LOOK NO FURTHER** The vape scene isnt my thing, but I will tell ya, the employees at this place have it going on! Long story short my dad had stent surgery, so he wanted to stop smoking; I went to three smoke shops. The first two, had very little knowledge about nicotine based cigarette replacement and very little stock to match. I walked into the third, High Life and was blown away by Meredith, and her in depth knowledge and information about nicotine based vape replacement. She her self used a product and it worked for her so I decided to give it a go. I purchased the NOVO SMOK, along with some saline based liquid. As with anything I pulled out my phone and asked if I could record her instructions, she didnt mind it all! She broke it down, outlined EVERY PIECE OF INFO I could possibly need and then some, in mere minutes. I purchased two that day! I have gone back and watched her instructions to make sure I am operating the product correctly and to spread the useful info to my dad. Within the first 7 hours of purchasing the NOVO SMOK I didnt even want a cigarette! It blew my mind. A week later I was buying a third one for My husband. Same deal went in Meredith was there along with another employee Ashley, both ladies were super friendly, very personable. My experience could not have been better! For those who know little to nothing about the vape world it can be overwhelming! Meredith was very quick to assess my needs and wants and I am happy to pass the 6 smoke shops close to my home to hit up High Life again!

The guy that was there explain a lot of stuff to me and my wife not to mention that me and my wife had two of our small toddlers there so he was very patient and he had four other customers that came in and he got them out of the way boom boom boom and then worked on me and my wife on what we were going for. Couldnt be more happier and please.

If you get down you need to get down to high life. Quality high end glass, para-pha, and merchandise. Great staff. Might have to start the convo at times but knowledgeable and friendly.

A bunch of know nothing about anything in that store girls. Sold me the wrong glass item and cost me $30. Then told me no returns; but they can give me a discount. The discount was no tax on a $10 item less than 50 cents, will never be returning with my business. Maybe the IRS will drop in one day.
