I came in super bowl Sunday at 4:59 and the guy that was working there was more than happy to help me like it was his first customer and I know that thats not easy on super bowl Sunday. I remain a loyal customer because of the knowledgeable and helpful staff that is hard to find in business these days

This place has what counts and a top tier staff to alleviate all self medication problems. It truly is a place to Kure your unbalanced existential woes.

I enjoy coming to this one when the wonderful lady with blue hair is here. Purchases are super easy and the staff are wonderfully helpful and kind.

Fantastic service from Christine, she really helped me out. I was missing a piece so I went to the shop she didnt have it in stock fortunately however she checked all other cures called Michelle, who I had already been familiar with at the North Tryon location, verified that piece was in stock and they had the color I wanted! I was over, in, and out in less than 15 minutes. A fantastic experience from both locations! The way they work together was seamless and perfect, thank you so much!!

Came to do work with my company RifBar and I was so impressed with how great Darren and Tony treated every single customer! They were both professional, patient, and thoroughly explained their products with their customers! I also noticed they have a 24 hour guarantee on their “disposable vapes” which is a plus! I came by today to get my usual juice & coils. While there, I asked if they had any suggestions for a flavored liquid that was similar to one Ive used for years but is no longer being produced. After a quick search of the flavors listed in my previous liquid, Darren kindly suggested that I try Rainbow Riot Squad. He wasnt pushy at all & was sure to let me know that I could return it if I didnt like it. I truly appreciate him taking the time to help me even though he was working on something else when I got there. Ive been coming to this location for years & have always experienced kind staff & excellent service! I had a bad injury and wanted some help with the pain after surgery, and with the next one to follow. I am new to the cbd world, and let the staff know that. These guys were just awesome in teaching me about the products, and the affects of them. The took all the time I needed in asking and answering questions. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I have gone no where else but kure the entire year i’ve lived here. unfortunately i’m moving in 3 days and there won’t be locations near me anymore but i will make it a point to visit a kure and hopefully this one in particular any time i come and visit. super special shout-out to the employee always rocking awesome new hair with the doggie that always makes sure to come and tell me hi, she knew me by name and knew when i was coming in that sometimes it would be for my grandmother who had recently had surgery. another guy checked out my final purchase today 9/16 and he was actually the first person to ever sell me anything in the store when i first got here and has always been so chill such a vibe and extremely helpful, just like the employee i was talking about before. anyways concord kure got it down pat, much love and gonna miss them a lot believe me

Darren and his team are literally the best around. I can’t say enough good things about each and every one of them, but especially Darren - he always ‘makes things right’ for me!

Not a huge selection and prices are higher compared to other shops I’ve been to. The sales lady offered some decent recommendations but would not leave our side the whole time I was browsing (even though other customers were waiting to be helped) so I felt rushed to just pick something and go. Also none of the products I saw on their website were carried in store so you have to call ahead to check about availability if you want to pick up something they have listed on their site.

#1 vape store in both Carolinas. Ive been going to them for years back when their name was MadVapes. The staff is amazing, approachable, and very knowledgeable on bot the the devices and usage. They have some of the best juice around and a large variety of products. I would give this place 10 stars, but Google only goes to 5

Cool atmosphere. The lady with the dog seemed kinda cold and short, and heard from coworkers shes always like that, but she helped me nonetheless and seemed knowledgeable. Her dog rocks, too.Good prices. Cool policies. Will return, even if she is a little grumpy. (I think its just RBF, having vape shop experience i understand how aggravating it can be sometimes)

Ive been going here for most of 2019. The staff is great. I wish they had more selection on juice, but I find the flavors at the bar good so I keep going back. Their Prime line of juice is what I get. They can mix anything you want and add nicotine separately so you can dial in your strength or go without. You earn points with them that can be used on purchases to save some money which is nice. Great store and great people.

Huge shout out to the team at Kure Concord. I work close by and exclusively shop here for all of my vape needs. They are consistently stocked with anything I need and they are also willing to go the extra mile to ensure I am taken care of. Stop by and see for yourself, these folks are the best!

I dont smoke/vape but every so often Ill swing by and grab a friend some juice. The staff is always so patient with me when I give them the order (which is gibberish to me) and always have a great attitude from start to finish. If youre lucky their service dog might be there too! 🐕‍🦺

These guys are really great. I have never had a bad experience at the store. I went in tonight and bought a brand-new set up, and Chris really helped me out. They answer all the questions that you may have and they are fun to hang out with while you were in the store as well. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of spending a large amount of time in the Concord location. I was greeted warmly by Brooke how helped me with any questions I had promptly and with a smile. The manager Chris was able to explain in detail all the inner workings of every device and every flavor profile to every juice I asked about. There were several guests in the store and they handled thier requests and inquiries promptly as well. Everyone left with a smile it seemed! I will be back for sure because of them!

Ive been coming here since it was known as madvapes, and the customer service has always been excellent. These people know what theyre talking about and will do their best to accommodate your needs. Amazing people, amazing policies, always satisfied.

We’ve been using this location since 2013 and it was MADVAPES. Awesome staff. They have a nice selection of products, juices, and some of the best Delta 8 & CBD choices in the area. Never disappointed when I stop in.

Me and my grandmother went into the shop not knowing anything about CBD just hearing about it helps with pain. Alex and Darren was super helpful and friendly to us. Will definitely come back! If you need Vapes or CBD this place is the go to!

Stopped in tonight just looking for some coils for my gf’s mod. Harrison was very helpful and knowledgeable about the issues. The best part was that Madvapes carries a specific coil that most places say is discontinued. This truly made our experience fantastic. I plan on buying my next device from Harrison due to his knowledge and wonderful customer service. Thank you again for the great service.

Customer service has always been good. Knowledgeable staff. Just too expensive compared to the competition. 60ml bottle costs 22.00. I only go here now if I have to.

This is by far the most helpful, clean, and overall pleasant MadVapes that I have ever been to. The staff is quite knowledgeable and can help with any questions/issues that one may have. I love this shop. As soon as you walk in, you are promptly greeted with a smile. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I have gone to many other shops in the Charlotte area and the prices here are by far the most reasonable.

Have had nothing but excellent service. Chelsea usually helps us and is fantastic. The entire staff is always eager to understand what we want or need and provide excellent customer service. This is my go to store.

Dont care for this place whatsoever unless im in a pinch! The staff is rude and the their selection is overpriced. I recommend the University location and drive out of my way to go there instead of this local Kure

Went there today before they closed. The gentleman there Darren was extremely helpful. It was near closing time but he took the time to help me out and didnt try to rush me out. I highly recommend Madvapes and Darren. Thanks Again for helping me get exactly what I was looking for spending the few extra minutes that I needed.

Prices on mods/tanks are great. Customer service was great. Ejuice selection was decent. They also offer a juice testing if youre interested, but beware these testers are pretty slack so youre lucky if you can taste any of them. Hint... bring your RDA and drip 😉 Other than that, this is a good vape store for mods, tanks a juice. A little sitting room. Dont see that much in vape shops so thats great! Small selection of accessories.

Darren and Brody gave me the best service out of all the Madvapes in Charlotte. They helped me out with everything i was looking for. I highly recommend coming to Madvapes in Concord Mills for any of your vape questions or concerns. Stop in these guys are THE TRUE EXPERTS IN ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES.

Alec is the best. Prime customer service. I had tons of questions and he was so patient with me. He took the time to make sure that I get the kit that will fit my needs. I had my fair share of walking out of vape stores because I didnt feel like my business was important. He knows so much and he helped me a lot. I spent a little more than I planned but it was totally worth it! This is my vape store from now on . I already told m roommate and he is going next week lol. And he loved my vape. I love too, It is awesome!

I happened to be in the area and needed some new juice and found this new vape shop in Concord tucked away beside the newer Harley-Davidson location. I was able to find it and I popped in to pick up some juice. I chatted for a bit with the clerk. She was knowledgable and very friendly.I took some pictures, but unfortunately it looks they got deleted by accident. They have a decent assortment of juice. I prefer Kure because I can mix my own but there are a couple of pre-made brands I like and they carry Aqua and Pachamama both of which have flavors I like.Overall, great visit and if I need juice while Im in Concord, I will absolutely stop by in!

Great customer service experience but juice prices are about 50% higher than other vapeshops for the same juices. Even their house vape juice is outrageously high. I get it... and I dont paying more for convenience and customer service.Today I played $23 for a 60ml bottle of sugar cookie when I could have gotten two 60ml bottles for the same price at any run of the mill muslim owned cigarette store for the same price. And that pricing is opportunistic on behalf of Madvapes. I want to support local owned business, but damn.

They have no flower, no nine or 10 and the lady with no personality she really needs to go, it just makes you want to leave the place as soon as you walk in when she finally blesses you with her presence.

Went to this location for the first time about a week ago, I usually go to Highlife Smoke Shop, and the two guys working there were great. They had the pods I needed and were very knowledgable about their products, let me know about the point system and just all together great customer service. I was really hoping I could use this as my one stop shop now too but their e-salt selection is pretty much nonexistent and thats what I use, which is the only reason I didnt rate a 5. Theyre also right up the street from where I just moved and closer than all the highlife stores so it would of been great if they carried the nic-salt that I use but still a great store and I at least know I can get the pods I need from them. Maybe bulk up a little on your nic salts, theyre becoming more popular by the day! Thanks for the help guys.

Alec is the man with the plan.....I would give this location 10 stars if it was just based on him! Very honest and doesnt just try to talk you into a sale, rather he explains why its better....as for some of the other staff.....ugh not so much......and hey Madvapes supervisors, stop hiring these girls cause theyre cute, majority of them could care less about making customers happy.....its just a paycheck to them......they spend too much time trying to be cute and pretty looking around you as the next dude comes in...I had a problem with one in particular at Mooresville location , which almost led to her getting cussed out in front of 10+ customers. .....she was trying to be too cute, wasnt paying attention, sold me the wrong stuff, (wrong nicotine levels) I went back with seals unbroken on my juices, recipe in hand.....they were gonna exchange it for correct nicotine lvl until they figured out they didnt have it, but refused to refund my $???Listen up!!I understand the policy on federal controlled liquid.....BUT!, if its good enough to put back on shelf to resale....its good enough to give me my damn money back!! PERIOD!!!

Ask for cbd gummies and received Delta 8/THC gummies and ended up in the hospital for 2 days. My heart was pounding and I couldn’t breathe, lost feeling in my mouth, tongue and the rest of my body. I couldn’t breathe and my heart felt like it was going to bust through my shirt. This is 1 hour after taking those peach gummies and was transported in the medic.

Products are cheap and don’t work majority or the time. Very overpriced and not worth it. Would not recommend at all, I drive 15 min out of my way just to not have to go here

I love this place. It is an expensive as far as vape stores go also all of their juices say exactly what the flavors are on them they mix the nicotine right then and there and you can mix any favors and she would like the staff is always helpful and theyve got a constantly updated inventory.

I come here often, but however this will be my last time coming here. I usually only buy a 10ml bottle or 15 ml bottle. I came in today and was told they no longer sale that size bottle. The sizes start at 50ml now. Well for one thats just crazy, I will be smoking that flavor for a while with a 50 ml bottle. So I went ahead and bought the 50 ml bottle and got my 10 nicotine and my total was 30 bucks.. that is just ridiculous for a 50ml bottle with 10 nicotine for crappy juice. They have lost my service and I will no longer be buying anything from here!!!

Meh , first time visiting today and last time . way over priced 25 bucks plus tax for a 60ml bottle of juice that i can get for around 15 bucks online or at my regular shop . I ended up choosing one of their house blends since the selection was non existent, the flavor of the juice wasn’t bad , but the nicotine mixed in it is either cheap or mixed way to strong , now i have a 30ml bottle of juice i paid 17 bucks for that tastes awful .

By far the best place in North Carolina for vape products, they range from low end to even high end. They make all their juice in house unless you go premium liquids. Be sure to check them out theyre the best.

Walked in and the employees acted like they cared more about socializing with each other then asking if I needed any help. When I finally asked about a juice I wanted the dude straight up said no. After that my autistic cousin and I were sampling juices and he accidently dropped a tank and it caused absolutely no damaged other than dripping a bit of their knockoff disgusting captain crunch vomit on the floor, the dude came over instantly and even after I apologized he talked down to my mentally handicapped cousin. Will never, ever go back, ever. Not even in a fire.

Bought a 30ml bottle of Beard Vape #32. The bottle continuously popped the top off causing me to spill more of what I could even vape. Went back to ask if other customer had experienced this, was told nope it was strange. Of course I asked if I could exchange it for another. Again told nope. I understand regulations on nicotine returns but this was a bottle issue. Had it just been the flavor that was dissapointing ok. But the faulty bottle has caused me to loose out on product. $21 spilled mostly in my car and various places. I have had one other bottle issue at another shop and they gladly exchanged it. $21 is a lot of overhead to deny making the customer happy. Ill stick to other shops in the area that stand by their product.

Went and bought two 50ml bottles of juice that I like and whoever made it mustve used 50% nicotine instead of 6%. Three different people tried it and it felt like breathing fire. Need to hire someone that knows what there doing so someone doesnt get hurt or killed.

I purchased a Pulse Mod there about a month ago...It started leaking on day one...You can replace the tank and it starts leaking again within a Hour.... It also leaks on to the electrical contacts...That cant be good!!!!! And you get a mouth full of juice.....I went in yesterday and ask why it was leaking....The sales guy told me it was Normal and all Pods leak...Sounded like a used car salesman... I have to replace the Tank every Day......Dont Buy from these people!!!!! They do not stand behind what they sale....They helped me out by selling me 3 more leaky pods for over 20 Bucks with tax...Which they sell online for 10 bucks....So I spent 36 bucks for a Junk mod.....and 20 Bucks for more leaky pods....I guess it is back to Regular Cigs for me......Until I can find something that dont leak.

First time shopping, wasnt sure exactly on what I wanted , talked with Darren and he knew exactly what would work best for what I described, made it a truly great experience.

Was my first time there with a friend and I will never return.. Wanted a bottle of juice and they handed me a 10ml bottle and tried to tell me it was 15ml.. Luckily my friend spoke up and said not to buy it because it was a smaller bottle than normal... When confronted with it they just told us we were wrong and were very rude.. He had a bottle at his home, when he measured it it was indeed 10ml.... Also watch out for bootleg stuff.. They had bootleg Itaste pens as well as other bootleg stuff mixed in with genuine merchandise.. Over all the staff is rude and unfreindly.. It would pay off to hire some more knowledgeable staff..

This is probably the best vape shop in Concord, but only in the case you cant wait for equipment and supplies mail order because they appear to price gouge beyond sense and reason!
