I had my first experience at Mama Me Time Spa earlier this week and I am counting down the days until I can go back! Booked a prenatal massage for my birthday, hoping that Id enjoy it enough to become a regular and thats exactly what took place. I felt Charmaines calming spirit immediately upon introduction. She thoroughly explained her massage/stretch process and throughout the whole massage itself, I was pleasantly surprised at just how well she executed that process. Im excited to book other services with her in the future & wont hesitate to recommend this spa to those that I know.

I had the first of my three induction massages today, and I left feeling both relaxed and energized. I look forward to my next two! Charmaine was very professional and I really enjoyed the stretches/massage.The massage space is also beautiful, and the table was the perfect temperature and incline for my very pregnant self.

Where I was stretched and extremely relaxedThe location has plenty of parking, easy to find due to all the amazing signs. The atmosphere is relaxing, welcome and larger. I would like to start off by saying I am not your typical client for massage and body work therapy. I am small, petite and boney, a lot of people typically brush me off and offer me the bare minimum service. When I walked in, Charmaine and the receptionist welcomed me with open arms and I did not feel judged at all! I had little to no expectations walking into my appointment today, but BOY did Charmaine far exceed my expectations. I have never had such a great stretch and body massaging service, EVER! She did AMAZING. Love, love, love!!!

I went in for a lymphatic massage and Charmaine did not disappoint. It was very relaxing and involved some stretching throughout. I left feeling rejuvenated. Charmaine is very welcoming and professional. Would highly recommend her and her business for all moms and mommas to be.

Today I experienced one of thee best NO THEE BEST stretch I’ve ever had in my life!! I have been in the workout and wellness space for over 10 years and I’ve been to many chain stretch facilities and when I say they are not touching Charmaine at Mama Me Time. She is truly talented and great at her craft and because she specializes with women she is very in tune with how our bodies can move and what needs to be stretched.I expressed to her that I’m working on my body as I prepare to have kids in the future and at this rate if I continue to stretch with her my body will know exactly what to do. Thee very least you can do is come and experience a stretch with her. The facility is so calming, relaxing and inviting. In fact it makes me exited to experience pregnancy in this space. Not to mention the great events I’ve participated in the last month. I look forward to spending my summer at Mama Me Time.

Charmaine is amazing! She has supported me as my postpartum doula. Making sure me and baby have everything we need. Answering any and every question I may have! Now she is my massage therapist and helps me relax and makes sure I am indulging in self-care. I’m even able to bring baby if I need. She has created a safe space for me as a mom and has events to connect me with other moms! You don’t have to be a mom to experience the amazing person Charmaine is. I absolutely love Mama Me Time Spa! I received the Ultimate Me Time Package on my first visit and it did not disappoint. Charmaine so welcoming, knowledgeable and carries an amazing energy which is reflected all throughout the Spa. Bryanna did my massage and she has the magic touch! I recently went to Mama Me Time Spa for a pregnancy massage and herbal foot bath. From the time I entered the spa, I was welcomed with warm smiles. I was given a robe and slippers to get comfortable and it definitely set me in the relaxation mood. The herbal foot bath was very soothing. The highlight was the pregnancy massage which had me in a completely relaxed state. The massage included stretching moves which made my body loosen up and release tension. Overall this was an amazing experience and I will be coming back.

Charmaine has SAVED me throughout my pregnancy. I started seeing her every 3 weeks for a stretching/prenatal massage and it has helped my back and hip pain so much. She taught me some stretches to do at home as well which have helped me stay flexible. She is a kind and comforting person to be around. And one of the best parts is that you dont have to drive to Charlotte and find parking. Her business that just caters to women is definitely a blessing for Cabarrus county.

Charmaine was amazing!!! Not only a great therapist, but a real “girl’s girl” and I loved it. She was able to alleviate the most annoying pain in my arm that I’ve had since post-partum, along with us exchanging delivery stories during my deep stretch. Received my first prenatal massage from Charmaine along with some stretching and it was great. I was skeptical at first because I was a little sore a few hours after I was done, but the next day I felt great! I also got a goody bag and was able to take home some gently used items for the new baby!! The atmosphere is great inside. I did a tour when I first arrived and she offers a lot of great things and has even more great things coming. I plan on returning and have recommended her place to a couple people.

Charmaine is wonderful! As a mama of a toddler it’s hard to make the time to take care of yourself in many ways. A visit to her has helped so much with my lower back pain. Looking forward to the next time!

I had a prenatal massage in my third trimester with Mama Me Time Spa - I am a first time mom and was nervous about a prenatal massage and it was so relaxing and calming. I even fell asleep. The pain I experienced was gone and my therapist gave me types for my birth. Charmaine gave me a tour of the spa and I need to come back for a post natal massage! So impressed!!

Excellent!! I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this spa. Came across Mama Me Time while looking for an experienced massage therapist that specialized in prenatal care. As a first time mom, I wanted to ensure I prioritized my wellbeing and Charmaine helped me do just that. She treated my problem areas and gave me so much knowledge on how to care for my body between visits. I saw Charmaine for both pre and post-natal massage and I cannot recommend it enough! Before going to my prenatal massage I struggled with sciatica pain and after my massage, it was so much better throughout the rest of my pregnancy. My post-natal massage was relaxing and much needed as a new mom. I cannot recommend it enough!
