Conway King Smoker Tobacco and Vape Shop

This is my absolute favorite smoke shop for over 3 years now for many reasons.The very first time I came in, Jimmy acted like I was an old friend and made me feel welcomed. He, along with the other staff, always asks me how I am and actually remembers our prior conversations. You can tell that they put real effort into connecting with their costumers.Additionally, this shop has great deals and competitive prices. Every item I buy here I cannot find cheaper elsewhere, and they are not fake products (I verify all disposables I buy and I’ve never had a fake one sold to me at Conway King…unlike at HG down the road).The staff is also very knowledgeable on their products. Every question I’ve asked has always gotten a solid answer, and they will look up information and go over it with you if need be so you get the best item for your needs.Conway King has SO MANY options! Their variety is impressive and they always have the newest products on the market. Somehow, if they don’t have what you’re looking for, they are often willing to order it for the next time you come in depending on the item you’re wanting.Lastly, I like their willingness to make things right when products don’t work. I always test my vapes before I leave the store to make sure they work because I understand that they have a no return policy once a product leaves the store (which is normal for these types of products/shops. How are they supposed to know that you didn’t break it when you got home?). There was one time my vape was making weird noise and releasing too much juice after just opening it in the store and they immediately switched it out for me. The second time I had an issue was when the vape was making an awful hissing noise and not hitting right. They told me if it’s still doing that by the next day, to come in and they’d switch it out for me since they saw there was a potential issue with the product. They did end up switching it out for me the next day but were willing to do so because having happy customers and legitimate productsclearly matters to them.I highly recommend this shop to everyone. They will make sure you’re taken care of the right way!

This morning I went in to CONWAY King and bought two vapes for $27. The first one works fine the second one I was taking to work this morning open the package took one puff on it and it won’t stop firing. I called CONWAY King to let them know and said I was coming in after work today, to swap it out because it is faulty, he said he can’t swap it out but he can give me a discount on another one. I’m sorry but that’s not good enough. When you buy something that doesn’t work, it should be replaced so from now on happy glass will get all my business if I were you, I would avoid shopping at the store because of bad customer service.

I usually never take the time to write a negative review. I believe in bad days and second impressions. I’m writing to share my personal experience and hope none of you ever experience the same thing. My husband and I visited the store the last Wednesday between 10am-12pm. We purchased a $60 glass piece and brought it home. We set an accessory lightly(my husband and I are very careful, after experience) into the piece for the first time and the “stem” of the new glass piece cracked and chipped off, making the piece useless. Like I said, after personal experience, we believe this truly to be a bad quality piece and should be at least partially compensated by the store who sold it.My husband went back to return it and was treated very rudely by the employee we purchased from. When we made the purchase, he was smug and talking into his earpiece. After that experience, he offered my husband $25 off the clearance items. Didn’t apologize, was rude, and seemed to think that’s customer service. Unfortunately, this isn’t the only time I’ve experienced this attitude from this store by different employees. My husband and I have both worked hard in customer service positions and this isn’t how you keep a business alive, in our experience.

I get there in a college town but I paid 50 bucks more than I would normally in Charlotte. Yall need to do better talk about absolute greed holy cow
