Love, love this place! Best massages Ive ever had in my 40 yrs of experience. They will work on specific problem areas or provide an all-over massage. Medium to hard pressure. Be prepared if you ask for hard as these ladies are stronger than they look. So dont ask for it and then criticize. I get the hard pressure, and it is an intense workout that I thoroughly appreciate. Will not go anywhere else now that Ive found my happy place. Thank you, Lin Lin team, for your impeccable professional service!

This place is hidden gem !!! I couldnt be happier with the experience. Kiki, the massage therapist, is absolutely fantastic. She has a magic touch that melts away all stress and tension. I felt rejuvenated and relaxed after my session with her. The owner is also incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We went for a couples massage and it was a very unconventional experience, and probably wont return for multiple reasons. It began with me using the wrong blanket. They give you a very small, thin blanket to use to cover you and I used the bigger, longer one thinking that was the proper one. Turns out, it was not. Instead of leaving the room to give me privacy so I can place the right blanket on, they stayed there and began to try to do it for me, which I did not like. Cultural boundaries must be different, but even from a professional stand point, you need to give your guests privacy. During the massage, they do walk on you, climb on you, and sit directly on top of you. This caught me off guard as I have never had a therapist straddle my back before. They also do not give you a consent form to sign, and they did not ask me for my preferred pressure or places. They did end up injuring my husband as his neck and back both have been hurting ever since. In the end of the massage, they did not close the door for us so we could change back. The head rest was starting to hurt for me because the memory foam was more of a cut out than an actual face pillow. Lastly, they do force a 20% tip. The massage was not worth a $30 tip. I hope this business can improve some of their business models and maybe change some of their practices so they can be more successful.

Had a fantastic massage. Deep tissue, much if which she did by walking on my back. Ive had that before with mixed results, however she could do more with her feet than most can with their hands. Not just the back, either. From the upper arms down to the legs and everywhere between. And unlike some places where they finish with that, it was done early on and again midway with more relaxing hand work afterwards to keep you from spasming (as you may after being walked on). Great massage and definitely will be back

What a great place. I had been driving for 5 hours when I stopped in Conway. My legs and back were hurting. Lin Lins was clean, friendly and they made me feel at Home. What a great massage. My legs normal cramp Up at night and it has been 4 days since the massage and they have not cramped one time. From now on I will stop here every time I am near Conway

I recently visited this place , great atmosphere .Tina the manager is knowledgeable and suggested me getting 90mins deep tissue for my lower back pain .. Kiki my therapist uses impeccable technique to relieve tension and stress . I left feeling rejuvenated and balanced. Highly recommend her for an exceptional massage experience!

The lady super super nice. I know she didnt intend to hurt me but she did. I had a foot long bruise along the length of my spine just to the left. I couldnt hardly move, my bf thought he might have to take me to urgent care. But lots of ice and anti inflammatory helped some. Part of the problem was language barrier. I kept saying that hurts and I think she thought I meant keep working on that area. Not sure these ladys are licensed, I doubt it. I literally paid $50 for a little lady to beat me up!

At my request, they started hard (deep tissue) then slowly backed off to the point that I fell asleep twice. This was an 1-1/2hr massage. Superb. My experience with Asian massages in the past is that they work hard on the back but practically don’t spent anytime on the extremities — happily Not the case here!! They stretched arms and legs, worked on fingers, toes, etc. I’ll be back I’m super impressed with the quality and professional attitude of the staff. Perfect!

The massage was good but they go super hard on the massage! I will not be coming here again due to they want to force you to give a tip and they are very rude about it. I gave a tip and she was ungrateful and got an attitude about it. You should never beg for a tip or force a tip, be grateful for what you do get. This has happened twice and I’ve tried to give them a second chance but, my experience AFTER the massage was unprofessional and rude, and I will never come back due to the fact, that they tried to force a tip on me and then, after giving a couple dollars for a tip, they were ungrateful and rude about it!

So very relaxing! Very professional and the woman doing my massage was the sweetest. She made me feel so comfortable. My experience was by far the best massage Ive ever had. I could feel the tension being pushed out of my body through every technique she used. She had relaxing music play and I dozed off a time or two. This is now my go to place for a massage. Worth every penny and than some. She truly has an amazing gift and I appreciated all her hard work. She was strong and very kind. If I could give more than 5 stars I would ✨️ 😁

The first massage parlor I have ever genuinely been to. Was well worth it. Will definitely go back.They know how to keep you relax. I came here for the grand opening special by chance and I felt so lucky to find this place. Not only was it a great deal, but Tina gave me the best deep tissue massage I have had since New York. I had deep knots in my shoulders and upper back that the other massages I’ve had around this part of the country hardly even touched. I walked out feeling like she had jump started my whole body into a massive tension release that is still going on a few days later. If you are looking for serious pain relief, I would highly recommend booking 90 minutes with Tina here.

My husband booked us a couples massage after a long a stressful week. I heard the phone call as he was right next to me and had it on speaker phone, he specifically said “couples massage”. We made the appointment for a few hours later and got there and the woman said she had no idea it was for couples, so we left. Communication is a huge barrier here.

I was traveling in Conway last week and wanted a massage so I visited this spa. They had only been open about a week. It is a good time to try them because of the grand opening special pricing. It is a house on the corner of 2nd and Harkrider. It has been remodeled nicely into a massage spa. The massage therapist was petite but has strong hands. She was respectful and courteous and I enjoyed her massage. I would recommend her and plan to go back again.
