My experience with Terry was awesome! He was excellent and really helped me relax. I would see him again. The guy at the front was also very kind and friendly.

Savannah was fantastic! She had a gentle yet strong approach for massage. She was fantastic! My muscle ache was much improved after her therapy!!

Terry was one of, if not the best, massage professional I have ever had work on my muscles! I could tell how skilled he is within the first 20 mins when he worked a knot out of my shoulder /neck area that no one has ever been able to unlock before. Will definitely be back to continue the process!

I have been to several Massage Therapy locations in CA, WA and now in Conway AR. I have always been pleased with the services I have received, however, the massages I have received from Cindy in Conway are , by far, the best I have ever had. Her entire focus is YOU! My therapist, Shanna in Conway AR was great. She focused on my areas that were hurting with a medium to deep tissue massage that really help to relieve the tension.

The staff there are always so nice and knowledgeable. I travel for work so I go to a lot of different locations but this one in Conway is at the top of my list. Always a great experience and they pay attention to you and your current area of need. They’re just awesome.This visit Sydney did my massage. She has a great energy about her and knows how to dig in and loosen up those tight areas. She is now one of my favorites.

I originally booked a 60 minute couples massage where the morning of the appointment, we got a call/voicemail that stated someone called in and they were unable to fulfill the massage. However, I could still be accommodated due to it being my birthday but that I needed to call and confirm/reschedule. I called, got placed on hold by a gentleman and sat on hold for 17 minutes where I was then disconnected and after trying to call back 2 additional times and getting an automated message stating “were unable to get to the phone” I hung up. I have a call log for proof if needed.Fast forward to my appointment was scheduled at 2:00pm and I arrived at 1:45pm to complete the required paperwork. I was then put in the side waiting room where I was finally pulled by Cindy at roughly 2:03-2:05. After Cindy showed me the entire building, got me in a room and exited (furthest room to the right by the bathrooms) so that I could undressed and get on the bed. She quickly almost reentered the room before I was ready and almost walked in on me nude. Let me also state that the massage process did not start until roughly 2:15 and Cindy completed her massage and I was out of the bed at 2:55. I have a photo to prove the time I was still texting at 2:00 (can be provided if contacted by a manager) in the waiting room and an after photo of the clock on the wall of what time she left the room and I was able to grab my phone to take the picture.I will add that Cindy did include an extra (hot stones) that I did not originally book and I appreciated that. However, the massage was more of a rub down than anything. I mean, good but not what I had in mind.I then returned to the front office to pay and the gentleman asked me if I wanted to leave Cindy a tip where I stated “No thank you.” Handed him my gift card and he said “and you didn’t want to leave a tip?” Where I stated again “No thank you.”At this point, I was just ready to leave.I felt extremely rushed in both processes.I will not be scheduling again. However, since we have a giftcard my husband will have to reschedule his or we would be taking our business elsewhere.I had never been to Massage Envy before and I know for a fact I will never return.I am saddened with my experience.

Fantastic massage with therapist Shanna. Deep tissue worked out the knots in muscles. Stretching my legs felt great, and the foot massage then wrapped in hot towels my feet felt awesome. I also had a facial done by Logan Smith first time I’ve had a facial my face was clean the skin felt totally different afterwards. I’ll be back. FYI they are located in Conway, AR in the Sam’s Club shopping center.

First time here and really enjoyed Terry! My daughter gifted me this for my birthday so now I’ll be coming back!

I never received any service. Carson had me down at 5:30pm which I accepted. He later sent me a text stating the person was over her hours. He arbitrarily changed my appointment without my approval. When I arrived on my scheduled time I was told I had missed my appointment. I was told I would be charged for not making the appointment. The manager was called and told me I would be charged. I explained the problem on the clinic end but she didn’t care. She was less than customer friendly. The mistake is the clinic.

I’m back at Message Envy in Conway and had the pleasure of meeting Shanna my masseuse for this afternoon. Shanna took care to ask how I was and if I had any issues going on. After that I got situated on the table and Shanna got into her muscle work. I like deep tissue because I workout a lot and have kinks sometimes, Shanna got all of that worked out! My back felt loose and relaxed then she went to my neck and did this movement with her I assume knuckles that felt amazing I meant to ask her about it but forgot. Shanna worked on the rest of me which was great but really got to working on my hands. I mean she kneaded my hands like dough. She told me a had a lot of tension there so it was necessary. When Shanna was done I got up feeling awesome. So i will definitely be back to see her. My wife was attended to by Loren who she’s had before for massage and I’ve had for stretch. He was awesome as usual and had her floating the rest of the day. She kept talking about how he had her feeling loose and springy. So to sum this up it was and excellent time at massage envy!!!!!! Go there and ask for those two.

Sydney did an incredible job. I’m very picky when it comes to massages and she did great! She was very intuitive and was able to find the areas that really needed attention. She uses a firm pressure which I loved. I’ve already booked another one!

Avoid this place! Staff is incompetent and unprofessional and manager, Christy, is unresponsive to all methods of communication when attempting to cancel my membership. The establishment committed over 3 months of fraudulent charges on my account, despite a cancelled membership, and then refused to refund my account or give credits to use at another location. My masseuse disclosed to me, after my massage, that her dog had bit her hand and she had conducted my service with an open and bleeding wound without my knowledge or consent.

Ive had great experiences with every visit. Everyone is super friendly and professional. Ive interacted with Ollie, Logan, and Sydney and they are all very welcoming and helpful!

I went in for a 90 minute facial and neck massage. My appointment was at 10:00. we got started at10:15 and I had my clothes on and checking out at 11:10. I asked the receptionist up front if I was scheduled for a 90 minute massage… she said “ yes!” I explained my time and showed her the exact timing and she said, “ well the 90 minutes included getting undressed and getting dressed. It’s not about the time, it’s about the product we put on!” I’m sorry, but when I ask for and pay for 90 minutes, there should be a timer started and I should receive 90 minutes! This wasn’t even an hours time for a massage!The therapist was nice. I have nothing bad to say about her. However, I was extremely disappointed in the less than a hour massage! The receptionist up front said, “ well, I can get the manager if you would like? “ I said no, I wanted a 90 minute massage!” She did nothing!!! I will NOT go back and I will tell my friends to not waste their time.#90minitesisNOT90minutesAnd I was looking SO forward this!

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Cindy was a wonderful massage therapist! She was kind and did a great job. I definitely plan to return!

I have only had maybe 5 professional massages. This was the best. Jodi could tell I was having problems when I walked in. And whatever magic she did with her hands made all of my pain go away. I have already been recommending her. Great work and thank you so much.

The staff is great. I am a conditioned liberal from the north, totally full of myself, walked up in there with extremely high expectations for no reason what so ever, and was suggested to try everyone out because they just wanted what would best suit me. I saw a few of them and landed Sydney who was more accustomed to what I needed. She is the master deep tissue trigger massage person that has the right balance of good and evil that youd need if youre in as bad of shape as I am. She says Im the worst shes seen in 13 years of practice. She is a very kind and gentle soul but goes hard as needed and isnt scared to do so. She is very knowledgeable and has skills that you cant even learn in the country because they are too healing for America. If the government knew about her they might send agent orange because once shes done with me I wont be needing their stupid pain killers any more. I straight up be releasing demons in there and cant even remember the last time Ive felt this good physically and had this much movement!

Caleb was my massage therapist and was very professional. He targeted my areas of focus and helped me relax and destress. I will for sure rebook with him!

I have always had great results with Sydney. She is very knowledgeable at her profession. Along with her professionalism, she is a joy to talk to! She’s very sensitive to her clients needs. If you want to talk, she’s easy to talk to. If you don’t want to, she’s quiet. She will also adjust pressure to your liking. She’s the best!

Absolutely wonderful experience!! I booked for a 90 minute custom massage and it was definitely worth it!! I never knew my muscles could be so tense until going into this massage. My body feels wonderful and refreshed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

One of my best experiences with massage envy. It was my first time see Sydney and she did an amazing job. She even offered to stay late for me to get to see her on my next appointment because I work 8-4:30. Everyone that works there is really sweet and helpful love the girls up front. I’ve been gettin massages regularly for 20 years and Caleb Varner is in my top 3 best massages I’ve ever had! He was very professional, he listened to my needs, and delivered the exact massage I needed! He’s only been at it a year but the perk to that is he has new techniques and stretches to really provide you with the latest and greatest relief! I typically try out other people but I will most definitely request Caleb next month! I can’t stress enough how quickly you need to book a massage with him today!

On the day of my appt I filled out the form to cancel due to testing positive for covid . I never confirmed my appt because I was sick and used the form to let them know by text I would not be there for my appt . This place conveniently could not find my form and charged me $188.00 for a $130.00 massage that I did not receive. Do not book with this place they are crooked and do not care that you are sick and could get others sick. Covid is not a joke This is stealing and disgusting. When asked the manager for her managers/owners number I was refused. DO NOT book here!! Horribly poor management. My husband and I get a lot of massages and have been to many massage places that have never treated us this way . We will be filing a complaint. Unbelievable!!!!

I have had a membership since they opened. I have seen multiple therapist and Sydney is simply the best! She knows her stuff and is very talented. She helps me manage my pain and aches regularly. 12/10 recommend her to anyone!

I have used many different therapist at Massage Envy and they all have been good. Yesterday Mackayla(sp) was great! She listened to me about my trouble areas and worked around them.

I’m a member at Massage Envy and have gone to many locations throughout the years. This Conway location is hands down my favorite. The front desk is always helpful when I need to schedule appointments. My therapist, Sydney, has been my favorite therapist yet. She has been the ONLY one to successfully work out all my knots. Sydney listens to my concerns and locates specific areas to help ease my pain. My ninety minute massages always fly by with Sydney, but I can say I always walk out feeling better than when I walked in. Thank you, Massage Envy, for the great staff!

I go once every four weeks and I really like the massage I get from Loren I very much recommend him for anyone wanting a firm touch to get you relaxed. I recently had Thomas as a massage therapist yesterday and had quite a good experience can definitely recommend also.

Had my first 2 hour massage ever. At 62, with 5 cervical fusions, & a lung disease I get a lot of massages. I will quit using anyone but Caleb or anyplace but Massage Envy. Extremely polite, takes care to do as you ask & most of all does not get offended if you interrupt his routine asking more attention for areas like my neck that need special attention.

Loren did an excellent job of working out all of the knots in my shoulders and neck!

Haylee is AMAZING. 10 stars if I could! I’m a hair stylist so I need someone who will take the time because my back and legs and arms are so overworked! I have so much less pain since seeing her regularly. She communicates with me throughly before to make sure she accommodates all my needs for my session. Would recommend her to ANYONE! Book her!!!!

Jodi was great! She was very welcoming and attentive. Massage was great! She focused on the most bothersome points but sprinkled in the relaxation as well.

Sidney was great, but I feel cheated out of 15 minutes because another person had me in the wrong room and I had to get redressed to go to the correct room and have the same conversation I had with the wrong person again. I was on time but there was a mixup that I feel like I got penalized for.

Amanda did a great job, better than anything I had experienced in the past. She was able to release knots in the neck that have been a problem for 20 years…no kidding. This was including chiropractic help over the years for this problem. Found out she specializes in that area and is a master level masseuse.

Mckayla was an amazing masseuse. Genuinely felt like she cared for my problems long term. Perfect balance of chatting and silence

Would not recommend. I paid for an hour massage but I didn’t get an hour massage. I guess they count the time it takes you have to back to the room and set up as well. I didn’t feel like they were consistent on both sides. Not something I would ever pay for again especially at the rates they charge.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!! I have problems with my back, neck and massive knots in my shoulders. The service was superb both managers were super awesome and nice. Alexis was my masseuse and she did an amazing job. She made me feel very comfortable and made sure my body wasnt exposed in any way. Alexis communicated with me throughout my massage to make sure I was comfy and that all of my trigger points were taken care of. I became a Massage envy member and I will now be booking weekly massages. Super excited to see my progress. I CAN’T WAIT FOR MY NEXT APPOINTMENT!!! 🧖🏾‍♀️♥️

It was my first massage and it was great! the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and checking in was a breeze. Megan was my massage therapist and she walked me through everything that was going to happen and she made sure I was very comfortable- from the heated blanket to where/what shed be massaging. I had an injured back before my session and afterwards I was almost totally healed! Ill definitely be back.

Talk about amazing. From the moment you walk in the door the staff makes you feel at home. Rebecca was absolutely perfect. She made me feel velvety comfortable and made sure to be cautious about the areas I didn’t want to be massaged. She was friendly, and very professional. I will most definitely be back!

I had the best massage from Claudia today. She really listened to what I needed and consistently checked to make sure the pressure was perfect. She gave feedback on what she thought was causing my knots and tension. I already booked again with her!

I have been to many Massage Envys. This place has some of the best feomt desk help and therapist of any. That said, they probably have the most incompent general managers and apathetic owners of any. My daughter and I have been members for years My daughter had 10 massages saved up and got a one and and a half hour massage from Rebecca (one of the best). They charged her 121 dollars. I emailed the owner and hw said that didnt soind right and he would have the general manager look into the matter. I never heard one thing from the manager. Next time that I was over there, i brought this to the front desk help. She said she would look into it. Still no call. The next time that I was over , another front desk help said that wasnt right and she would look into it. She looked to see who checked my daughter out. She smiled, and said that the general manager had checked her out. She would give me a response that week. Still no response. I spoke to Rebecca about the matter after my next massage, and she said that we should have gotten her because she would have fixed it. It has now been three months with no response from anybody. I dont know if it will take a courrt of law to sue for breach of contract or theft, but at this point, I am willing to do whatever it takes to get my money back. Great front desk help, an apathetic owner, and a gen. manager who seems to be completely lost due to total and unconditional incompetence with business and communication skills. I dont know what it will take to light a fire under some.bodys butt, but at this point I will do it. Watch their business practices. I am not playing games anymore at this point. 6/19/23 Update: They still me some money. Kaleb is a good therapist. It is the owner and management that I have a problem with. They will continue to receive bad reviews until the $100 from several years ago. I do not use this Massage Envy often since this owner demonstrates characteristics of a crook.

My wife and I experienced a couples massage here and were treated professionally, and with detailed attention to our concerns. The massage therapists were thorough and polite, though willing to engage in light hearted or meaningful conversation. The manager was very friendly and helpful in straightening out some account issues we had and even in guiding us toward our other out-of-town experiences in Conway. We left feeling relaxed, satisfied, happy, grateful and ready for our road trip home. What a pleasant surprise from a small community, seemingly isolated from the hubbub. 👌

I had a hour massage with Alexis and she was awesome , I was nervous at first , I have only had a couple massages before and it’s been a long time but she made me feel very comfortable and I felt great when I left , I have never had a massage like this , it was way more than I expected and I enjoyed every minute of it , she asked me about myself and any concerns like headaches or backaches and she worked in those areas more than any and I loved it . Haley at the front desk was super nice and helpful to , I had a all around excellent experience!!! This was the Conway location .

Went for the first time today. Everyone on staff was practicing social distancing in the lobby and doing a wonderful job. My therapist was George, and he was fantastic.Can wait to go back!

I love to go here for massages as the staff are always helpful. I am a member, and I can say there are benefits to this if you want to get monthly massages. The only drawback I can think of is that they do get booked out very fast. Make sure you book your next appointment when you leave, otherwise, you will wait longer. You can always change your appointment later if needed. Also, if you are looking for relaxation, this is the perfect place as I always feel like I can just zone out. The RTR session is great postworkout or a quick pick me up if you are sore from sitting all day. If you keep having a persistent issue, see a doctor. This is what I did and it allowed to me enjoy my massage again.

Be cautious - bought gift card in person for granddaughter for $65 for 1 hour massage. When she tried to schedule, they told her it would be $115 and she would have to pay an extra $50 because she had been there before. Gloria was rude and offered no resolution except to pay extra. Will never go back.

Hayley was awesome. She took my concerns seriously and scaled or firmness to problem areas with finesse.

Do not go to this location they will take money out of your account that you didn’t authorize and use a pre paid card for all transactions so they only charge you what you owe. The manager is very rude and will not refund you any funds back even though it’s their fault
