Though I don’t live in Conway I make a point stop here for any vape needs. Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. They’ve helped me on this journey and now 4 days without a cigarette.

The staff are knowledgeable and nice. Theyre good at remembering return customers and anticipating needs. The place is really pretty and inviting, and the displays are frankly intimidating in the number and tidy order of their stock...its floor to ceiling stock and the visial effect is neat.

This place started strong, but has steadily slid downhill over the past few months. Yes, they have a good juice selection, yes, the environment is decent, but the staff awareness and attentiveness is deplorable. Even retail 101 items such as: acknowledge a customer when they enter - are apparently far from the forefront of the staffs mind.I made my last visit to this retailer this morning. After walking in and standing at the end of their counter (near where they, usually, position their Square register, I stood there for just shy of 4 or 5 minutes and neither of the 2 people on duty even acknowledged that I was there. I will spend my money elsewhere, going forward.

Most products from there are good, however Ive had a couple elfbars burn up on me. One of which was right after the purchase. The cashier informed me that there was nothing she could do and I asked if it was just a waste of money at that point to which she replied that it was in fact a waste of money.

I love this place! The staff is awesome and always quick to help!For the gentlemen saying that he stood around for 4-5 minutes without being acknowledged, it HAD to be at a very busy time. I just cant see this particular staff letting anyone go longer than 15 seconds without asking how they are doing and if they need assistance. This location does get very busy and its impossible to help everyone at once. Ive been there when every register is checking someone out, going over starter kits with a new ex smoker, fixing a device, building a coil, etc etc. It gets busy, but the employees make it a point to genuinely greet and help every single person that comes through that door, from what I have seen hanging out up at the Conway location. (Super awesome couches btw)

This place is great. The friendly and knowledgeable staff makes every experience go by smoothly. The flavor selection here is better than most other places Ive been to, and the prices are reasonable.

I have been going to Vape City for quite some time now because these guys seem to know their stuff. They pretty much always have everything I need when I need it. The people are very friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because their prices are a little higher than most of the other vape shops that I have been to in the past.

I have used this store for a couple of years now. I started using because it was convenient. I ended up really liking the staff and finally found a juice that was perfect. Fast forward to the last 6 months I have bought more faulty, non-working products than I can count and they do nothing!! I was told today that they only have a two week warranty because just so happens I bought my vape 21 days ago and it will not come on. Between coils that don’t work brand new from the package to vapes that last a couple of weeks, I’m DONE! They only care about money, not their customers or the quality of products and service they offer!

Such a friendly atmosphere, not overwhelming at all, if you are a first time visitor let them know and they will make you feel right at home. I will be taking my business back very soon!!

Each employee Ive talked to always goes out of their way to help me find new juices and suggest options that are best for me while being super friendly. Vape City Arkansas is my favorite vape store to go to.

We have been going to them for years, but they gave us the wrong product and refused to exchange it for the correct one, even though the bottles were unopened. They first lied about it being an AR law and when I looked it up and found nothing on the AR tobacco board laws changed it to a store policy I am disappointed and furious

Excellent Customer service with a large variety of e-liquid, vapes and vape accessories. Went to other vape shops and really couldnt find good e-liquid flavors.Stopped by Vape City in Conway and asked one of the employees there what would be a good flavor and the guy picked out what will be my go to flavor from now on. (Cloud Nurdz Iced Grape Apple).The prices are actually better compared to three other vape shops Ive been to in Faulkner County.This will be the ONLY place I go to for all of my vaping needs.

LOVE the guys and GIRL that work here! They know what they are doing and they get you taken care of! No point system to get you to keep buying yet I choose this store over ANY VAPE store ANY day of the week!!!

Love this place!! Great staff and juice selection with a variety of everything needed for a good vaping experience. One of the female staff members always remembers me and exactly what I want which only makes the trip there even more better!!

In 8+ years of vapeing I have never been told I ask for something I didnt, and if that was all I might be able to forgive. However to adamantly protest against fixing the problem and claiming its the law when there is no law anywhere that I can find, or be provided where to find said law only to have them change there story to Im sorry, but its company policy. Ok I get if its company policy NOW, just dont lie to my face and claim I am the lier! It will be up to anyone who reads this to decide weather or not to buy from them, but I know for me I will never step foot in there doorway again.

I gave it a 5 star for the prices and most of the staff but I bought a vape and the Manager got mad because I was asking the same question so I would remember it and then she said she showed me how to set it up.....But when I got home I had open it out of the wrapper to f😪gure out what coil went with what juice I had because I had bought the Nord and you can use both kinds of juice . But called the next day and low and be hold the Manager answers I told her I had figured out what coil too use but it was still making a poping noise she was just rude is all I can say she said watch you tube videos......way tooo go. . 😁😁😁😁😁

The staff was great i came in to upgrade from the sourin to a mod vape. Which im pretty new to the vaping world. So lets just say i was lost. Not sure the 2 guys names but they were amazing at guiding me through the choices. I ended up getting the VooPoo Resin Drag which did cost a pretty penny after buying everything but was well worth it. There very helpful and even helped me put it together. Will def. be back soon

Sold me a product (Sixt-Q disposable cig) and it was burnt the first hit. Went in to see if they would give me a different one because they sold me a false product, they wouldn’t. They did offer me a %50 discount on a new one, but since they jus stole $11 from me I’m gonna pass. I’ll be going somewhere else.

Always enjoy every time I come in. The staff is really knowledgeable and approachable. The staff treats you like a regular even when its your first time walking in.

Your vapes are over priced. Your tanks are over priced. You sold my unknowing father a premium battery and it didnt even have the brand name on it, it was just brown with no markings on it. When he tried to tell one of your employees that he was wrong, his rebuttal was that my dad just didnt know he was talking about. People save your patience and your money and just go to different vape shop.
