I have been coming here for the past year and a half and i gotta say it is tve best switch I have ever made Justin Robinson made me feel very welcome and he was a beast in helping out with finding q new juice!

I sure hate that one new employee is going to cause me to quit doing business here where I have done business exclusively for years, but that is how it is. I purchased a Vision Spinner 2 from your Conway store. The button sticks. I brought it back the next business day. Joe at the counter refused to honor an exchange because I did not have a receipt. I was not told at the time of purchase that I would need a receipt for any warranty issues. Joe remembers me, he remembers taking my money but he said it would cost him personally to do the exchange (out of his own pocket). The device I was sold has a button that stuck the first time I used it and it continues to stick every few times I try to use it. It seems this store would rather send me out with a fire hazard and maintain that liability rather than solve the issue amicably. I would not recommend shopping here and would suggest you go to their competitors Vape City. Never had a problem there. This was my first and last time shopping here.Notice the return policy posted says nothing about requiring a receipt.

I didnt go there because I dont smoke anymore and I guess its a ok place for those who do. I went next door to the video shop who has a lot of games and movies that are really neat.My suggestion is to check each one out and then make your own decision to which one is best for your money.

Stopped in here from my trip and met a really cool, knowledgeable associate named Dalton aka Vape Yoda. He educated me on the different types of products the store has and I left happy. A definite great vapors store, thanks.

Robert was great. Immediately attentive and engaged. Helped me find what I needed in a matter of minutes. When Im in Conway, I know where Im going; VaporWorld. And thats because of Robert. Did you know that MIT estimates the living wage for Arkansas is roughly $22 an hour? I sure hope Robert is getting paid properly for representing VaporWorld in the best possible light.

Had an issue with something I bought here & staff was great & fixed the situation to my satisfaction. Great store. Good prices. Helpful staff. Appreciate the time you took to show me how everything worked.

Their crew is absolutely fantastic especially Dalton I hope Im spelling the name right but they always have the best deals and the friendliest service!!? Totally recommend.

Follow up: I spoke with a very nice lady that explained the inventory situation to me and I fully understand now why its been difficult to get the product I need. She also will be looking into my customer service complaint. I am so happy that the company follows up with complaints and takes customer reviews serious. They renewed my faith in their company.The guys on day shift are awesome. The night shift guys wont even get out of chair to help. They have been out of the product I need but its in the warehouse. Why cant corporate get inventory up to date so they know what they are out of so customers dont have to go to a competitor?

Spencer and Tori are the go to staff! They are super knowledgeable of the products they sell, and not to mention some of the kindest and most polite people I’ve dealt with. Absolutely phenomenal services! Definitely be my go to shop, and hopefully whoever that is reading this too! 10/10 would recommend

I have no complaints. Been coming here a while now and love the atmosphere and service. Its always quick and easy, in and out with what I need. Of course, every now and then some jack*ss(the guy beneath me) comes in and doesnt know how to read and is happy to complain about anything and everything, but those people are usually shrugged off as you cant please everyone. No matter how up/down your mood is, when you come in and be respectful, you get results. ✌

As far as this location goes I give it more stars then what I can. The workers there are great friendly always very welcoming when I walk in the door. Always striving to help the customer above and beyond. Thats for all three of the employees that work there!! I have had bad experiences with other vapor world but they strive to make it where is always awesome to shop there

Rude guy, he seemed like he was in charge. Not sure if he was the manager. He was tall and did most of the talking. Yelled at me because the tip of my shoe stepped on their blue tape they had around the glass cases.I never even went past the tape. Just hardly touched the tape with the tip of my shoe. He was very rude and explained that that tape was there to protect the employees from getting to close to the customers..... but the area I was looking at, there wasn’t not one single employee on that whole side of the store.. so he was being very over dramatic and rude about it!! They lost their selves another sell (I was about to make a second purchase on a 30.00 glass piece) but instead I just walked out after he was rude.

If you havent already, please give this place a chance. Between their amazing juice deals, and mod deals, CBD options, this is a one stop shop. Spencer and Tori are more than helpful and got me up and going promptly and with a smile. You dont get that kind of service any more. Please go by and speak with them, theyre wonderful people! Very awesome and fast service when i was there. I live in Benton and make it to Conway often. So when i walked in right off the bat i was greet and asked if i was looking for anything specific. As i responded that i was just looking around at the moment they let me browse and was there for me the moment i needed help making a decision. Overall i would definitely recommend this place and its customer service over anyplace. Especially over Vapor Stop.

I am new to vaping and went to buy my first replacement coil. I was not informed I had to prime my coils. I severely burned my throat making it hard to talk and swallow. Thankfully Vape City across the street helped me. Maybe their employees should be more focused on helping customers and not talking on the phone. Asked to speak to the manager and was told he wouldn’t be in for several days. They took my number and never returned my call.I will never return there I gave them a chance to make it right.

If your into the big Vapes and good prices this is a good place to go. I would have given five stars but the guy was talking to us like we were so stupid. We ended up not buying anything this time. We have been vaping for years and DO know what we are doing, and just went in for juice, and to see if they were carrying the KILO system.

The staff here is always helpful and friendly. They also have some of the best prices Ive seen for vaping products. I only go to them for my vape needs even though its an hour away from where I live.

There liquid selection is sparse at best, and they had a case of dr pepper in front of the door when I walked in which caused me to trip due to coming in from outside to inside. They are very over priced. I bought liquid state it was 21.99 for the small bottle. I use to buy it in Georgia for a big bottle for 22.99. The customer service was good, besides the people on the couch who looked like they were just hanging out with employees decided to laugh over the fact that I tripped. My mother is elderly and walked in behind me. Had she walked in front of me she could have been hurt very badly had she fallen. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of customer service, or it would have been 1 star. Their coils were being sold individually which costs more than a whole pack.

They don’t were masks here so they are most likely giving people COVID-19. I try paying for my order which was pods that were 14$ and some change after tax. I hand the lady a 20$ she doesn’t know what to do. I need exact change the lady states. So you don’t take 20s$? I just told them to keep the silver just give me the bills back. Wow?! Like I’m so confused. I’m just like wow. I just let them keep the silver just to prevent any confusion on adding and subtracting on their part lol WOW! Don’t know how to go to a bank to get change? Unprofessional and learning disabilities these guys can’t run a cash register to save their life. Besides all that they don’t were masks and they don’t have hand sanitizer. If you want COVID-19 walk in this vape store. And if you want a good laugh watch how they work that register lol!

Everyone here is always helpful and friendly. Great selection of products from juices to mods to cbd. They offer a rewards program that saves us some money every other visit or so.

Honestly very disappointed with the manager or boss. I went in over a week ago to buy some juice and the bottle I got was a Milk Chocolate 6 Nic 120mL bottle that turned out to be mislabeled and was really a 0 Nic juice. I tried calling the establishment for the duration of the week leading up to now and when finally on the phone with the manager (whom I had to call even though he SAID he would call me) he says he can only offer me 10% off something in the store. Thats pretty surprising considering I was falsely advertised a 6 Nic juice and received a 0 Nic bottle and having to wait over a week just to be told this. Slimy and cheap location. The staff is great, the manager has got to go.

Hands down my favorite vape shop in Conway, They have a huge selection of juices to choose from for a great price! Spencer and Blaine are awesome and they always make sure I leave with what I need!

Go to vape city. Dont waste your time. Brunette lady behind the counter is very rude and doesnt even know enough to work in a vape shop. Ive experienced many problems with vapor world and everytime I got back it just adds to the list.
