Dr. Fields is the best, truly! I came to see Jon right before Thanksgiving 2019, with chronic shoulder pain, herniated discs on my lower back, sciatica pain, neck pain and numbness of hands and feet. After my first treatment MY SHOULDER PAIN IS GONE!My numbness has decreased a lot, I haven’t had sciatica pain like before and I’m able to turn my head to the left without feeling tension pain pulling from my neck to shoulder. He is always teaching me something new to get better, due to the full assessment on each visit he makes recommendations about supplements that make me feel better, I’ve learned so much in the past two months. I went to see Dr. Fields initially due to a twitch in my right eye. I had already gone to an ENT, an optometrist and had multiple CAT scans to try to correct my condition. I can honestly say nothing helped; in fact the twitch was getting worse. I saw Dr. Fields on Google and decided to try a different route. I knew nothing about acupuncture but figured it had been around for thousands of years and it was worth a try. Thank goodness I decided to make an appointment. Dr. Field is amazingly good!!! I say this because I have been there only twice but since the first time I felt great. I had a knee surgery three months ago because I wasn’t healing quickly. I started getting so much stress and it reflected in my body; was getting so tight and started loosing my flexibility which was making me depressed. Like I said I went to Dr. Fields office for a Acupunture treatment , and now I got my flexibility flexibility at 75 % so far with only 2 treatments. And the blessed part he took his time asking me how I feel and what Is the reason I came to see an Acupuncturist . Very profesional . And I have to thank you Alexis his assistant who spend time answering all my question before I booked an appointment , and I did ask a lot!

I’ve been coming to Integrative Medicine for close to a year. I had zero experience with anything but standard doctor visits.The initial visit was due to an eye twitch I had developed. I saw something on Google that acupuncture could help with a twitch so I figured I had nothing to lose (I’d already been to an ENT, optometrist and neurologist and nothing had helped). Only thing I lost was the eye twitch after a handful of visits.Since then I’ve been back with a pinched nerve and muscle spasms and I’ve gotten relief almost immediately.The standard doctor visits I referred to before are not what I experienced with Integrative Medicine. Dr. Jonathan actually spends time with you; asks questions and listens to your answers. And we’re not talking a two minute consultation either. And there’s no prescription at the end. I am so grateful to have found Lauren. I started seeing her about one year ago for acupuncture and cupping. She is extremely professional and so caring. acupuncture has been life changing for me. She treats me for neck pain, recurrent migraines, and anxiety. After my first session my pain was reduced significantly! migraines and anxiety become less frequent with every session. I’ve had chronic tension and pain in my neck and shoulder for the past 4 months with a recent intense flare up. My first treatment with the acupuncturist, Dr Fields, was gentle and comfortable. Over and above my expectations! I have been getting acupuncture for around 20 years off and on. I was referred to Dr. Fields by a dear friend who claimed her smokers cough (shes not a smoker) was cured after seeing him a few times. Skeptical, I went, as I had this lung congestion that Id been having few years. Having had multiple chest x-rays and seeing a pulmonologist with no results, I thought Id try Dr. Fields.He asked me so many questions, and although I came with many imbalances, he focused on the one he thought might be the cause of many just by the way I spoke to him. This was an amazing experience! When I walked in I was in pain in my shoulders and neck, I could barely turn my head to the left to look behind me. Accunpunture is generally great for pain but the service I received here was above and beyond. I first came in to see Dr. Fields (1-2 months ago) due to a variety of symptoms I have had for over two years now. Digestive issues, night sweats, chronic infection issues, constant headaches, difficulty sleeping, severe fatigue, brain fog and confusion... I had been seeing multiple specialists for these last two years trying to understand what has been going on and how these symptoms connect. All every doctor has been able to tell me is that my labs are fine and Im fine. But I wasnt.After seeing Dr. Fields he was able to connect a lot of those dots for me and between the treatments in his office as well as the supplements etc that he put me on I have seen HUGE improvement in just these two months. Some of my symptoms are completely gone, and the others are already anywhere from 50-80% better.Another detail that is very important to me as I had seen other similar doctors in the past is understanding why things happen the way they do, and why would a particular treatment be recommended. I was recommended to Dr Fields by a friend who had incredible results here. Im a 93 year old antique and was skeptical this would work. Miracles do happen. I’m not being facetious or hyping what transpired after my first two treatments with Jonathan. After years of lower back pain/discomfort/soreness, it was all gone immediately after my first treatment and lasted through my second a week later. I’ve been visiting Jonathan (yes, no formalities here!) for a little over a month and I feel amazing. I started to come in with my wife for treatments about a month ago. My blood pressure was through the roof, even on medications. What can I say - Doc Fields. When I came into Docs office I was in excruciating pain - I could not even sit at the desk to work and could barely drive to his office, let alone do my workouts, due to acute neck/shoulder pain and left arm numbness. I am 53 and have been very active my entire adult life - starting to develop some sports injuries from years of weightlifting, jiu jitsu, running, and other activities - currently dealing with multiple herniated discs in my neck, a torn labrum in my left shoulder, and have been told by my orthopedist that I need a left hip replacement. After my first few acupuncture treatments with Doc, my neck/shoulder pain and numbness was gone and has been gone since - I am able to work comfortably at the computer for hours on end as I need to. Fortunately, at this moment my upper body is basically pain free with few limitations. Doc also began homeopathic injections in my hip, and I have been able to go off anti-inflammatories (which I had been on for a few months, prescribed by my orthopedist), so now I am taking NO medication - not even aspirin. The best part is, I am back to full go on my workouts - I even started upper body weights again, and am able to do my 3.2 mile run regularly. I am also doing Shaun T Insanity regularly, believe it or not, and while I wouldnt say the hip is 100%, I have no real limitations and generally minimal discomfort. I am also swimming and doing full Murphs (crossfit workout) - all of this is due to Doc Fields. Incredible. Hard to say enough. In addition, he is a wonderfully pleasant and cool guy - also an athlete and martial artist so that is very very helpful in terms of the perspective he brings to what he does, as he is also able to consult on a lot of physiological and fitness-related medical matters. Doc Fields is the best. I COULD NOT AND WOULD NOT be doing the things I am doing without him.
