My one and only shop. Great owner. Awesome staff. Most of which are knowledgeable about the products (I think one was training during my last visit).If youre lucky and youre a car nerd like me youll get to see the owners GT R34 Skyline which always brightens my day.

Worker of this place Lex has worst attitude always worst customer service. Always giving issues and starting problems. The store itself is good with product and the other coworkers are great. Lex drives people away. I have had multiple interactions with this lady where it is very discomforting and just ends up in screaming. I have talked to the manager and had to call the police because she snapped pictures of my license plate and vehicle after. This is unacceptable. I had to call CSPD non emergency because I did not feel safe. You do not do that to people.

This is my go to vape shop. I’ve been coming here for years! With the reasonable prices and great customer service the shop is more like a second home than a shop. The owner is very hands on and personally involved in all aspects of operations and actually cares about the customer. 10/10 would recomend!

This is hands down bar none the BEST vape store.Jeremy knows my order within 3x of me coming in and has it ready when I walk in the door, you CAN’T beat that. Customer service is A1, plus selection, and stock is always on point, where most vape stores are constantly out of stock of there best products. The Hook Up never is! Can’t recommend a better spot! I freaking love them behind the counter the 2 guys there today are so kind and absolutely hilarious !! These spread a complete vibe of happiness and very knowledgeable about the products they have maybe almost a little too knowledgeable 😂They also have hookah, put supplies and fast light charcoal, which is perfect :-)

I bought some glass and didnt pay enough attention to notice that angle on the piece was a 45 degree angle and I needed a 90 degree angle. I return the incorrect piece without any problems and was even hooked up with a nice discount. The owner of the store went above and beyond his way to make sure that everything was OK and that I was satisfied with my recent purchase which I am, so I figured Id share my many years of shopping with this store to all whom visit. Very friendly environment and helpful staff to aid in any purchases you may need .

Ive been purchasing all my accessories from The Hookups Coral Springs. Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable about every piece of inventory, they make great recommendations, real recommendations, never any based on higher price. They will tell you if another item is comparable for lesser price. They are honest, friendly, and always try to resolve any issues with any product they sell. I have actually brought back an item that had been used several times, stopped working, and had been purchased a few months prior. They did try to fix the problem, asked in depth questions to ensure the piece was being used properly, and then still replaced it. They have always taken time to explain any questions I might have, and always offer something personable to my selections. They have the best prices around, I have not found one shop that has cheaper prices, even on disposables, wraps, blunts, you name it.Every employee is friendly and its easy to see their passion in this industry, based on the knowledge they carry.5/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐would definitely recommend

Very important to note!All the reviews said this place has awesome customer service and I had also heard from folks I knew, but that was not my experience.I went there this afternoon ready to spend a few hundred dollars on different things I needed and for gifts for other people. Since I was ready to spend some real cash, I did my research and chose this place based on what I heard and read because I like to support small businesses, however, that was not my experience.I walked in and the guy behind the counter was helping other customers. So I waited by the counter for my turn. While I waited, two other people walked into the store and were both greeted. I, however, was not. I figured maybe he was just busy because he had also answered the phone while helping the customers in front of me. When it came time to be my turn, the guy still did not acknowledge me at all and went to another woman he greeted who was at the register. I called out indicating I had been waiting and was there before that other customer and he just responded, Two minutes. He was very friendly with the two other people who walked in after me, and acted like I was bothering him. So I left. I was also the only person of color in the store, which I sincerely hope is not the reason I was ignored from the moment I walked in. I took my business down the road to a very similar place who also had a customer when I walked in, but greeted me and then helped me in the order I went into the store, like any civilized operation would. I spent over $300 with them on various items and they were friendly and helpful - so I hope that whatever the customer you decided to help before me spent was worth losing what I was willing to spend and did, just somewhere else.Thats just bad business and terrible customer service. Even a more friendly, so sorry, be right with you would have kept me in the store. How you treat people is everything. I would be really upset if anyone I employed treated any of my customers this way. Do better.

I went to this store looking for a very special piece. I was told all about everything they had in the shop and gave me a really good deal on a glass piece. I accidently broke the banger if any of you know what that is if you smoke and Alan got me the right one without me knowing the correct size! I shop here daily for my tobacco needs and hands down this is the best shop I have ever been to. Not just that but they have a wonderful selection of glass. You need anything glass related come to this place.

Quality, selection, and superior customer service. Stopped in on Xmas Day Eve mid-afternoon for (an extremely) last minute gift. Allen couldnt have been more patient and accommodating. This is a mixed review. I am new to the area and finally found this place. They do close at 10 however I finally found it at 9:55. I knew exactly what we wanted to buy and found it very quickly, however while I was being rung up I realized I need more mouth pieces for my purchase. As I went to get them the gentleman named Peter said well if you want to purchase things you need to do it now.. I’m closed. Mind you yes he was,however it was 10:03 and I was checking out. I also wanted to buy incense and a few other items. My husband was at the register and ready to pay. I literally felt like I was a burden for 3 minutes. I was about to spend a lot of money but then decided maybe I should just leave and go to Greatful J”s which I was referred to. My husband bought $70 worth of stuff but I will go else where for my other wants.

Way overpriced. Comparison shop BEFORE buying anything here as they know they’re overpriced and don’t take returns, even on sealed items. Check online for whatever you need, it’ll definitely be cheaper and probably come with free shipping and no tax. I found the exact same item I got ripped off on by this store at Amazon for 1/3 of the price. My best advice, do your due diligence BEFOREHAND.

Great, reliable and extremely trustworthy staff. I only go to this shop for all my vaping needs. Both Adrian and Allen have great knowledge on all their products, glass and gear. I always get their advice and opinions before I do anything. Visiting the store is absolutely awesome

Legit vape shop with pretty good pricing. I didnt come here originally, but stopped in when saw it. The vape I buy was sold here cheaper than my spot. They have a wide variety of other products, including Kratom, which I use as well. Not the closest to my house, but definitely worth coming here for the items I buy. Staff also friendly and helpful.

The owner Allen is great and knows how to treat his customers. I had an incident early this week during Christmas shopping and got the items that wouldn’t work and Allen was able to make it right by getting me what I needed.

Just came by for a new coil and juice after almost a year of not using my vape. Pete helped me out from beginning to end and I was very surprised with the customer service. He went above and beyond. Pulled out a q-tip and cleaned out the whole pod that holds the coil ON HIS OWN. That’s amazing to still see people that care about customers. Thanks Pete!

This right here is your 1 stop shop for all your smoke and vape needs! Staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable of the supplies they have in stock. My main man Pete is the guy to go too! Been going they for almost 2 years now and hes been my guy for years. Cant forget my guy Kevin who is the man! Super funny guy! All around this shop is beyond amazing! Excellent selection of glass pieces. Craxy awesome vape flavors! Nice selection of vales to choose from. Even some awesome locally made Jones sodas which are a must try! Had a horrible experience with one of the employees/ manager... asked for an exchange on an item and was refused for no reason and none was given to me. I stated that I would take my business elsewhere and was told by said manager that he did not need my hostility. Mind you I never raised my voice,cursed.... he proceeded to kick me out. So I left. Another employee came out to bring me my juice that I had left on the counter and apologized to me for the managers behavior... that sais it all right there... he even stated that hopefully I would reconsider coming back... NOPE! NEVER AGAIN... Ive spent way too much money there to be treated like that...

Both times I went in here I had a bad experience. The first time I had to wait 15min for the service rep to finish a personal conversation with his friend. The second time I was the only one in the store and was being helped, then a few people came in and after 30min of trying to get the service reps attention I gave up, he never came back over to me. There are other smoke shops that sell the same products without having to wait and wait. WILL NOT GO HERE AGAIN

I have usually had great experiences here but my girl friend Bought a torch that broke within 2 weeks ..the igniter is just stuck.. went in the guy said he can’t do anything about it then offered her the same torch She was sold for $30 for $50. After She told him that he suggested She light the torch with a lighter, proceeds to try ignite that way for 10 minutes and fails cause it’s broken and still does nothing about it.

I’m new to the are and was sent here to pick up some CBD buds and grabba leaves for a friend.. no clue 🤷🏾‍♀️The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable! I was educated and came out with WAAAAY more than what I went in for🤦🏽‍♀️ I even got CBD treats for my dog! I was told dogs love pumpkin and he did!!! I recommend this place for service and selection. You will not be disappointed.

Went there Sunday night and was instantly greeted by Peter and Kevin. My wife just wanted a JUUL starter pack but WOW do they have a lot of flavors! Ive never seen so many different pod flavors before but we will DEFINITELY be coming back more often! Their pod prices are the best in town (from what Ive seen) and the guys are super knowledgable. Other than JUUL, this place seems to be like some kind of candy store for adults..lots of glass pipes, kratom, CBD, the works. Would absolutely recommend
