Elements Massage

Great experience and massage. I haven’t had a massage in over 10 years and was apprehensive but the staff and Lisette did an excellent job answering questions and customizing the massage to my needs. There were many elements of the massage (ha I said the name of the business) that were refreshing and healing but I was surprised how well my body responded to the forearm, front shoulders, and hand grip/fingers attention. I always associate shoulders and neck and back with massage and Lisette was very thorough and engaged a full 60 minutes. Thanks.

Greeted upon entry. Good customer service at front desk , friendly and attentive.ANTOI! Omg,! My massage was heavenly. I really needed it. I have difficulty being able to relax. He made me feel comfortable enough to not feel self conscious about anything; which is important.I came straight from work from Labor &Delivery ward, in scrubs, changed and I was not prepared in terms of “grooming” my underarms, as it was a gift card from some1. He made me feel so comfortable, no weird or inappropriate comments.I was able to get out of my head.Relaxing music. Dim lights. I did not want to get out of the massage chair. AT ALL. It felt like massage chair was heated.The room was spacious, I appreciated they did mine in that room so I didn’t feel clustered.He got out some tension knots, used deep pressure with some elbows also, and pressure points, I focused on my breathing. He checked in with me but not too much. I would go back for sure. Very affordable.I was so impressed I tipped HEAVY that day!Try it out!

Just had one of the best massages. I’m so pleased and relaxed! Courtney was exceptional - also very pleasant and considerate. He checked in at different times to make sure I was comfortable. I also really enjoyed how dynamic the massage was! He was able to work out some of my muscle tension and pain in key areas which was lovely. Will definitely book again!

Friendly customer service at the front desk. Calm and inviting environment. Convenient location to my home in Coral Springs!The last thing I want to do after getting a great massage is to drive home in crazy traffic down here! Received an excellent massage from Lisette. After packing my house and sitting in a car for 3 days, I could barely walk. I had Kathy as a therapist, and she gave a wonderful massage. I would give the massage part a 4.5. I asked that she just do my back, and that was fine. When she did my feet, she only did one. Hence, the 4.5.The 3 stars are because (i) the AC was so freaking COLD, I could not relax; (ii) even the therapy room was WAY TOO COLD; and (iii) the bed heater took forever to warm up and never could match the AC.I wont be returning.

I always enjoy my experience at this location. The ladies at the reception desk are friendly and helpful. The cleanliness is super important to me and they are always on point with that. The massage therapists are attentive to my needs and concerns. We review what type of services I’d like to have first, which they definitely accommodate. I’m in the process of moving to a new home and the knots in the neck and arms were so painful. I was amazed at the service given to me to help with all the pain. The next day I could not believe the relief I felt. Highly recommend these guys! So pleased and satisfied. Love the chocolate treats at the end as well! I will be back!

Everything! The attention since you enter, how peaceful it is to enter to that place escaping from the chaotic world that is outside. After you confirm your appointment they offer you water cold or room temperature and tell you to wait on the waiting room until you are called in. I have never had so well worked massages that made me feel renewed afterwards. Totally recommend!!

Always a great experience. Karl is amazing! He always helps me with my aches and does a phenomenal job. Ive also received massages from Graciela, who is an expert! Highly recommend both.

From the moment you enter you are greeted warmly. The place is very clean, serene and relaxing. Raul who worked on me is obviously a professional and was an to in just two one hour sessions, provided relief to aches and pains I have been dealing with for decades. Definitely would recommend and will be coming back here frequently.

A while back, my friends gave me a gift card for Elements.I decided to get my first professional massage on my birthday. They follow Covid-19 sanitation measures so, even in a pandemic, it feels safe to be there.My therapist was Kristian and he was amazing: smart conversation and great hands. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable.Still walking on clouds.10/10 would recommend Elements. Just make sure you get Kristian.

Went here again for a total of 3 times and definitely a great experience. I had a different masseuse each time but same genuinely good vibe. Clean rooms, fresh linen, ambiance was everything (the scent and the music with dimLighting )😍😍. I felt like I was i. Another world. I had deep tissue with hot stones and cupping the first time. I had a Swedish massage the 2nd time. This last time I had a deep tissues for 1hr and reflexology. It was heaven. Heavenly had a bad experience yet!

As an athletic trainer, I love that all of the massage therapists are licensed and trained. At Elements especially, I love how kind the staff is in making you feel welcome. They do an amazing job at answering any questions you have and the massage therapist are so skillful and knowledgeable that you’re in safe hands!

Staff has always been very friendly and courteous. Able to get a later appointment due to work schedule. Lacy is excellent at what she does. Always feel wonderful afterwards.

Had an issue a few months back in regards to their membership continuously billing me while I was unaware. When I called to try and remedy the situation I was told the manager would reach me when they arrived. That did not happen, I had to continuously call every other day to speak to the manager.Eventually, they got me in contact with the manager Erica. While I do appreciate the gesture of calling me on her day off, that appreciation dissipated quickly as I was confronted with a loud, abrasive, and condescending tone. Not only did she not allow me to relay my issue to her, but she constantly would talk over me with an extremely elevated tone. I really dont understand the hostility, but now Im assuming she called me on her personal phone so that her unprofessionalism wouldnt be recorded. She even mentioned that I should be grateful that she was even calling me ( I assume because she had better things to do). I want to be clear, that I did not raise my voice, was respectful, and only tried to ask questions.Rather than dealing with this type of manager, I tried to take my complaints (now including the awful experience with Erica) to Corporate but that is a hassle in itself to find someone to talk to, thats why I left a review with the BBB.Please dont use their services until management gets better training, despite whatever issues I had, Erica turned a bad situation worse and it still doesnt sit right with me until this day.

Alethia is so excellent! I first came for a weird nerve sensation in my leg that had been an issue for months. After one massage, it was healed. Every time thereafter, whatever she works on feels like a brand new body part. And so relaxing that I have to walk around before I feel safe to drive. Very professional and so therapeutic! Amazing!

Elements is a very professional massage business that has the best therapist that focus in the clients personal needs. I have more medical needs being on disability for my back, and I can count on them to take the best care of me. Ive always been treated with the utmost respect from everyone there. Im very happy and content there, and its hard finding a place like Elements 💙

I love the massages here. However, if you call to make or change an appointment, make sure you get a conformation email in writing. I’ve had to change an appointment, Chelsea assured me it was changed. The day before, I didn’t get an email reminder. I call and they said I have no appointment scheduled! Not only that, but my therapist can’t see me for 2 weeks. I have chronic neck pain and count on these appointments. Very disappointing.

I have been getting a 90-minute massage every other week at Elements Massage for over two years. I consider it a key component of my self-care and well-being program. During that time, I have been scheduling all my appointments with one masseuse. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, that therapist was not available for this week’s appointment, so I was offered one with another masseuse, Catherine, whom my wife has gone to multiple times.Initially, I was hesitant to change practitioners, even for just one session. My usual therapist has been working on me so long that she knows quite well where I hold all my tensions and knots. But based on my wife’s recommendation, rather than skip my session, I decided to keep my regular appointment and have Catherine work on me.In short, Catherine is a very skilled masseuse! She carefully listened to what I requested, what I was looking for, and then I just left it in her hands…literally. She worked a bit differently, using different techniques than my usual therapist, but clearly knows her stuff. She takes feedback very well and is truly committed to providing an outstanding experience. All in all, another highly satisfying experience at Elements Massage. I would recommend Catherine without hesitation.

Great front desk staff. Friendly and seemed genuinely interested in my enjoying the Element experience. They didnt have hot stones ready for my massage so they gave me aromatherapy for free. It was great, cleared my sinus and they let me keep the little baggie so I could enjoy the scent the rest of the day. My therapist, Ally, was awesome. She was very sensitive to my requests and I already booked another appointment with her!

The therapist I use helps me with my issues as I train a lot and need the massages to help relieve pain from my muscles. The team is very professional including front desk ladies. Been seeing them on a regular base for a few years by now.

I love it enough to have a membership here. Ive been going since I was pregnant and 95% of my massages are just what I need. Would recommend that you at least give it a shot. Anna and Margherita give great massages

Very nice place, easy reception area with no high pressure sales tactics. Ive been there very infrequently. Of course they need to ask if you are willing to commit to joining a plan. But they only asked once and then were grateful for the visit. Putting that aside, the few times I have gone over a few years have been very relaxing.

Had a massage tonight. I lost my earring at some point at the end of the massage most likely when the therapist was touching around my ears. I went back and they made little to no attempt to look for it. A very lackluster response from all employees involved. Very disappointed. Will not be back.

This was my first massage ever. I made an appointment with Raquel for an hour with hot stones. The establishment was very serene and extremely clean. Staff was very welcoming and warm and did not pressure me to come back or sign up for anything as some places have tried to do in the past. Also the first time discount was great! As for Raquel she was AMAZING! She asked about my needs and was very gentle yet got a lot of the knots in my shoulders out. I left her feeling amazing and distressed. I’m definitely going to be seeing her a lot more. The whole experience was an amazing one, I immediately told my friends to go and give it a try.

I was asked to come 15 minutes early for my appointment. I arrived 20 minutes early just to make sure I wasnt rushed. I arrived at 8:10am the massage therapist arrived at 8:15. The key holder didnt show up. Another key holder who was on maturity leave had to drive in to open the door. I was waiting for 30 minutes outside for my appointment. Had 5 minutes to do my paperwork before my 15 minute late massage, so much for not being rushed. On the flip side my massage therapist Ally T was amazing. If I ever go back it wont be the first appointment of the day and I will definitely request Ally.

Dont trust this place with your credit card information!!!!The first time I joined this company, they let someone else use my money without authorization! I canceled the card my monthly service yet they charged me 2 more months. I had to come and use the money they didnt refund me back then.I was stupid enough to go back and give them a second chance. That turned out horrible! This time they double charged me my monthly payment so I canceled again and requested a refund. They write in the system that I have to use the 2 sessions. No refund!!! Again.They say I have a block on the company so a refund cant be issued. I call the back they say that if I put a block, they cannot charge the card but they can absolutely give me my refund!This has been going on since the beginning of November. I still cant get it resolved.By now Im pulling my hair out! This company wants to FORCE me to get 2 use their company or loose my money!BE AWARE! THEY ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE!!!!Shame on you if you go there!

Just excellent massage place. I cant believe I havent been here before and its near my house. They are very professional, polite, and organized here. Pretty place too and great location. I decided on a 90 minute service today for deep tissue since I pulled my lower back. I must say the masseuse I had, Bradley was very attentive to my needs. I stated what I wanted as for pressure and he was great. Perfect pressure for what I needed. I left here feeling he took the edge off from my pain and was certainly more relaxed then when I walked in. I am considering the monthly program here because it is cost effective for me. I am highly active with high intensity training and will benefit from this service. Cant wait to come back soon!! Best place in Coral Springs

I had a much needed massage today. My therapist was Karl, he is such an awesome job. He was professional & knew exactly what areas to give more attention to with out me saying much. So glad I tried out Elements Massage. Ill definitely book with Karl again. Also the two receptionist were very nice & friendly

First time there and an excellent experience. The place is very nice, with a calm atmosphere. My massage therapist was excellent and provided a wonderful massage!

Front staff was extremely nice and Laci who did my massage was excellent. She makes sure to focus on areas where I am having problems and also gives me tips for what I can do at home. Can not rave enough about her. Will keep going back.

I like the new safety precautions after the reopening. For people who are a bit more careful about everything, I think they will feel safe to get massages. I also like that good notes are taken by the therapists. Its nice to know that I dont have to repeat myself to different therapists. Everyone is extremely professional. Ive had various therapists and they have all been different yet all excellent in their own way.

The office was very cozy, clean, and massage therapist Deborah was absolutely amazing. She applied the perfect amount of pressure, was very friendly, and even recommended some things I can do between massages to keep my shoulders and back in good shape. I will definitely return!

My first going back to Elements Massage since they re-opened, had a great experience. The facilities were very clean, social distancing was being observed by both the clients and the employees. As always really enjoyed my massage with Sharon, shes the best!

Terrible customer service! I tried to pay my massage with a gift card, but after 15 minutes the receptionist told me that she was having some issues and wasnt able to process the transaction, so I gave her my debit card. I went online and check the balance in my gift card it was charged $100 dollars by Elements Massage. I called them immediately and they asked me for proof of the transaction. I email them the receipt , clearly shows when and where the gift card was used, and this was the manager answer (Gigi) :Hi Sandra, We do not have the gift card transaction on your profile under purchases. Try calling customer service and see what they say about refunding your hundred because it never went through on our end.Please call me if you have any questions,GigiPathetic answer from a Manager !!! They just basically robbed me in my face.UPDATE 06/24/2021We apologize for the confusion and will try and make it right for you.We have refunded your debit card back and your appointment has been checked out as a complimentary session. I absolutely enjoyed my experience at Elements Massage. From booking my appointment to paying for the service I was treated with great customer service. I had a 1hour full body massage with Monica. She completely catered to me, which is difficult to do because I needed deeper pressure in certain areas like my shoulders but a much softer pressure on my legs. We discussed my needs before the service & she actually delivered exactly what my body needed. Monica also gave me some at home tips to help my areas of discomfort, which I’m doing & are helping.

Excellent service. I went with a group of 3. One of the ladies had to wait 10 minutes longer due to the prior customer. The therapist was so apologetic and she gave her some extra service and sample massage lotion to go. How great was that!

By far THE BEST MASSAGE EVER! I’ve had quite a few massages over the past 15 years and Nancy from Elements Massage hands down gave me the best massage I’ve ever had! She found and worked out knots that I didn’t even know were there. She was so sweet and perfectly customized my massage for me. Summer at the front desk was also a great host and instantly made me feel welcome. I will never go anywhere else again!

Today I went to Elements for the first time. Catherine gave me a great massage. I requested the deep tissue massage. it was one of the best massages I have ever had. I already booked my next visit. Their safety protocols were great. The receptionist brought my paperwork out to the car for me to complete. They called me to come inside when they were ready for me. Very professional snd well managed.

I am not shy to getting massages. I look at them as a necessity. I came here for a prenatal massage and I felt 10xs better leaving! I felt less pressure on my back and oddly enough I felt like I could breathe better. I can not wait for my monthly massages now! The lady that did my massage was kind and respectful. I am treated as a welcomed family member when I enter the salon. The extraordinary representatives who greet you at the door is a wonderful feeling. But, thats only the beginning. I consider my massage therapist, Catherine, to be one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and considerate people Ive ever met in this field. Ive been to your competitor, Massage E..y and was with them for about two years. I quit them once I found this Elements Massage to be the incredible place that the employees have made it. I had a serious accident over a decade ago which left me disabled. I have been told to stay away from surgery since the odds of never walking again are not in my favor. The only reprieve I used to get was from Physical Therapy. After the insurance ran out for that, I sought alternatives such as acupuncture, etc. I found some relief from the therapists at your competitors, but relief was very temporary. When I started going to Elements Massage, I had several different massage therapists. Approximately one year ago I met Therapist - Ms. Catherine P. Thank God for her. Because of her knowledge of human physiology and anatomy, she has reduced my pain levels down to the point where I can go days without my symptoms returning. My pain level has gone down exponentially and lasts for longer than any other relief I have ever received in the past. I want to thank you for having this employee on your staff. She has been a life-saver for me….literally.

Hi had a prenatal (maternity) massage with Ally last week and it was phenomenal. She knew just what I needed at 30 weeks expecting and triggered all the places that were aching my pregnant body. Thank you so much!!! Also I’ve been going here for a while now and prior to my pregnancy have had messages from different therapist I haven’t come across any one yet that has disappointed! Thanks Elements :) the membership rate is great!

Updating new experience- went again yesterday-Had a fantastic massage yesterday! Chris was amazing. First we talked about the stretching techniques to help with my shoulder that I aggravated then a 90 minute massage. Chris worked in the entire area of the shoulder first from my wrist down to the scapular. That was great because it allowed me to relax for the rest of the massage. Intense neck stretches that was so needed to foot massages all on a perfect temperature heated massage table. I was so relaxed I walked out and my husband said your shirt is inside out and backwards I felt so good I could care less. Lol Thanks again for a great experience. Been a client for years now and they always deliver a good experience.Elements has provided excellent service once again! My appointments have always been ontime. I am always offered a beverage before and after my massage with a smile. Delightful little treats are always provided, and scent of the room and oils used are pleasant. The front desk is a pleasure to help with rebooking and answer my questions on packages.This week my therapist, Miguel, was so attentive to my specific needs. I had such trouble with leg cramping, hip pain and of course tension in the shoulders . Miguel provided a hot compress on the shoulders first to start relaxing me then zoned right in on the tender areas of my legs. Miguel realigned my hips and worked the knots out of my shoulders all in a 60 minute massage. I should have stayed longer for sure! It was so relaxing even when working through the tender knots. The realignment of my hips was the best feeling ever! Miguel massaged then stretched each area and did not create more stiffness in certain areas, which to me is always a concern.I’ve walked out of massages before feeling worse than when I walked in because the therapist did not completely work out a certain area of tension leaving me in more pain. This was certainly not the case with Miguel and hasn’t been since I found Elements. Can’t thank you guys enough for making me feel welcomed and healthy again! Overall great experience! I feel so refreshed!

I met the manager at a Coral Springs networking event. I was so impressed that I scheduled my first appointment. I had no idea how amazing it was going to be. I had trouble walking up and down the stairs. Their medically trained massage therapists were able to get me back to normal. They have a wonderful monthly plan that I take advantage of. I will be their client lifetime!!!!

My fiance scheduled a massage for me at 7pm for Valentines day. I arrived at 6: 57pm and was told by the receptionist that my time would be shorter than expected because I needed to fill out paperwork. I asked how much time would be deducted and she rudely said it depended how fast I filled out the paperwork. I told her that wouldnt work for me because if I was paying full price I expected to get a massage for the full amount of time. None of this was discussed when the appointment was made. I drove 22 minutes to come here because my fiance had been here before and I wanted to try them out. I should not be stressed out by having to fill out paperwork fast enough in order to get my full time especially when Im paying for it. When I go to a place to relax I dont expect to be stressed the minute I walk through the door. Thats not my idea of an ideal situation when it comes to a relaxing environment. Huge waste of time!

I have been going to Elements Massage for a couple of years now and happy to say its still a great place. Today I saw Sharon for a serious therapeutic, work out the knot session. Its nice to have a few therapists that are wonderful to choose from, especially if your work schedule isnt set. Whether you are looking for a relaxing massage or more of a therapeutic session for some serious knot relief give Elements a call.

Love this place! I went with lower back pain and the masseuse really worked those areas and explained everything to me. I found everyone very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone is friendly and the environment is what you would expect when you think about relaxation. They even gave me a walk through since it was my first time there. All the rooms look excellent and tables are clean and comfortable. This place really does provide the service youre paying for. Cant wait to go back and have a couples massage with my wife!

I can not say enough about the great service and health benefits I have received since using Elements Massage of Coral Springs. I have been part of their wellness program since 2009. I have had other massages when I traveled, etc. but there is nothing like have a group of established and competent staff to tap based on the type of massage that I am looking for. I would highly recommend them for anyone seeking a clean, professional, relaxing and caring massage. I have continued to have my massages through COVID with no issues at all. Overall, I’ve never been wowed at this location. This was the second time here for both my husband and I and unfortunately we won’t be back. We got 90 minute massages that were cut short entirely.While we did arrive at 11:34 for an 11:30 we didn’t start our massages until 11:55. We are both returning customers so no paperwork needed to be done. The massages were completed at 1:10. I felt as if there was no communication between the receptionist and the massage therapist because I walked in and the therapist said she was waiting on paperwork because she thought I was a new customer. We both get massages roughly every two weeks and have definitely had better experiences with respects to the massage technicians themselves.

Margarita was very professional and provided an excellent massage. She communicates very well and was accommodating to my wishes. Highly recommend her! My husband has expressed the same review comments for Margarita.

My first time at Elements and it was everything and more. Wonderful massage by experienced professionals. I was very impressed with the health and saftey measures taken. The price was great as well, but definitely worth every penny and more! So happy i found this place A+++

Going regularly on a monthly basis has made such an impact to reducing my stress levels and stabilizing my neck and back pain. Ivan is a very skilled massage therapist. He pays close attention to the problem areas and adjusts each massage to fit my needs. The front desk staff are always welcoming and accommodating to scheduling appointments that fit my busy work schedule. It’s so refreshing to come to a place that really cares about their clients - I’m not just a number :-)

The massage therapist Spence was amazing. He is truly knowledgable and knew exactly which parts needed the most attention. I was extremely relaxed and he made sure I was comfortable. The front desk staff were very personable and polite. I would definitely return.

The business was clean, and the receptionist was nice and professional, but the massage was not a massage at all. I specifically told the guy I didn’t want a deep tissue massage. Which he didn’t instead I felt like I was in a stretching session for an hour. It was very disappointing and for the money I was EXPECTING better. He said while in the stretching session he worked previously at a Chiropractor office which I think he will do better at not a massage business.

The staff here is very professional. I had my deep tissue massage with Catherine. She is an amazing Massage Therapist. The pressure she applied was perfectly firm, I loved it, her massaged eased away all my knots, aches and tension. I highly highly recommend Catherine. You will be delighted and most importantly feel stress free after your session. Im returning! Its soooo worth it!

Went on 1/14/2016. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The studio is clean and comfortable. Jodi is a talented massage therapist and she did a great job. I had been suffering from tension headaches for nearly three days straight and I when I left I felt much better. Visited while traveling for business but if I lived in the area I would go back regularly. I highly recommend it.

I received my first massage with the salt rocks on Saturday, August 4. My therapist was Ivan and he was excellent! However, this is what I have come to expect of Elements...excellence. This massage studio treats me so good. I can count on Elements for a terrific massage and I so enjoyed my recent birthday massage. I usually decline the water (bottled water offered) but leave with the Mint.

I booked an hour because my shoulder/ neck was so frozen up and Im constant pain i didnt know what to do. I dont normally have pain anywhere but one day I literally woke up and couldnt bend my neck at all towards my right shoulder. INCREDIBLY PAINFUL. I went 36 hours without the pain stopping when my girlfriend convinced me to book a massage. SHARON. Ill say this again. SHARON. She fixed my shoulder/ neck problem. Its been 4 days and every day since its progressively gotten better. Honestly I cant recommend this place and Sharon enough. If your worried 70$ is too much for a massage, go get one from Sharon and youll pay whatever they ask for the second one lol.

Let me start by saying my therapist was a very pleasant young lady. I gave you two stars only because I dont hate anything. My massage was supposed to be for one hour and I wasnt in their facility for an hour. I walked in at 12:30pm & I left out at 1:28pm. The restroom had a bad odor, it smelt like urine. Yes, its a restroom and thats where people go to relieve themselves but it smelt horrible to me. Plug-in air fresheners and proper cleaning would definitely help. My therapist asked howwas the pressure and I asked her to apply more pressure, which only lasted for a few minutes. After the massage she told me where I had a lot of tension. Instead of asking should she focus there she told me I should follow up in one month. Honestly I didnt feel better when I left. I only said I was good because i wasnt trying to be rude and I already knew I wasnt going back. Im just used to more. It probably isnt the worst place to go but its not what Im used to.

I purchased a massage for my mother, and scheduled an appointment for her, making sure that everything was explained to the receptionist as well as my mother. This massage was purchased 7 months ago. She went to her appointment, which was a hassle because you just moved and there were no visible signs to find the place. Then, when she came out, the receptionist treated her and my sister as if my mother was a thief, yelling at her and chasing them to their car. I Specifically called a week ahead to explain the situation, because my mother doesnt speak English. She was treated rudely and disrespectful. Not only that, if the receptionist decided to take the massage out of my account, why would not confirm with the client before. She just wanted to get paid. The way that this business is run has left me with a very sour taste. I will not recommend this to anyone, even if it is free. I have yet to receive a refund as promised. 06/15

Ive been coming here since 2015 as a new resident. I would go off and on I signed up for the membership because I wanted to go more consistently. However I canceled my membership in 2016. Well I came back in 2018 and then I had the pleasure of getting a massage from Miguel. 🥰😊 Miguel helped me get my body back in shape. I was so sore and tight but he got me stretched out and making again. Elements massage has a great variety of therapist and Ive tried majority of them. I believe the one for you is waiting.

My wife has been to this place several times and loves it. This time, the massage requested was for my mother who has a lot of physical limitations (pain in shoulders and knees caused by OA).We told the front office staff and the masseuse about my moms condition, so that special care would be considered during the session. She received a therapeutic massage plus and extra session with the Himalayan hot salt stones. She praised the work of her masseuse Ali and how understanding and accomodating she was with her situation and the way she was able to work the different parts of her body with real care but still getting to the painful areas. Once my mom came out of the session, she was totally relaxed and said it was the best massage she had ever gotten. The ambiance is very relaxing and soothing and the front office staff were really attentive and caring.

I needed more than a typical frills massage and booked a session with Sandra. Ive never had such a knowledgeable massage therapist or such a productive session. I have a lot of tension and knots and usually just ask a masseuse to focus on those areas, which they do, but when I asked Sandra the sake thing she taught me how the rest of my tension is affecting my problem areas and just putting pressure on painful areas wouldnt give me the results I desired. She is amazing. Incredible. I cannot say enough good things about her. If you want to feel like you are really doing something great for your body I truly recommend you get yourself a massage, it should not be thought of as a luxury but a necessity. The girls at the front desk were really kind and courteous, they taught me about the wellness program without shoving it down my throat which only makes me want to become a member even more. Will be back and I hope the owner will commend their great team!

UPDATE: Ive been going to Elements Massage twice a month for over a year now. All in all, they are a very impressive business. They responded constructively and consistently to applying CDC protocols for COVID, so I feel quite comfortable going there. Ive been getting massages from Leity, all this time because she is just phenomenal. She is very attentive and tuned in. She is highly skilled in multiple disciplines, is very knowledgeable, and takes great pride in her work. I appreciate the fact I am working with someone who knows my physiology and what is needed. Five stars, for sure.Ive been going to Elements for three months now and Im a happy customer. The front desk staff is always friendly, organized, and efficient. Elements approaches things a little differently: They work to match you with a massage therapist whose style fits your objective. I asked for a sports recovery massage. To date, I have had massages by three different masseuses, and they are all very, very good.Sharon is excellent, Lady is exceptional, and Margarita is out of this world. Sharon is skilled at several different modalities, and will use what works to achieve the desired effect. Lady also knows multiple modalities and was very attentive to work out areas of soreness and tight muscles. Margarita has a very dynamic style. Aside from working out areas of tight muscles and knots while you are lying still, she also works your arms and legs through ranges of motion while kneading and rolling the muscle groups. I found this approach to be very effective at promoting a feeling of being more balanced and open physiologically. She is not timid and will work on whatever muscle needs attention. BTW: Dont let her smaller size dissuade you. She is one very strong lady. I would not characterize her approach as a relaxing massage where you might just fall asleep, but having had multiple kinds of bodywork for more than 40 years, I can easily say the two massages Ive gotten from her were the most transformative ones I have ever gotten. The feeling of ease and well being afterwards was evident.Elements Massage is very highly recommended.

Went for a couples massage. The experience was great. The ladys were very attentive to our needs. Rooms are very clean as well. We took advantage of the introductory rate. The regular rates seem a bit too expensive though.

I went to Elements on Thursday, September 17th for a sports massage. I was very impressed with how professional their staff was and how inviting they all were to my presence. Sean was my scheduled therapist and he took time to listen to my concerns I was having with my sports injury. I am a runner and have been having very bad leg pain. Sean had great understanding of what I was going through and targeted the massage accordingly. His knowledge for massage was impressive and he gave me some great ideas on how to stretch to gain more comfort with my leg. I have to say my leg has not felt this good in a long time and although I am still having some pain, it has been greatly reduced because of the work he did for me. I feel a few more sessions with him will help me get back to feeling normal again so I can run at 100%. I am thankful for the experience I had at Elements and I will certainly be a returning customer.

I first went to Elements in Coral Springs for a massage about three months ago. I have chronic back pain due to an auto accident and was in need of some therapy after trying various other remedies. I made my first appointment with Glenda and have stuck with her as she was a perfect match for me. After my first massage I immediately joined the month to month program which is excellent. I recommend Elements for anyone whether you are looking for relaxation or relief from pain a great massage is a necessity.

I absolutely hate for someone to touch my feet, but after talking to Nancy she definitely motivated me to allow her to massage my feet and my feet felt 70% better. She also massaged my hurt shoulder and that also felt much better. After the massage I felt rejuvenated and energized. They’re rooms are so peaceful and calm, it makes me think I’m in another country because of how quite and relaxing the atmosphere is. The massage tables are able to be set to a temperature which makes you forget your very own existence. Lol. Taking care of your self is top priority. The staff at Massage Envy are alert, kind, respectful, patient, and they want to match you to the best Massage therapist for you. I’d definitely recommend Massage Envy in Coral Springs FL. I have been going for the last year once a month.The staff is awesome and my massage therapist (Norma) has tremendous skills!! The area where they do the massages is very relaxing, calm and dimly lit with a sweet smell of incens . I look forward to my monthly appointment and its always a pleasant experience. If you’re looking for a great deep tissue massage, Leidy is a star. This was my first time at elements and I’ll be back to see her for sure. I prefer deep pressure, targeted massages when I have a problem area and she did a fantastic job.
