Cindy knows her craft. She has rhythm, flow and medium to firm pressure. She uses various techniques to manipulate the muscle including stretching. I felt safe and relaxed. I would definitely recommend her. She is one of the best in the Coral Springs location.

Cassandra is very thorough and provides a very good deep tissue treatment, which includes stretching. My wife and I think so highly of her that we book consecutive sessions (one behind the other) rather than have massages at the same time.

Catherine is very knowledgeable and knows her muscles very well. She is the epitome of what a deep tissue massage specialist should know and do. If you want a relaxing massage, she is not your technician. If you appreciate therapeutic massage and expect it to be uncomfortable like you should, then she will be able to help you a lot. She has helped me heal my plantar fasciitis along with very tight calves and hamstrings. She even taught me how to clear my sinuses. If you really appreciate deep tissue massage (which could be painful at times) then Catherine is your technician.

Diarra is so great. It was my first time getting a massage and she was super sweet and was honest about what I should do given my first time. The massage was amazing :)& if I could take Bradley R home with me I would!!! He’s so sweet and hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had, he really took his time from the consultation to the end. I can tell he’s experienced.

Jean and the staff at the Coral Springs location are exceptional. Very willing to help and ready to take good care of you. Very clean atmosphere and I feel relaxed every time I’m there and can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend this place.

First time at this massage envy location and let me tell you that I had the best massage. I went due to back, shoulders and neck pain. Sitting 10 hours typing on a computer is what caused it. Back to my experience… It’s been a long time since someone had me knocked out sleeping on a massage table like a newborn baby. Clogged nose and everything. I didn’t want to wake up or get up. Exactly how it feels when the dreaded alarm goes off in the morning. I owe this amazing experience to, Gigi, and the add on, lavender oil. Gigi used medium pressure to get ride of ALL THE KNOTS in my upper back and neck. She wasn’t forceful nor did she hurt me in anyway while she removed the knots. I didn’t wake up the following day feeling like I got in an accident, which happens to me way too much. Gigi probably doesn’t know this yet but she found a new loyal customer. Thanks Massage Envy!

I can’t even remember my therapists name , but the pain I went in with is still present . The pre Susie I didn’t specify deep tissue so that’s certainly my mistake , but I felt zero pressure what’s so ever and very strange technique. Probably worst massage I’ve never ever had sadly . But the girl at the front desk was super nice and knowledgeable, and maybe not all therapists there are new born handed . The two stars are solely for the front desk girl . After any massage I’ve ever had the therapist was there to walk you out and offer you water , this didn’t happen he just disappeared. And didn’t target the area I even went for . Highly disappointed.

The room is very clean, tranquil environment. The massage therapist is very good at applying the amount of pressure you desire. Nice soft music plays during the session. Overall a pleasant experience!

Not making the time to take care of “ me” and decided to treat myself, I was skeptical about a male masseuse, but Caulin was just Amazing.His bedside manners is out of this world . He’s also polite , mild mannered and very professional.He’s the best .Thank you Caulin . .

I received a massage from María and I was extremely satisfied the experience. I asked for medium pressure and a special focus on my upper back. She was able to target this specific area, while giving me an overall relaxation of the whole body. She has a warm personality and is very polite and respectful. She made sure I was comfortable at all times. I will definitely come back to her and next time for a 90 mins.! Thank you María!!

From beginning to end everyone was great , I truly appreciated the help from these ladies since I wasnt having a good day and my back had been hurting for a week. Layla was so sweet and understanding, Cindy helped me out more than I could ask for and considering a apart of the visit there was some confusion with the online description and that was my bad but when Mary the supervisor stepped in she took good care of me!

I recently had a terrible experience with Teneka at this location. It was the worst massage Ive ever had. Despite deciding to give this place one more try, I was once again disappointed. I highly recommend not wasting your money here, as there are many other locations that offer much better services.

Second massage with Colin and he was, once again, 5 Star Excellent. The front desk staff were also excellent, very helpful, friendly, and were fantastic about answering any questions I had. When I started my membership in December I was a little unsure about what was included and how it worked. The ladies there now cleared all of that up for me. An overall wonderful experience. Can’t wait to go back for more pampering. I also love the fact that I can share my membership with my husband if I want to, instead of using it on myself that month. Very flexible and I love that!

I need a deep tissue massage. My back is really tight I have been seeing the same massage therapist for about three years unfortunately he moved so I made an appointment with massage envy. This would be fun for teenage birthday or something like that. I can’t tell you how disappointing it was and expensive for what you get complete wasted time I could’ve went out to dinner with my family. It was a Friday night.

This was my first time visiting Massage Envy of Coral Springs. I have a membership, but just moved to the area. The front staff was so welcoming and friendly.I chose Sarah because it said on the online booking that she was able to do a firm pressure massage. She started off light and asked if the pressure was okay. Once I told her to go deeper, she was incredible. Sarah 100% knows what she’s doing and I can tell she really cares.At the end of the massage, she welcomed me to Florida and even wrote down suggestions for beaches and nice places to visit. I was given a Gift Certificate for my Birthday. When I called to schedule an appointment I was told I had to leave a credit card also even though I had a gift card to cover the expenses. I had a fraud on my credit card and explained to the manager that I didnt want to give my credit card information over the phone. They said they couldnt do it and told me they would have to cancel my appointment. This was the worse customer service I have gotten and I will let everyone know not to use Massage Envy or ever buy a gift card from them. With all the fraud around these days you should never have to give your person credit card information to a place you have never been before.

This was my second experience at Massage Envy and I must say that they never seem to disappoint. I received a prenatal massage with Suzanne who was AMAZING! She made me feel super comfortable and constantly checked in to make sure that I was okay. I wish I had known about this service earlier on in my pregnancy. I would definitely recommend all expecting mamas to get this service and ask for Suzanne!

Jean gives an amazing massage. She really worked out all of knots. I had knots the size of watermelons and she worked them out very well. Id highly recommend her and go back to her.

I had an amazing experience with Cassandre B. at Massage Envy. Her expertise in addressing my lower back pain and relieving tension was exceptional. I’m not a big massage person but have never had one I didn’t enjoy. Yesterday I booked at Massage Envy in Coral Springs for lower back spasm from a twisting injury. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist with an iPad for a brief intake then sat in a quiet soothing room and waited a few minutes for my therapist Diarra. She was very professional and helped my pain. Highly recommended!

I have been to Massage two times. Nothing against my first massager, but Maria is Fantastic!!! And the next time that I schedule a massage it will be with Maria. You have a First Class Massage Center.

Courtney is great! He listens to what is causing you pain and focuses on those areas to help bring you relief. I absolutely recommend him. He also increases and decreases pressure as you ask. 5 out of 5 ⭐️s!

Went there for my first time ever getting a massage. The inside was prestigiously clean, receptionists were hilarious and fantastic (someone get them massage chairs to sit at while they work!), music was nice and calming, lights were dimmed to relax patients. Bradley was the masseuse, and he was great. Very respectful, funny, and quite literally helped my back tremendously. I’m a dancer with a really tense back and neck, and he really went to get the bad knots out. Thank you so much for helping me out Bradley!!

This was the BEST massage I’ve ever had. It wasn’t just a massage it was definitely an experience. Once done, I felt like I went to a full day spa but only had a 1 hour session. If you need a massage go to Massage Envy Coral Springs and ask for Cindy C. she will not disappoint! The front desk staff Brianna was amazing too! Brad, what to say about Brad. I was in sooo much pain and the moment he began the session, I knew I wouldnt get up feeling the same. There were moments of excruciating pain, but he immediately readjusted pressure to still alleviate my tension but get the area to relax. I got up feeling so relaxed, the only downside, I had to go back to work.

The pressure points were too hard and she didnt massage the full body and only focus on the back area when I told her my elbows were sore. Very bad experience.

I called massage envy Coral Springs to book a massage a few days ago. When I was finished booking my appointment, I asked the person I was on the phone with if my payments were still frozen and that my payment was not coming out for December as I did not want it to resume payments until January. She confirmed with me that my payments were still frozen and then told me that I have an hour and a half accrued sessions. Today I arrived for my massage and everything went fine. When I got to the front desk to check out I was told my a very rude manager named Mary that I was not allowed to use one of my accrued sessions because my account was on freeze and that I should not have come in today. Shouting at me she then told me that I must make a payment for December and that I will never be allowed to freeze my account again. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. I feel like it is the front desk duty to inform me that I needed to pay for today’s session. This all of this could have been avoided, because I was not aware of this fact. I thought accrued sessions were OK to use well my payments are frozen. This is not the first incident I had with this location. A few months ago I came in for a massage and ended up sitting in the lobby for 15 to 20 minutes waiting for my massage to start when I was informed that the person who was doing my massage and never even came into work today. I was very upset so the manager offered me a 30 minute free session. I asked her if she could please make it in our free session since I left work early for my scheduled appointment and wasted my time and missed out on pay and she refused.

I recommend massage Envy. There massages are very good. If you getting a massage for relaxation, sports, or just indulging yourself, this is a place where you get taken care of like royalty. Thank you so much to staff and all the wonderful therapist. Have a great day.

The experience was beyond relaxing, setting a new standard for what I expect from a skincare session. It was my first time there and wasn’t expecting too much. I was in pain in my upper body and just wanted someone to work on me. Bradley did amazing. He found all the spots right away. I would highly recommend him and I will definitely be back!

My massage was 4 starMy wifes massage was 3 starSo if we could do 3.5 average, that would be about right.First-time customers and unfortunately the service was not good enough to actually warrant a return visit.Its too bad that the franchise doesnt have an introductory package of 3 or 4 massages to then try out different therapists in case the 1st experience is not excellent.This would then help confirm signing up for a membership.Id love to try another session, especially if they would be able to make up for the last session my wife had, but Im definitely not paying the regular rate to try it.If they didnt have a minimum 12 month contract, that would also be good incentive too bc lets say one signs up bc they like a therapist, and then the therapist leaves...

Get on the same page. Everyone should know what can and cant be done.The Massage was great. The customer service at the front desk is less than optimal. I ordered a bio freeze treatment and the masseuse had given me what was left over to take home because my muscles were really tight.When I got to the front desk. They took them from me. When I said my guy had told me to keep them, they said hed made a mistake and proceeded to o put them further behind the counter. . Its not what they said but how they said it. There was not enough in the container to matter much and I see so many companies miss an opportunity to provide excellent customer service by saying, this is not our normal process but since you were told otherwise, well allow it this once. They instead opt out and choose the stand their ground and say no.The masseuse also said I could use my debit card to get cash back for tipping. ME said they couldnt do that either. It seems they went out of their way to be less accommodating. They didnt know where the closest ATM was which was 3 stores down.I left, returned with cash. David the masseuse had just left. He could have easily been called back since, according to them, hed Just left. They did not and I left wondering if hed ever see the 40$ tip.

Absolutely unacceptable on how your staff treats clients. My scheduled appointment that I had to wait a week for, got cancelled an hour before its scheduled time because the masseuse called out and Marie Acosta was so rude and totally unprofessional, and insensitive. She argued and yelled at me instead of trying to be accommodating. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BEHAVIOR

Tovah is a genius when it comes to skin care and her customer service is top notch. Wait as long as you need to, to get an appointment with her.

This is by far my favorite location. I had a facial with Tovah today and it was outstanding ! She takes the time to explain skin care to you and is very detailed. I highly recommend her if your going in for a facial. I also recommend Brad for deep tissue massage therapy. These two are a whole experience !

MacKenzie was an EXCELLENT masseuse. He knew the anatomy well, took notes and gave the appropriate pressure.WHY MY REVIEW WAS NOT A 5:When my massage was complete, I went to the front desk to checkout. There was an issue with providing change from a $100 bill. The manager yelled from her office several times while I was speaking to personnel at front desk. She was coarse and very rude. I told front desk personnel (who was very polite), and she apologized for her manager. The manager should go to some sort of customer service course and learn appropriate responses as to provide a spa like experience.

Customer service 0 The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. You call, but they dont ask or confirm information on an appointment or customer. They just assume things. I am a first-time customer to this place, I scheduled a massage online, after two hours I called to reschedule, the first thing the girl told me was they will charge a fee for the full amount of the massage for same day cancelation, seriously? I made the appointment about two hours ago. She didnt even ask for my name or time of the appointment she just assumed I was somebody else. I had to leave work to go there only to find out that she didnt have me registered in the system and that my appointment wasnt scheduled. They should hire better prepared staff.

There are several good massage therapists here but Jean is a beast! I actually planned my membership cancellation for about a month out and Jean had me re-considering that decision! Highly highly recommend!

Maria gives the best massages which I get every 2 weeks with her. Tovah is an amazing esthetician as well. Can’t rave enough about this location.

Jean is an amazing therapist she really takes her time and very attentive to what you need. Unfortunately, she is apparently managed by BRIANA who is rude, disrespectful and VERY unprofessional. Does not like to take accountability for her actions and childish. Luckily, I am not a member of this location because if so I would cancel a membership of several years. I hate that I won’t be able to use Jean any longer but I will not pay for unprofessional or disrespectful customer service.

The facility was clean and the receptionist were kind however this was the WORST massage I’ve ever had! Sorry brad :( for my hour I only wanted to focus on my neck and lower back.. these are my problem areas. I get massages often and only do neck and back. I’m a nurse and have very limited time to get massage so this time is precious to me. During the massage while brad was massaging other areas he was leaning on other parts of my body. At one point he had his elbow rubbing my back and had his knee smashing my arm on the table. More then half Way through my massage he hadnt even touched my neck which was my most concerning area.. I had to literally ask him what time it was and to please do my neck. He was so vigorous on my neck my face was lifting up and down off the face pillow.. he also put a heating pad on which I asked for him to take off TWICE because I felt like it was burning me.. I’m so disappointed and upset i wasted the gift card my father gave me to help get me through the pandemic 😷

I had the BEST experience at this location. I just moved to town and I called looking for information on massage. Brianna was so attentive and so knowledgable from the very beggining. She was patient and took her time explaining it at least 4 times because I’m hard of hearing. My therapist SUNY was just perfect. She got all the spots, I just traveled so she really helped me relax so much. I felt brand new. Deffinitly would recommend going back.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!! The technician was rude, obnoxious, and extremely condescending. She made me very uncomfortable and wouldnt shut up the entire hour. She talked about about her personal life which was inappropriate and unprofessional. I explained that I injured my shoulder while lifting a heavy suitcase and twisting the wrong way, but she kept telling me the pain was all in my head and that I should consider taking anti-anxiety meds.She then proceeded to tell me how wonderful she was and that other technicians wouldnt be able to handle my massage.I will NEVER NEVER NEVER book a massage at this place ever again.

Tova is the best!!!!! Her peels and facials are very effective. I used to go to a plastic surgeon office who had those services. But I attuned better results with Tova.

Dwayne has been my therapist for years. While most all of the therapists are very good, Dwayne is AMAZING! and as I teased John last night, hes my backup plan these days. I have several health issues and old injuries including a total shoulder replacement and a pacemaker. Working on me isnt easy! And I never feel sore or sick after working with Dwayne. Hes the bomb!Update: last night was THE FIRST NIGHT in YEARS that I slept all night but got up once to use the restroom all because Dwayne was in tune with what was going on with me and worked out the kinks.

Caulin was amazing. I’ve been treated by other massage therapists but Caulin is the best. I was in a lot of pain and I got a hot stone massage and after I felt like a brand new person. Thank you Caulin!!

I did not fully enjoy the massage with Bradley due the ocasional moaning sounds he made. Also, sometimes it felt more like caressing than massage. It felt very weird that he did very slight tapping on my skin and then he paused the massage for a few seconds. I would have enjoyed more the experience if he did not make those uncomfortable moaning sounds.

Great massage. Staff is always pleasant. Management need to provide working tools for staff. Need to replace RTR massage guns. Both of units failed during my last visit and have been malfunctioning during my last 2 visits. The staff gave me another enhancement for the issue but there is no substitute for RTR.

Got a facial from Joann, which was AMAZING! One of the best facials I’ve ever had. She really listens and gives advice for your skin goals.

I recently had a massage with McKenzy, I believe he’s new- I have not met him before! He is a talented massage therapist! McKenzy was courteous and professional. His massage was truly healing & relaxing. McKenzy found spots in my muscles that I did not know existed or held that much tension! Definitely ask to book your session with McKenzy.
