Alejandra is my hair stylist and has been Al for a lil over a year now and guys let me tell you she is amazing, knowledgeable, honest, and she knows what she is doing. Everyone there is friendly, and super nice. I even brought my daughter. From regular wash and blow dry to cuts to keratin to color to highlights she did it all and never disappointed, always exactly what I want and when I ask for a twist it makes it 10x better than the picture. I recommend her for all your hair needs. Thank you guys.

Im so annoyed. I was very excited to book services for my birthday on Friday. Unfortunately, I have not had the best of luck getting in touch with them. I waited until today for them to open to call. I made like 3 or 4 calls to a phone number that was listed on Google as theirs. When someone picked up, they said hello and hung up. I called back and no response. I then tried the number on the site. The same girl picked up and used the salon greeting . She asked what I was looking for, took my info and said she would call me later to help me book. I called at 1, then at 5 multiple times. Not a single person picked up the phone. Its nearly 9pm and I have yet to receive a call back. It should not be this difficult to speak with someone at a place of business. Smh

Beautiful and welcoming salon! I went for a pedicure and waxing which I did with Jenny. The service was awesome; she literally pampered me from start to finish. This is a one stop place, you can literally get everything done here which is great. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Called and got my appointment for the next 30 minutes, luckily Licelot was available and did full set acrylic with gel manicure and gel pedicure ($125 for all) she did an amazing job! Place was clean and staff friendly. I do recommend

Okay I wanted to wait a few days to write this review to see how and if I liked my hair.First off let me just say I had appointment at 12:30 and I was there until 5:30. I was scheduled for perm and cut. I knew the perm would take a while but not 5 in half hours. Everything started off great my hairdresser was Jenny nice and professional. Got my haircut into a bob, it was a little too long I actually wanted it shorter but thought it would curl up more with the perm. So she started on my perm and got everything wrapped up, I felt like the wraps could be tighter they felt very loose. She started the process with the perm, I honestly felt like the first part wasn’t in long enough. Then she did the activator for 15 minutes and rinsed out, then I was put under dryer for another 20 minutes. She finally took all curlers out and some hair looked great but some were still straight like not even curly so I asked to redo the whole bottom because it’s like the didn’t even get the chemicals on them. So she did that again and I have to stay longer because of her mistake. Finally we get done and in the end it’s not anything like I wanted half of my hair is curly and all the ends are straight. What irritated me more was she was trying to hide and blend in the straight hairs. I paid $210 for it and it’s just very upsetting. I will have to research a good hairdresser for perms because I really wanted this it was a very dramatic change for me.Just want to add btw, the people that work there write reviews as well to make them have better results in their reviews. What does that tell you 🤷🏻‍♀️

I went to this salon to get my hair colored. Alejandra colored my hair ash blonde and did an amazing job. I get compliments on my hair every time I go out. Usually I do not let just any stylist color my hair because if one is not careful you can come out of the salon with orange or yellow hair. Alejandra is very professional, happy, honest and a great colorist. I would definitely go back to that salon again for my touch up.

Had such a great experience with Alejandra. I gave her an idea of what I was looking for and she understood it so well. Loved the results! Everyone that works there was also very nice attentive to anyone coming in for services. I was looking for the right place to get my haircut, highlights and blow dry and everything about my visit was perfect.

Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Katerina and the staff at Miko & Co Salon & Spa. It was such an amazing experience and the customer service was outstanding. The cleanliness of the salon and constant cleaning of surfaces especially during these times helped me feel safe and confident in my decision. I have had so many horrible experiences at salons that this was so refreshing to meet such friendly and talented staff.Katerina was extremely accommodating and humble since I had my 1 yr old son with me. She listened to what I was looking for in my cut and style. She left me looking and feeling like a brand new woman. Even provided me with some hair styling tips as a busy 1st time mom. Thank you so much! I will definitely be going back here in the future.

Katerina was wonderful! She is super friendly and sweet. She made me feel very comfortable and I could tell I could trust her with my hair. She also gave me pointers on how to keep the color in my hair longer and tips for how to maintain and keep my hair healthy. Natalia was also super wonderful! She did my eyebrows to match my hair. I never knew you could do henna on your eyebrows but it looks fantastic. Everyone in the salon is super friendly, welcoming, and professional. I can’t thank them all enough! Will definitely be back!

I recently started going here when my longtime hairdresser, Jeanne, switched salons. On my first visit the owner Miko introduced herself and welcomed me warmly. The salon is very clean and all of the staff that Ive met have been super friendly. It is a great atmosphere that warrants an enjoyable experience. I have already booked next appointments for myself and my daughter (Jeanne is great at kids haircuts, too!)

I been going to the salon for almost 6 months and the staff is been great to me. Very attentive and professional. Alejandra does my hair and since she is been taking care of it’s so much better!! From color to highlights!!!Im very happy about it! I really recommend her!!!

I bought a Groupon for $118 for highlights, shampoo, deep conditioning, and blow dry. I ended up lying an extra $55. I spoke to the hair stylist the day before and she told me there would be a $20 fee if my hair was long. So ok I understand they are going to use more product. So I got there at 240 and half way through she said I’m going to have to put toner on after the highlights and that is going to be $35. So an extra $55 that I don’t think was fair and being there till 615 for some highlights is not right. Also my hair is like an orange color. I wanted like brown-Carmel highlights. I wish a little upset that the owner did not try to do anything but say sorry you have Tom pay this price. I couldn’t gone to another salon that would have been the same money done a better job and my time wouldn’t be wasted. At the end I had to pay $55 and she said I can go back in 2 weeks and she’ll make it darker. Not sure if I want to and if she will honor what she says. Take my advice just schedule with a different salon I promise it will be the right choice. But on a good note the girl was very very friendly.

Back in December I was looking for a salon that I can go for my wedding. I found Miko salon and met Alejandra she took care of my moms hair my grandma and myself. Her recommendations were perfect and made an impecable work. She is Always nice and friendly. She is my to go person every time I need something.

Literally the best experience ever! Natalia was so nice when doing my eyebrows tint and lash lift/tint, and at such a good price! Such a beautiful environment, and the workers take their time to make sure you are beyond happy with the results! I’m recommending this place to everyone I know, and definitely coming back!!! :)

I went to Aimee Jo for the longest time and shes amazing. However, in the year that I went, the quality of the salon declined over time. None of the receptionists spoke English and when they saw my last name, they proceeded to speak to me in Spanish only. I told them several times I prefer to be spoken to in English and they still proceeded to speak to me in Spanish and asked me if I would be OK with them speaking to me in Spanish. My primary language is English, not Spanish. No one who works in Customer Service should be unable to speak English fluently. They claim to be bilingual but they cannot speak English.Several times when I came in I was ignored and Aimee Jo had to tell them to offer me water or coffee. This should be automatic in a high end salon like that but as I said, the quality degraded over time. There were also several times where my appointment was booked incorrectly. Completely unprofessional.Aimee Jo was the best part about that salon and sadly she is no longer there. I wont be going back there ever.

I’ve heard such great things about this salon! All of my friends and family go to Miko to get their hair, nails and facials done! I have already booked my appointment and can’t wait to go! When I called the receptionist was bilingual which is so important these days and treated me with such a great attitude and was very informative about all their services. I will be back to tell about my experience!

Had a horrible experience yesterday with Alejandra. I went in for a gel manicure and a pedicure. My nails were long and very well kept. I told her to just trim them a bit to get them a bit more shorter as I am a nurse .She was busy talking with other clients and working that cashier and kept eaving me .As she spoke with a customer she began to cut my nails and ended up leaving them extremely short , they looked as if I bite my nails.Then she said that they looked perfect because I had asked for extremely short nails. She left some longer than others and I had to point them out so she kept cutting even more.After all this she starts to say that she does hair and that she doesnt do nails often but that my nails look amazing.😒🤬. I had been there for almost 2 hours and she had not even finished filing them, I was going to be late for another appointment so I was not able to get a pedicure done . She went to go get the nail color I asked for and applied it horribly. She said the nail polish was clumpy and that she would smooth it out so she went somewhere to add some other liquid to it. The service was absolutely horrible , she clearly doesnt know what she is doing and she messed up my nails. I now have to go somewhere else to fix the mess she did.Beware dont go there , dont waste your money nor your time.

Ihad a wonderful experience with Jenny. She did amazing during my session. I waxed my eyebrow and uper lip. She did a great job and the results were exactly how i wanted them

She never fails to impress me, always listens to my requests and delivers results that makes my hair look beautiful. I highly recommend her and you’ll love the salon as well. P.S. they are very Covid safe as well.

Poorly managed and the customer has to bear the brunt of it due to unnecessary drama. Do not recommend . tech seemed angry that I just wanted a polish change even though I had a pedi/mani there only a few weeks prior as though I should be getting a pedicure every time. I will never patronize this salon again.

Ive gotten my hair high lighted here once and I loved it! Forgot the girls name but she did a fantastic job. Ill definitely be coming back. This is definitely a reliable salon. 3 years ago I used to go to one 2 miles from my house and once they ruined the color of my hair, never going back there again.

Ive been going to Salon Miko Day Spa for 18 years. Ive tried many services and stylists, and have always been satisfied. They keep up with the latest trends and always recommend something interesting for me. Today, Miko gave me an edgy hi-light / low-light / base color and haircut. My curly hair looks amazing! Connie offers the best eyebrow wax Ive ever known and I love her spa room. I was comfortable and well-attended during my entire Saturday visit, including refreshments, a light snack and trips to the dryer to speed my color along. I would recommend Salon Miko Day Spa to anyone!

Having lived here for 40 years , I have been to a few salons. this one is by far the best. The new owners are wonderful and so pleasant to deal with. How nice to know a person can look forward to going to the Beauty Parlor.I would suggest that if you are looking for a fun shoppe this is the one. The entire staff is warm and friendly. I went to get my curly hair trimmed and blowdryed/curled. my hair is very long and type 3c curls, Jenny carrasco washed,trimmed,blewout,straightned and curled my hair. shes great with curls and treatment, very gentle and i overall love it & her session!

Joanna is the best of what she does shes been doing it for 25 plus years my mom used to go to her and Ive always gone to her shes also wonderful person highly recommended very professional and make sure you feel at ease.One of the cleanest nicest salons I have ever been around I like that the pedicure is up higher and has a excellent massage chair I almost fall asleep every time👍😎👌

Stephanie has a horrible attitude. I knew right away not to get my hair done by her so I canceled the appointment immediately. Everyone else is very friendly! Wish I was handed a different stylist that seemed to be having a better day

Aimee Jo Cerenzia has been my hair stylist for 9 years and I wouldnt go to anyone else! The Miko & Co. Salon is beautiful and very clean. I always feel welcomed and appreciated there. If you need a good stylist who is excellent with color and highlights, Aimee Jo is the person to see!

Nail tech and hair stylist are great. Just be prepared to bring your own products and pay full price. Owners and manager are never there. I have been a customer here for many years and I continue to see the salon decline since new owners took over last year.

I took my mom there for a service a couple of years ago. But when I was waiting, I was able to see the environment of professionalism and confidence, it really caught my attention. Years passed and I finally made an appointment for a haircut today. Is difficult for me to find a stylist because I have curly hair, but I was able to find the best staff at this place. From Christy welcoming you , Lisa, who cut my hair (and it was awesome, btw), Nubia who gave me a massage and facial (Hubbys surprise treat) and even the owner, Miko, so down-to-earth and extremely nice, it was definitely one of the best days Ive had and it was all thanks to them!

I have only been going to MiKos for a few months for gel manicures. Twice, their receptionist did not appropriately schedule me for my next appointment.The first time it happened, a staff member was able to assign me to a different nail tech at my scheduled time slot. Yesterday was a totally different story. It was total confusion!! There was only one tech on site and she was busy. Staff members were talking in Spanish, totally ignoring me. Speaking in Spanish/ not English is rude and disrespectful.I was told that when my appointment was put in system for yesterday, there may have been a computer glitch. I ended up walking out as my request to speak to a manager was ignored.I will definitely NOT GO back to Mikos. The staff is lacking in professionalism and basic customer service skills..

Love this salon! Victoria is the stylist who always does my hair. My hair used to be jet black and she did a wonderful ombre ending with dirty blonde. Since then we are changing my hair gradually blonde. She always gets the color and cut perfect! Not to mention she has great conversation while she does your hair. The salon has a great prices and many ways to get discounts. Love the salon and love Victorias work!!!!!

Ive been a steady Salon Miko customer for about 10 years,,,Carl is my beautician. The staff at Salon Miko has always been friendly and accommodating and Carl does a great job month and and month out. Mimi did a partial highlight for me, blending in growth and my natural ash blonde base and I could not be happier! Her detailed baby lights technique blended old growth perfectly and makes my new highlights look completely natural. She was very careful to preserve the health of my fine hair by using a low level of bleach and no heat (thank you, Mimi!). The entire team, including Miko herself, were friendly, attentive and energetic. I feel like a million bucks and from here on Mimi will be tending to my blonde!

The Salon Is very dirty and the mew owners are from a different country they do not speak English. They fire people for no reason and are very rude to customers. I would not recommend going to that salon. The people that work there were very unhappy. They use dish soap to wash your hands and never take out the garbage they also reuse the same garbage bags over and over and use very cheap paper towels.

WOW 5-STAR EXPERIENCE - and this place has everything for guys and girls! From nails, pedicures, eyebrows, haircuts - brought my daughter here, she was scared of trying something and someone new. I bought my wife a groupon as a gift for a Haircut, Shampoo, Conditioning treatment and blowout.Upon arrival Minnie told my wife that she should go to Ouidad Salon next time since she had curly hair, she kept asking how much she had paid for the groupon, she did the shampoo, the conditioning treatment and said that she would not be able to do the blowout once again because of the curly hair.I dont understand why the owners would put out a groupon and the effort to attract new clientele and have them treated this way on their first visit.

I am a new client at Salon Miko Day Spa. I just moved to Coral Springs from New York. I am very particular about my hair and a friend recommended John at Salon Miko. John cut and colored my hair and it looked great. I am so happy that I found someone (John) and some place (Salon Miko) that is friendly, comfortable, and can cut and color my hair just like it was done in New York!

I had my hair cut, colored and highlighted and then blown out. I got so many complements. Finally got a great haircut. I also had a shellac manicure there prior and I loved it. Great place, super nice people!

Even during the Covid-19 epidemic, there is peace, quiet, and relaxation at Miko & Company. Shelby did my hair. No idle chatter, but real conversation. The color and cut draw attention! Asia did the pedi...my toes look fantastic, short, rounded, and natural looking. I LOVE this place!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! i go see Jasi every time Im there. I went from brown hair to a beautiful blonde in a day without damaging my hair at all! Went in to color and cut my hair and my time there was ruined by the owners wife Urama. She treats her employees and the clients with such disrespect that neither me or my friend will ever go back. This lady needs to be on meds she was arguing with her employees in front of the clients and even threat to fire one of them. I felt like running out of there but I had my hair half way done. I felt horrible for my hairdresser and the other employees. Find somewhere else to go and waste your money.

I got my hair colored and braided by Noemi a few days ago. she did a wonderful job. I highly recommend her to anyone.

I have been going to Hilda at Salon Miko for some 15 years now. Hilda and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and amoung friends. I like the haircut I get there too.

After years of bad color corrections I gave Salon Miko a try. After many hours of stripping,coloring and conditioning I finally have a complimentary color in my hair. I look foward to my next appointment. Alot of positive feedback from friends and family.

The technician YANI PROVIDES THE WORST SERVICE EVER , shes pretty rough, pretty rude and doesnt have a good manners, I had to left the saloon with just half of my pedicure done and no manicure, She is damaging the name of the salon, I will not return, I wasted my time.

Horrible experience !.was a customer of this salon for many years until yesterday! the front desk is horrible! very rude on the phone ! i had to repeat over and over my name and to be advised to visit another salon if i was not happy there tops it all! new people i guess

They worked fast and in the end I did not like the haircut it was uneven in the back and my kids pointed it out to me and they were right!

I had a makeover with Alejandra and I have to say that she is the best. From the beginning she explained to me step by step what she would do to my hair and gave me options so I could decide what to do. I can only say that I loved how it looked on me from the beginning. copper color that she gave me to cut my hair, she was also very careful in leaving it exactly as I asked, I can only say thank you very much I totally recommend her shes the best
