What an amazing experience! Ariel was so polite, descriptive and professional! Cassie was very professional. And Anthony was very informative, professional, and provided an amazing service. My desperate cry for help turned into a masterpiece! The salon was very clean and it smelled so good! From the moment I walked in , to the moment, I walked out I felt appreciated. Thank you for the great service!

Staff was amazing! Ive been looking for a hair dresser for some time now but with no luck. The receptionist at Anthonys were able to get me in right away with Jodie, whom omgosh was totally AWESOME!! She did a transformation on my hair... Definitely found my forever salon!!

Was in on 7/18/24 for a cut. The stylist cut then dried my hair and styled it so I couldn’t /didn’t see the mess she had made. I didn’t ask for bangs but she sure chopped some in. My hair is horrible. I even tipped her! Very disappointed !looks NOTHING like the reference picture I showed her. 1/10 would not recommend

My massage therapist was a bit unprofessional, kept stopping massage to drink water etc, didnt seem to put real effort into what she was doing or customer experience. She didnt ask any preferences or pressure and kept yawning, which was kind of rude. Im willing to give another try maybe once more with a different therapist. I didnt feel any better and was looking for relief from muscle tension.. stay tuned for an updated, hopefully more positive review.

Love my hair! I get so many compliments! And I love getting my nails done where we can communicate and they do a great job! Will be going back for sure and telling all my friends to also!

My massage was absolutely awesome. The staff here are great. A beautiful experience. Kimberly is the best! I highly recommend her.I have found my spa! I will only be coming here from now on. I received a gift certificate for a manicure, a pedicure, and a facial. Ursula did my facial and there are no words to describe how she performed. She is absolutely amazing!!! Very attentive and personable. She is extremely knowledgeable and just all around phenomenal. Denise performed my Mani and Pedi and wow! Ive never been more pampered in my entire life.The atmosphere was soothing. Everyone was super friendly. I would love to be here every single day!!!

I’ve never had a bad enough experience or went as far as writing a review but I feel as if I need to for Anthony’s Aveda. I went in for a balayage that took 3 and a half hours to do and ended up with my hair looking the same as it did before going into the salon, not to mention it costed $350. I went back in to discuss with my stylist what I wanted and she let me know there was nothing she could do at that point and that I would have to rebook and pay for another balayage. I will not be returning to this salon and I suggest others save their money as well.

I came from out of town and I needed some last minute maintenance done on my hair color and extensions at the last minute. which were not done originally at this salon. I made an appointment and they convenience me with the next day appointment. I was called by my stylist Jody and asked if I would like to come in 2 hours early so she could assess my hair and a lot proper time for the procedures. The results were amazing. My color was touched up perfectly and my extensions were moved up perfect as well. The results were amazing. I can honestly say I would recommend this salon and my stylist Jody to anyone.

Wonderful and relaxing experience for my 1st facial. Marie was a blessing and very informative on the products she was using. I have large pores, and she recommended a pore refiner and am giving it a shot.

Tina was phenomenal!This is my third time there and every time I always have a fabulous experience.My haircut was everything I wanted, I’m super fragile about my virgin hair, but Tina did exactly what I wanted and added life to my hair.The front staff was sweet and very thorough. Definitely will be back!

Mel did such a great job on my hair! She is friendly and very knowledgeable! All the staff was very kind. The receptionists helped me get scheduled and they took before photos of my hair. The salon is clean and relaxing. I highly recommend this salon.

We visited this salon/spa while in town and really enjoyed it! Tina cut my hair and did a FABULOUS job. She listened to what I wanted and did not want. She gave style tips and techniques to help when I styled my hair. She really delivered. I took a peek at her Instagram _hair.by.tina to see her work and her coloring/balayage skills are amazing. I will schedule another cut and add a color service during our next visit. Mattie (spelling?) did a massage on my partner and she LOVED it. She said she was very professional and had great pressure and gave an excellent massage! Prices were excellent and very safe during COVID.

Edit: I had an appointment at 9am this morning for a consultation to go back to blonde. Exactly 10 minuets before my appointment, they call me telling me they are going to have to cancel due to my stylist being sick and they have no one else. This is now the second time something like this has happened. They do a great job, but these situations are very frustrating. I had already driven all the way to the salon and was waiting for the doors to open when they called me. I’m to the point where I’m just going to use a different salon because it has kind of put me off. I know things happen and people get sick but you don’t wait to call a client 10 minuets before. And I understand some things happen but the fact my stylist was sick, she shouldn’t have attempted to come to work anyways considering we are in a pandemic ya know?This place is awesome! I got my hair cut by Tina this time and she did an awesome job. It didn’t feel rushed, she was super friendly, and knew what she was doing! Some people are better than others at giving the kind of cut I get and she was one of the best ones. I’ll definitely remember to request her!

Definitely not a fan and wouldnt recommend. I received a gift card and was super excited to get my toes done. Quickly disappointed. Nail polished was quite clumpy and appeared old. Nail tech was very sweet and tried her best to fix it but it kept clumping and moving. She had to fix my big toe 4x. She put drying drops and insisted theyd be dry within 10 minutes. Pedicure took 1.5 hours... About 35/45 minutes later (2:15pm) including blasting AC at my toes to ensure theyve dried only to get home and immediately wrinkled after taking my shoes off. ‍

They give phenomenal service. My father always enjoys his massage.Nicole does wonderful job as hair stylist. Alexis gives her customer star treatment and care as manicurist. Mata has the most gentlest fingers that my father always feels 100% better.

I have never had a bad experience here! For services like facials and waxing, time and date is more important to me then person, so I have had a variety of people throughout the years. Each one of them has been fantastic. For haircuts, I always schedule with Anthony. I trust him completely and always love the cut. Everyone there cares about their customers as people and they all strive to make it a warm, inviting, friendly environment. They provide excellent customer service and I highly recommend them!!

This salon has great, wonderful employees. Every time I call I always get the friendliest receptionist. Ive been here over 20 times only had one bad experience.I got a keratin treatment done and it was worth every penny. They have great stylists, Ive gotten a deep tissue massage here before. It was OK! Ive had better.I always come in and ask for the lady that does my eye brows. Sorry! I cant remember her name. They offer complimentary water, coffee and iced tea. They have a very comfortable sitting/chill area.The salon is LARGE and very clean. Its a little pricey but worth it. Ive had my share of bad salon experiences in Corpus Christi so pick wisely!

I had a full body massage, facial and pedicure today. Everything was really great except for the pedicure. The lady was nice but didnt spend to much time on my feet at all! She didnt use the scrub very long or even focus on certain areas that needed more attention. If Im going to pay $50 for a pedicure I would expect better service. Definitely wouldnt go back for a pedi but maybe for the massage for sure!

My visits to Anthonys Aveda is always refreshing. I tend to choose a package of services, but my friend Sara is happy to purchase her facials one at a time. All of their spa services will make you feel effervescent.

First time there was about a month ago and Ive already set up other appointments. I was given a birthday gift card to come here for a waxing and so glad I did. Great service, very nice, clean, professional atmosphere. All of the staff that I came in contact with was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Cant wait to try other services. Next Ill be trying their dermoplaning!

I called and asked on short notice if there was a walk I’m available, and sure enough they had an opening for me! Taylor gave me my haircut and made me feel awesome! She was really friendly and relaxed so it was enjoyable to interact with her. I will definitely be requesting her from now on 😊

I love Anthony’s!! It is the only place I go when I’m being treated to a Spa Day by my husband. I love their massages and they always do a great job on my hair. They also have very engaging Nail Tech staff. I highly recommend them!

Sema did my hair and she was amazing! i’m not one to really talk to stylists and have conversations just cause of anxiety but she made it so easy to talk to! she was super sweet and talked to me before doing anything to make sure i got what i wanted and it came out exactly like the photo i referenced. will be coming back again :))

Second massage after I promised myself I wouldnt go back after the first. My girlfriend and I took advantage of what seemed like a great deal for a Black Friday massage.The deal consisted of a massage, scalp massage, hot stone treatment and foot reflexology.We received less effort than someone who was preparing a Thanksgiving Turkey. Something to comparable to a two-year old finger painting. The massage felt more like we were just being slathered in oil.I get 10x the quality of scalp massage from my local Supercuts when I a shampoo after my haircut.We received about a minute each of hotstones.When we brought this up to the manager he seemed to have a dismissive attitude thinly veiled with an apologetic tone. No discount offered for such a terrible experience - $178.00 for 80 minutes of my life I will never get back.There are plenty of other places for massages in Corpus Christi, please go to any others instead of wasting your hard earned money here.

Have been going to Anthonys for 6 years and have never regretted one single thing regarding my decision to keep going. Love the atmosphere! Workers are cheerful, friendly and willingness to assist with any issues. Have been to other salons where workers were so blah, no smile, and felt like a crypt. I personally enjoy the jovial mood and will continue to be a patron. LOVE the salon and the hairdressers are great! Wont let anyone touch my hair but Anthonys Aveda Concept Salon & Day Spa. Try it, you will keep going back!

Being new to Corpus Christi, I was dreading the daunting task of finding a new salon. Well, the salon gods must have been watching over because I found Anthons Aveda Concept Salon and Day Spa and what a find it was. I could not have been happier the the amazing services I received. Thanks to Felicia my nails were perfect, Coley did a fabulous job on brow/facial waxing and makeup. My hair was done by Anthony and the cut and color are perfect! The staff is so friendly and professional, and did the best job of anticipating my needs. I highly recommend this wonderful Spa.

A friend referred me to Jessi for a trim, she cleaned up my pixie cut up great!Staff is friendly and great everyone upon arrival. The salon is clean and roomy. From what I could see from my seat, stylists areas were clean and orderly.Plenty of parking in the back.

I was in here earlier today for a facial when i say it was amazing i mean it was AMAZING!!! I was on time so was Monique she got my name wrong but so what im bad with names too. Anyways this lady here did a fantastic job extracting from my cheek and chin area rubbing my shoulders upper back neck and scalp massage she also massaged my feet this woman has hands for the gods i scheduled another appointment for three weeks from now i will review that experience as well. ANTHONY KNOWS WHAT A WOMAN WANTS!

This salon is clean. The staff are friendly. They are over priced for the average services they provide. I was there for a massage and definitely would have gotten a better massage at a more affordable salon. If you are looking for swanky, go here. If you are looking for quality, go elsewhere.

Went for a couples massage and was disappointed. With only having 1 day off a week its hard to schedule things with my husband and I dont know why I expected anything from here. The last time I went, I was on time but was taken back to the massage room late and then time was cut short. I didnt say anything. This time was no different. Was on time, however, was taken back 5 minutes late. The massage itself was OK, but then they ended the massage 5minutes early. Meaning I maybe got 40 minutes rather than the 50 I paid for. For the price youd think it would be more professional but no. Unfortunately will not be back, and should have listened to people who have gone there before and were unsatisfied.

Loved It but it was COMPLETLY OVER PRICED! Absolutely loved my highlights and cut from Tiffany BUT i have to say it was so overpriced. They did not tell me they were going to charge me for extra stuff they put in my hair which made my bill $300 when it should have been $200. PLUS I had gotten a manicure that was completely over priced from the lack of effort they did on my nails. The lady doing my nails left them messy and unfinished. I would recommend getting your hair done but NOT NAILS.

Scheduled 3 deep tissue/muscle massages for myself, husband and son for noon today (Sep 14, 2019). Very disappointed that we paid $210 to be lathered up and masseuse never applied pressure. My masseuse used so much lotion/oil and I could tell she could not use her fingers to apply pressure. She tried at one point by using her knuckles and forearms to apply pressure, but tired very quickly of that. This was my husband and sons first time getting a massage and I wanted it to be a great experience. Also, my son is an athlete and this was suppose to help him. The search for an amazing deep muscle masseuse continues.

I was sent to Anthonys on a birthday gift certificate. They were able to fit me in fairly quickly. I asked for a pedicure and manicure. Denise completed my services and was very nice and did a great job. HOWEVER the atmosphere does not compare to other spa salons. The employees were very loud, were laughing loudly, and talking about everything other than business. Every time I tried to relax there they go again. When it was time for my manicure the noise was worse. Regular customer chatting was happening but it was the employees at one station doing each others nails. One lady with long hair and a gold head band did a full shellac paint job on her nails. Where I was to be charged $40 if I wanted a shellac manicure but employee did it for free. One station had their childrens pictures stapled to the wall. Employees all in flip flops, low cut tops, one female had to keep pulling down her skirt it was so short. The salon was beautiful and the employee I dealt with was great BUT I wont return due to the atmosphere. I am willing to pay the $45-$60 for pedicure but not in this type of enviroment. The building and the decor is of a high end salon the employees however act like they are at a mall salon.

This place is a wonderful, relaxing treat for me! I have enjoyed convenience in setting up my appointments, the reception staff is friendly and greets me when I enter and stylists are quite talented and well trained. I find the Aveda products to be superior in quality as well. They offer a rewards point membership now as well which I use when buying products. Love the Aveda Stress Free line of lotion, cream and essential oils!

Must see Mari!! Oh my goodness! I sent my husband to work out the kinks while we were in town. She hit the spot. She is amazing and would recommend her any day of the week! I am so glad my friends told me about her. They were right, worth every penny.

Amazing is all I can say. From the lack of attention, to lack of detail, the overwhelming smell of marijuana from the lady I spoke to about cutting my hair, and the complete and total incompetence in some people are amazing. I went in Saturday (my only day off) to look for a new Salon. I was not greeted when I walked in and when I did ask for assistance, I was treated as if it was my fault they did not acknowledge me as I walked in. Well sweethearts thats was far from it. It was the cell phones and gossipping amongst yourselves that made you miss me. I assure you I will not be making a change to this Salon. But I did find Planet Sol Salon and was it wonderful.

I have used Anthonys for years now, back in the day when Mom worked full time, and the rest of the family has worked hard to build a fantastic business. The experience given to a customer here is the best service money can buy and I have loved doing business with this family affair. Highly recommend for anyone demanding good service.

Taylor was amazing! I dropped in hours before an interview and she along with a couple of her colleagues were able to style my hair in half the time. They were accommodating, professional, and did a great job!

Had an awesome massage by Mari. Seen on time and left on time, which I love. Will be scheduling another massage with her in a months time. Need to schedule my mani/pedi. Havent had those yet so will let you know if Im pleased with those as well.

I went to Anthonys on a recommendation to get my eyebrows waxed by Erica, and I would recommend her to a friend. She took great care to shape my eyebrows the way I asked, and she was happy to keep working on my eyebrows when I asked for slight modifications. The salons private waxing rooms with relaxing music were a nice way to escape the holiday scramble, and Erica is also a pleasant conversationalist.

I went here a couple of weeks ago and I liked the atmosphere and I really liked the girl that did my hair too but when I left (after I spent $300) for a haircut and balayage which I didn’t ask for in the first place,I noticed that my hair literally didn’t look any different than before.. so I seriously just spent $300 for a haircut! I’ve called a few times and everytime they say that they will have my stylist call me (which I’ve never heard from her) so I wouldn’t recommend them at all. Never going back. I wish I could post my before and after pictures so y’all could see that there is absolutely no difference in my hair!

Needs a total makeover the massage roomFor couples was gross peeling paint old massage beds bad lighting kinda smelled like dirty. For the prices they charged I would expect more. Along with that the women who massaged us were horrible and inexperienced

Made appointment for 1 hour massage. Massage was ok/average. The biggest complaint is $70 for 1 hour massage, your suppose to get 50 min of hands on time, with 5 min before and 5 min after to get deessed/undressed. This comes out to $1.40 per min of actual message time. IMy appointment was at 1pm, they got me back there about 1:05 and then tells me to get undressed etc and shell be back in to start massage. So massage starts about 1:10. After massage is over, she explains to get dressed and then come out of room for water, she walks out. I get off table and look at clock, time is 1:43. I get dressed and and head to front desk, charged $70. I only recieved about 35 min of message time, at $1.40 a min comes out to $49. In the end cant help but feel like I was cheated out of $20. Be hard to justify going back there again when Ive had the same quality of message elsewhere and paid $50/hr. Just expected better.

I confess I am a “regular.” Today I realized why more than ever. It was my safe place, my sanctuary. For me, it’s the one place in the world free of drama, controversy and any negative vibes. Service is all that’s offered, pampering service. Thank you Rene, Bianca, Celia, Hannah, Jessie, Melissa, Tina, Rob, Nicole, Jody. I “LOVE” all of you!

Only in town for the week, set up appointment for a couples massage for Thursday at 3, this was on Tuesday. Arrived for appointment 15 minutes early on Thursday, only to be told that the girl who took our appointment put us down for Tuesday at 3 and listed us as a no show. Sorry nothing we can do about it. Apparently the appointments are made in a spiral notebook, (Damn, I thought this was 2019!)and the contact phone number wasnt used to ask why we hadnt made the appointment on Tuesday. If you want disappointment, then this is the spa for you. Not only would I not use this spa, I will not use any Aveda spa in the future.

I had a deep tissue massage today with Ty. She is an amazing massage therapist and I would reccomend Anthonys. I also get my haircut there with Jessie. I would also highly reccomend her as well. I always receive great service at Anthonys Salon.

I’ve been using this salon since I moved to Corpus (8 years I think). I have very long hair and picked this salon because of the high ratings. I have used them for hair cuts and even formal hair styles for events. I have never been unhappy with their performance until this trip. Today when I went in for an appointment for myself (cut and balayage) and daughter (cut), I spent the first 45 minutes discussing all that needed to be done on the balayage including everything negative about the job. I finally just gave up listening and requested that we just move on to the hair cut. I wanted, what I always ask for, keep as much length as possible while adding body and volume at the top. I recommended that in Paris they did this by using a razor method. Hanna, my stylist (same stylist that spent 45 minutes telling me about all of the negative things to look at in the balayage), said that she could do the same thing with her sheers. So, when the hair cut was nearly done, I asked her if she was going to shape it up top for the volume I was looking for, she said yes when it was dried. She finished my hair and it literally look exactly like it did before we started except two inches shorter. I would not have been so disappointed if the salon didn’t have a great track record before this, but none of my goals were even properly approached today. I am extremely disappointed. Also, when we got home, I asked my daughter if she liked her hair cut and she said, “Mom, you did a better job when you cut my hair. I hate it and it’s not even close to what I asked for.” First off, I train dogs not cut hair so the fact that my daughter things that I cut her hair better than this high end salon is both flattering and ridiculous at the same time. I don’t know if this place is under new management or if Saturday is just not the day to get a quality experienced stylist, but this is NOT THE SALON THAT IT USE TO BE and I am extremely disappointed that I spent 100.00 there (but I am a bit glad she talked me out of a 400.00 balayage since this is the quality of the work that they did do). I won’t be using this salon again.

I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is so friendly and the service is exceptional. My personal favorite is the Hot Stone Massage. You melt into the massage bed!! The massage room is very relaxing, soothing, and just the right amou t of darkness.

I have had Brazilian waxes at Anthonys before with Krystal, she didnt go a great job but it was alright. This last time, a few weeks ago, Krystal wasnt available so the receptionist recommended Hannah. I thought okay since Krystal never was really great Id give Hannah a shot. Hannah rushed, I mean seriously she probably spent a total of 10 min with me for a Brazilian at $70 a pop!!! I checked her work and there was still hair I brought it to her attention she quickly re-waxed some of the area. I got home and in regular light was literally shocked at the amount of hair still left. I am blonde but is that any excuse to be sloppy just because you cant see it as well. If you are going to provide a service like that I think you should have someone that knows what theyre doing perform the service. I can get a Brazilian wax in Austin at the European Wax Center for $42, they take their time and know how to provide a service. I live in Austin and Corpus and will always make sure to schedule my appointments in Austin from now on.

Tiffany did an amazing job! She cut my hair and did exactly what I was asking for. The staff is very sweet, and there are complimentary drinks to have while you wait.

This place is THE BEST SALON IVE EVER BEEN TO!!!! I wanted to take 8 inches off my hair to donate and Tiffany did an AMAZING job!!!!Best haircut I’ve EVER received !!!!! She also did Balayage highlights which Also was the BEST highlights I’ve EVER received!!!! I had not dyed my hair in 10 years and she Totally Rocks!!!!!! I’ll NEVER let another cosmetologist touch my hair!!!!! I’m addicted!!!!

I had an EXCELLENT experience today at Anthonys. After so many bad experiences at several different salons, spending a small fortune and NEVER finding someone capable of giving me all over white blonde highlights, I finally found her.Nicole is a blonde EXPERT and I would very highly recommend her if you are wanting to achieve a very LIGHT blonde. She was very attentive to all of my wants, needs and went above and beyond to meet my high expectations. She was very understanding of my doubt, worry and even panic but was nonetheless extremely professional. I am very satisfied and I would strongly suggest booking your next appointment at Anthonys. Its worth it.

God blonde highlights with reddish brown coloring which lasted 2 weeks. I paid a $170 plus $20 tip. Their solution was to come every 3 weeks for a lift for $50 each time. For the price that I paid, I expected a quality product to be used on my hair. I will never go back.

Krystal is AMAZING!!! Went today for my first Brazilian and was extremely nervous! But, she made the process so incredibly easy and I was so impressed. It was way better/easier than I thought it would be. Definitely will be going back! Thank you Krystal!!!

Jesse did a fantastic job on my hair. I had a bad haircut from another salon but she was able to fix it. The price took my breath away but at the end of the day it was worth it.

Great salon, high brow feel and cost but well worth it. These employees are super helpful and knowledgeable. All sorts of things to have done from hair to massages and countless more.

Awful. I have gone there twice for a massage and its just awful every time. They literally have no skill. The facial however was beyond amazing. Do not go for a massage, u will be disappointed.

I recently to Anthonys Aveda Salon and got a brazilian wax by this girl named Krystal and it was awful. She left hair, removed skin and left me soo irritated. She was trying to rush and was all over the place. She was talking about other emplyees and making them look bad so people wont ask for them. She was very unprofessional. DONT ASK FOR KRYSTAL FOR YOUR WAX!!

I went in to get a pedicure.. I was very pleased with the experience Alexis was a very pleasant young Lady and would definitely go back again !

They butchered my hair. Honestly had high hopes & was greatly disappointed. The lady was nice, but rushed the process.
