The guy Raymond helped me and my friend last night. He had super up beat vibes when we walked in the store. He was very knowledgeable when I was asking questions about products. I didnt feel judgment when asking questions like some vape shops make me feel. We purchased few items will definitely be coming back again on payday.

I usually don’t have a problem when I go but today the girl gave me wrong prices, didn’t tell me the ones I was gonna buy are the worse ones till after I paid didn’t wanna give me a refund then she tried to charge me full price for 2 when one was supposed to be half off I had to correct her on how much the difference was because she was saying it was less than it actually was. I saw a credit card transaction on my statement for almost $50 so I called to speak to their billing department since I hadnt been here before.This was the only unidentified transaction in months, so before I canceled my credit card and went through the whole redoing all the Autopays (such a time-consuming process), I was hoping their billing department could just let me know if the purchase was made in-person and what was purchased.(Sometimes I send the kids out to run errands.. and before disputing the charge and the bank canceling my card, I was hoping this was the case so I could avoid the hassle).A hey bro guy answered the phone, and when I told him about the unidentified transaction at his store, he interrupted me and told me to call their billing department, but he wouldnt give me the number and then hung up on me. I called back, and he didnt answer.Wow.. your the store took a credit card for payment without verifying identification, yet youre going to disrespect the customer?He couldve just given me the # to their billing department and maybe their billing department could or could not have helped me, and thats fine too. But what is happening in the world that we call a store with a question, and instead of being helped, were treated like garbage?!

They just hung up on me after I had asked them a question. Don’t bother going there

If you are someone that likes a wide variety of choices on flavor I do not recommend this store. Extremely small selection regarding their disposable Vapes. I bought two different Vapes and neither of them worked but unfortunately they do not do refunds even if tested in the store the only thing you can do is trade it out for a different one but their selection is so small that youll more than likely have to purchase a flavor that you dont like or want just so you dont lose out on money. I definitely do not recommend this location, however the location on Weber and Saratoga is definitely five stars! They have a huge variety of disposable Vapes and a lot better customer service!

They are open 24 hours a day and the staff was more than helpful.

Went to the new vape city on Saratoga the lady with the bun and glasses was rude asked to see my ID and accused the ID of not being mine, wouldn’t pull the puff bars from the back so I can have a flavor or choice she just kept saying ‘nope don’t have those flavors’ to every flavor I asked never had a problem with anyone or buying them except with this girl, wouldn’t give me her name either…

Not the friendliest Vape Shop that Ive been to, in regards to employees.. service was ok, not 100% sure if they gave me new or good value batteries, but I like the device they recommended.

The staff was friendly. BUT I will not be returning to vape city, they are WAY to expensive for what they sell ($34.99 for a 60ml bottle of e-liquid). Convenience of 24 hours or not. First & LAST time.

This is the place we didnt know we needed it is not all vapes they absolutely carry and have everything!! Unlike other stores that carry a particular brand and theyre store brand they have everything from Vaping to Roll your own. Went to this shop for the first time last night and left extremely disappointed. They do have a large selection, but the prices are extremely high. $34.95 for ANY size bottle of Ejuice. The worker behind the counter agreed with me that the pricing was not right. Avoid this place!

This is by far one of the best vape and smoke shops in the area. They have almost everything you need from vape tanks, coils, juice, mods, pod systems, disposables, starter kits, hand pipes, water pipes, cones, papers, etc. Whoever owns this shop knows what theyre doing for sure. Everything was clean and set up very nicely in the displays and they manager and employee working there were very kind and helpful. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone looking for vape supplies or smoke supplies and i will definitely be making many more trips back and racking up points in the five stars account!Edit:Also forgot to mention they are open 24/7!
