My Favorite Place

A year or two ago I had visited and had an alright visit, but didnt feel it like it was the salon for me and didnt come back. However, I had been dealing with major discomfort in my 3rd trimester in pregnancy and needed some immediate relief. With the flexibility of their scheduling, I decided to give it another try. The salon is clean and Kerry was absolutely amazing! Hes personable, respectful, knowledgeable, and passionate about what he does. I had gotten the first bit of real relief in weeks and slept so well!

I recently had a 30 minute massage at My Favorite Place spa, thanks to a friend getting my appointment on her membership. It had been years since my last massage, and I was very impressed with Jasmine who was so sweet and very professional, and with the comforts of the room and facilities. I had a wonderful experience and as a result, signed up for my own membership and scheduled my next massage at the end of my session. I was also surprised when the office called a few days later to make sure I wasn’t having any problems. Wow! Give them a try; you will love them as much as I do.

I recently joined My Favorite Place at Flex gym and went for my first massage. The spa is very nice and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. My massage with Jasmine was 1 hour of sheer relaxation. I have my next massage scheduled, and Im looking forward to it. I plan to schedule a facial also. I highly recommend My Favorite Place, and Im so glad theyre at Flex.

I finally had my very first facial! I had a custom facial done by Victoria Feliciano and I wonder why it took me so long to make an appointment!! My skin is thanking me! Victoria was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable with all the questions I had for her regarding my skin type and regimen. Not to mention the heated bed and relaxation music made me fall asleep. I will now be a loyal customer and am excited to check out the other services My Favorite Place offers!

I had an appointment today with Katherine for a deep tissue massage. She was incredible, so sweet and very knowledgeable. The time passed so quickly. The atmosphere is wonderful and the front desk was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend My Favorite Place, it was such a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning!

Had a facial done by Jessa today. What a treat!! Very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about my skin. You can tell she loves what she does. Such a beautiful person. The facial left my skin so nice and glowy, it gave me the confidence to go out on a date night WITHOUT make up! The place was clean and smelled great. Very focused on detail from the bed warmer, cozy sheets to the heated neck pillow. Will be back next week for a massage. Thank you Jessa!

Today I went to get my eyebrows done! I booked an appointment online with Victoria! It was my first time with this place! Smelt amazing when you walked in and very clean! I told her my concerns and she made sure she didn’t take too much off since my eyebrows are so light! I wanted a little more off and she made them perfect! She even colored them in a little for me to make them darker!! An amazing experience and will definitely be back! Get Victoria y’all!! Thank you 😊

I had my first massage with Jasmine and I have to say it was AMAZING!!! The room was set up so calm and relaxing, she went over every detail of how I wanted my massage before she started and her magic hands worked out knots I didnt even know I had! Went home feeling so relaxed. Highly recommend 🤩

She’s takes the time to find out what areas need work and totally relax me while providing the best massage I have ever had. Jasmine has been nothing short of amazing each visit! From her demeanor when she greets you, to her knowledge of what she does; she always makes sure that I am comfortable during each session and her massages are like a hug you didn’t know your body needed!The front desk interaction is always kind as well.

I moved to Crestview from an area where there was a wax studio on every corner…and, I was treated like every other customer who goes to a - brick and mortar- establishment.Now, I am treated like family. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and REALLY GOOD at what they do. They are a step above the times! A special thank you to Victoria, Jesse, and Amber. The entire vibe is awesome at this place. Everyone is super nice and welcoming from the moment you open the door!I recommend booking an appointment here with Linda Kolset if you have any life altering aches/pains. For me specifically, my neck will pick a side and get so bad over a few weeks/months that I can’t look to the right/left, or tilt my head to the right/left, headaches, miserable, etc. for the first time for what feels like a very long time I am laying down and actually relaxing. Not shifting and fidgeting trying to find an acceptable position to relax in. I don’t have the words to describe the relief she gave me. Just incredible. I started to get a little emotional because of how relieved I felt immediately, and she asked for a hug, which is also another big deal… because I am a hugger! I recently visited My Favorite Place for a brow shaping and lip wax and boy let me tell you, they done a phenomenal job! Jessa listened to my every need and allowed me to look at my brows multiple times before completing her task at hand. She was the absolute sweetest! I absolutely enjoyed my 1st visit last week with Misty! The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is very welcoming. I booked an appointment for a Lash lift and eyebrow waxing as well as tinting to both lashes and brows. I wanted to try something new and Im glad I did. I LOVED it and LOVE my results. I had no idea what I was missing out on before. Misty was very informative about the entire process. I was comfortable and relaxed (almost fell asleep). Quiet, cute little salon! Very calm and relaxing atmosphere, the staff are all very nice as well. They even check up on you after your appointment which is unusual these days. I had my eyebrows waxed here by Misty, and she was so kind! She did an amazing job with the shape/look I was aiming for. She was so gentle and calming that I nearly fell asleep while she was waxing! Looking forward to coming back here for all my beauty needs!

My Favorite Place Spa has definitely become my favorite place to go! I had my lashes tinted and lifted for the first time and it was a relaxing experience. I also had facial waxing done.When I had walked in, I immediately felt welcome. The whole facility was tastefully decorated and very clean. Misty is such a sweetheart and answered my many, many questions. She has a high attention to detail which can easily be seen through her work. She is also very gentle.I am in love with the results! My brows and lashes have gotten so many compliments within the last couple days since having them done.An easy 5 stars! I wish I could give them more!

Love love love this place. They do amazing eye brows. I have only had Linda do my massages and I will only trust her to do them. I have back pain that comes and goes and she is the only one who makes it feel better.

I recently had an appointment with Jessa and Staci for a facial and a massage. It was my frist time visiting the spa and I had such a great experience. They completed the services in tandem. Jessa and Staci were professional and efficient while still maintaining a relaxing friendly atmosphere.If I could change anything it would be to add a small before you come fact sheet to the reminder email so people are prepared in case they have never had these things done before. Like hydrate and eat ahead of time for a massage or explaining what a Hydrojelly mask is.

Had a wonderful day at the Spa! Brianna gave me a full body massage and is VERY knowledgeable about where to apply pressure and how much to use. She worked on areas I didnt even realize hurt until she touched them! I have medical problems that cause my muscles to stay knotted up and its very painful. Well I felt amazing after my massage! I will be recommending her to my family and friends! I also had Misty give me a facial and this was amazing as well! I had never had a professional facial and this WAS exactly that! She took her time and it was so relaxing! I felt refreshed and sparking new! I bought some items that helped make my skin look youthful again and I have gotten quite a few compliments since I started using them! I also tried a protein shake and I liked it so much I bought another one to go! We deserve pampering sometimes and I have found my new place to get it done! I plan on trying some of the other services they provide in the future! This truly is my new Favorite Place! Thanks ladies! 😘

These are the sweetest and kindest people ever! Had my nails done, LOVED THEM! Misty does my waxes and she is thorough and fun! So glad to have a place like this nice & local. Very knowledgeable & willing to help. I am a customer forever :)My mother had been struggling with skin issues and Misty helped her clear it all up. Shes hooked now too!

I had a wonderful and desperately needed 60 minute massage with Staci. I have never experienced such relaxation in my life. I was never uncomfortable and she checked in to make sure the pressure was what I needed since I was so tense. I was disappointed when my time was up. The employee that was at the desk when I arrived was very friendly, as well as the employee that was at the desk when I left. A few days after my visit, I received a follow-up phone call asking how I was feeling. Thats taking the extra step to make customers want to keep coming back. And yes, I will be back soon.

Jessa was amazing. She was very professional and informative on what we be going on. She let me know what she was doing each set. The entire experience was great. The atmosphere was very relaxing.

I was having a fibromyalgia flare up but Billi was wonderful. She gave me the energy I needed to get through the day. I’m so grateful for everyone there.

This was my first time at My Favorite Place Spa. The ladies that greeted me were very pleasant and friendly. They really make u feel at home. I was very pleased with my 90 minute hot stone massage. Pictures are deceiving . I was thinking the stones were going to go down my spine for some time, but I was blown away when Brianna was using the stones through the whole massage. It was so amazing. Brianna is great at what she does. She made me feel so great. I have been bragging to everyone I know about these ladies and how great they made me feel. I will be back!!!

Great products and great serviceI went in this week for The WORKS (Brow wax and tint and lash lift and tint) and I had an amazing experience. Misty (the owner) was very knowledgeable about her services and the products she uses. She really cares about your skin and it shows through her work. The environment is very clean, comfortable and relaxing. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

My massage therapist is now working at this place so she invited me to come here to get my massage. I was thoroughly pleased with the atmosphere and service. It’s a place that caters to your whole body inside and out with all the different smoothies they have to offer. After my massage I was treated with a glass of cucumber water. Yum. If you’re in need of a good deep muscle massage ask for Lexi. She’s great at working out your kinks. I think this may easily become “My Favorite Place”.

I scheduled an appointment for waxing. The service was so excellent that it made me book a body massage along with the following appointments. Judys hands are heaving, and Mistys waxing skill and professionalism made me relaxed so much that I didnt have any anxiety episodes. Im am amazingly impressed with the quality and services My Favorite Place has provided me so far. It is unquestionably, my favorite place.

My son & daughter-in-law purchased a gift card for me at Christmas. It was the perfect gift for me. I walked into a very clean and welcoming environment. The massage was amazing and so relaxing, followed up by a facial and lash lift & tint. I booked my next appointment before leaving and have now found My Favorite Place!

I had my very 1st massage with Judy and it was a great experience! I am a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, I knew I was going to need a massage at some point. Judy did an awesome job targeting my tight areas. I knew I was pretty tight and asked her for a deep tissue massage, and she did a wonderful job. I walked out not feeling any tightness in my neck or back!! I will definitely be back!!!

I went in for a deep tissue because my neck, mid back and arms were really stiff. The staff here is very friendly, personable and care about you. They took care of my stiffness and Ive never felt better! Not to mention the shakes they have are organic and delicious. I will definitely be coming again.

The place is clean and that was a plus for me. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly! The services that I received were done right and they didn’t double dip the wax applicators/sticks! The wax that was used was great! The services I got was eyebrow wax, upper lip wax, and armpit wax! I want to try the other services they offer! Finally found a place in Crestview that’s clean, knowledgeable, and friendly!

I recently had a custom facial with the dermaplaning. I loved it Mrs. Misty was my relaxation advisor and she did an amazing job. i was very nervous prior to my appointment just because the derma portion does use a scalpel but after meeting Misty, she professionally and throughly explained the procedure, I felt confident about it. my face felt Amazing. she did warn me that my face may purge after depending how much toxic waste was in my skin. I had two little pimples other than that my face is still glowing. I loved my facial and definitely plan on going back.

Asked me where I didnt want to be touched, made me mark off on the sheet where I didnt want to be touched, then proceeded to touch me there.Whats the point of even asking or having the body chart if youre not going to listen to a person when they say please dont touch me here or there?They also made some really weird comments while in there..Left feeling awkward and more tense than when I went in.
