Heidi was fantastic! She understood my needs by the time I left I feel like I can actually feel my neck, so much relief!!It was VERY CLEAN and smelled VERY FRESH! I read the reviews before going and so many were positive and I can honestly say-I see why!! And for the one review with a picture- that looked nothing like the room I was in- it was quaint, it was clean and very suitable to fit the environment to relax.I will be going back!

I called the day of my appointment and they worked with my schedule and got me in immediately. The massage was very good and the prices are very reasonable. I definitely will be coming back! One of the first massage places Iv been to in years that massage your face and scalp as well.

Heidi did an amazing job after I had been working on my house all day and my body was hurting so bad!She found sore spots on my body I did not even know I had and worked them all out! Was very professional, and my body feels like rubber, I will be coming back for sure!

Just wow!! I’ve come in after weeks of hard hard work and my body was hurting bad. When I tell you Heidi got every single muscle in my body and focused on the spots I told her hurt me the most. She did Ana amazing job literally one of the best massages I’ve had! Definitely going back!

I went back for a second massage this time a one hour full body massage. It was wonderful! I workout 5 days a week I work 4 days a week as a driver. The massage has all my muscles relaxed and feeling so pliable. I love the atmosphere there best place to go!! Youll be so happy you tried it!

Xiao Massage is the best. Heidi and her staff are professional, and informative. I have had a bad back for 40yrs, with lots of chiropractic therapy. Anna and Heidi have helped me on my worst days. Heidi was amazing..best massage Ive had in months. It was a little difficult with the language barrier but she went out of her way to make sure our communication was adequate. I would highly recommend this to anyone who spends most of their time on their feet

I rarely leave reviews if I have nothing positive to say BUT I scheduled this bogus massage while visiting Xiao massage I get massages all of the time and this is by far the most horrible one I have ever experienced. When I arrived I was told haphazardly to go to room # 4. No introduction or anything. I sat on the table for some time waiting on someone to come in. The lady finally comes in and tells me to undress and lay on the table. There was no conversation about any areas to avoid or any questions about my medical history. I got undressed and laid down waiting on someone to come in. I scheduled for 90 minutes but the lady asked if 60 minutes was ok. I said yes and she continued to just rub on me with the sheet on top. Now usually in professional establishments, the masseuse uses oils and works out my muscles during a deep tissue massage. I decided that this was ridiculous and explained that 30 minutes was enough. The lady then took the sheet down and asked if she could use oils. At this point I was over it. During my massage this lady was having a whole conversation either on the phone or on some type of intercom in a different language. She abruptly left the room without saying anything for some time. While she was gone I decided to get dressed and go to the lobby. Will not be returning. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a massage. Staff did not greet me nor introduce themselves. Did not give any instructions prior to massage. Kept leaving the room. Another staff member entered the room and they had a conversation while I was laying exposed on the table. Later in the massage I was again left exposed on the table face down, no one in the room. After about 5 minutes passed I lifted my head and saw the door wide open. Again, I’m undressed on the table, uncovered. I’m am in the medical field and know that some techniques used on my cervical spine could have been dangerous and could cause potential injury . It was not a quiet nor relaxing atmosphere. At one point it sounded as if my masseuse was eating something while giving me a massage. I could go on but I think you all get the point. When paying, and after signing the check the masseuse was unpleased with the tip amount and proceeded to demand more. Being the polite person I am, I tipped more and got out of there. Masseuse did not give me her name nor did I see it anywhere. All around terrible experience In addition, the small room is very dark. When I went to the toilet, I found that it was very dirty and the light was very dim, and there were wires and plug-in versions everywhere. I dont know how the massage bureau passed Avoid at all costs. I think this place needs to be investigated 🔎

Today was my first time there Ive been having calf and hamstring spasms and tightness. The 30 minute session was incredible!!! Got my legs worked on also the back muscles which were tight. The masseuse was very professional, friendly very knowledgeable I highly recommend!!

I absolutely loved my massage today! I will be returning in the near future. She knew where all my knots were and actually worked them out! 10/10

Heidi was amazing! I was in terrible pain. I belong to Hand and Body Spa and a previous member of Massage Envy. I am not new to massage and usually have a couple a month. This time I needed PAIN RELIEF! My sister recommended them, I was able to come right in and it was AMAZING! You have to try them! Booked a 1.5 hour massage here in hopes I could relieve some sciatic pain. Tassy gladly booked me within an hour. I was pleasantly surprised to walk out with minimal pain after one of the best massages Ive ever had. She is amazing and I am grateful! I will definitely book with her again and would highly encourage you to book if you need a great massage by a kind and amazing professional!

This was my first time at Xiao Massage and they did not disappoint. Heidi and Anna were both wonderful. I had called ahead and told them I would be there at 7pm but ended up having to take a work call from their parking lot that didnt end until 7:40. There was a gentleman at the desk that was very kind about the interruption and told me that I had time because they stay open late (which is SO great). The massage itself was the best Ive had...ever! I had a 90 minute medium pressure massage. Heidi and Anna did have to switch halfway through but it worked out great for me because now I know who to request based on how Im feeling each time I go, and I WILL go back! THANK YOU HEIDI AND ANNA!!

It was an intense neck and shoulder massage but in a good way. I’m super tight but she really got in there.

Very relaxing and therapeutic atmosphere. Anna is a thorough professional and excels at her craft. I have a chronic bad back and am very grateful to get relief from that pain and tension.

This is the first time I have not been relaxed. They put me in the back room by the entrance. She kept leaving the door open and leaving the room. Answering phone calls and talking to her colleagues. I was naked!! The door was open!! What in the world!! I will never go back. The message was okay at best. The only reason for the two stars is because they got me In quickly.

We thought we booked a foot reflexology but ended up getting a full body massage and it was great! I loved the ear massage. My only complaint is the room was freezing cold. I would have loved a very warm room or maybe warm compress, etc Other than being cold it was wonderful.We added on a foot massage and it is my absolute favorite!We will definitely return here, and I hope to add a hand and foot massage next time.I plan on coming every week💜

AN AMAZING MASSAGE 🥰 They have a different style of massaging than anywhere else that Ive been to in town. It does feel a bit strange going in and its a bit hard to communicate with them, but if you can get past that youll be MORE THAN satisfied with the quality of the massage. The prices are pretty good as well 30min @ $45 & 60min for $70. Ill be going back soon!

Decent massage but when I went in told them I was having pain in my neck, upper back and shoulders. They did a full body and barely touched my neck and shoulders and then begged for another tip at the end of the massage after I had already paid and tipped up front before I had even gotten the massage. Also the door was never closed all the way while I was getting the massage and she was going in and out and there was other people in the store. There are too many other places to go that will actually listen to what you say you need done I only went cause every other place I called was booked up lesson learned I will not return.

Fantastic place. Ive paid twice as much for massages that were half as good as Xiao Massage does. $70/hour +tip cant be beat either, especially for the quality. Their foot massage with a good book in my hands is exactly what I need after a long day at work. I will definitely be a regular customer.

This place does not book appointments!I received a gift certificate from a family member on Christmas to this massage place. I noticed that even though it was purchased Dec of 2022 the expiration on it is for The second week of March 2023! Noticing there is such a short expiration I called to book an appointment. The woman who answered could not communicate with me. Other than her saying Someday or Sunday, 9 :30 to 9:30 the words No and Sorry were all she said to me by phone in english. I repeated the date and time that I would like to book an appointment for, As I have a very busy life schedule and my work schedule can change weekly. So there is absolutely no way I can just walk in and hope for an availability on a whim. This was a big disappointment for me. As I will not be able to use this gift. Now I have to re-gift my gift to someone with the availability. Pretty upset about it! There was zero understanding between us on the phone. We spoke two different languages and she only kept repeating the same few words. Would not recommend this place!

My shoulders and neck are very uncomfortable. My back hurts. Xiao massage shop massages my neck with hot compress, which is super comfortable! The neck doesnt hurt. I tried to step on my back for the first time. Im a little worried that it will hurt if I cant breathe! Anna is thin and small, which makes me feel good. After stepping on my shoulders and back, I went back to the car and my shoulders became much easier. Really good massage. Ill be back in

My massage therapist was May. I have had several if not hundreds of massages. May used great pressure and technique. I’m pretty sure she was on the table most of the massage, it was great!! Started with a scalp massage and ended with one too. Hot stones included for free. I only wish I would have gone for 90 minutes instead of just an hour. There was a bit of a language barrier but they had a translator device.

Awesome massage I have some big knots on my shoulders and hip and she worked most of them out Told me to come back in 5 days for another massage and I am planning on doing just that.

I was very lucky to get in for a massage right away. I should have gone in to see her earlier since I have been suffering from neck, shoulder and back pain for two months. But we medical professionals are stubborn!May asked about my problem areas and pinpointed the nerves and trouble areas right away. I have never had a massage that utilized rocks, heat, deep tissue and pressure points...I mean she pulled out all of the tricks for my old arthritic neck and shoulder!! I will be back for sure!C. I went for a massage here. Let me start out by saying the actual massage was done very well. I did not like how the massage therapist would go in and out of the room in the middle of my massage and leave the door open almost the entire time....while I was naked. Sometimes leaving the room with the hot rice pack on the back. I felt great after the massage though, it was a great price of $70 an hour. But they will demand atleast a 20% tip at the end.

I finished up my last day of an assignment at Duke, and i was mentally worn out and physically sore, especially my sciatic. Decided to stop in at Xiao and ended up receiving an outstanding massage! Very deep tissue and very professional. Id probably go there two to three times a month if I lived in the area.

Have a neck injury from a fall off of a 24” ladder 4 years ago. Sometimes get nauseous and dizzy. Neck and shoulder pain (professional painter)Half hour of message and I was almost 100% better!!!! Will now be going on a regular basis.

They were very kind and professional but there results were not anything to write home about I think it was over priced and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone I wont go back

Excellent job!! Was flexible with me allowing me to book a later time and gave an excellent massage. What separates her was her willingness to pay special/more attention to my hot spots.

I came to get help for my neuropathy in my legs. After only a few sessions I am pain free longer each day. Also after 7 visits I was able to come off of my blood pressure meds.
