They were courteous and had the product I couldnt find anywhere else and great prices.

The kid was rude. I was going to buy two bags of gummies I said you look like a kid and he got sarcastic about him being a kid . I am 71 years old and he is a kid to me. Because he felt I was insulted by that is crazy

I followed the advice of the clerk on a delta 8 disposable vape and got the purple truffle on one of the top shelves and I was disappointed. Other than that they have fair prices on familiar products like mellow fellow.

Awesome people they really know their stuff and very helpful.

The staff is always friendly and eager to answer questions about the products. Always a big selection of whatever your needs are. Prices cant be beat for the unique designs of all the products they offer. There could not be better employees. Im not sure of his name but there is a young man that works there and he is way more helpful than I would expect in any retail situation. Customer service is a huge thing for me and this kid knocks it out of the park, grand slam after grand slam. The owners are kind and appear to be very fair and the employees surely seem to love working there. And where else could I get banana incense? Not like 1973 called and wants its incense back, some of the best incense I have ever used.

Everything you need plus, they have an area where they encourage you to try your vapes to make sure they work. Thats a new one for me!

I was a regular there, never caused any trouble there, but today when i parked my bike too close to her car it set her car alarm off. She got upset about it, i tried to make a harmless joke about sneaking up to it and did nothing but she got more More mad when i asked her to to stay calm, that it is as a harmless joke, she called out for her GM Larrry to come out who told me to leave. Apparently she hates to be told/ask to stay calm, which made her more angry. Im no pansy but that look she gave made me run out that door instantly. Never buying my cigs from there again, rather pay higher price than see that look on that face with no sense of humor. And if i to have to Ill say oh heck no if i see her behind the counter and walk back out

Bought a whole kilo from them and it was no good...said green maeng da and its the color of dirt and the one time I took some it made me hella sick on top of already feel horrible...

The you man that works here is the most amazing person for his job. Has the best knowledge about the devices they sell and which one is the best in his opinion for what you are looking for or something that will do the same job for cheaper with a different product that they offer.... And he has not be wrong yet and I have spent hundreds of dollars here and it is for a reason and its because of the young man and that have an amazing selection compared to everyone else in town.

This shop is amazing. It sells a little bit of everything, but we mainly visit the shop for the kratom. They have prices you can’t find anywhere else, and the quality of the Kratom is top notch. We frequent this shop a few times per month, and will continue going for the outstanding customer service and awesome prices. The owners and staff are tremendously kind and very helpful. Small cramped space, employees chatting with each other throughout my transaction, wasnt offered a receipt. No idea how much each thing was, couldnt even look at merchandise because some friend of the employees was in the way. Weird. Wont be back.

I just moved to the area from Texas. Kratom in Texas is approximately 120 dollars for 210 capsules, and its really hit or miss with the quality. At this shop I bought 1100 capsules for 140 dollars!!! I live 2 hours away in Alabama so I bought enough to last a long time! And the quality is amazing. It works so well for my back pain! I had the pleasure of working with Sam and Lacey. These girls were the sweetest, most helpful young ladies! They were so patient with my many questions. I will ABSOLUTELY be making the drive when I need more and will refer everyone to this shop. Thanks ladies!!!

Ive been patronizing them since the day they opened. Always friendly, always there (like seriously you two, take a vacation or at least a day off!). Better prices on quality Kratom than even most online vendors. Always cheaper than local convenience stores for beer and cigarettes.

I’ve never gone into the a vape & smoke shop that has ever been as good as this one is, the manager Kristen was so helpful and it’s like she really put in the effort and the passion into truly figuring out what the best route for me was to go. They sold us on a torch and two days later it stopped filling. They refuse to do anything.Even if you dont have a warranty on torches, TWO DAYS of use should signal you to do something about it. That would be a manager discretion, reasonable accommodation. Whats the point of going to family owned if they just screw you

Today i stopped in to see what all they sold, mainly looking for fluid. First time in and the guy was nice. He was very eager to sell me something and talked up the juice i was looking at so much so that i was skeptical about buying it. I bought it any ways because the other vapor stores nearby were selling 30 ml bottles for more than i thought it was worth. i picked up a Tsunami Premium Vapor: Tropical storm 6mg 30 ml bottle for $15.89, and i will say it is a nice flavor. im glad i stopped.

The owners and employees here are very nice people. They all have good attitudes towards customers and they have cheaper prices then other stores. They have a wide selection of choices to choose from.

I had a great experience here purchasing kratom! The staff were super nice and helpful, taking the time to explain the different strains and their effects. I purchased white maeng da, yellow bali and red bali. The quality of the kratom is top notch! Im an experienced kratom user so I know how its supposed to be! AMAZING quality at an AMAZING price. I left my vape at work for the weekend and was panicked. Went to purchase another one for cheap. Young man working said it would be better and cheaper for me to get a disposable one for $17 than to buy a new vape system for $45. He was right. I got piña colada and it is good. Has a bit of menthol to it at the end of the inhale, but very good taste. He was honest with me and saved me money I was going to spend needlessly. I believe the young man is the owners family in some way. I will always go back as long as they are always honest with me.

I only came here for kratom but never again. Prices keep fluctuating and in my experience no other place continues to do that. Kratom is weak quality compared to other places I have been. Sure, the quantity is more but what does that matter when you have to take way more than you do at other places to get same effects. The only problems/conflicts I have ever had is with the older lady in here. The man, younger man, and younger lady are very nice. If you are looking for smoking accessories maybe this is the place for you but for kratom I highly suggest elsewhere and will gladly provide names of other businesses if needed. I made a vow to never return and I will keep it. Poor business ethics. Pleasure doing business here.......not. *Edit* In response to the person who replied. One, lowest prices in Florida is a bold, and likely false, claim beings the company of the product is Njoy, which technically is known to be a cheap brand, and Im sure many providers have access to it so someone out there likely has lower prices than you, especially provided that the prices keep going up and considering that you buy in bulk yourself and then individually bag smaller zip-loc bags of kratom to sell at a cheaper cost which in fact is risky and highly unsanitary and may be violation of certain laws. Secondly, I have records for my purchases since Nov. 2018. I am willing to provide prices of what I purchased from that time up until now. I see who actually looks at the prices wrote down and who doesnt. These prices fluctuate and have since my first purchase here. They actually have fluctuated up and down which seriously doesnt sound like a distributor raising prices. It seems more like someone is hiking the prices up themselves but nonetheless, I have spent approximately $1,000 with this family owned business in a span of 6 months and am no longer impressed. In fact, Im disappointed and will be doing my business with people who I know are more reputable. Good day.

8-9-193:50 pmi went here today and the store was fine itself but the women who was working there turned customers away because a couple dimes were dirty and she says “ u could get people sick” the store would do so much better if its employees were nicer

Great prices. You can get a huge bottle of vape juice to last a couple months for 17 bucks i think and the bottles in other vaoe shops are 15/17$ for a small bottle. The guy and lady were very nice. They have a huge selection of other stuff too.

I was looking to go back to vaping instead of smoking, but I also didnt want to spend way too much. The young man working helped me pick out a vape pin the size I needed and heavy duty so that I wouldnt keep breaking it. He was a great help and answered all my questions, even though he was busy with the drive through. I will continue to use them and reccomend them.

The woman who works here is very rude and a liar. We went in one day and bought a vape. I asked about the return policy and she said we had a few days to return it. The next day we went back to return it and she gave us a hard time. She called her husband and spoke in a different language for quite some time before she told us she could only give us half of our money back. I will never shop here again.

I bought a pipe at this store. after maybe two uses it broke. although i paid a lot for it the quality was very poor. when i contacted them about it, they basically said “too bad”. i do not recommend this business

It’s Saturday 8am, the store and google says they open at 730am. I’m currently sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open?? Other cars have came to try to go to the drive thru, but also no ones there.... As irritated as I am with my first time at the shop, just hoping everything is ok....
