Sweet Southern Vapes Crestview, FL

I like the Juice. But they know Im not a local customer. I had someone pick up some juice but they got the wrong flavors. I came from New orleans to try and swap out those wrong flavors but they wouldnt. I had to throw away 40$ worth of sealed product.

Great experience every time I go. Tracy is very helpful with product descriptions and helping me find what will work for me. She also happily carries on a convo and gets to know her regulars. She always greets me by name. Would recommend this shop if you are looking for a place who appreciates their customers and not just the money the customers bring.

Theyre not sweet and they absolutely are Not Southern. I wont use them again because they think theyre better than everyone. They treat you like dirt. The guy does anyway and thelady is just indifferent. I asked the guy to suggest something and he said go look on the shelf for the list of what we have. When I couldnt locate the list he acted like I was stupid and refused to help me to find it. He just kept directing me to the list... A sheet of paper. When I told him my situation a guy in the back room kept saying, we dont care, we dont care.Just leave, we dont care. Theyre transplants from California it seems. They dont deserve ONE RED SOUTHERN PENNY!

I never even knew this shop was here or I would have been coming long ago. Very nice shop have lots of nice things, great prices and very helpful. Will definitely be going back

KRATOM!!! Good quality.. Fast easy. Yet thorough enough to switch up your vape routine with a quickness, with your advantage in mind.

Decent clean little shop with friendly staff. They are knowledgeable and willing to help customers find what they need which is great. They also have a rewards system which is nice. My only complaint: If I buy a mod and tank kit from your shop I expect you to carry coils and glass for that tank unless backordered. Its frustrating to have to buy another tank when I dont want especially when its a new product. I only took off one star for this because there isnt a shop in Crestview who seems to do this for their customers.

I wont go anywhere else. Good Service from Ms Traci, clean, and also, can be a good listener if not busy. Just 👍 great.Chris Carr

I have been going to them for over 2 years now. I continue to do business with them, because they have always been so helpful & knowledgeable in not only the products THEY sell, but in the whole vaping lifestyle. They are always friendly & he atmosphere makes you feel so at ease. They are never pushing any products on you & you are free to just browse, if youd like.

Awesome smoke shop! The clerk was super friendly and helpful as I was looking for some replacement pieces for my VERY outdated vape. She was able to help me and told me all about Kratom and the store while doing so.There was a very wide selection of tobacco products and vape juices. I appreciated that the juices and whatnot werent on a wall behind a counter where its impossible to really shop for what you want without an attendant having to tell you everything you need to know.

Staff is helpful, they explain all questions and concerns. They take there time with each customer. If youre not happy, KEEP RECEIPTS! Small window for returns.They now offer adult beverages and small variety of drinks.They are my go-to vape store for all my needs!

Not a big fan of their selection of Nic Salt juices, however they do have them. They seem knowledgeable on their products and even offered replacement battery sleeves for batteries with nicks or tears in the plastic. Safety first is always a good thing. They have a wide selection of E-juice and try hard to keep a good selection of stock. We stop by pretty frequently 😁

Love the shop and the lady that runs it 😍. I wish I was a local so I could only shop there. I been there multiple times with a good period in between visits and still the same great service. Love the custard flavors.

I have been using Sweet Souther Vapes for 4 years now with no complaints. They have always had an amazing staff that is full of knowledge and ready to help those who need it. Sweet Southern Vapes is my go-to vape shop. Its a small building on the outside but a huge selection on the inside. Their points and rewards system is always useful and the staff, is always welcoming and create a very professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Knowledgeable, professional, takes as much time with you as you need. Of all the vape stores, this is my only go to. Theyre very hands on. Lets you try different flavors, and makes you feel not as stupid, as your questions may be.

Terrible customer service sold me a tobacco leaf for $6 and was very stale and they were rude when I asked for a good one told me tough luck I can buy another one
