1st visit to the location while in the area from the lower Panhandle. Casey & Jenny gave five star greetings and customer service. Knowledgeable on the stock, and the store is very well kempt!I definitely recommend if ever youre ever in the area! Apparently, Im suppose to try the brownies next visit.Careful though - that parking lot is a tricky one😆!

You wanna talk about being informative about any; vape device, disposable, juice, CBD, weed, bongs, etc the staff are very knowledgeable and helps relax your anxiety that may have been building up just walking inside the store. They literally take the time to solve any problems youre currently having, answer any questions you may have and operate the store at the same time. This is my GO TO STORE,.. Fyi; For every dollar spent, points are assessed and on Wednesdays they Double your points. Once a certain amount of points are accumulated you receive discounted or free items.

Today my lady and i went to make purchases as first time shoppers. From the time we stepped through the door till walking out we were completely stunned!!! I recently stopped smoking and purchased an NJOY from the local convenience store and decided after a few weeks I would try an actual vape experience. Store was clean, professional, organized and above all the young lady behind the counter was super nice. I advised her of what my situation was and went off her recommendation. She was helpful, knowledgeable and immediately upon trying the product I was extremely happy. She did not try to sell me an expensive rig or multiple items, she weighed out everything I told her about my activity, knowledge on vapes and where I was at with my habit. Will recommend and will be returning for future needs. Thank you.

Very knowledgeable staff. They have always had good recommendations for juices and never try to upsell just for the sake of making another sale. They are friendly and take the time to get you the best choice for each customer. The only vape shop I will go to in the area.

This store is my #1 absolute favorite vape store 100%. Employees and management are the best people, extremely kind and helpful, I know them all by name and they know me by name, as well as knowing exactly what I need as soon as I walk in. I have not had a single issue with ANYONE who has worked here since I started coming. Atmosphere includes two extremely comfy leather couches, a vending machine with drinks and candy, wonderfully decorated store (i really really really love the halloween decorations!!!) All of the display cases are neatly organized and everything is super easy to find. I’ve gotten four vapes, all of them were priced low and lasted a WHILE, I actually plan on buying a new one soon 😂 But yeah, sorry for the long review, I just really love this place and recommend to anyone, whether you’ve just started vaping, or have been for a while 💞

Since I first got into vaping, a little over a month ago, Brandon, Kasey and ALL of the staff that I’ve dealt with and talked to have been beyond helpful and knowledgeable. They were very patient with this ‘newbie’ and answered all my questions, gave me awesome suggestions for e-liquid, tips and training. I could not have asked for a better experience. This is by far one of the BEST vape stores in the area, and I’ve researched and been into a few of them. Simply Vapor has a great selection of pod mods, box mods, disposables, and their selection of e-liquid is unbelievable. You’re even able to test the e-liquid before you buy. AMAZING STORE!!!! Look no further!!!!

The prices are a bit on the higher side of the spectrum, but the reward system makes up for it. The customer service is phenomenal and should be the model for all businesses.I went to buy coils today and they cleaned out my tank thoroughly as well as replace it at no extra charge. After a long day, this was the best part of it.

I busted my tank while in vacation, found this store based on positive reviews from others. The two gentlemen were extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. Luckily they were well stocked, and had a replacement glass on hand. I was also happy to see that my liquids were available for purchase. Great staff, reasonable prices, would visit again!

Visit here extremely often. I love the employees and know them all pretty well. Great customer service and a pretty good and high quality selection of products available. My only bout at all really is the one and only Vanilla Custard flavor choice, which I do love and purchase exclusively. But I would love to find a local supplier that carried Cyclops Colossus. Other than that I love this place.

My Vape Master was a young lady with a great smile. She is friendly, kind knowledgeable and worked diligently to help. Looking forward to visiting again.

My husband and I were welcomed as soon as we walked through the door and the guy working was very nice, easy to talk to and knew the juice he was selling. This place is well maintained and well stocked. We will definitely be coming back!

These guys are great! They provide awesome services, and genuinely treat their customers like family. On top of this, they have awesome equipment, a ton of selection, and a mind boggling amount of juice in stock with entirely too many awesome flavors!

I was having problems with my mod that I purchased at a different store years ago. I brought it in, and they did not hesitate to try and figure out what was wrong. After essentially doing surgery it for half an hour, we determined that it was not fixable. Due to COVID, shipping is jacked up and they didnt have many mods for me to choose from in the store. Without me even asking, they set me up with another mod that I could use temporarily. I came back into the store a few days later to return the loaner and purchased a new mod from them. If you want amazing customer service, this is the shop for you. Ill be making all of my hardware purchases here from now on.

Bought a RX200 from these guys during the Christmas rush and despite the holiday season they still managed to get it shipped out to me within a few days.From the times I have talked to them they honestly care about their customers. By far the best vape shop in town! Im a regular and every time I go in I always end up having a conversation and a few laughs here and there. The e-juice is premium and the selection for mods and tanks are great as well. They even have drinks and a couch to relax on.

Very friendly staff. Staff will talk to you and help you find out what juice you want. If youre not sure on if youll like a certain flavor your able to drip, smell or taste the testers. When buying a new mod or automizer the staff can push you in the right direction if you need help.

Simply Vapor is Simply Awesome! I researched vape shops in Crestview, Florida, as I do everything else. Their Google reviews were great so I decided to check it out. Cameron and Ryan ROCK!!! They were so friendly and helpful that I was pleasantly surprised. I have NEVER bought an e-liquid without testing it out first and was about to buy my coil and leave but Cameron made me a promise I couldnt refuse. I ended up buying Stache Vape Carousel and Im in love just like he said I would be. Thanks Cameron and Ryan for an awesome experience. I WILL BE BACK!!!

Amazing customer service. I dropped my vape pen and shattered the glass to the tank. I went to get a new one but I was on the phone so I stood outside for a sec. I guess I was louder than I thought because they overheard me and they ran and got the tank. It was waiting for me when I went in. The little things like that go a long way :) Too funny.

First visit to simply vapor and they were very curteous. They did not have the brand my wife is used to but they were helpful in finding something to replace it.
