Luna Massage

This is a follow-up response to my previous review. I returned to Luna massage for my complimentary massage with Linda and it was a complete change from my birthday experience. I spoke with the owner of the establishment who made sure my needs were met and that I received my massage as promised. Linda provided my complimentary service and she was amazing. She was meticulous and offered extra time with all the massages and a chair massage I never had before. They made sure to correct the bad experience and replace it with great one. I will be returning to see Linda and Lucy!

Unfortunately, I received a massage from the receptionist who relayed that she was not licensed and they could not produce one for her. I let them know that was not legal in Texas and in fact, those classes taught not only the art of massage but also the various parts of anatomy that was necessary to produce a good massage like muscles and joints and tendons. They were completely shocked by my statements and at first admitted it, then lied about it when there was another customer present then finally agreed. Oh my!

This was one of the best massages I have ever had. I had a deep tissue and yes it was a real deep issue massage. Would definitely go back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great massage. I believe May was my masseuse.

This place used to be good to come to. They went up on their price which is fine but do not tell you until after the massage. I asked for a 1-hour massage and she massage for an hour and 10 minutes and charge me an hour and a half. They do not listen to your needs or wants. They do whatever they feel they want to do with the massage and charge you whatever they feel they want to charge you. I had to remind her several times not to be so rough and she gradually kept getting harder after I asked her not to.

The receptionist was warm and thoughtful, the massage room was clean and comfortable, and after a 90-minute massage, I felt much more relaxed, and my body returned to the state before a week of work. I am full of energy to welcome the next weeks workday, thank you Harry

We had a great deep tissue massage and the staff listened to our requests and alternated the massage to help us the best.

This place is absolutely amazing! I made an appointment for a deep neck massage because my neck has been hurting for the past few days. I paid for a 30 minute deep tissue neck massage. What I got was a deep, tissue neck massage, and shoulder, massage that was to die for. My neck has felt so much better and I plan on returning. I have told all my friends how good they are. Luna massage has a new owner and new management. It makes all the difference.

I got the one hour deep tissue massage and it was very thorough! Worth every penny. They took me as a walk in and saw me immediately. Not a lot of chit chat which is exactly what I wanted. Wanting to go back for the foot massage.

Awful. I have tried to support this massage parlor for over two years. I began to go and I loved it. The massages were fine at first… Then they got horrible. Today I went in for a massage that I was gifted for Labor Day, and I received a two hour massage. When you book it online, you receive a price and you tip based off of service. Not only did I pay $30 more for my quoted price, but the girl would not let me leave without a tip. I felt as though I was being held captive, even after I paid the higher price. These women are scammers, they are not licensed massage therapists, and they are rude. Not to mention, they do not massage well anymore. It is basically just a rub down and a scalp massage. DO NOT COME HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I was here recently and was treated so poorly because my tip I was offering was not over $20. She asked me to go in my purse for more money. I was appalled! This is so sad that people treat you this way these days. I will not be returning. I do not recommend this place.

This is the best massage I’ve found in the Dallas area! I’ve been here about 5 times now and am never disappointed. They get out even the hardest knots in my neck and I leave feeling so refreshed! Availability is always great too I can get in same day.

I was hoping for a no nonsense deep tissue massage and thats what I got! Im always a little nervous about trying out new places but my tight shoulders were begging me for some relief. Sophie did a fantastic job! She listened to my needs and listened to the knots in my shoulders. After 30 minutes she asked me if I wanted to continue the (good) torture on my back or if I wanted a full body massage. I opted for the continued torture and two days later Im still sore. Sophie added in hot stones and some Chinese medicine oil with no extra charge. She used her hands/arms in long strokes with some elbow holds on knots. It was a great massage and exactly what I needed. Ill be back for sure!

Great massage, friendly massage therapists and all of this led to a wonderful night of sleep. I will be back!

I usually have stiff shoulders and sore neck because my job needs me to work in front of computer 8 hours a day. Yesterday I tried deep tissue at this place, its amazing that my neck is unblocked, my shoulders comfortable, and my feet happy. I wonder Id visit this place every week. Whole body deep tissue is highly recommended.

This was my first time there and I went based on the reviews. I made an appointment online and as soon as I arrived, the lady said “You pay?” I said “I’m sorry, pay for what?” She said “Massage”. I told her that I wasn’t going to pay for a massage that I haven’t received yet and I will gladly pay afterwards…. (Like most massage businesses). During the massage, I just knew that she would start kneading my muscles at some point however for the entire hour, all she did was combine lotion and oil on my body and started RUBBING. There was no MASSAGE, only rubbing- kind of like rubbing someone to sleep with oil. I was under the impression that I was going to get a Professional massage and from my massage experience, I don’t believe she was licensed bcse there was no technique AT ALL, plus, she bent my knee (which has never happend to me during a massage) and my knee is bad from a surgery I had a while back so the “knee bending” was unexpected AND her hands kept leaving my body very often which is NOT a professional massage technique . The lady wondered why I was in EXCRUCIATING PAIN when she bent my knee and I told her “I have a bad knee!” >_

Horrible people own this place! Avoid at all cost!

I got a $100 gift certificate for my Mom. She used the gift certificate, plus paid a little extra because she wanted more services that werent covered by the $100. Mom says everything was great, except when she went to tip for the services. Mom said the lady pulled out a piece of paper showing how much she should tip, so Mom felt pressured into tipping more. Im subtracting 1 star for that. When someone is paying full amount for a service (whether by cash or gift certificate), they shouldnt feel pressured into giving a bigger tip.

LISTEN LINDA. Y’all know what I’m talking about. This is the best no nonsense massage I’ve ever had. Look…my time is valuable and you couldn’t pay me enough to write a fake review. I didn’t read all the reviews on this place but Ima tell you right now the ones I did read are absolutely authentic. Including the person who said it’s a ghost town. These ladies are workin hard and are busy! Busy is a good sign. Ima tell you what its worth EVERY second of the wait to get a massage here. And I already told you my time is valuable. I booked online but you can walk in. Pricing is so good some would be skeptical on quality. Listen…the pressure and technique was unlike any massage I’ve ever had. In my head I was like “oh this is what a massage is supposed to feel like” seriously I could go on. Moral of the story is you should try this place. That’s why you’re reading this review! GO NOW!

Best massage ever! From therapeutic deep tissue to soothing soft relaxation... Eva can do it all! Shes great! Works out knots with elbows and then uses long soothing forearm relaxation. GREAT!

Was in Dallas for work and took a little break away and wanted to unwind, so I looked for a massage therapy place. I let my son (my little broke best friend) join me. I went on Google to find something that could get me in that day. I could schedule online, but went ahead and called. They got me booked right away, and the massage and service was amazing for us both. I would definitely go back.

I had a walk in appointment and was very pleased with the massage. She was thorough and changed her pressure when and where I asked her to. I had the full body massage in a clean and private room. I’m glad we have a new place in the area!

I have chronic back pain that disturbs my sleep for a long time. Then I found Luna Massage where Cindy and Eva wrought magic on me with essential oils, which relaxed my whole body. The hot energy stone is also good to warm and activate my deep muscles. I enjoyed the whole body deep tissue which relieved my back, shoulders, and feet.I always have a sound sleep after the massage. I definitely recommend Luna Massage if you want to sleep better and relax muscles!!

It will be very effective to let them massage. My neck is sore for two days, and then let them massage me for 60 minutes. It is very comfortable after the massage. And their environment is very good and very clean.

Very good deep tissue, massage is full coverage of legs, arms and back. Very relaxed after and ready for rest. 🐶😉😋🤗🦋💪
