Ive been a regular at this location for a couple of months, and every visit has been a delight. I receive both massage and facial sessions, with Nicole providing exceptional massages and Maria delivering top-notch facials. Both are highly skilled, kind, and professional, ensuring I always leave feeling deeply relaxed. The front desk staff are consistently friendly and efficient, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. Tui, in particular, is excellent at answering any questions about services or memberships. Overall, a fantastic experience every time!

I went in to purchase a last minute birthday gift for my wife Mother’s Day weekend. I was offered a promotion where she would get an additional 30 minutes for free and the person who was at the front said I could redeem same day as her appointment so I booked a total of 2 hours. When she got there she was informed that she could not redeem the additional 30 same day and it would have to be booked a different day. I paid for 90 minutes minimum mind you, even without the additional 30 (180.00 bucks). Her appointment was set for 11, she got there 15 minutes early as instructed to fill out a questionnaire so it wouldn’t cut into the massage time. The actual massage didn’t start til around 11:20 and by 12:19 she texted me to tell me she was done. I paid for 90 minutes and barely got an hour! I called and was told she would get an hour on the follow up visit today 5/19/24. Again upon arrival today she is told that she did get a full 90 minutes which is false and only granted her 30 minutes instead of the hour that’s owed to us. I will never use their services again. Very deceptive. Typical sales environment and they ruined her birthday surprise. Thanks for nothing.

I had the most incredible massages and facials at this place! They were skilled and made me feel completely relaxed! The ambiance was calming with their diffuser for aromatherapy, friendly and professional staff as well. You will walk out afterwards feeling like a noodle! The attention to detail and personalized care was exceptional and I feel like a new person! Will be returning for sure :)

“Management” is awful. They won’t allow cancellations of subscriptions. I’m trying to help an elderly neighbor cancel his membership. He’s been three times and was told that in order to cancel, he had to wait for a call from management that never calls! So when he goes he asks to speak to the manager that is there, the manager refuses to come out of the office. My neighbor and his wife actually have two subscriptions and he just wants to cancel one. But now will be cancelling both. Is this because he’s older? What type of operation are they running? “Management” if you feel like actually doing your job please feel free to reply to this review.

Misty is professional and courteous. She is very knowledgeable about skincare, and she has educated me on how to care for my skin between visits, and which products to use for optimal skin health. All I can say is OMG! I have been so stressed that it is affecting my health. Specifically, my back, shoulders, and causing headaches. I stopped at ME yesterday on the spur of the moment, and was quickly sold on a membership. Then I was assigned to Rachelle! She is an angel with magic hands! Lets just say that when I left there, the headache Id had for DAYS, was almost gone. I waited until today to write this review because I wanted to see if I was going to be sore the day after. And the answer is NO, I AM NOT! I feel great. I slept better than I have in months, and I cant wait for my next appointment with my favorite angel, Rachelle!! She changed my entire outlook on life with her magic hands and gentle soul!

Received a membership for my birthday and have been twice now for an hour massage. Booking is so easy and the staff are delighted and knowledgeable. My service has been with Lidia, who was recommended to me and is a great therapist! I’m looking forward to having a facial and other massage modalities. I’m going every other week and making the most of my membership. I received several add-on and discount coupons with my membership- very cool!

This was my first time getting a massage with Lehmont, I told him I like firm pressure and he delivered!!! I have back issues and knots in my upper back, shoulders and traps due to stress. His technique was great and he palpated in areas that most people omit like the glutes and adductors. I left feeling relaxed. I will definitely be going back to see him again!

Be very careful signing a membership with this Casa Linda location. I don’t know who owns this location, but their customer service is trash! I have been a member since December, 2021. After my appointment on March 9, I asked for my membership to be cancelled. I spoke to Tui and he said he would put in the request to cancel my membership. Nothing was done at that time to initiate the cancellation. I called on 3/20 to inquire about why the cancellation had not been sent. Spoke to Allysa and she sent the cancellation form to me on 3/25. The notice I received from Allysa stated that I had 8 sessions that needed to be used within 60 days. I didn’t know exactly how many sessions I had left, but knew it wasn’t 8. I called back and asked to speak to Allysa and was told by Lauren that she wasn’t available, but she assured me she could help. She looked at my account and said the 8 sessions was a mistake and I only had 4 sessions left. I went ahead and scheduled a 2 hour session for 4/6 and a 1.5 hour session for 4/13 and said they could just have the remaining .5 session. I arrived for my appointment on 4/6 and had a great 2 hour session with Tara. During check out, I was told by Tui that I had to pay for the overage due to the fact that I only had 1.5 hours left. I asked to speak to Allysa, the manager and I was told she wasn’t available. Tui said he would speak to Allysa to clear things up. Shortly after I left, Tui called me back and said Allysa said she made a mistake and I need to pay the amount because the therapist had to be paid. I informed him that It was my understanding from what I was told by Lauren, that I had enough credits to pay for my session. I asked if he would have Allysa call me so we can clear up the miscommunication and he disconnected the call. I later looked at my credit card and saw that my credit card had an unauthorized charge. Allysa, the manager, never called back to explain why I was given false information and then I was charged because of their mistake.

Lehmont H is great at deep tissue! He has an amazing ability at finding those sore tight muscles. A muscle whisperer!! I highly recommend Lehmont for a deep tissue massage. He listens to what your needs are and also what your body is telling him. You won’t be disappointed.

I was thrilled that I was able to get in to see Linda for 90 minute facial due to an unexpected cancellation. She is always in demand. I got the eye treatment along with the cell rejuvenation and the vitamin C face serum by Jan Marini, which I purchased in on my way out. All the front desk staff is always very pleasant and accommodating.

This place is amazing, nice clean atmosphere. Very relaxing and the front desk is quick, friendly and professional. Jaclyn is absolutely amazing and got rid of my shoulder pain quick. I never knew I had so many knots til she worked them out. Definitely a sigh of relief. Management was also very helpful when I had questions about my membership. I work at this location and I get massages/facials here as well. I love it. The front desk do a great job of multi-tasking and keeping the place going (scheduling, cleaning, answering phones, stocking supplies, etc). Alyssa is a great manager who looks out for the needs of the customers and staff. She is fair and accommodating, understanding but also realistic (which is important!). Overall, everyone has a positive attitude and welcoming team-spirit, which is why I drive back here on my days off so I can be the client. I feel safe and respected here (both as a client and as a therapist), and that means a lot to me.

I got my first massage here recently and had an amazing experience, it was super busy when I went and despite that the front desk made sure to greet me personally when I came in. When Kaitlyn was doing my paperwork I felt like she actually was putting in the effort to get to know me as a client and help meet my wellness needs. Also anytime she wasnt sure on something she would double check with her manager who was super kind and excited to help. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Cant wait to come back in for my next massage!

Canceled my membership and continued being charged. They surely would have continued to charge me until my bank blocked them. Never allowed me to speak directly to a manager after multiple calls. Ultimately, they decided to keep their loot without reasoning or refund. Purely incompetent employees... and thieves to top it off? There are other places to get a massage.Editing my review because I cant directly respond to the Owners reply... No one SWIFTLY nor PROPTLY did anything. Great place to get a great massage. Between Zu,Bruce, and Linda whatever you need worked out will get worked out and the front desk staff is beyond helpful the streamlined my experience and made everything seamless from checking in to forms and checking out. I went in today for my 12:00pm appointment because my back was killing me. Sat in the back waiting room 20 minutes past my expected appointment time. I finally went back out to the front to ask if anyone was going to help me. They went to the back to find my massage therapist, he was not there and hadn’t been there at all . They then called me by my wrong name and apologized saying they couldn’t do anything about it and I would have to reschedule. I sat there for 45 minutes for nothing. Terrible service! I now see why they try to sell you they are the cheapest massage place in town. Will not be going back.

The employees are friendly and the esthetician who did my facial (Taylor) was great. I still dont love the cancellation/ modification policy but I get it And I appreciate the response from the owner. Lets be clear, Alyssas reply is deceiving. Through her Assistant Manager, she denied any refunds to me prior to the review posted which follows. I posted the review here and with the franchise HQ. After this review she only refunded October. She called, and I had to request a refund for September. Absolutely terrible, horrid customer service. Read on for details. If you do, or continue to do, business with any of her stores, you have been properly forewarned.Firstly, I noticed there is not a way to leave negative stars for a review. Alyssa would get the most negative, if so. I had the subscription, which locks me in for two years unless I wanted to pay the early cancellation fee. While I didn’t use the subscription as much as I thought I would, I felt the cancelation fee would be too much of a charge. So I rode it out. Up to this point, that was on me.My two-year contractual obligation was fulfilled in August, 2023. I called at the end of August to verify my subscription was complete, and asked if I need to do anything to cancel. I was provided the answers of yes, your subscription is complete and no, you don’t need to do anything further. That information was incorrect, and the subscription was still active on at a month by month basis due to not being cancelled correctly. I found this out when I was charged at the end of September for my cancelled subscription. I called to find out why I was charged. The reply was I have to come in to fill out paperwork and I should have been told that in the previous phone call. When I arrived to fill the form I only had to fill in my name, email and phone number, I did not even have to sign this “form”. Why did I have to go in person when all the information is in my account and a signature is not required? I have not received a valid answer for that question. The answer I did receive is that person provided me with incorrect information. Yes, that is two times I was provided incorrect information, and by two different people. He did provide me with one correct piece of very important information: it takes 10 days to process a cancelation, and if your payment due date passes within that ten days, you will pay.I called close to my supposed October charge date for a cancelled subscription only to find out the form I filled out and did not need to sign was not the correct form. In my error, supposedly an email was sent by Alyssa on 10OCT, and I must have deleted it thinking it was a please stay, don’t leave us advertisement. Turns out, supposedly, it had the correct forms in it that I needed to fill out and return to Alyssa. My month by month cancelled subscription was actually not cancelled. Another set of forms was sent to me, which I returned as completed, and I was reminded it takes 10 days to cancel a subscription. I was charged a second time for my cancelled subscription.Alyssa is the owner/manager, don’t know, don’t care. These are her employees. All responsibility and lack of leadership is a direct reflection to her lack of supervisory skills. The misinformation I was provided led to two extra months paid to a subscription which was already supposed to be cancelled.Do the paperwork, and take note that ten days is needed to cancel a subscription. I’m sure these same items of note are provided in the contract, but I was not reminded of this important information until after the first payment processed.I will definitely steer people away from this subscription plan and will whole heartedly speak against Massage Envy in general - specifically against the Casa Linda location. That an/a owner/manager will not train personnel and not provide recompense for this level of ineptitude is simply appalling. I was told she is very by the book in running her spa. If that were true, I would have been provided the correct information during the first phone call from a properly trained representative.From this experience, Alyssa should not be in any supervisory role nor be allowed to make decisions for employees nor customers.

The front desk girl Andrea unnecessarily ruined my whole experience. She illegally authorized my card and then had the audacity to call the police on me as if I was the one in the wrong. Very rude and terrible customer service provided by Massage Envy.The massage was great, I tipped my therapist and was already thinking to myself that I’d be back. Spoke with Andrea about my gifted massage credit at checkout and everything was squared away. I left the establishment and shortly after I received a text notification from AMEX that my card was charged. I then went back to massage envy and asked why my card was charged w/o my permission. She stated that my gifted credit had expired…why wasn’t this mentioned when I was still there??? Why wouldn’t you call me and explain so that I was aware??? On Saturday 2/18 when I spoke with a rep to schedule my appointment I mentioned that a credit had been gifted to me, she then explained to me how it worked and that no portion would be owed by me. How is there suddenly an issue that no one caught. Even still it could have been handled better with simple communication. Just as quickly as Andrea called the police she could have called me directly to explain the situation. The manager who was allegedly on the phone with Andrea condoned the behavior and refused to talk to me.

My service was a gift from a friend. Linda did a great job! The only thing I didn’t like is that my service was suppose to be 60 minutes and it was only 45 minutes long. Also I was offered to try and purchase a membership when I was there for a relaxing treatment from a friend. She wasn’t happy when she found out that they tried to sell me a membership. I love Aveda and that’s where I will continue to go for my facials!

I called this morning at 8:39 to see if they had any appointments available today. They said they had a 9 AM and I said I would take it and I ran out the doo. As I was about to arrive I get a phone call from the front desk saying that my account was suspended and that they couldn’t do anything about it because I was a registered member at another location. It was a simple matter of the card on file having expired and the new card had just arrived in the mail. I told them that it wasn’t a big deal and I would have the new card available and they said they couldn’t do anything about it because I had to go to the other location or call the other place to update my card. The location that I have my membership registered with didn’t open until 10am and my appointment was for 9am in Cassa Linda. I told the front desk that there was no reason to fret, I would pay cash for my appointment today until I could get the credit card issue resolved with the uptown location. They said sorry we can’t even have you in our store to give you any service . I asked them to please call the supervisor and figure out some sort of solution as I was already driving up to Casa Linda. As I arrived, one of the receptionist told me that I should have known that my card had expired, and that it was my fault, and they couldn’t do anything about it. “Didn’t you know your card had expired ?? You should’ve known that and called in! ” 🤯I can’t believe the lack of professionalism. I told her to stop addressing me, and she continued to escalate the situation. Her colleague had to tell her to please try and de-escalate the situation or leave. She was not happy and she left. This young lady does nothing for the benefit of the ownership of this location. Besides ruining my entire day with her tacky attitude, the management on the phone could not figure out any solution for letting me enjoy my massage, even if I paid cash. 🤯 the excuses were, it’s a corporate issue and there’s nothing we can do about it. We can get fired.*To corporate, you really need to address this situation if this, in fact is the case. And to the owners of the Casa Linda location, you really need to put the young lady with the glasses in another position where she does not have to “Greet” clients.I’m so sorry, but I will not be back at this location. There are plenty of other Massage Envy‘s who have better trained staff.

I just wanted to take a moment to brag on my co-workers, I have work for ME as a company since 2012 and the Casa Linda location has been my favorite. Its definitely the people that keep me here. If the front of the house is ran correctly then the back of the house will follow. Alyssa has been such a helpful manager, anytime there is a problem she is quick to fix it or find an answer. All of the front desk staff are always there to jump in and help if needed. Brenda is always coming to check the laundry for us so when we are busy we dont get behind. Jarrelle has a smile on his face everytime I walk up to the front, he is great at greeting the guest as they come in. He is very welcoming. Kaitlyn i is always quick to make sure we have our enhancement on time , this helps keep us LMTs on track and moving. It definitely feels like a family here at Casa Linda.

He listened to everything I needed and delivered it. My body was in a lot of pain when I walk through the door. Facial was good. It was supposed to be from 4:30 until six, but ended at 5:40. There is a “convenience fee” added so the employee can get their money the same day instead of waiting for their check. The customer should NOT have to pay that. It is a convenience for the employee not the customer. It should be paid by the employee. I will use my credits and cancel my membership.

I have been a monthly member for almost 7 years and consistently let down by their lack of professional management. Similar to other reviews the therapists are great and provide a good service, I wish I could say the same for Aylssa the local level manager.They dont make it easy to visit other locations or create family plans when I added my wife to my membership. For example if I missed a month I couldnt give her my credits to get a longer or two massages.When we were relocated for work I called to ask about suspending our membership and was informed that a manager would call me back. After never hearing from them for weeks I followed up with another call, and another $130 in monthly charges, and asked about the process of how to suspend etc. Instead of calling me back as I was told I would be to explain what is going on I received the following message from their weak manager.Once your obligation is completed, we can start the cancellation process, we cannot do anything until your term is fulfilled.She didnt inform me of what the obligation was, when it ended, or how I am still annually obligated 7 years into my membership. I replied asking for information and as of almost 2 days later I havent heard a response. I called yesterday asking for a manager call back, and still radio silence.I HIGHLY encourage you to shop somewhere else with you hard earned money. Throughout my entire membership there were little issues along the way but the way they are treating me at this point forced the bad review.

The ONLY reason I would think about considering going back to this place if I had a choice is because of 1 masseuse, but the rest that Ive been to have been amateur at best. (Oh wait, I dont have a choice, because Ive been manipulated into signing my life away in a year-long binding contract.)The WORST part of this place is the administration - they have policies that are NOT in writing but they uphold as if their life depends on it. The manager has the authority to uphold these policies or to not uphold them and the choice is always against the wishes of the customer.When I called the corporate office, the man I spoke to belittled me and my concerns and said, Im sorry youre not happy with your membership, maybe you should have read the contract a little closer, (and my concerns are not addressed on the contract, so its not even a pertinent statement).

However the front desk staff and manager Christen who is there now have been know to give misleading information at time of booking my appointments and when it’s time for check out your then charge a higher price then what was originally quoted. I’ve had to report this location a few times to corporate due to not only being over charge but my fees being taken out sooner then scheduled. So very disappointed in how I’ve been treated as a loyal member. To be taken advantage of, lied to and when trying to have a conversation with the manager Christen she then becomes very disrespectful and rude towards me. This is unprofessional, unexceptionable and unethical, hopefully corporate will get involved and make a change, no member should ever have to experience what I’ve gone through several times!

Casa Linda ME - NO SERVICE DOG ALLOWED! I have been a member since 2013. And unfortunately I had a major panic attack before I left for my appointment. I have a service dog who is a King Charles Cavalier she is very well trained as a service dog. I had to take her with me. She weighs 9 pounds. I have a scripts from my Doctor. In all the years Ive had my membership, Ive never had to take my service dog with me. This was the only time. They could tell I was upset when I came in. They told me service dogs are NOT ALLOWED after the massage. So they did let me get my massage. They just made sure I didnt bring her back. And followed it up with an email. She sat on the bench and only got down one time, and I told her to go back and she did. She sat there for 2 hours. So just letting you know. SERVICE DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED. I have Diabetes and Panic or anxiety attacks not very often. But Diabetes I live with. Not all Massage Envys are owned by the same people.

Kristen and Alyssa are crooks. They refused to give my grandmother her refund even after they found her paperwork that was dated 12 days before it was due. I’ve always liked Massage Envy, however, Alyssa and Kristen have ruined that for my family. I hope they do some soul searching and self reflections because this behavior is unacceptable. If you have to go to a Massage Envy make sure it’s one that they aren’t running! I will be updating as soon as they resolve this issue.Update:The comment they responded with is a lie as they just called my aunt THIS MORNING letting us know they refunded the money. I think the therapists/ estheticians do a great job but the company itself is sub par. Im a member & their membership rules for transferring/utilizing your credits can be a real pain. If you have credits & you wanted to put the account on hold (like during the beginning of pandemic/ right after opening back up) youre unable to use the credits you have already paid for until you make another payment - feels shady to me that you cant use what you already paid for, but hey I signed up just didnt read the fine print.Wouldnt recommend the membership/ canceling as soon as possible. Customer service by desk people is also not great. Some folks are nice, but Ive encountered a lot more with bad customer service skills than good ones.

I am floored by the lack of empathy provided by Massage Envy. Let me say that I made a mistake in booking a same day appointment when I intended to book for the next day. This was meant to be a makeup mothers day gift for my pregnant wife because we had to cancel our original plans on mothers day due to a severe stomach virus I had suffered. Because of being too sick to keep water down for more than 30 minutes, I was just a little dehydrated and lost track of the dates, thinking that it was still Sunday when in reality, I was booking a same day appointment. Again, this was a mistake on my part.When the appointment time came, I received a single call with no message as the only effort to catch the no-show. I was not able to answer the call, once again still recovering for a severe stomach bug. After calling the office today, I was greeted with ZERO understanding. ZERO empathy. Simply an offer TO PAY FULL PRICE AGAIN for another appointment.Massage Envy already received full price for SERVICES NOT RENDERED. This is the worst customer service experience imaginable. Thank you for making this the worst mothers day Ive ever experienced for an already sick dad trying to help his expecting wife get a little relaxation. I didnt ask for a full refund. I didnt ask to reschedule at no cost. I was just hopeful for ANYTHING to help out.Again, I understand Massage Envy has to block time and that I had an error in booking. I was gifted a 90 minute massage for my birthday. Scheduled an appointment and they were able to accommodate me same day. However, they mandated that I give them a credit card number to secure my appointment. Not happy that I was required to do this. Then my 90 minute massage was only 52 minutes. Expressed my concerns with the desk staff and all they were focused on was trying to upsale a membership. NO! All I wanted was to collect my gift. I have a balance left on account but not sure I want to submit myself to their sales tactics again. So frustrating and stressed over this that I feel like I need another massage to cleanse me of the experience. Worst customer service EVER! Been a “member” here since Jan and every time me and my boyfriend come there’s a billing issue. You receive one service for your $65 monthly charge. A massage or facial. I received free credits for signing him up and buying gift cards etc and spent AN HOUR one night with one of the managers going thru and tallying up my credits which I had 4. We used 2 for a couples massage and I used the other 2 for a chemical peel. Then today the GM Alyssa was trying to charge me for my monthly facial that my membership fee should cover. I can’t believe how rude she was. Poor customer service skills. She told me my charges were expunged and not to come back. BYEEEE!!!! My esthetician went into labor on my scheduled appointment Saturday and I was supposed to be rebooked for that next following Monday or Thursday.Well, the clerk booked me for Sunday which I did not agree on and they charged my card for a service I did not get. On top of that, they sent me a text on Sunday to reschedule my appointment with my original esthetician on 04/25/2022 and not a confirmation for Sunday but I was also told they do not do chemical peels on Monday. I had asked the manager could I come in later for another appointment since you already charge me for a day I did not book and the manager said yes but I will be charged another fee. The manager also accused me of yelling at her, when I was talking to her in my normal voice as a manager she did not fix my issue and when I said I want to cancel my membership, she told me I could not do that either. I have always had good massages and/or facials when I go here. I like the Casa Linda location better than some of the other M.E. locations in the Dallas area. I dont understand all the negative reviews, this place has been great. Also, just a tip: they are booked ON THE HOUR (or half hour) so if youre late for your appointment, YOU are the reason your massage will be cut short. They wont accommodate for lateness, nor should they.

This place has the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. My power went out in my home due to the storm the day of my 9am appointment. I called promptly at 9am to inform them I couldn’t even get dressed in the dark to make it and try to reschedule, she told me I needed to call 3 hours prior. I let her know I called when they opened because why would I call at 6am when they were clearly CLOSED. Her response was “ma’am we get here early”. How on heavens earth would I know that? She proceeded to attempt to charge me for the service I did not have. Not once did she empathize or try to offer me solutions or understanding as a customer, but had their power gone out, they would call me to reschedule and I would have to be understanding! Terrible!

I have been a member at this location for about five years. I do agree that I am the most happiest when I schedule my massages in advance with my favorite therapists. The times I have been unhappy are “my last minute, I got to have a massage today” type appointments, where you have to take who is available. That being said, let me tell you the best I’ve had over the years, and they are still there. Alex is by far my go to therapist. If he’s not available I’ll ask for Lon, Nadia, or Melchor . Everyone else is just OK. These people are super professional they know the muscular skeletal system top to bottom. Very receptive to what you need.

I’ve enjoyed my visits to this Massage Envy! The receptionists are quick, polite, friendly and even through the try to upsell you, they aren’t pushy when you decline. It may take you a few tries to find a massage therapist or esthetician that you click with but all the therapists are professional. Just know that the sixty minute session is really only 50 minutes since they give you time to dress/undress.

Beware!!! If you are in pain but not able to see a doctor right away DO NOT GO HERE! Make sure you ask a LOT of questions before you sign anything. They will lock you into a contract and their only response is You signed the contract on the iPad. I was new to this experience and in extreme pain. I explained that I could not get in to see my doctor until the following week and they said I could save money by signing up for a membership. I didnt see the harm and I could use the discount, but they never mentioned the no cancel. Taken that I expressed my situation, my pain and not knowing what to do, I wouldve thought they would explain something like this in detail. My pain was to the magnitude of having to get an MRI and take physical therapy by a spine doctor. I showed them all of this from my doctor and they still will not release me from this contract. Bad business and I intend to write this review on ALL social media outlets.

Massage Envy really struggles with understanding the lifetime value of a customer. I booked a couples massage and managed to be late for my appointment by 30 minutes. I dont remember them ever saying that I have to pay the full amount if I show up 30 minutes late. Either way, the response I got was not thoughtful. We felt completely robbed and didnt feel like a customer. Needless to say, the pay in full for no show policy does not say you are customer centric. Good luck maintaining positive brand sentiment. Worst customer service Ive received in my life at this location. I paid for a 60 minute massage and got 40 minutes, no consultation. It was also the wrong and worst massage.A few members of the staff told me I would be able to receive a full compensation (my money back) if I was this disappointed. I asked the managers and owners for a refund, and they said no- though their staff told me I could get one.Unfortunatly, the managers and owners are unbelievably cheap, do not care or understand how to provide customer service for an extremely unpleasant experience by a client, and refused to give me my money back after calling them about it literally 15 different times.Yes, a service was rendered, but they have poor customer service and said they would give me a complimentary cold oil with another payment for a new massage. Not sure why they think I would spend another cent here after that first bad experience.There is more to the story but this is one portion. A few other ME managers told me this location should have offered me a complimentary massage or 100% refund due to my horrible experience.I was also cursed by one of the staff. I have been dealing with this issue for 3 months now. I used to be a loyal Massage Envy client, but after that incident, no more. This is completely unacceptable, but after reading other reviews of this location, I should not be surprised at the experience I have.Lastly, they are unsanitary. There was a roach in the hallway when I was leaving.I hope they clean this location more throroughly and learn how to provide exceptional customer service to ALL clients for ANY situation.

The customer service here is terrible. Turns out I have spinal stenosis and other back and neck issues. I felt immense pain right after my first session and never went back, per doctors orders. I asked to end my contract and wasdenied for months. Paid way too much and accumulated ctedits. Finally I was told to get a letter from my doctor. I did and now they are denying me a refund or store credit. Absolutely nothing! This feels like robbery. I couldnt help that Im hurt. They dont care. My husband is a recent amputee due to an accident. He lost his left leg. We wanted to go get massages together to relax after everything hed been through the last two months. I called to ask if they had any issues with massaging an amputee and was told over the phone that wouldnt be an issue. When my husband was in the room with the massage therapist he was told it was against company policy to massage an amputee without a doctors note. Im trying to get in contact with the corporate office but from what Ive read about this company, I dont think it will do any good.

I am real disappointed in their franchise agreements and services. If you pay for membership and move and dont use your credits they will not let you transfer them. You spend $10 to transfer to share with a friend. My mom was injured and couldnt use her massages and forgot about them and then moved out the area and had $3000 in massages and ME has not been helpful in anyway and the contract states nothing about being able to transfer or receive a refund. This was a contact from 2005 when they first opened. ME has had many lawsuits for their lack of terms and conditions. I honestly do not think their massages for the price warrants signing a contract.

Just remember - there are TWO locations on Garland Road..One is Firewheel and the other is Casa Linda..I showed up to my appt at Firewheel - and they said I had scheduled it at the other location off Garland Rd.. For some reason, this shows up as the closest to my house when I live in Garland near Firewheel.AND both locations are listed off Garland Road..So I attempted to drive the distance..AND quickly realized I was not gonna make it in time..When I called, the lady said I still get charged the full price. You should know.Dayam Gina..1. The lady and manager both stated we answer the phone Massage Envy Casa Linda - so you know where it was. Sure enough, they did. I didnt hear it for some reason.. or I didnt put two and two together.2. When I asked for my massage envy lady, she said - she does not work here. Thats right - because she works at MY location.3. When I scheduled an appt, they asked for my cc. I asked - dont you have that on file since I have NEVER had to give it. They said - they dont have it on file anymore. I regave it.Not once - did I ever think to question, Do you have two locations on Garland RD?Or the lady could have said - Normally, you use the other location?BUT she never said, The lady you used THREE years ago is no longer with us... Those are the types of questions/responses that would have clarified that I had called the WRONG location! Geez..Still got charged!Thats fine.. You get my last charge.. thats great. You get ONE last charge that reminds me NEVER to go there again.. or do business with Massage Envy again.. YOU get ONE last reminder.. forever!You get ONE last charge that reminds me to cancel my monthly subscription..One last charge that reminds me ... Time to move on.. Customer Service is DEAD!

I am so sick of this location, I am never coming back to this one again. I work hard for my money and I feel like they are taking my money and I am not receiving any benefits or service for the amount of money I pay each month. Just because I dont come in often, doesnt mean you can treat me any kind of way. Face expression speaks louder than words and their face expression are horrid. After two years of membership I will be canceling. I cant stand people or companies who try to cheat people out of what is theres. 😡😡😡
