The couples massage that my partner and I got was really nice! Everyone was very friendly, attentive, and the place had a great atmosphere. We booked an appointment last minute from 8:00 pm-9:00 pm, which is when they close and it never once felt rushed. Overall, it was a great experience. Definitely will be coming back the next time Im in Dallas.

I’ve had many massages in my life and this one is probably the best one I’ve ever received. I felt brand new afterwards! The bed was super comfortable and heated! The facility was very clean and smelt really nice too! Would definitely go back!

We traveled from Houston to Dallas for a girls weekend. We wanted to incorporate massages in our weekend itinerary. I am so elated the we found The Nook; what a gem. They were able to accommodate all three of us at one time. Our massages were absolutely delightful. Nicki was my massage therapist and she was amazing. She was very attentive and was hell bent on making sure she addressed my areas of concern. Whenever, we return to Dallas, we will definitely visit The Nook, our new massage spa away from home! Dont hesitate because they will take great care of you!

Love this spa! The tables are more like clouds and so comfortable. I recently had Michelle a master therapist and she worked magic on my super tight body. I left feeling much less tense and will definitely be going back more often.

It was enjoyable until they are clueless. When a client completes online forms, I specify my desires. Please refrain from repeatedly asking new clients what they are seeking, especially on their first visit. The information is on the online intake form. The service I paid for was rushed after 80 minutes. Next time, please review the intake form, which clearly outlines the customers preferences.The lady who did the massage was a good one. Oh my god!! What a hidden gem. The spa is so beautiful with incredible service and very talented masseuses. The massage beds are larger than normal which is so nice because you can spread out. The oils they usesmell great and there wasnt even a wait time once I arrived. Yoshi was wonderful! I will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful experience here. They were able to accommodate us after having to reschedule twice in the same day (scheduling issues were on my end due to flying in from a trip that was the same day as our massage). Staff was very accommodating and the massage was relaxing, professional, and rejuvenating! Would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be a returning customer!

I took my mother for Mothers Day and was not sure what to expect. The staff members were so kind and professional. They allowed my mother to extend her massage and for me to have a last minute add-on to my facial. Very accommodating, clean, and relaxing. Will definitely go back!

I got a couples massage… and from the start My massage therapist had extremely bad BO, I asked her did she have some type of lotion on and realizing after she washed her hands it was her body I was stuck… how do you politely say you smell ?? The service was like someone just rubbing oil on you … my husband massage therapist scratched his neck with her fingernails..: their reviews are fake because I could not add one… this was the worst experience we have ever experienced.::

The first red flag was the receptionist not being knowledgeable of services offered at the spa while setting up my appt. over the phone.When I finally got to the spa, I was greeted and asked to fill out a form. When I sat down, there was another lady sitting in the waiting area that went over to the receptionist and asked if I was her client. Her words “That’s not my client is it?” Receptionist: “Yes she is” Therapist: “Well why didn’t you schedule a prenatal massage?!” Receptionist: “ It is scheduled as a prenatal massage” Therapist: “Well I’m just so tired.. I haven’t had a break”….. Very unprofessional to have this conversation in front of the guest.She walks off and goes back to the front desk… leaning over, looking to be very tired. The receptionist tries to encourage her by saying “Trust me I’m very tired myself. You just have one my person.” Something along the line of that. I walked up to the desk and asked if I needed to reschedule. The receptionist replies back and touches the therapist “oh no she’s so happy to do the service” smiling and cheesing while the therapist just stands there. She’s ask if I’m ready to go back and we go back.When I go back she says… “Get on the cushion and I’ll be back” no instructions on whether to undress, what sheets to get under, etc…. I had to stop another employee walking in the hallway to ask for direction. She comes back in, does the massage, and it was about a 4/10 at most…. She did end up being sweet, but for me to be paying extra for a “Master therapist” to complete my massage, there wasn’t a conversation about concerns I’m having or etc…After the service, I paid and tipped, but I regret coming here and spending my money on this low quality massage service. Complete waste of money and time. Not sure if it was because of the time, but I asked for a 5:30pm appt. They asked to push it back to 7:30pm then called me back and asked if it could be pushed back to 7:45pm.

I came in with a tweaked neck and could barely able to move my head or lift my arm. I don’t usually like massages, but I was so desperate for the pain to go away. The massage received was so comfortable and most importantly, my mobility improved almost immediately. I’m so grateful for the staff here. They got me scheduled quickly and they’re professional and clean. 10/10 experience and would def come back.

Had the biggest tension on my neck and my trap area.. made an appointment with Yaya for the Swedish massage & scalp massage and she really went in the took the knots out. She attentively asked if I was fine with the massage pressure. I feel much better now! Thank you!

A couple of weeks ago my husband & I went for our first couple’s massage. It was amazing! Today my husband had a 2 hour massage & he cannot stop raving about how amazing it was. We highly recommend this place! Mary is amazing!

Absolutely phenomenal! Me and my boyfriend went for a couples getaway and one thing on our list was to get a couples massage. Not only were they able to fit us in same day, but they worked wonders. It’s all me and my boyfriend has discussed all evening. The front desk guy was super friendly and very informative as it was our first time ever getting massages. The team was absolutely perfect and gentle. I love my guy, he was able to hear I was having a hard time breathing (allergy season) and he was helping me open my sinuses! I truly appreciate them. Once we are back in Dallas we will make another visit! 10/10 definitely recommend.

I was having so much pain in my lower back, right shoulder, and buttock area, that I couldnt sleep I contacted Nook luckily they gave me an appointment with Nikki not sure if thats the spelling she was so nice, she was so nice, easy to talk to, and very relatable. She talked to me through the therapy like she knewme from Adam. She touched all the pressure points, all the areas that were hurting. She really has a magic hand and touch, I have not had any excruciating pains since that day. I will recommend anyone who wants or needs a massage to go there you not regret it.

Wouldn’t recommend. My masseuse was kind, but the massage was not good at all. At the beginning of the massage when they feel your body for knots, his hands were so dry it was rubbing my skin so harshly. I thought it’d get better with oil/ lotion but there was no actual massaging out the knots - just rubbing. After each section, he’d rub a warm towel to clean me off but it was so rough.Did not enjoy my experience at all. Gratuity also starts at 30% which is wild.

The Nook was my first massage experience and they made it spectacular! The facility was clean, smelled great, had great music, a relaxing atmosphere, AND wonderful staff. I would recommend this place to everyone! 10/10!!

Nikki at Nook spa is amazing!! I started using her about 3 months ago for lower back pain and muscle tightness. She has helped me to alleviate pain and maintain mobility. Definitely would recommend.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at The Nook. From walking in the front door where the staff was so professional through our 90 minute couples massage, everything was wonder. I have been to Nook Spa 5 times now. The overall experience is top-notch. A very clean and well-run spa. The massages are some of the best I have had...and I usually get around 100 per year....some in other parts of the world.

My husband and I partook in the March special which included a 60 minute massage, hot stones & CBD oil. Everything was amazing! Our massage was so relaxing and the customer service was superb. We will be back in the future.

The ambiance is very relaxing. The staff is amazing. Kais massage is the best I have ever had. It is the right balance of deep tissue and relaxing. Plus, it smells so good when you walk in.

Just had Swedish massage at exclusive resort on Mayan Riviera. It was awesome but YaYa was better even without English!!! Highly recommend. All were helpful and courteous!

If you live in Dallas or are visiting Dallas, I highly recommend getting a thai massage at the nook spa. I especially recommend it if you have pain points, knots, or sit down for hours working. You will not be disappointed! I got my massage done by Nikki - she has strong hands and she kneaded out knotted spots I didn’t realize I had! The customer service here is great, the ambiance is serene, and the Thai massage is fantastic!

Called ahead just to verify packages for couples as I wanted to book a spa day for me and my Fiancé! Kevin was very helpful and walked me through everything and told me how to book online and incredibly patient! This spa had reasonable prices and I am excited to come try it out. So far the customer service is amazing!

I have been seeing Nikki for a few months and I must say, she is amazing! I have had several knots in my body that have been bothering me for years, but she has been able to release them slowly but surely. Since I started seeing her, I have noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality and my migraines have almost disappeared. The spa is always clean and the staff is polite. Additionally, the heated tables are fantastic and add to the overall experience.

I’ve been back to Nook spa multiple times and can say every massage is better than the last! I consider myself well versed in Dallas day spas having worked in spas previously as well as having visited many of the well know establishments in the area. This is by far the best massage I’ve had in the last decade!The attention to detail is incredible. Some of their rooms have comfy oversized massage beds and seriously some of the softest sheets. Every time I go they are expanding their services offered and adding new massage enhancements I can’t wait to try.Both Kai and Yoshi have been incredible therapists. They both put their all into giving you a massage that’s custom to your body’s needs. Most recently I brought a friend along for a massage and sauna trip. She saw Yoshi and has called it “the best massage of her life”.Kai has a healing touch and is very adept at finding knots and tightness in the muscle and has helped relieve my chronic pain points like no one else I’ve ever visited! I love the inclusion of stretching to the deep tissue style massage for extra help with my mobility.The whole staff is wonderful and kind and provides excellent customer service!

This was my first time getting a Thai massage. It was an amazing experience from start to finish.Kevin (the receptionist) greeted me with a friendly smile and offered me a beverage while I waited for my therapist. Once I got into the room, Daniel, my therapist, discussed my problematic areas. He walked me through the entire session and told me when to take deep breaths. It was intense, but a good intense.Definitely coming back!

I did a 60minute prenatal massage with Nikki, as I’m 32 weeks pregnant. She was amazing! At first we had conversations in the beginning, that’s just because I needed to connect with her in order to get settled but then the rest of the massage was in peace and silence. The peppermint lotion was the perfect fragrance.The atmosphere was just right. I highly recommend this place. I’ll be back!

I love this place! Completely revamped since its former name. The setting and ambiance is soft and relaxing. Kai, a master therapist took all the knots out of my back and finished with a 15 minute sugar scrub....I literally walked into the wall on my way out I was so relaxed and not even paying attention to where I was walking!!

My husband and I went here for a couples massage + magnesium oil. The staff was super polite and made us feel welcome. My back hasnt felt this relaxed in I dont know how long! We will definitely be returning 😊

I had an ache on my shoulder that had been in pain for a while and I havent had pain there since. I havent gone to a place that also includes stretching you the way they do (it was my favorite part). Definitely recommend!

We had the couples massage and it was amazing! I was sore in my inner thighs and she made sure to release any tension I had in that area. My nose was getting stuffy from my face being in the pillow and she massaged my face with a head scratch! Best feeling after having my hair in a bun all day! I was surprised by the hot stones used for relaxation and loved it! Highly recommend coming here! The lady at the front was very kind as well.

Nikki is incredible! I was extremely sore with a lot of deep knots. She worked hard and really made a difference!

Lovely spa! Very clean and professional. Plus they have bed warmers! Ive been twice so far and both of my therapists were fantastic. The first time I went in for a sports massage due to an injury that wasnt healing. Kai did a great job of just focusing on that area and it was all healed up a short rest after that! The second massage was a more routine massage. Miley had good pressure and found muscles I didnt even realize were starting to get sore yet.

My family and I have been searching for a great spa massage on the north side of Dallas for a couple of years now and we have finally found the place! With certified massage therapists on staff the experiences with Nicole and Kai were amazing!!! I have some medical issues and any other massage is generally not comfortable, relaxing, or therapeutic for me. Nicole really was a master at her craft and understanding my specific issues. We are now going to make this a monthly date with Nook Spa!

Amazing experience! Went here today for a couples massage to celebrate our anniversary. Everything was great from the moment we walked in, everyone was super nice and they offered complimentary mimosas while we waited! (We were early, they were on time!) I found this place on Class Pass and booked a prenatal massage, it ended up being such a great experience! They have a pillow that allows you to be face down and takes all the weight off your hips and back. I booked for a future appointment with Natasha and would highly recommend to anyone expecting!

Nook is very talented and skilled in terms of the assessment and management techniques.She also combines massage with sustained stretch to yield the best flexibility and mobilization of soft tissues. I’ve been here a few times and each time was so relaxing! I had a really awesome massage with one of the master therapists, Nikki. She helped get out a lot of knots in my back. I definitely recommend Nikki and all the other masseuses if you need to relax. If you want something extra I’d also recommend the hot stones or getting a facial too. My face was glowing after the 50 minute facial I got with my massage.

Got a Thai massage for 45 minutes. I can say that was the best 45 minutes Ive experienced! Kai and Fei were both very professional and very good at their job and I walked out feeling like a new person. Very clean and peaceful facility. 100% recommend for couples or individuals if its your first time you will not get disappointed here. This was my first massage and I will definitely go back

I have been seeing Nikki at Nook for a little over a year after seeing several other masseuses for sports massages over the years. Nikki has been able to fix issues in my back from sports injuries that nobody else has been able to. If you have any kind of lingering pain, I highly recommend seeing Nikki , you wont regret it!

I left a review on ClassPass in detail about my experience but then I received this email. This was one of the worst massage/spa experiences of my life.When I arrived I was greeted and escorted to my room. The young lady advised me to get undressed and to lay on the towel face up (I was getting the CBD wrap). Another woman comes in and says I need to be completely undressed (not a problem- what I expected) and to lay under the towel but if I wanted to included getting my abdomen done I would need another towel for my breast and just fyi that a male would be doing my service. I wasn’t asked if I had a preference in this matter but again not an issue. I believe no matter the gender a service provider of any kind understands professionalism. You’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all is my thinking.The man doing my service did not speak any English. Which wouldn’t ordinarily be an issue but we now have to do this sign language gesture sing and dance every time he needs me to move. When he comes in the room, after I’m completely nude under the towel, he gives me opposite directions of the three people before him (another guy stopped in my room as well and told me to get under the towel face up). The biggest issue is we have to do this every time he needs me to reposition myself or turn over. So if there was any form of relaxation/sleeping happening it was disrupted every time I had to move.Now, the massage. The guy didn’t remove all the mask from my back and legs so I was on a soggy sheet after he rolled plastic from under me like I was a cinnamon roll. He began my massage by digging into my neck, shoulder, and upper back with his thumbs real hard. When he started the massage he pulled the sheet down below my butt exposing my entire naked behind. Only to start massaging my shoulders. I had to ask him twice to cover me up and finally I just pulled the sheet up myself. Every time he moved the sheet he raised it completely up exposing my whole body and then laid it down. Similar to how you would lay the flat sheet on your bed while making it. There was no massage. He just continuously rubbed oil all over me. If he wasn’t digging in my muscle he would just press down/squeeze on my arms and legs real hard- this was the beginning of one of the nanny times I thought he was going to dislocate my shoulder. Then he WALKED on my back! Not just my back but my shoulders, legs, and even attempted to step on the back of my knees but I had to stop him because I knew he was going to injure me. I have never had to tell someone so many times that they were hurting me during a massage. I thought he was going to dislocate my shoulder and pop my knee; MULTIPLE times. I spoke to three different people prior to my service starting and had an in depth discussion on rather I needed to be on top or under the towel for my wrap service but nobody thought to discuss with me that this 5’5, easily 150lbs, man was going to pounce on my back. The lady at the front desk asked how hard I wanted my massage and I feel like I told her 4.5-5 pressure. How does that equate to someone WALKING on your back? Back walking aside, the man did not know how to give a proper massage. There is no way anyone can convince me this man is a licensed massage therapist. He might be licensed in something but it most definitely is NOT massage. All he did was rub oil on me and dig his thumbs in my muscle. The worst pain. I fell asleep the last 10-15 minutes and I woke up to him pinching my toes real hard and pulling on my legs like a bootleg chiropractor. I left the massage in pain. I had to go home and take a muscle relaxer and degrease my body from all of the oil poured on me. I will never set foot in this establishment again and I will be contacting ClassPass about getting my points returned because this was easily one of, if not THE worst experience. I tipped the man because I to am a service provider and it just didn’t feel right not leaving something but be clear, this service, his service, HORRIBLE!

Kay was Wonderful!!! Great customer service! I did the CBD enhancement. Even with that this place is way worth the pricing it is very fair. Thank you for squeezing me. I was in so much pain. Not anymore! 🥰I will be back. Close to the home.

I’ve gone to multiple spas around DFW and this place is the best one hands down. The actual massage itself is the best I’ve had. If you want ambience then this may not be the place BUT if you are looking for an amazing, relaxing, and deep massage this is the place to go.

Went there last week and it was all in all just an amazing experience! As a first timer of ever getting a professional massage, the staff there were all extremely kind and sweet. For my mother whos more experienced than me, she really enjoyed herself and even went on how it was one of the best massages thats she has had in a long while. We only did the thirty minute Swedish massage, however those thirty minutes was very much enjoyed! Definitely will be back and for a longer appointment as well! If anyone is searching for a great and affordable massage spa, the Nook Spa is the place to go!

So respectful and kind! We went for a couples massage, scalp massage, and coffee scrub package and it was AMAZING!My partner had never had a massage and was nervous at first, but by the end we were both just puddles of relaxation! Yaya (sorry if I spell that wrong) and Kate are phenomenal! I can be very tender with fibromyalgia and Ive winced and jumped during massages before, but Kate did a great job using lighter pressure and gradually increasing pressure so I could adjust! First massage I havent twitched or was uncomfortable at any point!Partner is a ball of tension and needed deeper pressure, which was no problem for Yaya!The massage beds are extra big, cushioned, and optionally heated!More than 5 stars if I could so this place could have a perfect 5/5 instead of 4.9!

This was my second time to visit this place. The massage itself was fine - however I booked a sport massage and Im not sure whether the therapist knew/understood the difference between the different types of massages (they have Thai, Swedish, sport, etc. to choose from). But it was a decent massage - though a bit overpriced for this type of place. They were 20 minutes late starting - I wasnt in a hurry but I did hustle to get there so mildly annoying. The most curious part of the whole thing though is at the end when you pay and they ask for a tip, the tipping default suggestions started at 30% then went up to 50%. I have never seen such aggressive suggestions. I asked a few friends about this (just in case I was out of touch) and from what I can tell this is NOT the norm! I ended up just tipping cash so as not to mess with the thing.

Kai is amazing!!! I was looking for a deep tissue massage for my back and Kai took great care of me!! He knew exactly how to alleviate my pain! Thank you so much for the relaxing massage and great tips on how to take care of my back at home too!! I will definitely be back again soon!!

I had a great experience at Nook Spa! I had a 90 minute massage and foot reflexology with Fey. It was incredibly relaxing and firm enough to release a lot of tension in my back and shoulders from having a young child. Would highly recommend!

Upon walking in, this place is beautiful! Very clean and serene with calm music playing. Kai greeted my husband and I and was so friendly. We were offered a drink of our choice and Kai explained the different promotions they had. There are also many options for massages and even a sauna! I recommend.

Absolutely wonderful experience! We had a couples Thai massage with apricot oil and it was such a relaxing and therapeutic experience. Our therapists were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We felt catered to from the moment we walked in, to the time we left. The finishing touch was when the front desk greeted us by name after the massage and took the time to ask how we feel. We will definitely be coming back!

Went for a couples massage. Khai was great, surprised at checkout when they added $30 for him being an expert though. My wife was unsatisfied with her massage though. 30 minute delay to get us back with no “sorry” or discount - nearly late for our dinner appointment. Would go back, but have more leeway on timing and check on the massage therapist.

Kai is the best masseuse Ive ever had. He is so skilled in many different types of massaging styles. He can pinpoint your pain immediately and provide you fast relief. I always leave in a daze. Worth every penny. This is coming from someone who lives for massages.

Best massage I have had in a really long time! I will be going back to Amy. My cousin didn’t have quite as good of an experience- she said she was cold the entire time and was shivering. My bed was heated…so make sure they turn the heat up on the bed.

All I can say is WOW!!! I have had probably a 100 massages in my lifetime and this place blows them out of the water! Nook Spa beats any fancy hotel spa, resort spa etc that I’ve been to. Being new to the area and recommended to partake in some self care, my hunt for an amazing massage began. While The Nook is only a few minutes from my home, I still passed multiple other massage places (including one that’s walking distance from me) to partake in what others have described as a five-star experience. This place did NOT disappoint.I used their online portal to set up my appointment, which was fast, fun, and easy. I could even set up an appointment on the same day.When I arrived, the gentleman who greeted me knew my name and referenced my appointment. The whole environment was warm and inviting, which was great for me as an anxious person. He made sure that I was comfortable, gave me a beverage, directed me to a room and gave clear instructions on what to do and what would happen next.Yoshi was my massage therapist and I’m already looking forward to the next time I can see her. She briefly talked to me about problem areas and set to work taking care of them. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I could not in this case. The worst massage I have ever received. Booked a Swedish couples massage for my husband and I with hot stones added. They started the massage by walking all over our bodies. If I had wanted a Thai massage, I would have booked that. That part of the massage was sooo painful. There were times when she was walking on my back and I couldn’t breathe. I almost cried out several times for her to stop. I should have made her stop right away because I had booked a Swedish massage, not a Thai massage! I have had a Thai massage before at another place, and it was an amazing experience. These ladies clearly did not know what they were doing. My husband said it was pretty uncomfortable and painful for him as well. For the hot stones, the stones they used were scratchy, not smooth. A couple times, she “massaged” my scalp, which was actually her scratching the heck out of my scalp. It was so unpleasant! When we came up to the desk to pay, the guy didn’t ask how our massages were. He told us our total, which was $31 more than what I had booked online. When I asked why, he said it’s because the additional hot stone I booked online was $25 per person, not per couples massage package. No where on the website did it state that, but I wasn’t going to argue, even though that total should have now been $290, not $296. I always tip my masseuse, but in this case we decided not to because we hadn’t received the massages we booked and we were already lied about the price through their website. When the guy checking us out saw that we didn’t tip, you could tell he got really mad. He would not look up at us, didn’t say goodbye, nothing. We said thank you and he muttered something. I picked this place because of the reviews. I honestly now think that they are fake reviews. I honestly think these were not licensed masseuses. Please be aware if you are wanting to book a massage here. Maybe there are masseuses here that are experienced and are good at what they do, but unfortunately our masseuses were not.

My mother and I got our massages done by Mew and Kate, and they were both excellent. They made sure to hit every spot that we told them to. My mom hasn’t stopped talking about how great of an experience she had. Don’t hesitate to tell them what area to focus on and they make sure to hit the spot. Everyone was so polite and professional. The booking process was so smooth. The room ambiance was very relaxing and calming. I’d highly recommend this place.

Visit 2 - I wanted to add to my review on my first visit as I just had my 2nd visit there today and it was as amazing as the first!! Today my massage was with Nicole and she was absolutely incredible. It was as different a message as could be from my first one, and in aaaaaall good ways. So I have now had TWO massages there from two different massage therapists (artists I dare say?) and they are now the 2 best massages I’ve ever had. I’m SO glad I found this place!!! Nicole used a theragun during the massage and also used a tool (I forget what it’s called 😭) that helps break up scar tissue for freer movement and then she also incorporated lots of stretching. I’m a hairdresser and I’m a short (5’0”) hairdresser at that, and my upper body gets really stiff and knotted up. I’ve been to places where it was too loud and it was a distraction, but this was soothing and relaxing. And Kai was attentive and helpful, asking me what areas I wanted to work on and made suggestions for add ons for the massage to help me as I was in pain (yoga balm and a magnesium treatment too!) and then the massage itself was simply A++. I have been a hairdresser for 25 years and we put so much wear and tear on our upper bodies. When I walked in today I was in a lot of pain. Kai worked on areas (under my arms, etc.) that most therapists miss and he was also the perfect combination of deep tissue but still relaxing. I will absolutely be back!! The Nook will be my new massage place and really, I can’t recommend it enough. Now I know why all the reviews are so good!! 5 out of 5 stars!!!

My therapist, Daisy, was thorough and professional, getting into trouble areas with accurate pressure (she got in there!!) and intuitively treating my needs. Her stretches were life-giving, just sayin.’ My wife’s therapist, Nook, was out of this world and obviously has a unique gift. As soon as our massage was done, she said it had been the best she’d ever experienced and that she was already able to feel relief from persistent neck and shoulder pain. We would rate the spa higher if we were able, truly a spa to seek out if you are in the business of life-changing massages.

There were empty champagne flutes and trash all over the lobby when I arrived. The AC vent in the room rattled so loudly I couldnt really relax. In addition, people came in and out of the room a handful of times and it was really distracting. The massage was okay, but pretty boring compared to others honestly. There was no foot massage either. Not really sure it seems worth going back.

I made an appointment online for my mother and I, we were put in a couples room together despite asking for seperate rooms. The music is also not relaxing. I would best describe it as a strangely suspensful, like the music you would find in a psychological thriller movie. The ladies massaging us were nice.
